This is aravind from salem.
I gave my xuv 500 vehicle tn 18 af 7700 to sks automobile salem on 25/03/2019. All the service which they did was good but they disappointed me one thing. The person who changed my airfilter he had broken the air filter cover. But he didn't even changed to new one. When i took my vehicle from service center i have noticied tat cover was broken. At that time itself i have informed to relationship manager. He said he will change it tomorrow.
Same way one person and came and changed it and he costed me rs 50 for that part. Here is the problem when i gave my car for service that air filter cover was not broken. The person who did service only broke.. Due to their technician mistake why should i pay the money for that part. Money not a matter here. Whatever they do damage to my vehicle how they can ask me to pay the money. This is really bad experience. This is how mahindra treat the customers???

    My son owned a mahindra zylo - h4 abs (* str) with engine no mlh4e14599 and chassis no maipt2mlxh2e49547. Veh no tn 72 bh 3399.in the name of my son mr. Balaji r
    Body type saloon. Purchased on 7th august 2017 and for the abs lighting fault was there during mid - february 2019.
    As the vehicle is under warranty, on 18th feb 2019 i have been informed that the abs cable sets will be replaced at foc and they are arranging to get the cables. On receipt of the cable it was replaced. When the replacement is over, a new issue raised and i was informed that the intermittent services are not conducted and hence the computer is ot accepting the warranty. I am just asking, for the sake of arguement, when the service centre was closd at tirunelvely for few months, what was the alternate arrangement done for cstomers service requirements. I request, do not link with your service with your warranty deals. I feel it is unfair.

        Dear sir,
        I have booked a mahindra xuv300 w8 aqua marine diesel in the last week of feb 2019 approx date 24/25 from star mahindra showroom jabalpur. Agent rajdeep sing booked the car with amount 20000/- and told that white color they can provide now and my selected colour will be delivered in first week of march 2019 or upto 12th march 2019. I said ok, i also talked to gm mr santosh singh. When i called them on 10th march they told they dont know and gave me tentetive date 28 feb. Now today i called once again and mr santosh singh said that it may be delivered in 1st week of april but this is not a gurantee.

        I want to register a complaint against them for missguiding me every time and i am not satisfied with your service and employees. I also want to know the exact delivery date.

          xuv300, new car producing smoke

          I bought xuv 300 last month..
          Yesterday after a drive of 10 minutes only it started producing smoke from front beneath the bonet area.. Few days back car was sent for esp alarm issue also..
          Now the car was sent via road side assistance to your company in lucknow.. I didn't understand how a new car is giving so much serious problems..

          What you people can do for this issue?

          Hi

          I bought tuv 300 on 24th feb under my wife's name. The day i bought till today showroom sales team keep calling me and unnecessarily harassing and creating trouble for me. They are supposed to pay back more than 27000 rs which they took extra from me when i asked them to give invoices against all my payment.. They keep telling me stories.

          I must say that they misguide customer before sale and after that when customer ask to give proper invoices they dont have proper documents to present.

          I want to raise big question that why they took extra money from me for which they cant give me proper invoices???

          They sell extended warranty to me without telling and making me aware about term and conditions???

          Their accessory team fix reverse camera without checking its functionality and veryfying that placement is correct or not. Now this issue is resolved but sharing with you just to make you aware how efficient and intelligent team works for you. Top of that when i raise question they told me they fixed camera as per mahindra guideline. If this is the case then i must say its totally wrong because that particular placement gives wrong view on screen. Sharing 2 images which is self explanatory to explain my concern.

          I am escalating and sharing all these issues with you just to ensure that you should be aware what is hapenning and just to ensure that proper action will be taken. Anticipating that now i will get immediate solution.

          Not sure why they are creating trouble for me or may be its their strategy to delay the process in order to frustrate me more.

          Totally frustrated with team handling my issue!!!

            The head lights of my new xuv 500 (W11) bought in december 2018 are not working properly. Even after adjustment from service centre, the dipper beam is like a scooty light. Unable to see anything when using the lights. This can cause fatal accidents. Also i complained about this to the showroom n service centre, but no steps were taken. It was told to me that this is the problem with most of the xuv cars and till now nobody's problem is solved. I am a mahindra user from last 10 years and still i get an answer like this.

              Hello,

              I own a mahindra scorpio up 14 dc 0983. Recently around 2.5 months back. I met with a small accident. I took my car to shiva mahindra sahibabad. They said the chassis needs to changed, so i gave them my car. After hell lot of efforts and chasing everyone at the service center i got my car back after 2 months. As i got my car. As i drove out of the showroom the breaks were not working and the body shop manager who fixed my car said there is some problem with the disc pad. I said him there was no problem earlier. So i decided to fix it right away as no one can drive without breaks. I was astonished as the mechanic opened up the front disc pad. There were no breakshoe inside and the calliper was completely rubbed the discpad which made the discpad useless. So the service manager apologized and got a old used discpad and charged me another 4500/- for break shoe and fixed the issue. However it is still making noise when i apply breaks.

