Sir, i am pramod kumar rai from bhayandar, thane district. From last four years, my vehicle is going to service center for same issue which is repeatly harshing me and making my drive uncomfortable and that issue is related to the engine of my car because of which my pickup is decreasing and clach, pressure is going in a wrong direction.     xuv 500 rusting issue

    Dear sir,

    I shankaran bought my xuv 500 vehicle number on 02/11/2015 and within the completion of 2 years, i found all 5 (Five) doors of my car have started rusting.

    And the same was brought to the notice of mahindra authorized service center india garage peenya bangalore.

    And they replaced 4 doors (Front rh, front lh, rear lh, boot) of my vehicle and not one door (Rear rh) for god only knows...

The same problem has been there after service too but charged a huge amount. Really dissatisfied with mahindra service center.       I have booked your recently launched vehicle xuv 300 and has already submitted 2 lakhs as advance at your nagaon dealer gd motors. The booking happened on 26th feb. But the concerned sales person (Lady with the title phukan)
      Appears to be so busy that she avoids my phone calls on the pretext that she is in a meeting or training. Even i hesitate to make a call to her. She has always been saying that i will call you back or the concerned person is on leave. I didn't expect such a sort of response from your end being a reputed corporate. This is highly uncalled for and awaiting a response from your end about the true whereabouts of the booked vehicle.

        This is to inform you that i have purchased a mahindra xuv 500 from supreme motors, howrah, kolkata on 14.03.2019. Immediately, while the pdi there was a defect and left rear power window does not work. Everytime the fuse gets replaced, it keeps blowing off, also the same door child locks itself automatically and does not open while pressing the unlock button on the flip key while the other doors open. I have to manually open the door from the inside and change the child lock to unlock position (Even the diagram shown is reverse of what it actually should be) as it opens in lock position and locks up in unlock position. This is seriously a joke and mahindra needs to start thinking about how not to give defective and manufacturing defect vehicles costing 14 lakhs to it's customers. I urge the higher management to look into this and get this thing sorted as my car is lying in the service center the very next day i took delivery. The pdi should have done at the manufacturing unit itself before sending a car to the dealer.
        Please look into this, else i will have to drastic measures against mahindra.

          Dear mahindra, i got an accident of my kuv 100 ka38m5071 on 2nd o dec and i left my car for repair on 5th to saptagiri motors gulbarga karnataka. They asked for sum advances and i deposited 60 ks on 16th of dec. Its been 2 months i am still waiting for my car to get ready. As i am in sales and marketing its very difficult for me to work without vehicle. Its very disappointing for me that a newly lunched vehicle required 2 months to get repair. Lot of my friends warn me while purchasing this car now i am feeling i would have gone for maruti or tata. They would have repair my car within 15-20 days. I was thinking to purchase another upgraded version may be xuv 300 but with this kind of situation should i go for mahindra or something else or even i am feeling bad for those peoples whom i have refereed to go for mahindra in past.

              After informing rsa customer service in 3: 45 pm
              They don't even send a representative till
              10: 40pm as per their instructions my vehicle waited in 7hours in breakdown area.
              Then i have arranged a hydra and carrying to my place
              I have called several times every time they says sir please wait for 30 minutes we will send our representatives.
              This is my second experience with rsa guys
              They just want to waste your time.

              After 6-8 times calling the towing of my vehicle was not arranged. The vehicle kept standing overnight and still 1pm second day in wait of towing arrangements to be done by RSA. Surprised that no one bothered to call afterward to know if the assistance is given or not. I highly disappointed and felt like wating my money buying RSA. Below is the copy of my complaint.

