It’s been 2 years there is no gas connection no usage and I get a monthly bill every month without usage. I have been sending a photo on what’s app too but there is no response. In Oct as a yearly amount I still paid Rs 262.

Please stop this bill from coming . Please...

My connection was installed on 30th August 2022. Till date no representative has come to our flat for noting down the meter reading. A bill is generated online with no images and unit value 36 dated 09th November. However, my current reading as on date 08th January 2023 is 19. pls check attached image. Kindly rectify the bill and resend.
I had already paid excess amount (Rs 792) for first month due to same issue.

MNGL gas copper pipe and meter successful installation in my flat but after installation MNGL people asking money for connect copper pipe to gas stove connection to start....

I am lodging this complaint after failed to get in touch with MNGL executives after booking gas connection, i have booked gas connection in the months of may we been following up since then now executives dont pick up the call even. In the month of June they deducted security amount ₹ 6000 from bank after that they served all communication its November now and there is nothing from MNGL. My BP No. is 50314583. Please resolve...

I had applied and made the deposit for a new gas connection to my house in early-August 2022. Despite repeated e-mails and calls to the MNGL help line there is no proper response or confirmation on when the connection would be provided.
The neighbouring houses have the connection, and the gas main runs approx. 5 meter away, but despite this there has been no action on providing the connection....

BP no: 30500333... I am a single occupant of my flat and still i pay 3k per cycle!!! Problems started since I got the connection. I repeatedly complained but technicians did not come to check. You guys insisted there is nothing wrong, the gas smell is common. Last month a technician came and discovered a major leakage problem. Your service is very poor. Even after resolving the issue, I am paying huge amount of money. I feel cheated to say...

I have applied for MNGL gas connection on 1st of August 2022 and the BP number was alloted to me on 2nd of Sep 2022. On asking about the date of connection the customer care had said the it is planned for Sep-22. However, following up in Sep-22 multiple time had got the response that wait for Sep-22 to end.

I called again on 4th Oct-22 they said that we have raised the complaint. But the person speaking on phone was taking...

Bill has not generated after February 2022 for BP Number 50076282.
I have done multiple follow-ups with customer care. Also shared meter reading photo on customer care email id and on whatsapp number as well.
On customer care representative request, I have sent KYC form along with required documents.
Still this issue is not resolved....

MNGL pipeline has stopped working since 13th Sept and still not resumed it'd services today (14th Sept)...

MNGL representative for our area does not respond to calls or messages. Not from me, nor from the society office....

I have applied online and made payment for new gas connection on 07 December, 2021. It's been more than 9 months and I am still waiting for the connection and meter installation.

I have raised many complaints to customer care, every time they say that " we have...

I paid the latest bill via online mode, the website did not refresh the page after successful payment. Now when I am checking the website, it is showing bill not paid....

My Consumer No is : 50036251 and maore than a year back have reported non-usage. In spite of this, billing being done with threat of disconnection.

The customer care no is non functional. ear;lier they informed that no action needs to be taken and the amount shall be made zero in their records. But still not getting resolved....

Dear team, i have got connection of mngl during may 2021.Since then never got bill. Visited office, the girl at front desk asked me to drop an email.
Shared fresh copies of meter reading. Still we are not getting bill.

Not getting a bill for a BP number 50198997 and meter number 17686564 since 3 years.

When i check online no bill details available there.

I have mailed them atleast 50 times, everytime they just sent me a template mail. When we call them again they just tell, send me you meter picture, everytime i sent them a meter picture nothing happens.

Most pathetic service of mngl. We can not expect such type...

I have received a bill no. [protected] dtd. 02.09.2022 for Rs.170/-.
The bill shows meter reading as Zero.
The supply of gas has not yet been installed only the meter was fixed dtd. 12.06.2022 but till date no supply has started.
I have made complaint no. 10954389 on MNGL toll free number [protected] but got no response.
Again new complaint no. 11025877 and ID EQ[protected] is made by me.

Hi TEam,

I have taken MNGL connection 4 months ago, Still i haven't received any Bill so i have connected your customer support before 1 month Ago and send my Meter reading screenshots to them, after lot's off follow up they send 1 person and he has taken meter reading on 21st August.
but still nothing happen.
Same time when i am trying to register my self it's say's BP number not exist which is given by MNGL.br...

Have raised refund request on 7th march 2022 and havent received any refund till date. Customer care only says its in process but no resolutiom till now.

Btw there was no installation done at my place, at the time of installment technician told to get drilling in wall yourself which made me realise that i made a mistake and should get my refund. NOW I am only looking for refund of full amount I paid 6500....
