waiting for connection from past 6 months

We have applied and completed all the formalities for Mahanagar Gas connection on 5th June 2011 and being told that the connection will be done within 90 days. Almost all the flats have connections in our building. I am doing continuous follow-ups since past 6 months for connection to happen. I have been given different dates and many false commitments but till now I am clueless about the connection and waiting for them to call for the installation....
