Dear sir,

I would like to bring to your attention the condition of a van purchased by me for the school… i have been chasing up with kumar automobiles (Rudrapur uttarakhand) and their branch in kashipur for almost over 8 to 10 months to help in getting the condition repaired, however my requests and complaints have been falling on deaf ears. My staff and my mother (President of the school) have been speaking with the owner mr agarwal however he seems to never be in town and mostly when we call him he is at the airport …travelling, post that i got in touch with the manager of the kashipur branch mr. Yogesh goel who is just asking for time as he also needs to speak with the people above.

The van was purchased and registered in april 2015, however in the last one and a half years the roof of the van has deteriorated considerably. The metal seems to be giving way and water seeps in. Sir it is used to ferry kids and now and in the morning (When its not raining) in the cold weather the seats get wet and also the water trickles inside the cabin… now one can only imagine what it would be like if it starts raining. As off today parts of the roof have started to fall.
Sir please need help it is a matter not only for children but also as a institution where our primal focus is on education and safety…

Its very bad expirence no call centre no phone pickup no service.2 emi deduct in 1 months every month he torchered me i call every month plz clear my all dews and i paid to all dews and paid my full amount but no one call me and not given detail my full amount.

      I am facing frequently wheel spinning issue in my tuv even after changing new suspensions kit. So kindly rectify this issue.. Even i dropped and email to [protected]@mahindra.com. Attaching video for reference which tested by g3 motor nerul service centre and they are saying this problem is normal.. I need proper resoulation for this. Almost all tuv having this issue why you are not resolving? Even g3 motor driver saying it's issue still they are not resolving.

      If vehicle free tyre is spinning and other tyre which actually need to take grip which not taking load this is not issue then what exactly? Please explain

        I went to Mahindra Tirupati vehicles pvt. Ltd dealer in Gajraula District Amroha Uttar Pradesh, for buying the new Mahindra XUV 300, i take a quotation for on-road price of the vehicle .The person over there told me that i have to pay extra money other then the genuine RTO charges, for the vehicle Registration .and temporary registration .

        He was also demanding for his personal expenditure to let the RTO work done .He is charging about Rs4500 extra for vehicle registration and some other extra charges for temporary Registration it is also more than the genuine RTO charges.

        I had pre booked the car and i am not going to buy it if i had to pay these types of extra charges for a new Mahindra vehicle .

          We, m/s lloyds metal & energy ltd. Midc, ghugus dist. Chandrapur till todate purchased 04 four wheeler from provincial automobiles company ltd. Tadali, dist. Chandrapur (Maharashtra) till to-date. 01 scorpio in 2013, 01 bolero in 2017, 01 bolero in jan 2018 & 01 bolero (Ambulance) in feb 2018.

          We have sent our company bolero no. Mh34bf-8255 to mahindra service station namely provincial automobiles company ltd. Tadali, dist. Chandrapur for second free servicing but they refused to accept cheque & said that if they accept cheque, vehicle will not be released till the time cheque clearance comes from bank. We have requested to manager mr charnjit singh & ceo mr. Gurmit singh suri also for for acceptance of cheque & releasing bolero after servicing but both of them refused to do so stating that it is company policy.

          As a reputed company we are giving bank cheque every where against the work carried out for the company. It is requested that please issue guideline to provincial automobiles company ltd. (Mahindra & mahindra) authorized service center for accepting cheque against servicing / repairing work in future.

            Dear sir,
            I really hope that you will take prompt action against darbhanga mahindra showroom.
            My scorpio suv was there for repairing purpose for two days. They have opened engine and given me an estimate of about 4lacks. Then i thought of going to some other place.
            When i asked them about changes for openings of just engine. They handed me a huge amount bill for just 2 hours work.
            They changed me rs. 11200/- just for not doing anything. After that i tried to contact your customer care so many times but there is no person to give response.
            I really wanted to know that this kind of services you are providing to your customers. This is very disappointing.

