unable to pay my mngl payment online

I am going to payment options and entering my b. P no 50050604
B. P no is taken and verified from my mngl bill copy.
However, it is saying "records not found"

I cannot pay cash or by drop cheque every time.
It has to be online.

How can this can happen?
I am not responsible for delay in payment!!... Mngl to take a note

I am trying to pay bill online from mngl website http://billing.mngl.in/Payment.aspx but it giving error "record not found" after entering bp number. I am entering bp number mentioned on my bill "50044*".
Bill number is [protected].

Please provide solution as soon as possible so that i can pay bill to avoid late fee. Also please revert back if any details required.

    It has been more than 3 months, i have been following up to get the gas connection at my flat, at suncity road, anandnagar, pune

    Bp no : ​​50108594

    Have called the customer care multiple times, and the response i get is they have escalated my case on high priority, and will be resolved within 2 days. Have also mailed to their email address with all the details, but no action.
    There is no other number on the website where you can call and escalate your issue.

    I feel totally helpless & frustrated, not having anyone to take the accountability.
    This is shame for mngl, that consumers are losing the trust in their process, and are being forced to come to social media to have their issues resolved.
    While i search for more ways to escalate this, if any accountable mngl personal looks at this, please have this issue resolved at the earliest.

      We applied for a connection to mngl in late oct 2017. We received the connection installed after waiting for a long time somewhere in december 2017. Half of that month we were out of town and there was very limited usage. The rest of january 2018 also our usage was limited.in january 2018 someone from mngl sent me an sms stating that we were unavailable when he visited to check the meter reading at our house. He asked us to send over whatsapp the meter reading screenshot which we sent him and repeatedly asked him if there were issues. Towards the 3rd week in january of 2018 we received another sms from mngl stating that they didn't receive the updated meeter reading and would default as per assumed consumption. This is useless information. After that we received another sms stating that the bill is now rs. 575 and that we will need to pay by 5-feb-18. My bp# is 50101965 and as far as i can understand the mngl.in website does not seem to have us registered - which should have been by the way. A possibly solution is that they fix the meter reading or send their meter reader so that we get the correct view. If such a service cannot do the basics of bill reading and metering its a useless service i might as well continue with my lpg cylinder.in that case i would like a refund of my rs. 6500 and charges of fitting my wall with their stupid meter that doesn't seem to work. Its the absolute apathy in dealing with consumer complaints that pisses most consumers off!! Deal with it mngl. Their website is another load of bull. It doesn't seem to work. I am sure i have to call up their customer care and hear the waiting music for some # to actually fix this!

      Thank you for the call today to ensure that the explanation was appropriate with my query. I was able to pay the bill online. Response from customer care was better than I had anticipated. This is solved.
      50261956 Zero meter reading

      I am waiting for my connection get started with gas strove from last two month. Everyday, I am calling to customer agent they are giving answer "you will get call within 48hours".. Now, almost two month ended.

      Pathetic service and worst customer support.

        Hi team,

        With the reference of bp no. 50077563 & bill no. [protected] bill which i received from 01-sep 2017 to[protected], the bill charges are so high. I am not able to understand, meter reading was done only once in the month of oct (In beginning) till installation. How suddenly rise in the bill. Before that i paid rs 135 (July 2017-aug 2017) & rs 88 (May 2017 to june 2017) but sep-oct 2017 my bill made 3305 rs. How it can possible. Please check your meter reading again, i am surprise, person did not visit and you made the reading for the month of whole oct 2017. Please correct asap, so that i will pay the bill on timely.

          Piped gas connection... Piping work is half done in the premises.

          It is more than three months rs 6000/- each also has been paid by 5 flat owners but line is not connected to mains and there is no communication from official concerned mr dongare he informed three months back that

          It is pending for want of pmc permission for road cutting but mr varpe corporator informs that permission is granted

            I can't do online payment on mngl official site with b. P no: 50045505.
            It shows me registered user not found error. But i have already paid 6500 by check registration fees.

            My address need to be corrected instead of rh-15, it should updated as rh-8 of dwarka raj park and plot no 8 should be removed.

              Hello,
              My application number 21022, dated 06 april 2013.

              I had submitted my form and paid my registration amount in month of april 2013. All other flats in my apartment got mngl connection but mngl is not able to locate my application and provide me bp number. Since the cheque was back in 2013 and my bank recently changed from sbh to sbi i have no way to provide any payment details. But i am sure mngl accounts should have one.
              In spite of multiple follow ups mngl not responding. Please look into it urgently. My application form attached.

