This is to acknowledge you that i had purchased an xuv 500 w10 (Registration no uk08ap 3000) on 09/08/2017 from mighty mahindra haridwar uttarakhand and since day of purchase the sunroof is not working and its been almost two years despite several complaints to the service manager and concerned authorities nobody is taking action against the issue and i am facing several problems due to that

    Dear team,

    An order for scorpio s9 molten red colour was placed on 28-feb-2019 through m/s united automobiles, faridabad-haryana. (Cont. Person mr. Rohit gupta [protected]). There is no confirmation on delivery date yet.

    Initially a delivery was confirmed with 15-20 days of order. Upon further query on 14-march-2019 it has been informed that vehicle would be dispatched from mahindra plant not before 29th march, without a confirmed delivery date still.

    That makes the delivery date for customer of about 6-8 weeks which is way above than what was promised initially. This reflects lack of transparency from a customer standpoint.

    Please enquire and share details of the reason for such a large gap.

    A email reply would be much appreciated.

      I am an architect settled at cochin, i was planning to purchase mahindra xuv 300. But decided not to go for it due to poor service. I had visited the mahindra sales showroom at maradu cochin kerala.
      Not even a single sales person turned up to explain the details regarding the vehicle even though there where many sitting.
      I know if you loose a single customer like me it's not a big deal.
      But at least try to maintain a good customer service.

        During my job search from shine.com website page i found job suitable for me in mahindra motors so i applied and provided them related documents with my biodata then i recived phonecall from telling me that i had been shortlisted and i would be interviewed by hr recruiter of the company after my telephonic interview was told that have been selected for the post of senior supervisor and asked to pay rs9600- towards selection fee then only i would recive job offer letter and asked to pay bank: Fino bank

        I hope proper actions to taken of amount rs9600 will be refuned to me

        We are very disappointed with mileage issue, before first servicing of our marrazzo's average mileage was 17 but after first servicing mileage is reduced to 13.Kindly cooperate to resolve our issue with mileage and let us know why mileage has been reduced poorly and unexpected.

            I have given my car for the servicing in koncept mahindra noida sec-59 after the accident mahindra tuv300 t6+ dl8cap7184 owner manju sharma buy tuv300 koncept mahindra in 2017 they painted my car bt it was not done correctly, rasting was happening in the car after that in 2018 again we had an accident again we gave our car for servicing and again after the paint same rasting happened and now if i am having a word with mishra, koshik and salender they are misbehaving with us and not giving me a proper answer and when we said that we will file a complaint against it they are saying we are not working for the mails or on those mails we work according us. Earlier when accident happened they removed our battery and then they haven't provided us with wheel cover and antina which our missing from past 1.5 yrs

            I want my problem to be resolved as soon as possible, because i m very frustrated with the people in koncept mahindra as they are not supporting us.

            hello sir my name is sonu sharma i have Mahindra TUV 300 T6+ Vehicle No. DL8CAP7184 Owner Name Manju Sharma for which i gave to repairing at Kocept Mahindra Sector 59 Noida and for the same car i complaint on 11th March and today is 25th march but my veichle is not repaired and the concern person whom i talked is the senior person at kocept Mahindra whose name is Salender which is misbehaving and abused to me and with my Brother in law and threaten me to beat me and brother in law i am very disappointed by the service and and their senior person this the first time i m faing this issue i have also 3 more mahindra car which is scorpio HR51AX4444, HR51Y0072, HR70C6407, but mever face this kind of issue so please help ke out of this problem

            P.S - They also told me that they will not listen to any higher person any mail or any kind of tweet that like most person do these days so do whatever you want. this how they treat us

              Dear mahindra,

              I am very upset with your service providers and engineers they do check my vehicle but not able to resolve issue with, i had many time visit in mahindra service center in jaipur, rajasthan,
              Issue 1. Getting some indigator lirght and accelarator not working because of this light.
              Issue 2. Vehicle have extra sound like bold or some engine part with running vehicle.
              Issue 3. When starts the engine it is vibrating too much during start.

              With all issue i am suffering from 8 to 9 months and mechanic check the car but the are not able to resolve, i had more than 10 visits in service center.

              Is this your services, if you can't provide services properly then why you are existing in service part. I am very upset and angry now i am on the highway and getting those issue and just visited service center in vishwakarma industries area, k. S motors, jaipur.

