      i m very fadup about your connection services done in miraroad. i paid money for the connection in the month of feb10 2015. till now i dont get any connection of pipe line.i went to the mira road customer exicutive, he told me that ur connection will be within 7 days.today my 7 days completed and nothing has been done.when i m calling in customer care, noone reposding.my bpno.is[protected].my reqno.2324567.what i have to do.tell me u only on email id kusum.[protected]@gmail.com/[protected]/28101760. i dont know how to attach a proof.

        Dear Sir/Madam, This is to inform that I Hardik Babla is the tenant and Pukhraj Mundra is the owner the flat of A 302, A/13, Yogi Sameep, Borivali West, Mumbai 400092. We have applied for the Mahanagar Gas Pipeline connection for more than 100 days now and My BEP number is [protected]. My registered mobile number is [protected]. I had applied for the gas pipeline connection and all the documentation work had also been done . After 45 days 2 guys came for fitting the gas pipeline and made some measurements where to fit the gas meter, than after didn't show up for next 12 days, after which i called customer care ..on which they said they dont give connection to tenants and I will have to submit an NOC letter from Owner to get Connection. I hereby attached photo id i.e, my Pan card and NOC letter from my owner's side and mailed them from my mail id in next 7 days. Than after 7 days i called up customer care to confirm that i have mailed them every document required by them and then they give stupid reason saying the mail has to be from owner's mail id. Now what difference does it make ?? Again after 5 days i called back to check when is the concerned person coming to fit the gas pipeline than they reply there is no answer from their concerned department who takes care of fitting. Now this is insane .. Now they have stopped picking up my call only i have 7 times.. They keep me in que waiting for 15 mins and cut the phone.. Don't know what to do... Its embarrassing after doing each and every formality .. Its is my family who has to suffer because of all this.. Theprocedure has already consumed a lot of time, so i request to please take action into the matter asap Please do the needful in the matter, considering it as an emergency matter.           I have received Gas bill for the month of April 2015 for Rs.686/- for unit 26 consumed vide bill no.[protected]. please be informed that I have removed (temporarily)my meter on 20.01.2015 and at that time the meter reading was 8361080 as per your authorized contractor VV Prasad Invoice No. 496 & SAP notification No.[protected]. However, my querry is why there is a unit charges for the gas consumption whereas I did not use the gas since 20th Jan 2015 and moreover I hv paid your earlier bill for Feb’15 for Rs. 749/- on 28.04.2015 on time. please clarify the above matter immediately.

Hope to hear soon Arun S G 17-5-15 To The Concerned Customer Service Manager, Maganagar Gas Hi, I have been a member of Mahanagar Gas for the past 6 years now ( BP No: [protected], CA No:[protected] . We are a family of 5 members with 3 adults and 2 kids. Prior to shifting to our MIRAROAD house we have been using Gas Cylinders from Bharat Gas at Santacruz (w) and our 1 Gas cylinder had been lasting for more than 35-40 days We have noticed that our Mahanagar Gas Bill has always been sent exorbitantly high to us, which doesn't match with our consumption required for our family. It seems there is some serious problem either with the copper pipes being used for our connection, the Gas meter installed or maybe some other reason because of which our Gas bills has been always so high I want the concerned engineers from Mahanagar Gas to visit my house for an inspection at the earliest possible and get the same rectified URGENTLY. I have checked with other families in the locality and their bill amount has always been 65-70% lower than our gas bills.             26/5/2015Dear concerned manager, I want to complaint about our faulty meter. today we called on the given customer helpline number but they were not responding to us. Our BP is [protected]. Toady we haven't use the gas in afternoon then also the meter was running and then bill amount is increasing monthly last months bill amount was Rs 930 and this month is 1320. there was very less usage of the gas this month.so please try to respond on our complaint as fast as possible.

              Dear Mr GM./Sir I've requested for refitting of the gas supply line due to wrong fitting at the time of installation. Sir I had requested on 12th of May n d Complaint Docket no is 2298897 BP no [protected]. Sir Ive been calling the Customer Care everyday for last 4 days and asking to attend to the work urgently but I've been getting only assurances from the centre.Ive also asked for GM email id but no positive response. Sir I wud be highly obliged If you can attend to the same request as I ve taken off for last 7 days frm work in d hope of false promise of it being attended today or by tomorrow, every day by customer cell.