              My new Thar 2020 model Radiator Gots leaked due to Improper Ftting By Mahindra Staff And I got stuck between Centre of Kullu Manali highway called they RSA For help the towing van come and drop my car to near Mahindra agency the RSA consultant Promise me to provide my Taxi to my house within 90 minutes I reached to the agency near about 8.45 and I called so many times to check the taxi status . I waited 7 hour for Taxi but there’s no response they ask me again and again to arrange taxi from my side I don’t trust that pls the place is unknown for me.I go to near by police check post the Constable arrange me a local cab to my home this is the condition one Of the top Automobile company of India

                I went to ur dealers to purchase a kuv 100 nxt k8 6str ... After a discussion i came to know about the availability of demo car with 2017 make at hisar ... I asked them to provide a best rate regarding that vehicle but its really unfortunate that after following them for more than 6 days i didnt get even a saleable price. Neither they are providing the rate nor denying to sell the car. If they are not interested in selling that vehicle then atleast they should deny straightaway so that i may move on for some other companies..
                I came to mahindra coz i thought its a big and reliable name but its quite unfortunate.
                I hope u take an action to update their marketing skills to satify all customer' s queries in future.

                  Dear Sirs,
                  I am an Army veteran who is happy owner of a Scorpio MHawk -Regd No UP16W 8856 since last 10 years. I have always got it serviced through authorized Mahindra workshops and have received great service. I am also very proud of what Mahindra stands for in the world.

                  However since my car was found to leak oil, I took leave from my office to get it checked out in Mahindra workshop- G3 Motors- Nerul, Navi yesterday i.e on 13 Mar 19. . I took the car to workshop even though I partially disabled and in pain due to a Siatica while in army in Siachin.

                  After depositing my car at 0945 hrs in workshop, I did not receive any diagnosis or estimate even after multiple requests/calls. At 16:50 I received a msg that "Stepa" plug was missing and it would need to be made on a lathe machine and installed at a total cost of Rs 13500/( minimum)+GST and completed in 8-10 days.

                  I returned to the workshop and asked them about the spare part. I was told that it was 'obsolete'. I have since found that it is called 'Stefa'.

                  Since I started to contact Mahindra helpline, I was shown the part list. I was then told it would be ordered from central sources but would take 4/5 days or more and that their was no guarantee that it would succeed.

                  When I questioned them as to why it was being made on a lathe machine, and that their statements were conflicting (i.e the part was obsolete versus it would take 4/5 days if ordered), the Manager ' Vijay' told me to take my vehicle out and he would not do anything. I returned home dejected and in pain at 2230 hrs without getting anything done.

                  Today I found that 'Boodmo' online spare part firm is selling this part No - 0311CM0020N for Rs 48/-. I am buying 3 since orders below Rs 100 are not being sold/shipped.

                  I am now commuting by auto and my car is standing.

                  The workshop is spoiling the name of this great company.

                  I also earnestly request your intervention for getting my car repaired please.

                    I'm using xuv 500.. It's only 7900 km driven and 2015 model.. Basically i am facing an in shockers front shocker. They are making noice. And i'm in workshop they are not any reason for this and charging me for this.. Why should i pay as i have not met with an accident or something. Please contact me [protected].

                    I'm requesting you to pls do something. Do something against mahindra. As they are blaming us that it's not our fault.. And most important thing is i have never met with an accident with this car. So how is it possible that in short period of time shockers becoming trouble.

                        Dear team,

                        An order for scorpio s9 molten red colour was placed on 28-feb-2019 through m/s united automobiles, faridabad-haryana. (Cont. Person mr. Rohit gupta [protected]). There is no confirmation on delivery date yet.

                        Initially a delivery was confirmed with 15-20 days of order. Upon further query on 14-march-2019 it has been informed that vehicle would be dispatched from mahindra plant not before 29th march, without a confirmed delivery date still.

                        That makes the delivery date for customer of about 6-8 weeks which is way above than what was promised initially. This reflects lack of transparency from a customer standpoint.

                        Please enquire and share details of the reason for such a large gap.

                          I am an architect settled at cochin, i was planning to purchase mahindra xuv 300. But decided not to go for it due to poor service. I had visited the mahindra sales showroom at maradu cochin kerala.
                          Not even a single sales person turned up to explain the details regarding the vehicle even though there where many sitting.
                          I know if you loose a single customer like me it's not a big deal.
                          But at least try to maintain a good customer service.