              I had booked a car in g3 motors dombivili,
              Car named mahindra xuv500 red
              When i booked the car with my choice red colour on 10th jan 2019, they had committed me to give the car of red colour within a month.
              I had also paid a booking amount of rs 5000 on the same day.
              And then rs150000 after 15days.
              Now the g3 motors is refusing me to give the red colour xuv500w9.
              And they are also insisting me to take a xuv500w9 white colour.
              Or else they are also insisting me cancel the booking.
              I would like mahindra and mahindra to look after this complaint.
              And give me a proper justice.

                I recently did my sercive for car and it stopped working in middle of road. Called service centre and no one gives any response. This is second time this has happened and i had to go to private mechanic and pay him after paying massice ammount for service chsrges at amritsar mahindra. I am very upset from this kind of service and mostly from customer service. Mahindra charges big money for their service and provide very ### service.

                  Purchased my car suv mahindra nuvosport odel s8 amt from g3 motors nerul navi mumbai.
                  In oct 2016.
                  Since then twicely major breakdown in the middle of highway.. For amt gearbox, for which company replaced me new gear box (As per company record)
                  This again same again problem occured on 10 th feb2019
                  So it has to be towed to g3 motor nerul.
                  As i got faulty place, i want replacement for new suv or want my money back worth rs 11.25 lacd i paid!!

                    The model of our xuv 500 is w6. We purchased our car in 2014 and 2019 is going on and due to rust on the driver side door there have been formation of 2 holes in the door and at some other places also there is rust formation. And if we see practically its very dangerous for the person travelling in the car there is no safety and it can cause a very severe accident. You are requested to take the suitable action otherwise we know how to handle this matter legally also. So please take the required action

                      Hi,

                      I would like to state a bad experience regarding my car (Mahindra xuv 500) service with (Tvsundram iyengar sons ltd service station near matha hospital, thellakom p. O., m. C. Road, ettumanoor, kottayam
                      Kottayam, kerala).

                      There was a flood occurred near to my hometown (Pala, kerala) in november - 2018 and due to which some amount of water upto the trye level was marked in the car. And the next day we contacted the service centre and as per there request the car was towed to the service centre.

                      On initial investigation of car, a cost of rs.20, 000 was estimated for repairs and two weeks later the amount shooted upto rs.1.60 lakhs. Since the car was covered under bumper to bumper insurance we actually didn't concern much about the amount. Altogether they took 3 months of time for repairing and we were asked to take the delivery of the vehicle on 15-feb-2019.

                      At the time of delivery we asked the technician for a test drive and while driving, the steering and brake was vibrating. As we felt something wrong with the car, we asked them for further investigation on the car. Then we came to see the water was not at all drained from the car and it was still filled with water on the floor and the whole part started to rust and many parts was detached from the car. It was a shocking experience for my family to see all this. The service technician was not all responding to the question we asked. We finally didn't took the car from garage and asked them to repair all those faults which we saw. We also took the photos and videos of the vehicle under this state for a proof.

                      Now, still we have questions in our mind which were not answered by the concerned people
                      1) how did they repair the car without draining the water from the car?
                      2) how confidence can we drive the vehicle since the part started to rust? We are concerned about the safety as vehicle parts started to rust.

                      I hope through this forum i would get a proper resolution from mahindra.

                      Radiator coolant water leaked completly within 30 mins, i am tryin to saw, but it is not visible to where it is leaked, , , the coolant is droped continuously drop by drop fastly.                       I sent my car for regular service and got it booked 1 week back and I ask them to give me on same day as it was regular one .they picked up the car 30 km away then they call me that they can't give me the same day.they talked to me very rudely in nonprofessional way .and returned the car without servicing .I was shocked by their behaviour .now I m wondering whom to contact my car no is up16 bc 1826 .

