I am writing to bring to your attention the ongoing issue regarding the landline service with the number 25901278, which has been inactive for the past 1.5 years.Despite numerous complaints lodged with your customer service, the issues with the landline service have not been adequately addressed or resolved. This prolonged inactivity and the lack of resolution have caused significant inconvenience, and it is with regret that I request the disconnection of the aforementioned landline service.I understand the importance of maintaining a reliable and efficient service, but the persistent issues and lack of response have left me with no other viable option. I kindly request that you initiate the disconnection process for the landline number 25901278 at the earliest convenience.Please confirm the disconnection date and provide any necessary details regarding the process. Additionally, I would appreciate it if you could confirm in writing that there will be no further charges associated with this disconnected service.Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. we had sumbitted modem & all otehr accesories & last bill payment was also done.
But till now our security deposite of both the numbers are not refunded

Once again docket no issued last week for Tel no 23851836 has been attended to as per the voice call from MTNL today. Looks like instrument faults are now repaired through online phone services. Also the call suggest that if not satisfied with the service to file new complaint and take new docket no.
Will this issue be settled or better to surrender the MTNL line, because even escalating the to ED level is of no use as I doubt whether ED has also been given voluntary retirement to save cost and no one is there to head the government organization. Or is it run through voice mail?

Filed online complaint and received docket no. Without any one attending to the complaint docket disappears and voice call is received on mobile that fault is rectified and if not submit new complaint and new docket no. This is reoccurring since last two months. Even escalating complaint to second level is of no use. Seems every member of staff is CEO level with no one to supervise from top. SORRY STATE OF AFFAIRS.
Looks like best solution is to surrender the number and get rid of this nuisance

Have raised refund request of my security deposit with MTNL 4 times. Received no response. The memo num is[protected] and amount pending is 2285/-

Have also visited MTNL chembur office multiple times. Why is my amount kept pending.

Looks like the only system working in MTNL is issuing docket no for service complaint and than quickly removing the same from the system. Last month docket number 5929 is no longer there and now new one 3846 is given today. This one also is not traceable on the tracking system even though you have promptly sent SMS from MTNLSE. The same was also received earlier for docket no 5929 and disappeared with out the complaint being attended. Keep it up for it will not be long before MTNL itself disappears

Submitted disconnection of landline request in Dec 2022 for No.[protected] along with instrument to nearest MTNL office. Refund not received for a year.

I had surrendered my landline number 22821079, CA no. [protected] on[protected] at G.T. Road Shahdara and all dues already paid and i was told by the Finance Officer at Laxmi Nagar near Radhu place, East Delhi-110092 that my refund will reach to me by post through Banker Cheque anytime within next 2-3 months. But till date no refund came to me in any form.

You are requested to look into the matter and arrange refund at the earliest.

Pls remove old MTNL pole from front of my house. This is causing unnecessary problems

and we had launched following complaints and also escalated the same but nothing has been done so far.
Being in service industry it hampers our day to day activities and business.

There is a MTNl phone pole in front of our house which is causing a lot of issues, we are facing the below problems due to that: -

1. Fire threatening because of clutter of cables on this pole which is used by local cable and broadband operators
2. Theft issue as this is used by thieves to reach to the balconies
3. On the name of fixing wifi anyone comes with ladder and can have access to balcony, which can be a leading factor for crime.

I request you to please remove this MTNL pole, I'm a working professional and my elderly parents are alone in the house whole day what is something happens when I'm away. Please take this into consideration and get this pole removed

Till date I have not got my security refund. Kindly intimate whenever I got my security refund. Nobody pick phone in this regard.

Sir, the landline no.26272057 is not working since last 6-8 months . On complaints the lineman told that the line is faulted & we repair when it's provided by the higher authorities. Kindly get the issue resolved as soon as possible.

Delhi Telephone no.[protected] has no dial tone for the past week. No payments are pending. MTNL Delhi complaint numbers are not responding. Kindly help in fixing the telephone connection. Thanks.

This is a sincere request from a SENIOR citizen retired from IB Govt Services.

For the last 5 years, I’ve been chasing MTNL for the removal of a pole outside BD-66, Pitampura, Delhi 110034. There is no active connection on this pole & it is causing the following problems :
• SAFETY: The pole is used by thieves to reach our balcony.
• FIRE: Owing to wire clutters it’s a hazard for children playing around.
• MOVEMENT: The Pole is a significant obstruction in the movement of vehicles in the lane.

So, I very sincerely request you and the concerned authorities to remove the pole as soon as possible.

My office landlines are not working, there is no dialtone in it. Please resolve.

Till date the security deposit amount has not been received even wheren there are no dues pending from my side on the date of surrender
