I was booking a ticket for today I.e. April 06 2024 for Shivneri bus from Thane to Pune. Money got deducted but ticket was not generated. I request you to please initiate refund.

      Dear Sir, I cancelled my online journey ticket, As per message on MSRTC online reservation system my cancellation voucher number is 995881. even after around 14 days from ticket cancellation date i didnt received my refund amount. as per message of MSRTC i should receive my amount within 7 days after cancellation, Please guide me to recive my ticket cancellation amount. Thank You.

        I refer to MSRTC shivneri busstop at Hinjewadi bhujbal chowk.
        See the photo.
        There's seating - waiting area for passengers.
        However several seats are dusty and can not be occupied by passengers.
        Please maintain cleanliness in the waiting area

          Daulat Dhaba Ghargaon

          Travelled from Pune to Nashik by bus number MH 12 Vf 9212 by 9AM bus

          Bus stopped at Daulat Dhabba ghargaon which was extremely costly and food was tasteless.

          The bus was delayed by hotel authorities as they did not give lock sheet to the driver due to which bus was delayed by 1 hour.

          The bus driver was polite to everyone. I hope the bus authorities takes appropriate action for the Daulat Dhabba...

          विषय शिवशाही बस नंबर MH09EM1380 या बसच्या कंडक्टर व ड्रायव्हर विरुद्ध कारवाई होणे बाबत.
          महोदय,
          काल दिनांक 26/03/2024 रोजी माझी मुलगी संस्कृती ही पुण्यातून सांगलीकडे येण्याकरता शिवशाही गाडी नंबर MH09EM1380 मध्ये बसलेली होती. सदरची गाडी नेहमी अधिकृतपणे राजवाडा चौकातून जाते व त्या ठिकाणी नेहमी थांबते. त्यामुळे मी राजवाडा चौकात आयसीआयसीआय बँकेजवळ बसची वाट बघत थांबलेलो होतो. तथापि सदरची बस अधिकृत ठरलेल्या मार्गाने न येता बुरुड गल्लीतून रॉंग साईडने एकेरी मार्गाचा भंग करून मैत्रीण दुकानच्या कॉर्नर वरून महापालिकेकडून स्टॅन्ड कडे गेली. त्या दरम्यान मी माझ्या मुलीच्या संपर्कात होतो. बुरुड गल्लीतून बस जाताना मुलीने वडील राजवाडा चौकात थांबलेले आहेत असे महिला कंडक्टरला सांगितले असता त्या महिला कंडक्टरने बस राजवाडा चौकात जाणार नाही, पोलीस स्टेशन जवळ थांबेल असे सांगितल्यामुळे आणि बसचा मार्ग बदललेला असल्यामुळे मी मैत्रीण दुकानाच्या आधीपासून बसच्या मागे जाऊ लागलो. मुलगी वारंवार कंडक्टरना "वडील गाडीच्या मागणी येत आहेत, बस थांबवा" अशी विनंती करत होती. तथापि त्या महिला कंडक्टरने बस थांबवणार नाही असे स्पष्ट सांगितले व तरुण भारत च्या जवळ गाडी थांबवली. मी माझ्या मुलीला माझ्या गाडीवर घेऊन बसच्या पाठीमागून स्टैंड वरती गेलो व त्या महिला कंडक्टरला "तुम्ही महिला असून देखील एका महिलेला / मुलीला सहकार्य केलेले नाही, मी तुमच्याविरुद्ध वरिष्ठांकडे तक्रार करणार आहे, तुमचे नाव सांगा" असे म्हटल्यानंतर त्यांनी मोबाईल काढून शूटिंग करण्यास सुरुवात केली व तुम्ही माझी लाज काढता असे खोटे आरोप करून मोठमोठ्या आवाजात बोलायला सुरुवात केली. मी देखील त्या महिला कंडक्टरचे असभ्य वर्तन माझ्या मोबाईल वरती चित्रित केलेले आहे. एसटी महामंडळ कडून रात्रीच्या वेळी प्रवाशांच्या सोयी करता बस थांबवता येईल असे किंवा थांबत जावा असे डायरेक्शन्स आहेत असे सांगून तुम्ही मुलगी विनंती करत असताना देखील बस थांबवलेली नाही, हेच मी त्यांना वारंवार सांगत होतो. एकंदरीत पाहता त्या अतिशय तापट स्वभावाच्या असल्यामुळे उद्धट भाषेत बोलत होत्या. तसेच तेथील सिक्युरिटी गार्डने देखील तुमची तक्रार असेल तर तुम्ही पोलीस स्टेशनला जाऊन तक्रार करा अशी भाषा वापरून हातवारे केले. तसेच शेवटपर्यंत त्या महिला कंडक्टरने स्वतःचे नाव सांगितले नाही. यावरूनच त्यांचा बेजबाबदारपणा दिसून येतो. प्रत्येक वेळेस माझी मुलगी शिवशाहीने पुण्यातून सांगलीत येते. राजवाडा चौकात नेहमी बस थांबते किंबहुना तेथे माझ्या माहितीनुसार अधिकृत स्टॉप आहे. असे असताना एकेरी मार्गाचा भंग करून बसच्या ड्रायव्हरने चुकीच्या मार्गाने बस चालवून कायद्याचा देखील भंग केलेला आहे. तसेच प्रवाशांची सोय बघण्याच्या दृष्टिकोनातून एक मुलगी रात्रीच्या वेळी विनंती करत असताना देखील तिच्या सोयीनुसार किंबहुना अधिकृत बस स्टॉप वरती बस न घेऊन जाता व न थांबवता कंडक्टरने कर्तव्यात कसूर केलेली आहे. याकरता त्यांच्यावरती कारवाई होणे आवश्यक आहे.
          म्हणून दिला तक्रारी अर्ज.