                While running, three four indicators suddenly display in the dial and after that if car made to off, again it will not start. Some time when we start the vehicle the same indicators displayed and it will not start.. This was inform to india garage mysore city karnataka, they asked to tow the vehicle to garage this was done four five times.. But they are failed to identify the problem.. The problem is repeatedly happening.. Kindly look into this problem and relief my headache.. Thanks

                Vehicle had been towed to the service centre, the executives over there doesn’t know the problem, they’ll just restart some imobaliser, after doing that the vehicle starts, few days later the problem persist again, there are no efforts by the company to solve the problem even after the vehicle had been towed to the service centre for three times. The vehicle doesn’t start suddenly, which have to be then towed to the service centre, if this a kind of vehicles Mahindra in producing, it’s better to have no vehicle than having the Mahindra vehicle. I’m very much disoppointed with the Mahindra cars. We are afraid to taking our vehicle for long journeys, as we do not know when the vehicle doesn’t start. Hope the Mahindra customer care executives take this complaint seriously and resolve the problem as soon as possible.

                  I yuvraj kaushal would like to bring to your kind notice that i have purchased mahindra kuv100nxt k2 (Diesel) dl12 cn 1969 ch. No. Ma1vb2nacj6b89531 from showroom b2 16 synergy care safdarjung enclave new delhi 110029.
                  Since the time of purchase i am facing problem with clutch plate and wierd sounds like ghungroo from the back side while driving and it makes me to feel that i am running an 10 years old car. The car has been have been sent for n numbers of time to the service center and also 3 times to the main workshop at jannes in okhla b 24 to replace or open clutch plate (Atish) is the person over there who is working on it but problem ia not resolved.
                  Infact car has there today as well..
                  Inspite of raising complaint to highest authority to mr. Upinder (Delhi head) the issue does n't solve.
                  I am tired of this issue now and hence haven't received a precise solution till now. I am done running around service centres and requesting them to answer my plea.
                  With deep regret the after service of mahindra has gone for a toss and it has been of poor quality experience till now.
                  I can't riak my life anymore. I would like this issue to be permanently resolved which seems to be a manufacturing defect. If failed to do so within coming days will all evidence and incidents happened in regards will have to move to consumer court for due justice.
                  Hoping to get a swiftly reply and action takwn in regards to the complainet raised.

                    I wish to complain about my mahindra rexton rx7 that i purchased in 2013 through m/s sireesh auto pvt ltd., bangalore for rs. 25, 00, 000/- (Approx.).
                    I am complaining because every time the car is sent for any repairs or replacement of parts, there is always denial and delay in procurement of the parts giving reasons like the parts are not available or the manufacturer is not supplying the parts anymore.
                    Lately i am facing a problem with the passenger door lock, everytime the key is used to unlock/lock the door there is a weird sound and manually it must operated, while servicing - the mechanic inspected my vehicle and agreed to fix the problem, however, the problem was not sorted out due to unavailbility of parts but promised to procure within few days but till date i have not received any response from them.. This has irked me immensely, reason being that your service provider sireesh auto is underperforming to the expectations of its customers. A unsatisfied customer may not keep the company in his good books in-spite of mahindra & mahindra ltd. Being such a popular automotive sector.
                    I believe that this response is unfair because i rely on my car for transport and apart from the inconvenience caused physically and emotionally. I would appreciate it if you could organize to fix the issue with the service provider.
                    I look forward to settling this matter amicably. If, however, the matter is not satisfactorily resolved by 10 days, i will consider taking further action to resolve the complaint either through the department of commerce or through the courts.

                      I wouild like to point out an issue regarding mahindra tuv 300 6+ (Vehicle# kl-41l-3332, engine# smg6e24581, chasis# g6e39069) purchased on august 2016. I had a gear shifting problem while driving the car as the gear shifting was not happening smoothly. I contacted the nearby service centre (Pothen’s mahindra, muttom, aluva, ernakulam, kerala) and they have asked me to change the entire clutch assembly and fly-wheel. My car has run only 27, 000 kms and i feel it really awkward and unusual to change clutch and fly wheel in such an instance, and feel it as a technical problem with the vehicle and hereby request mahindra & mahindra to do a thorough investigation on this complaint.

                        Booked with m/s speed link panchkula. Not providing as per my requirement for billing for himachal kangra and colour silver only.

                        But speed link staff is not able to deliver the required address billing and says can provide white colour vehicle only.

But if my car's problem is not solvent, i would turn around he was crying and demanding moneyalthough the car is not installed on 16/02/2016, the problem is not solved, if the problem is not solved, then i will cut the tip of the car and dump it in the media or news channels will be shown the importance of your luxurious car.