However the issue is that there a few members who applied since then & never got a connection, these people are very disappointed as its almost 6 to 8 months we have not heard from anyone Every time we ask the Ashraf Khan (Regional Head) it seems we get the same answer that it’s still under process. (The payment is already taken from their account) But my question is HOW LONG?? I am mentioning the details of the payment for your reference.                     Dear Sir / Madam, My self Mr.VINOD KESHAVJI DHAROD.havin cell no: [protected], [protected] My complaint regarding supply of piped natural gas (png) on 21/11/2014 Mr.B.V.Dombe having cell no : [protected] has taken our documents of address proof with cheque no :496709, of Rs.6250/- for supply of pipe line of gas. They have encase our cheque on 26/12/2014. And till date we have not received any gas pipe line. and when we call Mr.B.V.Dombe regarding gas line or refund of our amount he is not replying properly he is denying to refund our payment or to install pipe line, attaching proof for your reference.

                      The Mahanagar Gas supply in Janakalyan Nagar Malad(West) stopped since 18:30 till now 21:30 and not knowing when it will start again. Sources are not responding, no advance informing about the stopping of gas. No food, nothing. If this remains the case every time, we will have to think over for our future step. Unnecessary bills are being paid for hotels and tea & snacks. Please let us know at the earliest when the gas supply will be started again.

                        My name is Indraneel Bhat... I have submitted the application form for a new pipeline gas connection on 15th January 2015. I was told that it will be done within 90 days... The cheque was deposited on 20th January 2015... I spoke to the customer care centre on 30th March asking them about the update since no one had called me regarding the connection... Since then I have been following up with them and the only answer I get is that the request has been forwarded to the department. My request number is 2249673. I even called up the Mahanagar Gas Ltd office based at Solitaire Park Andheri East as I had submitted my document at this office...They asked me to speak to customer care... I have been running pillar to post but there is just passing of bucks between all the departments... Would really appreciate if anyone can help me with a solution.

                              Complaint regarding pipe line fitting in residence

                              I hope some one will listen to my grievances below:- I stay at 106, B Wing, Shree Krupa Housing Society, Pathare Park, Ambernath (e) Thane Dist. Maharashtra. I need to address a complaint that your pipe line fitting guys have not fitted the pipe and valve in my kitchen. They came early morning and said that our kitchen is having glasses and for cutting that glass I have to pay extra amount. I dont want to pay any amount so i myself removed...

                                We are from Blue Horizon C. H. S. Ltd. Situated at Chincholi Bunder, Off Link Road, Malad (West), Mumbai 400 064, Opp. Inorbit Mall. We have MGL connection in our society. We would like to draw your attention that Gas pipeline fixed to our society building is quite old and sheddles on pipelines are rusty and they are broken, due to which now gas pipeline is in hanging situation which may collapse at any time and cause risk of gas leakage. You are therefore requested to depute your technician to fix the gas pipeline properly as early as possible.

                                  On 18th of March I recd a debit note (after seven years) from Mahanager Gas for an amount of Rs. 45, 667/- The meter was faulty. In 1994 it was rectified. But I did not receive any report about the same or the actual consumption of gas bills. Year 2007 till 2013, my mom was staying alone as I was not residing in India. So how is it possible to have the same amount of consumption of bill every month? On the gas bill it was printed credit bill and in the message Colum it says “this is a credit bill, no payment may be made. Necessary adjustments will be carried out in your subsequent bill”. So what one should understand. How come they have accepted the new gas bill when the old ones were pending and most importantly, during this seven years ‘of time, there was not a single email or sms informing me about this balanced payment. The amount they have asked is just beyond my limit. Please advise me….

                                    Hi, I have applied for PNG connection at my residence at you Mira Road office almost 2-3 months back. I will be leaving for Hyderabad for 3 months on 18th March and I have been told the connection cannot be provided before 31st March. I have already escalated this to the customer care and the Mira Road office that no one will be available at home after 18th March. And after coming back it will be difficult to get the connection in few days. The request so far has fallen into deaf ears. Could you please escalate this further and get this looked into?
