For BP Number 50283455 I am not getting the bill on email nor on SMS. There is NO communication about pending bills from your side and you have levied a late charge of Rs 100 for this. My mobile number & email id is already available on your system but still no communication. Please tell me how am I supposed to know if any Bill is pending ? Am I supposed to login every day to check ?

I have been trying to initiate a new connection request with MNGL for the past few days

There is no response from their side for the same, I have already made all payments possible however there is no response from their side...

Dear Sir,
1) I am still awaiting reply for my mail dated 1st June 2022.
2)I am also attaching files for April & June bills. I have paid an amount of Rs. 1186 & 929 on 2/6/2022 by ICICI bank Credit Card. & Rs. 1121/- in August 22 as per attached file.
However, MNGL is showing yet Rs. 237/- balance to be paid from my side. Pls. check the bills & Payments made against above BP No 50023515 & Revert.
3) I am not getting...

My money has been debited since a year is to past but no any service has been provided by the MNGL staff no single call or visit to home.
Alos I have called MNGL many a times but no answers from team.
I request you to take a serious action on MNGL...

I have raised a complaint about a month ago as not receiving the Gas bill for the connection.

I have cleared bill on 17 May 2022 and applied to discontinue/Close services as i have sale my flat before 2 months ago and now i have received bill for INR 199.00(see BP #[protected]

Request you to checked it on priority and also i have not got refund of deposit.

I had visited 3-4 time in MNGL office but not getting proper information.

It has been long time that I applied for new Gas connection for my existing flat in Wakad area but there is no progress on it.. I called several time to customer care executive but no results...

We have a MNGL domestic CNG piped gas connection but we have not yet received any bills.
We have approached customer care vide email reminders and calls but in vain.
Also the customer care is not helping in a proper way.

This company is very irrresponsible. I paid Rs.6, 500 ( 90)days back and company policy says new connection will be installed within 90 days but now deadline is passed and company is still unsure about when to install.
Customer care is bogus and site does not have escalation emails also grievances authorities are not bothered to pick up any calls....

Due to renovation work in kitchen i had asked for gas disconnection. Which was done iam 2 days. But after the work was over I called for reconnection on 21st may 2022. Thay said it will take max 15-20 days. I waited for that time and post that iam continuously following up.
But I always get response that it will be done today. But it not done it's more than a month now.

It is very sad how the MNGL Meter installation team behaves and respond to people. I asked them to come after few days because I was not at my home and most importantly I have visited MNGL office multiple times requesting them to send team either before 1st May or after 13th May.