                        I chose this vehicle with huge hope and reliability. But now i am very frustrated since last 2 year facing big irritating starting problem of my vehicle. This problem is always happening in middle way of travelling, when i stop the engine for some time and again trying to start, it refused to start with very heavily vibrating engine and noisy sound, after 20 to 30 time i tried to start engine but it can't start. (Recently this problem is happening when i am with my family and travelling throughout forest area, 9 to 10 pm in night). Before and after this problem again i visit mahindra kiran automobile service centre patna, after all they said to me "here is battery problem so better you replace this battery". I am surprised because still my vehicle runs only 9000 kilometre and problem is found starting on 3000 km. However i replace the battery with new one but the problem is still coming. Again i visit to mahindra service centre and again they told me that "your new battery is also not good take another one".in very frustrated mode i go to the battery shop and they check new one battery and also old one. After that they said to me both battery is in very good condition and functionable.
                        Now i am fully harris with mahindra service centre because they didn't except and find the problem.
                        So hereby i trying to inform you kindly try to fix my vehicle problem, or i understood "mahindra and mahindra" is not able to fix it, or tv 300 is extremely faulty vehicle made by mahindra.

                                Good evening sir

                                1. My name is wing commander Mayank Paliwal. i am posted to Barrackpore, Kolkata. After reviewing your company vehicle Mahindra XUV 500, I finally decided to go for your vehicle in Dec 2018. I actually wanted to buy XUV w 9 model. However, when I contacted to your company authorized dealer (Mr Gautam) of ‘Mohan Motors, Kolkata' on 26 Dec 18, he told me that he has an offer for me. Since it was yearend and he has to finish his stock of Mahindra 2018 XUV lying with him, he offered me to give XUV 500 AT (O) in is kind of heavy discounts are generally not offered by Mahindra. However, with lots of assurance from his side, Mr Gautam convinced me to book that vehicle.

                                2. Even at the time of booking I confirmed that state of vehicle as not being damaged, or an internal issues or a test drive vehicle. I was categorically being convinced that none of the above mentioned issues exists with the vehicle; however, since the vehicle is standing in Mohan Motors’s yard since Apr 18, they are offering me discount. In order to materialize this discount through canteen stores department of Indian Armed Forces process, I was told to book and pay for XUV 500 w 11 AT (O) through Canteen Stores Department (CSD). I was told that the balance of payment between model w9 and w 11 AT (O) would be reimbursed to me in form of cheque at the time of delivery. I like a simple defense officer, not aware about frauds done by company like your’s (sorry but this is the fact), booked vehicle accordingly and paid in full (Rs 1701798/-) on 28 Dec 18. However, rights from word go, I insisted to see the vehicle prior to paying money at CSD. However, the agent of mohan motors (Mr Gautam) kept on giving me false commitments and somehow managed to get me make payment without seeing the vehicle.

                                3. On 31 Dec 18, when I went to take delivery of vehicle, to my surprise I found the vehicle offered to me has already run 2480 kms!! The external state of vehicle was also seen to be of a used vehicle (Photo attached). When I pressurized the company MD, Mr. Pinaki Hore, he subsequently agreed that it was a test drive vehicle. When I decided to take the matter to police, consumer from his office and offered my apologies for this daring fraud which they attempted on me. Subsequently, he agreed to give me a new vehicle with existing discount and additional Rs 10, 00, 00/- as a compensation for said attempted fraud. He also gave me the entire commitment in writing and promised to give me a new vehicle at or before 31 Jan 19. Since I was out on 31 dec 18 to take the delivery of vehicle, I had already made insurance of this test driven vehicle’s engine and chassis no. the same day. Now I am struggling to get that insurance also cancelled and my Rs 57000/- are stuck with insurance of this vehicle which Mohan Motors promised to deliver me on 31 Dec 18 !!! While this entire episode was taking place, I have also spoken to regional manager of Mahindra motors; Mr Subesh Mukherjee. He gave me a personal commitment to oversee the rest of delivery case personally and promised me that balance of deal would go without any incident. On his persuasive attitude and written commitment from Pradip Bajaj, I agreed to wait for a month for new vehicle delivery. This entire episode had shaken me up and given me lots of disappointments.

