I refilled cng on 10th nov to below address and intimated the staff that filling gun is leak and half of the cng which was billed to me got wasted still staff was least bothered. Isn't it not wastage of money and gas, harm to environment.

    Bp no:50140155.
    Area : wakad, pune.
    I paid the amount rs6500 in the mid of april 2018 to mngl for new connection but i am yet to get the connection. It's been 7 months now.
    I have called on mngl customer care number atleast 4-5 times and raised a complaint each time, but nothing happens. Everytime when i phone them, i just get a assurance of completion within a week but no one turns.
    I have called to couple of there members multiple times but nothing happens. I phoned mr. Kamble and mr. Godse atleast 8-10 times but no one even respond properly.
    I hugely disappointed with mngl as they have taken the money from 7 months but pathetic behavior.
    I sincerely expect some action to get the connection and such low-grade process to be improved.

        I am a working person and am not at home when your person comes to take meter reading. I have sent meter reading on your no. Provided, but am still getting bills for higher reading. Currently my usage is only upto 60 and i have got bill for 146
        Need correct bill so as to make payment

          Thursday around 11.30 am i have to fill cng in car aroung 350rs in chaudhari mngl pump. Unfortunately while swapping my debit card while entered pin machine gets switched off, and they tell me swap card with different machine.

          So i have swap again, but when i seen my account details i seen 2 times swapping shown in cng pump one for 349rs and one for 350rs

          Please check and revert my money asap

            I have connection at my house a-401, venkatesh lake vista, dattanagar jambhulwadi road, ambegaon kh, pune 411046.
            I have received sms to pay bill amounting to rs.6112/-. Kindly note that the gas connection is not in use from the begining till this date. It appears that meter reading was not taken.

            Furthermore, the amount of deposit fixed for our residential colony is rs.500/- only.
            You are requested to sen a revised bill accordingly and please send to me details of charges.

              I stay in Suryakiran society, moshi pradhikarn, where mngl has laid out pipeline network. I have applied for gas connection in Jan 2018 . My cheque of rs 6500 got deducted February 2018. Still no one turn up to do gas connection. I have called to mngl customer care 15 times so far and dropped email thrice by now. All they (Customer care representative) say is "i will escalate the issue on high priority & as a matter o[censored]rgency to concerned department and connection would be established within 1 week". I fail to understand why it's taking so much time to do installation. It would be appreciated if connection is established in this week.

                Fistly mngl has not provided any bill since last six month and by making complaint / and continuous followup the mngl has generated bill with late fee
                Also the bill generated are having following issue
                Very poor response.

                Wrong billing by mngl
                1. Four version of difference bill provided
                2. No any proper breakup
                3. Undue late fee charged
                4. Undue arrears added in the bill
                5. After calling to call centre no any resolution
                No any resolution received from any of the authority... Either call centre or customer care mail id
                My Customer ID[protected], Ms Neha Soni, Till date you have raised 02 Bills against the connection. I have already paid Rs2156/- in Jul20 and now you are demanding Rs859/- in Sep20.

                Kindly note the Flat, B2-804 in SP Residency is not occupied and the connection is hardly used. As on 01 Sep 20 the Meter reading was 28 and you have already charged 76 unit in Jul20 and you are demanding Rs 859/-only for 31 units now. I am enclosing you the photo of Meter reading, pl refund the extra money charged OR adjust in the future bills.JPG Image is not being uploaded due to size.

Security deposit, 500.00 security deposit towards gas consumption. Vide cheque no.34395 dtd.12.04.2017 drawn on sbi, deccan br. The said cheque was accepted on 25.04.2017 by your pune office. The form no is 192227.
                  Sorry to write till date no correspondance have been been received from your office.

P in our the major depth 1.2 meters but he is doing back feeling in 800 mm. If i am wrong the check that area bavdhan, pashan. I[censored] not take action i will go to ministry office.in ur company all r thief.in his area no body is doing gud working. They r working for money n damage the mngl company. They fit couple properly.