          सदरची बस पुण्यातून स्वारगेट येथून संध्याकाळी सात वाजता सुटलेली होती व रात्री साडेबाराच्या दरम्यान सांगली आगाराच्या बस स्टॅन्ड मध्ये आलेली होती

            I have booked 2 ticket on msrtc app amounting 1030 rupees the paymet is done form my side but havent received any confirmation form them . I checked the my booking but it is not showing any tickets here i have checked my booked seats but it shows empty here .

              Yesterday I was booking shivshahi from kalyan to tarakpur for[protected]:30, at the payment gateway (upi - gpay), payment was done successfully of amount rs. 490, but it didn't redirect to app again. I haven't received any sms or email about my booking is failed or success, and now when i checked the bus seat is available again although my amount is debited. Atleast if booking fails send some kind of notification it makes us easy to know the status. There after i tried again 2 times but my bank showed insufficient balance, then i came to know the actual condition.
              Now I want my refund as the ticket booking shows failed, so I'm unable to request cancellation or refund. Kindly give me my refund asap.

                Ticket failed

                I booked a ticket for 22nd March. Money got deducted but ticket was not generated. It is showing in failed ticket with voucher no. 1091117. I request you to please initiate refund....

                I had book my tickets on 19 March 2024 money is debited from my account but tickets was not booked also not showing in my tickets section,

                  I had the ticket booked in mrctc from ratnagiri.. details are given in the photo... I was made to wait for 3 hours outside of window in ahmednagar Tarakpur deposit...
                  The engineer doesn't know the proper features of software... No knowledge of how to re install the software...
                  I had to loose rs1045... They could do nothing...
                  I want my all money back...

                    Hi, I had booked 1 ticket for Swargate to Dahivadi through Bhoisar Gandavale bus. The bus was supposed to arrive at 12:45 pm on 15th March 2024, at the Swargate station Pune, but even after 3 hours the bus did not arrive and I had to take Sangamner Gondavale bus by paying for the seat in this bus. I request you to refund back the amount as cancellation was not allowed and the bus did not come on time even after waiting for 3 hours. Pls find below attached e ticket from the app for your reference.

                          I had booked tickets from Nashik CBS, Nashik to New shivajinagar bus stand, Pune on 2nd of March 2024 for Sunday's bus the next day. But it showed as failed and the money was deducted. I had to book an offline seat. It's been 7 days and I've not received any refund. Please look into the same.

                                Myself, Dr. Ravindra Kavhar ( Forensic Department), waiting for my bus at Cidco bus stop since 2 hours. The scheduled bus from Cidco to Risod at 9:15 AM & at 10:15 AM still not announced at Cidco bus stop.
                                My time is precious. Please look for the issue & what is actually going at Cidco bus stop, otherwise I have to connect with higher authorities.

                                  I am travelling in bus no MH-20-BL-0801 to Virar from Thane Stn which commenced the journey at 4.45 pm. The conductors behaviour is extremely rude. When asked about the expected time to reach the destination, he said it could 2, 3, 4 or 6 hours. If you are in a hurry do not ride the bus.

                                    I tried booking for eshivshahi bus fom Alibag - Swargate on 20/02/2024 but the amount (690) was debited but the ticket was not booked.
                                    Customer care told that the refund will be madhe in 7 days but till today ( 04/03/2024) no refund is made.
