Please remove the MTNL pole which is near our house C-11 Street no -7 West Vinod nagar delhi -110092
This is causing a lot of problems in our society. There is no active connection on this pole.
Issues because of this pole:

1. Theft issue as this is used by thieves to reach to the balconies
2. Space issue as because of this no vehicle can go through, Parking issues, as there is no space left because of its wrong position.

Hello Sir/Madam,

Please remove the mtnl pole which is in Street No. 6, 33 feet road Kabir nagar Delhi[protected]st pole of the street). This is causing a lot of problems for the building members. It is mid of the main gate. There is no active connection on this pole. There is already a pole exist for mtnl just 15 Meter away.
Issues because of this pole:

1. Space issue as because of this mid of the main entrance gate of the building.
2. Parking issues, as there is no space left because of its wrong position.
3. Due to this accident happens many times when the bike parking.

Hi,

My MTNL SIM with mobile number [protected] is damaged. For the last 15 days I am moving around MTNL sanchaar haats at Dwarks and Rajouri garden. All are giving me the same reply that there server is not working. I don't understand whats going on. Without getting duplicate SIM, even I am not able to port my service provider. Request you to please help.

Landline no 26017210 in the name of R.SRINIVASAN M210A SAVITRI NAGAR NEW DELHI 110017 (NEAR BALMIKI MANDIR) is always DEAD . No complaints are taken by MTNL app or consumer fault complaints tel. Nobody attends the phone except recorded voice to hold on for an indefinitely long time till the phone automatically stops.

The number 25222131 has been non-functional for more than a month now. Complaint has been raised with MTNL (Docket number 8442). But no action has been taken. The landline is used by two senior citizens. A gentleman who is 84 years old and a lady who is 75 years old. While they have mobiles, they are most comfortable with making and taking calls on the landline.

They also use the internet from MTNL. They are strugging to make use of the mobile network and mobile phones.

Request you to address this at the earliest.

When an attempt is made to raise a complaint on the website the message that shows up is Status: SPA Note: SPA. Fault booking not allowed at this stage. Can some one tell what it means.

I am writing this letter to bring to your attention the issue of an MTNL pole that obstructs the entry to my house.

Firstly, there are no MTNL landlines in the area, and therefore, the presence of the pole is unnecessary. Secondly, the pole obstructs the entry to my house, making it difficult for us to park a car. This has resulted in a parking problem in the area as well. It is also causing inconvenience to my guests who find it challenging to park their vehicles.

I request you to remove the MTNL pole as soon as possible.

I Hiten Savla have cancelled MTNL Landline connection on 31st Dec 2021 but haven't received the security deposit of Rs 5000 or so till date. I was been told that i will get refund in 90 days but haven't got yet. So, request you to refund my security deposit. My phone no 25085225, located in Dwarka, New Delhi has been dead for over a month. I raised a complaint online on 15/5/23 - Docket no 15, but there has been no activity with respect to addressing my complaint.
All contact details in MTNL site, are bogus. None of the numbers work.
When I tried 1500, the operator says, that the line is only for resolving Broadband complains and not for Landline repairs.
There is no way to reach higher authorities to address the ssue.

I had surrendered and discontinued my landline number on 20/05/2022 . All dues had been cleared and all formalities completed. I have the letter copy and work order number as proof at my end. However, even after one year, I have still not got my security deposit refund. My work order numbers are 5340, 5341, 5342. I can provide any other relevant information if required. Please do the needful at the earliest.

I have a Landline connection at vide numbers[protected].

The telephone line is dead since February 2023. There is no dial tone and the phone is not working

I have made many complaints but no response.

I, therefore, request you to please look into the matter and give the necessary instructions to set right my telephone line at the earliest possible

In all probability, the telephone line is broken

In spite of the Telephone, the line is dead-my amount is deducted every month as I Had selected auto pay

I should be given credit for the period since the telephone lying dead.

Dear Sir,
Please remove the mtnl pole which is front of our house N-39, Naveen Shahdara, Delhi-110032.
This is causing a lot of problems due to its wrong position and causing a lot of problems
while putting our Car inside the house. There is no active connection on this pole.
There is Fire threatening issue because of clutter of cables on this pole
which is used by local cable and broadband operators.

Hello - I have got a litigation notice from MTNL case no 68157. Please note that my telephone has been non functional and out of order since 3 years and I have complained to mtnl and nothing has happened.

I am not sure why I am being charged when the phone connection is out of order. I have already informed mtnl on 27/6/2020 after visiting their Mulund east office and lodging complaint of the non working number.

Please do cancel the same and also cancel the mtnl connection as this is quite upsetting that you don't repair the phone connection and also send me legal notice for not paying.

I am a resident of h.no.1392 type 2 timaepur delhi. A nonworking, mtnl pole is in frint of my house causing hindrance and obstruction and which fall on vehicle standing there. Pole can be a cause for theives to clim up to the upper floors. Plz remove it.
