i really dont know if someone is going to read this but yet, my complaint is towards the Mahanagar Gas Ltd for which i have applied for a new connection in the month of December 2011,til date their is no connection given,
i have being following up with the customer care since 6 months but whenever i call the customer care they just have to say we have taken down your request you will get a call from us and your work will...

Mahanagar gas is severely looting its customers i am extremely fed up of this issue we are just a family of 2 people cook only once a day (as both o[censored]s work & have our second meal away from home at work) our bill has never been more than Rs 200/- at the most but sometime back i had paid more than 4000 Rs,this month i have a bill for Rs 1045 please can someone suggest what do i do with these people,we are a middle class family cannot...

The previous owners of our flat had subscribed to your gas connection (piped).After we have taken over the flat there has been no usage of your gas. We still prefer using our LPG.

I HAVE TAKEN PIPI LINE GAS CONNECTION FROM MAHANAGAR GAS LIMITED ON 16/06/2006 i.e. ABOUT 54 MONTHS COMPLETED. THE AVERAGE CONSUMPTION OF GAS IS ABOUT 13 UNITS P.M.AS RESIDENCE CONNECTION. As no bill was received for the last four months from Mahanagar Gas Limited, based on average past consumption I paid Rs,2000 by cheque mentioning my Name, CA No.on reverse of the cheque & submitted in the drop box. Subsequently , the company sent me a bill amounting to Rs.1875 which I paid via SBI net banking. I have not received the acknowledgement for the same. We have applied and completed all the formalities for Mahanagar Gas connection on 5th June 2011 and being told that the connection will be done within 90 days. Almost all the flats have connections in our building. I am doing continuous follow-ups since past 6 months for connection to happen. I have been given different dates and many false commitments but till now I am clueless about the connection and waiting for them to call for the installation....

We at Flat No104,Radium Annexe CHS,Shreyas Colony, Off Aarey Road,Goregaon (East),Mumbai 400063.have applied for a new piped gas connection at Mahanager Gas Limited. and paid the relevant booking amount also(Rs.5500/-)We received a Unique Docket Number-[protected] Ref No: MGL/MKT/CRN/74313. Even after a number of times of follow up , we are not getting any response for the new connection....

1) I had raised request on MGL site on 1st Feb’11.
2) I followed up with MGL Kandivali office on last week of Mar’11. They gave me the number of one Mr. Rane.
3) When I spoke to him, I was told it is closing time, hence cannot attend, we are very busy.
4) Person has finally come to my place on 22nd May’11 to fill the form
5) Payment is collected on 22nd May'11 for the PNG connection