                          Car no wb12as4860. It was scheduled to be picked up on 26th feb for service. But none came. When called I was told that as they are having short supply of mobile filters etc they didnt turned up. I believe it's a lame excuse. The booking personal had simply forgot to log for pick up. I am stucked with 2 cars as I do not have parking space.

                            I, sujata gupta (W/o arun gupta) would like to bring to your kind notice that i have purchased mahindra kuv 100 6+ (Petrol) with register no - dl07 cm6816 from mahindra showroom, siva motors, patparganj, delhi in march 2017.

                            Since the time of purchase i am facing door locks not closing problem and have sent my car n number of times to shiva motors workshop.in fact car was last sent yesterday i. E, 3rd march 2019 and still problem not solved.

                            In spite of raising complaint to highest authority available at workshop i. E, gm, tarun the issue doesn't solve.
                            I am tired of this issue now and hence haven't received a precise solution till now. I am done running around service centres and requesting them to answer my plea. With deep regret the after service of mahindra has gone for a toss and it has been of poor quality experience till now. Moreover, i have been asked to take 3 years amc by paying rs.14, 000.00

                            I do not want to risk my life and invite theft of my car due to your negligence. I would like this issue to be permanently resolved which seems to be a manufacturing defect, latest by 8th march 2019. If failed to do so within coming days with all evidence and incidents happened in regards will have to move to consumer court for due justice.

                            Hoping to get a swift reply and action taken in regards to the complaint raised.

                                Ill go to your service station unnati motors, kamthi road, nagpur for servicing my xuv 500 on 15/02/2019 at the time of servicing they give me estimate of rs 5500+gst, without ask they change my break paid and coolant, wheel alignment and give me bill of rs 18000.
                                Before ill already change my break paid and they told me 30000 km run that part but he change after 12000 km without intimate me, when ill said him they told me ill return your amount in your account and after 15 days they deny for return my money i am having recording of that conversation, so what can i do, ill go to consumer forum or any other place..

                                  They hv commited to delivery on 26.02.19. But they are not delivering the vehicle.
                                  Our team of persons are there at showroom from 26.02.19.

                                    Hello sir / madma,
                                    For your information, this second time i am writing formal complain of not refunding my extra amount paid to knocept showroom mg road in the front of bristol hotel.

                                    Bought mahindra xuv 500 on 25th dec 2018, during delivery have pointed out inr 3000 extra paid to showroom based on cost estimation prepared by mr. Shobit rm and invoice generated by mahindra system having value difference. I have raised my voice to mr. Pawar gm of showroom and he assured me to take vehicle and later on he will resolved this issue.

                                    Till date have gone 5 times to showroom and send ample of messages / phone calls to to mr. Pawar but nothing happened till so far. Even have filled application of refund to mr. Pawar and taken acknowledgement duly stamped and signed by gm for assurance of issuing cheque of 3000 inr extra paid.
                                    But after 2 months of chasing up there is no result.

                                    I want to make it point quite clear about goo[censored]p done by rm and gm of this showroom before my car delivery as before 15 days have soldoff my old car to them in lieu of old exchange car and paid 2 cheques of 5 lacs+ to them for booking care and delivery planned on 25th dec 2018

                                    Before 2 days of delivery their rm shobit called me up and told me to take back cheques and car as the new mahindra xuv 500 which we have booked has been stolen from lorry which was bringing from pune.
                                    When i heard this, i am not able to control and reached to showroom to have discussion with gm and after lot of fights gm agreed to deliver my car on 25th ndec

                                    I got my deliver on 25th dec but with value difference of 3000 inr which i paid extra based on cost estimation sheet made up by showroom rm and vetted by mr. Varun showroom incharge.

                                    Kindly look into this, otherwise will escalate this case to mahindra as as worked as cfo of delphi automotive systems in past and will publish whole story on social media.

                                    We already made our speed control of our Jeeto vehicle. Then why your manager Mr. Sagar Mandora asking Rs. 1500/- for issuing speed control certificate. As he will not do any had work for it . Please help us.

                                      Dear team i was booked mhindra kuv100 k6 str diseal from rajkot gallops mahindra and also paid your full amount as on 20/01/2019 as per commitments of your executive but still i struggle for my car delivery.
                                      Please give me my car delivery and also paid my loan interest which already i paid in my loan installment otherwise i will go for consumer forum for legal.