From that bill, till date i have not received any bill from you. On your bill online site it was showing 0.00 outstanding payment as on today. Please clarify it.                         We have given permission for gas connection for the residence of tdjl - co-operative housing society - neco garden, viman nagar, pune.. The society also paid rs 10000/- refundable security deposit for this job. The work was substantially delayed from your end.

                        In the month of august, they started digging the open passage area within the society premises by taking the oral approval from the society. The work was stopped by one of the member of the society for not following the safety norms while digging the premises and for not producing noc from local police station.

                        They left the premises by keeping everything open and put the life of residence in danger. The local area in-charge is not ready to come and resolve the issue.

                        Need your immediate attention and resolve the issue on top most priority to avoid any accident due to the open pit in the society premise.

                          For my new mngl connection. I have checked online bill details, it is showing amount rs 596 due for payment. But in online payment window, the payable amount is rs 6096. Initially i had paid rs 500 along with the new connection application, is was told that from next bill additional rs 500 will get added towards balance deposit amount.
                          Therefore please arrange to correct the online payment amount at the earliest so that payment can be made online before due date.

                            I would like to know if i want to install meter outside kitchen where there is good ventilation and security available and contractor had given verbal confirmation before starting the work but once it started he is denying and saying there is amendment in act.
                            Please suggest the policy & requirement for meter position.
                            Also give correct desk number or name where we can contact and resolve our confusion.

                                B p no. 50109994.

                                Had applied for the connection way back in december 2017 and paid the requisite charges.

                                But till date the connection has not been provided and there`s been pathetic response to enquiries and complaints

                                The society where the connection is sought, is already under the co`s piped line coverage. Just pipeline to be extended and provided to the flat and meter to be fitted. Hardly a day`s job.

                                Complained vide e_mail and telephonic calls but standard reply that the matter is being forwarded to the concerned department.
                                GAS bill is not OK. Current reading is 231 on the date 17september 2018 plz find attached photo of current reading.

                                  I stay at kalpataru estate at pimple gurav. I had applied for the mngl come tion in june 2017 and the amt has been deducted from my account as well but as on date 3rd sept 2018 the connection is still pending. None of the representatives have ever in these 1.5years visited my house for measurement, no follow up and status. I have requested for a refund and now they want me to personally visit the sivajinagar or chinchwad branch to submit the disconnection form cancelled cheque. I do not stay in pune anymore. I have had a very poor service issue with mngl.

                                    My mngl BP no is 50127938
                                    I have got new connection around 5 months before and never got bill.
                                    Followed up with mngl multiple times.
                                    Customer care says issue will resolve but never resolved.
                                    Online status while paying against the BP number shows record not found.
                                    Hence can't have a look and pay bill there online.
                                    It would be great if get this resolved
                                    Please help.

                                      Please observe the photographs attached herewith. It can be easily seen the extent of damage caused by your installation team to the dados and tiling. The workmen deployed by MNGL had no core cutters or such required equipment and they used ordinary hammer and chisel to cut the holes. When I objected, they did not pay any heed and continued the damaging activities. They have also avoided completing the installations and making necessary repairs. Apart from this while doing this installation work, the solar pipe was broken as he was not having essential ladder safety equipment's to carry out the aforesaid work.

                                      In fact, every customer pays for the installation charges and still your contractors/workmen do not use the sophisticated tools easily available in the market. This is not tolerable under any circumstances and I request you to look in to the matter and take severe action against such irresponsible contractors and make them do good the damage they have caused.

                                      I sincerely hope that stringent early action to repair all the damages and restore the original work shall be taken and the culprits shall be punished.

                                        Hello team,

                                        I opted mngl connection in january 2018. Now today 25th july 2018, i have received a message for paying bill online from mngl and the website has been given in that message and the customer number is also given in that message. So when tried to pay the bill online, system asks to capture the bp/ca number which post capturing system says its incorrect.

                                        Let me know how to resolve this issue.