                            During my job search from shine.com website page i found job suitable for me in mahindra motors so i applied and provided them related documents with my biodata then i recived phonecall from telling me that i had been shortlisted and i would be interviewed by hr recruiter of the company after my telephonic interview was told that have been selected for the post of senior supervisor and asked to pay rs9600- towards selection fee then only i would recive job offer letter and asked to pay bank: Fino bank

                            We are very disappointed with mileage issue, before first servicing of our marrazzo's average mileage was 17 but after first servicing mileage is reduced to 13.Kindly cooperate to resolve our issue with mileage and let us know why mileage has been reduced poorly and unexpected.

                                Dear sir/ma'am,

                                I have given my car for the servicing in koncept mahindra noida sec-59 after the accident mahindra tuv300 t6+ dl8cap7184 owner manju sharma buy tuv300 koncept mahindra in 2017 they painted my car bt it was not done correctly, rasting was happening in the car after that in 2018 again we had an accident again we gave our car for servicing and again after the paint same rasting happened and now if i am having a word with mishra, koshik and salender they are misbehaving with us and not giving me a proper answer and when we said that we will file a complaint against it they are saying we are not working for the mails or on those mails we work according us. Earlier when accident happened they removed our battery and then they haven't provided us with wheel cover and antina which our missing from past 1.5 yrs

                                I want my problem to be resolved as soon as possible, because i m very frustrated with the people in koncept mahindra as they are not supporting us.

                                hello sir my name is sonu sharma i have Mahindra TUV 300 T6+ Vehicle No. DL8CAP7184 Owner Name Manju Sharma for which i gave to repairing at Kocept Mahindra Sector 59 Noida and for the same car i complaint on 11th March and today is 25th march but my veichle is not repaired and the concern person whom i talked is the senior person at kocept Mahindra whose name is Salender which is misbehaving and abused to me and with my Brother in law and threaten me to beat me and brother in law i am very disappointed by the service and and their senior person this the first time i m faing this issue i have also 3 more mahindra car which is scorpio HR51AX4444, HR51Y0072, HR70C6407, but mever face this kind of issue so please help ke out of this problem

                                P.S - They also told me that they will not listen to any higher person any mail or any kind of tweet that like most person do these days so do whatever you want. this how they treat us

                                  Dear mahindra,

                                  I am very upset with your service providers and engineers they do check my vehicle but not able to resolve issue with, i had many time visit in mahindra service center in jaipur, rajasthan,
                                  Issue 1. Getting some indigator lirght and accelarator not working because of this light.
                                  Issue 2. Vehicle have extra sound like bold or some engine part with running vehicle.
                                  Issue 3. When starts the engine it is vibrating too much during start.

                                  With all issue i am suffering from 8 to 9 months and mechanic check the car but the are not able to resolve, i had more than 10 visits in service center.

                                  Is this your services, if you can't provide services properly then why you are existing in service part. I am very upset and angry now i am on the highway and getting those issue and just visited service center in vishwakarma industries area, k. S motors, jaipur.

                                    While running, three four indicators suddenly display in the dial and after that if car made to off, again it will not start. Some time when we start the vehicle the same indicators displayed and it will not start.. This was inform to india garage mysore city karnataka, they asked to tow the vehicle to garage this was done four five times.. But they are failed to identify the problem.. The problem is repeatedly happening.. Kindly look into this problem and relief my headache.. Thanks

                                    Vehicle had been towed to the service centre, the executives over there doesn’t know the problem, they’ll just restart some imobaliser, after doing that the vehicle starts, few days later the problem persist again, there are no efforts by the company to solve the problem even after the vehicle had been towed to the service centre for three times. The vehicle doesn’t start suddenly, which have to be then towed to the service centre, if this a kind of vehicles Mahindra in producing, it’s better to have no vehicle than having the Mahindra vehicle. I’m very much disoppointed with the Mahindra cars. We are afraid to taking our vehicle for long journeys, as we do not know when the vehicle doesn’t start. Hope the Mahindra customer care executives take this complaint seriously and resolve the problem as soon as possible.
