I have applied for new connection on 20th February 2023 they came in April 1st week but I was not available so they told me call us whenever you are available I called them on 26th April 2023 the guy name chandrakant told me he'll come tomorrow but he didn't came I called him he told he's on different route he'll come tomorrow again he gave me the same reason next day so I asked him to give me his supervisor number name Prasad I called him he also told I'll arrange for tomorrow but since then he's not answering my calls and neither he has sent anyone please help me.

    Dear Sir/Madam:

    I made a request for cancellation of BP 50067896 on Apr. 3 by filling out Disconnection form, cancelled cheque and cover ltr. Since then I have followed up several times reg cancellation without +ve response. I even raised a complaint referenced above, still no +ve revert. I wish to escalate my request for cancellation of the connection and refund of my deposit. Kindly assist.

      Since covid started, I am not residing at my flat in Pune and that is closed, still I am getting average bill which has gone to RS.9325. I have several time informed and raised complaint in their portal but no one is able to help. I can provide the email communication which I had with MNGL where no response from department, every time only asking for meter reading picture, which I have shared as well still nothing happens. Now MNGL is threatening me of Gas line disconnection. Please help
      Can somebody help me with this complaint, I am kind of exhausted by MNGL behavior, I am everyday getting smS for paying amount and when I raise complaint nobody listens to it. Help me if someday can

        My copper is damaged since one month and complaint has already been registered in emergency helpline number however the issue is not yet resolved and my bill is high even though not using due leakage. Every day I am calling to emergency number however no one has come to replace the copper pipe. Every day they are saying we are looking into it. And today they told me to wait again for 20th March. What kind of emergency service is that. What is the meaning of emergency help.
        This is the worst service I have ever received from such a big organisation.

            We suddenly received high bill last month and I have raised a dispute for the same. Technician arrived at my place and found leakage in the gas. They fix the issue however when we asked abt reversal of the bill they clearly inform it is customer responsibility for any leakage and no reversal. Is it fair. I would be raising this to consumer court or if possible will raise in social media

              I have applied for gas connection. After allocating BP no and encashing cheque in September 2022, installation is not completed.
              Installing team came but didn’t install as pipe was short by 10 inches. After that no team has come to install.
              I have complained to MNGL call centre and written several emails to customer support several times but there is no action. The latest complaint No is 11109627.
              Please complete installation urgently.

                I have paid a cheque of Rs.6000 for MNGL Gas pipeline and they said that installation shall be withing 3 months of the work, the gas line has already been installed in buildings beside our's but we are deprived of any services.
                Many of people in our society has already paid in advance but Gas services are not been provided to anybody.
                Just from the perspective of a company if any customer does not pays the regular billing amount like msedcl/MNGL they cut-off the meter and consumer has no choice to pay fine and delayed interest along with the billing amount .
                Here I am a consumer and paid in Advance for which I expected service delay of 3 months but it has been past 3 years no services recieved from MNGL

                    It’s been 2 years there is no gas connection no usage and I get a monthly bill every month without usage. I have been sending a photo on what’s app too but there is no response. In Oct as a yearly amount I still paid Rs 262.

                    Please stop this bill from coming . Please share a non usage form to stop this

                      My connection was installed on 30th August 2022. Till date no representative has come to our flat for noting down the meter reading. A bill is generated online with no images and unit value 36 dated 09th November. However, my current reading as on date 08th January 2023 is 19. pls check attached image. Kindly rectify the bill and resend.
                      I had already paid excess amount (Rs 792) for first month due to same issue.
                      This has occurred again with high amount of bill getting generated with high units. No one is coming for noting meter reading and there is no image on bill. Kindly generate the bill till today's date as per reading. (08th Jan 2023. Unit reading: 19)

                        धायरी येथील पारी चौकामध्ये असलेल्या सीएनजी पंपावर येणाऱ्या गाड्या पंपाच्या बाहेर लहान रस्त्यात उभ्या केल्या जातात व तेथे पंपचालकाला आम्ही विचारणा केल्यास त्यांनी आमच्यावर दबाव टाकला व आम्हाला निघून जाण्यास आग्रह केला आणि आम्हाला म्हणाले तुम्हाला जे करायचं आहे ते करा.
                        साहेब, सहा ते सात महिने उलटून सुद्धा याचा पर्याय निघालेला नाही. आमचा रोजचा रहदारीचा हाच रस्ता आहे,
                        दररोज सकाळ, दुपार, संध्याकाळ तेही रात्री अकरा वाजेपर्यंत वाहनांच्या लांबच लांब रांगा लागतात कृपया यातून पर्याय काढा ही नम्र विनंती.

                            I am lodging this complaint after failed to get in touch with MNGL executives after booking gas connection, i have booked gas connection in the months of may we been following up since then now executives dont pick up the call even. In the month of June they deducted security amount ₹ 6000 from bank after that they served all communication its November now and there is nothing from MNGL. My BP No. is 50314583. Please resolve

                              I had applied and made the deposit for a new gas connection to my house in early-August 2022. Despite repeated e-mails and calls to the MNGL help line there is no proper response or confirmation on when the connection would be provided.
                              The neighbouring houses have the connection, and the gas main runs approx. 5 meter away, but despite this there has been no action on providing the connection.

                                BP no: 30500333... I am a single occupant of my flat and still i pay 3k per cycle!!! Problems started since I got the connection. I repeatedly complained but technicians did not come to check. You guys insisted there is nothing wrong, the gas smell is common. Last month a technician came and discovered a major leakage problem. Your service is very poor. Even after resolving the issue, I am paying huge amount of money. I feel cheated to say the least.

                                  I have applied for MNGL gas connection on 1st of August 2022 and the BP number was alloted to me on 2nd of Sep 2022. On asking about the date of connection the customer care had said the it is planned for Sep-22. However, following up in Sep-22 multiple time had got the response that wait for Sep-22 to end.

                                  I called again on 4th Oct-22 they said that we have raised the complaint. But the person speaking on phone was taking it very lightly.

                                  It is very ver disappointing that MNGL had taken a money two month prior and not even alloted the connection.

                                  We from middle class family, suffered allot to earn the money and these government organizations are taking money well in advance and not actioning on timely basis. If in case I would have delayed the bill payment, they would have started sending the notices and all.

                                  I request the team to look into the matter on very very urgent basis. Otherwise I would need to raise a complaint to district consumer court and file a case.

                                    Bill has not generated after February 2022 for BP Number 50076282.
                                    I have done multiple follow-ups with customer care. Also shared meter reading photo on customer care email id and on whatsapp number as well.
                                    On customer care representative request, I have sent KYC form along with required documents.
                                    Still this issue is not resolved.
                                    We haven't received any bill since 2 years also we don't know what is my BP number. Could you please provide us BP number so that we can pay the bill. Meter Reading is attached with this complaint.
