There is a MTNl phone pole in front of our house which is causing a lot of issues, we are facing the below problems due to that: -

1. Fire threatening because of clutter of cables on this pole which is used by local cable and broadband operators
2. Theft issue as this is used by thieves to reach to the balconies
3. On the name of fixing wifi anyone comes with ladder and can have access to balcony, which can be...

I had surrendered my landline phone no.[protected]CA no.[protected]) in first week of May, 2023.
Till date I have not got my security refund. Kindly intimate whenever I got my security refund. Nobody pick phone in this regard....

Sir, the landline no.26272057 is not working since last 6-8 months . On complaints the lineman told that the line is faulted & we repair when it's provided by the higher authorities. Kindly get the issue resolved as soon as possible....

This is a sincere request from a SENIOR citizen retired from IB Govt Services.

For the last 5 years, I’ve been chasing MTNL for the removal of a pole outside BD-66, Pitampura, Delhi 110034. There is no active connection on this pole & it is causing the following problems :
• SAFETY: The pole is used by thieves to reach our balcony.
• FIRE: Owing to wire clutters it’s a hazard for children playing around.br...

My landline 22715771 is not working for the last two weeks. No dial tone....

Please remove the mtnl pole which is in Street No. 6, 33 feet road Kabir nagar Delhi[protected]st pole of the street). This is causing a lot of problems for the building members. It is mid of the main gate. There is no active connection on this pole. There is already a pole exist for mtnl just 15 Meter away.

My MTNL SIM with mobile number [protected] is damaged. For the last 15 days I am moving around MTNL sanchaar haats at Dwarks and Rajouri garden. All are giving me the same reply that there server is not working. I don't understand whats going on. Without getting duplicate SIM, even I am not able to port my service provider. Request you to please help.

Landline no 26017210 in the name of R.SRINIVASAN M210A SAVITRI NAGAR NEW DELHI 110017 (NEAR BALMIKI MANDIR) is always DEAD . No complaints are taken by MTNL app or consumer fault complaints tel. Nobody attends the phone except recorded voice to hold on for an indefinitely long time till the phone automatically stops....

The number 25222131 has been non-functional for more than a month now. Complaint has been raised with MTNL (Docket number 8442). But no action has been taken. The landline is used by two senior citizens. A gentleman who is 84 years old and a lady who is 75 years old. While they have mobiles, they are most comfortable with making and taking calls on the landline.

They also use the internet from MTNL. They are strugging to make...

The landline[protected] has been non-functional for more than an year. The bills come promptly and are paid up too, but no action on restoring the services.
When an attempt is made to raise a complaint on the website the message that shows up is Status: SPA Note: SPA. Fault booking not allowed at this stage. Can some one tell what it means....