                  I had called[protected], mngl, and complained about leak from rubber hose and told that my connection is less than one month old. The lady attending the call asked me to call [protected] and as connection is less than one month old the persons on [protected] will carryout the necessary repair.

                  I called [protected] and also sent sms to them regarding leak at 6:30 pm on 10/11/2017 giving my address, name and mobile number. I repeatedly called the number every half an hour as no one was coming to repair. I was told again and again that person is on the way. Finally at 9 pm a person responding on [protected] told me that shift has changed so he cannot say anything and later called me saying i can call [protected] and ask kailash to do repair. He also told me that he cannot call the kailash.

                  When i called kailash he told me that he is only a repairman and he will charge me for material and replacement. He also told me that his rubber hose is of proper quality, will last 5 years and will not leak in a month as happened with mngl rubber hose.

                  My connection was commissioned on 11/10/2017 i. E.in less than one month the rubber hose put by mngl has developed cracks and has started leaking. Why should i be made to bear the charges for the repairs and material for the substandard material used?

                  As it is a matter of safety of my family i will have no alternative but to get the repair done from the kailash by paying him whatever he asks and whenever he wants.

                    Hi,

                    I have been using mngl for last 2 years. I used to get bill of rs 300-400 every billing cycle. But i got a bill of around 2560/- for this cycle. When enquired, i was told that there is no problem in the bill and i need to pay it.

                    It's a common sense that if somebody is getting a bill amount in certain range for last 2 years and if there is such a huge spike in the bill, then something is wrong and needs to be investigated.

                    Can somebody take it up and solve my issue?

                        We have paid the registration amount for this connection by cheques and one more house I 901 BP NUMBER NOT KNOWN( both flats are in same building), the installations of meters and pipes were done but connection was not provided. As the cheques were from my husbands bank account, will provide the statement in a day or 2.. Farhana had called to inquire abt this.. wil b able to provide proof of pmt by monday.. Do you do the installation without taking the registration fees??

                          Hi sir

                          I did registration on 30 aug 2017 and have paid the deposit amount of 6000/- via cheaque, still my connection is not executed. When called the concerned persons they are saying boys are on leaves and all.

                          I have also observed that my friends are waiting since last 4 months for the connection which is not at all acceptable from such reputed gas agency. This will only spoil mngl image. I am from nandedcity township in pune which is very big and lot of people want to join for mngl gas connection.

                          Instead of wasting money on radio add i wud suggest to improve the waiting time this will really help all the customers.

                            wrong reading in bill

                            Got a bill with wrong reading. We have taken a new connection in may 2017. Since then we haven't consumed much gas as we were out of town. So our meter reading comes to be around 30 now, however we have already received bill for 56 units till august end. Nobody has come to take the meter reading in our house till today. They are putting there fake readings in the bill. Please correct the bill.

                              Gas meter installed in swaraj residency, k-wing flat no. 605, borhadewadi, dehu alandi road moshi, your contractor workers visit three times every time they committed we will start in next day but yet not start gas connection. I wish to want to start a gas connection immediate.
                              If you not aware for such type complaint please suggest the right way.
                              Last 6 months follow up regarding this issues, but yet not solved.

                                I am getting prorated bill through sms only on mobile since inception. It is almost 6-8 months gone when i got connection. However i have complained it several times on customer care numbers and drafted mails
                                In this regard but till now no action is taken.

                                I never got proper bill, and no one come for meter reading. Still i paid amount as they sent through sms being a honest customer. More over not receiving any receipt of payments made by me.

                                I had applied for Mngl connection in June 2017, The amount got deducted in June 2017. I was told there is s waiting period of 3 months, so I patiently waited till Oct 2017... The connection is still on hold.

                                I have sent more than 15 emails (along with the image of meter reading) and lots of follow up calls but still awaiting correction in the bill. All the time this ppl just commitment that in the next wk it will get corrected but till date not yet action-ed . its almost 6 months now.

                                Very much disappointed with the services.

                                    Sir,
                                    We are being charged, during the months july and august 2017, for 29 units each. However, we have used only 1-1.5 units in the entire 2 months. The reading at the beginning of the july month was around 14, which is reflected accurately, and currently it's between 15 and 16, which is being reflected incorrectly. Nobody came to visit to check out meter either. Request you to resolve the issue as we are being significantly overcharged.