                                4. However, since 31 Jan 19, whenever i am trying to contact Mohan Motors MD, Pradip Bajaj or his GM, Mr. Pinaki Hore, they are avoiding my calls. On few incidents, when calls got connected, they showed their inability to deliver my vehicle due financial constraints their company is facing. They have asked me to do whatever I can do. I am also in touch with Mahindra Regional manager, Mr. Subesh Mukharjee, who is telling me that Mohan motors have gone bonkers and lots of payment from Mohan Motors is also due for Mahindra also. He said that delivery of new vehicles from Mahindra to Mohan Motors has stopped. However, he is trying to resolve my dispute and trying to get my vehicle delivered. As per him, my vehicle has already come to Kolkata and lying with some other dealer (Shree Motors). Now he is trying to convince Mr. Pradip Bajaj of Mohan Motors to collect that vehicle from Shree Motors and deliver it to me. However, all his attempts from past 15 days have failed and my agony is still unsorted.

                                5. At this juncture, I failed to understand the ethos and values which you must have imbibed in your company staff and dealers. Even after attempting a pure fraud, they have the audacity of making a me run around like gizmos for a vehicle which I have already paid in full in advance from my hard earned money. I would like to tell you that I had taken a loan for purchase of this vehicle. The installments of same are already on. Now bank is asking me to submit documents of new vehicle which I don’t have to submit. Now they are liable to charge me higher interest rates if I fail to provide them with documents.

                                7. To substantiate my point I am attaching photo graph of my purchase order, letter of conviction from Mr. Pradip Bajaj. I am also attaching call records between me, Mr. Gautam, Mr. Subesh and Mr. Pinaki Hore. After, listening to them my case would become crystal clear to you.

                                6. Throughout my life, I have lived with proud and honesty. My organizational culture has taught me to believe on others; honesty and pride. But unfortunately dealer like Mohan Motors have given me one more reason to believe as to why we fail to progress as a country. I as a serving soldier of this country earnestly demand your prompt intervention in this matter and demand you help to get me out of this unethical situation which your company have put me into. If I fail to receive re-addressal of my grievances from your side also, I would be moving on to consumer court, media and police within three days,

                                  I have purchased mahindra marazzo 7 str m2 model which chassis no. Is ma1wa2es1j2k47752, invoice no.1228 dated 05/11/2018 from v. C. Motors pvt. Ltd., plot no.608-609 rooma, g. T. Road, kanpur-208008.
                                  From the beginning there was starting trouble in this vehicle as sitting idle just for 5-6 days. Whenever registered the complaint in v. C. Motors pvt. Ltd. The service staff came and take off the vehicle by toaching and hold there 5 times for atleast 15 days in every time when complained. Still the problems are same and i'm paying the instalment of that vehicle without using it in every month.
                                  It's really very bad impression against such a giant group of automobile sector which motto is better services and satisfaction upto consumer end but i'm extremely sorry to say that your technical and service management is totally failure to provide the satisfaction and services.
                                  It is my utmost request to sort out the problems on war fotting steps at your good office end so that the repo of the company may be maintain otherwise i would take serious actions through judiciary and consumer forum.

                                    I want provide information regarding my car. I have mahindra kuv 100. I have purchased it in the year 2018 (Feb). From the beginning i have engine problem in my car. The engine makes noice after starting it. The noice continues during ride. Also i lodge a complaint with respective authorised service center at aanand but they did not respond well and talk rudely with us. Please provide support with this asap.

                                      I ajay kr yadav have purchase a new scarpio s11 on 6th 0f nov 2018, engine no wrj4g16747 and chassis no ma1ta2wr2j2h24642.

                                      I drive only 8000 km but it start making noise in gear box which i complain to my nearest showroom/workshop but they change few parts and hand over to me my scorpio. But now its again started the same so please what should i do... Please take back your scorpio and return me my amount which i paid you... I am using your scarpio for last 10 years but this is the 1st tym m facing such problems.

                                      Tekriwal motors pvt ltd kabilaspur near leela mandir deoghar jharkhand is the place from where i purchase the scarpio. And this time they didnt responding me well.

                                        Being first time with quite satisfied to go for mahindra vehicle 4 wheeler, n accordingly went to punjab motors n booked for above car and also given advance (On 1st feb) to process on manufr of vehicle. Before booking i already informed them that i need vehicle before my travelling date from 16th feb n will be back after 20days trip. As per ther commitment 10days will be sufficient to deliver the vehicle. Until now no vehicle and showing on transit since 1 week
