I drive only 8000 km but it start making noise in gear box which i complain to my nearest showroom/workshop but they change few parts and hand over to me my scorpio. This is the third time my driver's door lock is not functioning due to which all door gets locked up even when i try to open it up.

Not happy with the service taking care of customer. There is no time value for the customer who is standing for the service of his car. People are very unprofessional behaviour towards the customer is also very unprofessional. There is no system people who they known take care them well and rest is like they no need.

I have purchased a marazzo m2 7seater from eram motors, palakkad, kerala., the quoted amount for comprehensive insurance was 41536 and for music system was 33000 (The dealer offered me a company music system), and i had done the payment accordingly. When i got the car the total insurance amount printed in the insurance is 34000 and the music system was jvc kw - m24bt with for speakers, which cost only 14000 + another 5000 for 2 pairs of speakers....