              2nd issue:
              Then i took the car home. Next day i went to the fuel pump and asked to full the tank. As the guy opened the tank to put petrol it was all loose completely shaking with no screws in it. Then i went to shiva mahindra they apologized and fixed it.

              3rd issue:
              After 2-3 days i was on my way to haridwar. As i drove approx. 50-60kms my car started shaking. I ignored at first instance. Then suddenly my car became uncontrollable and started moving left and right. I somehow tried to stop it. Then i searched for a local mechanic nearby and we towed the car there. Then he checked the car and entire suspension was loose. All the nuts and screws were loose with no split pins anywhere. The diesel pipe and other pipes that are below the car were hanging. This could be major accident.

              I would request mahindra to get all these things fixed and take proper action of this against the concerned people.

                I poulose m. V serviced my scorpio on 26 feb 2019 at tvs cochin, after 5 days i got my vehicle serviced. After two days i notice that my vehicle's engine oil guage lever's pipe is broken into two pieces. I asked about it and they admit its their fault and assured free replacement on one condition i have to give 10 point on service feed back call. I done so after that i called them several times but they are not cooperating

                    I shankaran bought my xuv 500 vehicle number on 02/11/2015 and within the completion of 2 years, i found all 5 (Five) doors of my car have started rusting.

                    And the same was brought to the notice of mahindra authorized service center india garage peenya bangalore.

                    And they replaced 4 doors (Front rh, front lh, rear lh, boot) of my vehicle and not one door (Rear rh) for god only knows...

                      I have booked your recently launched vehicle xuv 300 and has already submitted 2 lakhs as advance at your nagaon dealer gd motors. The booking happened on 26th feb. But the concerned sales person (Lady with the title phukan)
                      Appears to be so busy that she avoids my phone calls on the pretext that she is in a meeting or training. Even i hesitate to make a call to her. She has always been saying that i will call you back or the concerned person is on leave. I didn't expect such a sort of response from your end being a reputed corporate. This is highly uncalled for and awaiting a response from your end about the true whereabouts of the booked vehicle.

                        This is to inform you that i have purchased a mahindra xuv 500 from supreme motors, howrah, kolkata on 14.03.2019. Immediately, while the pdi there was a defect and left rear power window does not work. Everytime the fuse gets replaced, it keeps blowing off, also the same door child locks itself automatically and does not open while pressing the unlock button on the flip key while the other doors open. I have to manually open the door from the inside and change the child lock to unlock position (Even the diagram shown is reverse of what it actually should be) as it opens in lock position and locks up in unlock position. This is seriously a joke and mahindra needs to start thinking about how not to give defective and manufacturing defect vehicles costing 14 lakhs to it's customers. I urge the higher management to look into this and get this thing sorted as my car is lying in the service center the very next day i took delivery. The pdi should have done at the manufacturing unit itself before sending a car to the dealer.
                        Please look into this, else i will have to drastic measures against mahindra.

                          Dear mahindra, i got an accident of my kuv 100 ka38m5071 on 2nd o dec and i left my car for repair on 5th to saptagiri motors gulbarga karnataka. They asked for sum advances and i deposited 60 ks on 16th of dec. Its been 2 months i am still waiting for my car to get ready. As i am in sales and marketing its very difficult for me to work without vehicle. Its very disappointing for me that a newly lunched vehicle required 2 months to get repair. Lot of my friends warn me while purchasing this car now i am feeling i would have gone for maruti or tata. They would have repair my car within 15-20 days. I was thinking to purchase another upgraded version may be xuv 300 but with this kind of situation should i go for mahindra or something else or even i am feeling bad for those peoples whom i have refereed to go for mahindra in past.

                              After informing rsa customer service in 3: 45 pm
                              They don't even send a representative till
                              10: 40pm as per their instructions my vehicle waited in 7hours in breakdown area.
                              Then i have arranged a hydra and carrying to my place
                              I have called several times every time they says sir please wait for 30 minutes we will send our representatives.
                              This is my second experience with rsa guys
                              They just want to waste your time.

                              After 6-8 times calling the towing of my vehicle was not arranged. The vehicle kept standing overnight and still 1pm second day in wait of towing arrangements to be done by RSA. Surprised that no one bothered to call afterward to know if the assistance is given or not. I highly disappointed and felt like wating my money buying RSA. Below is the copy of my complaint.

                              My new Thar 2020 model Radiator Gots leaked due to Improper Ftting By Mahindra Staff And I got stuck between Centre of Kullu Manali highway called they RSA For help the towing van come and drop my car to near Mahindra agency the RSA consultant Promise me to provide my Taxi to my house within 90 minutes I reached to the agency near about 8.45 and I called so many times to check the taxi status . I waited 7 hour for Taxi but there’s no response they ask me again and again to arrange taxi from my side I don’t trust that pls the place is unknown for me.I go to near by police check post the Constable arrange me a local cab to my home this is the condition one Of the top Automobile company of India

                                I went to ur dealers to purchase a kuv 100 nxt k8 6str ... After a discussion i came to know about the availability of demo car with 2017 make at hisar ... I asked them to provide a best rate regarding that vehicle but its really unfortunate that after following them for more than 6 days i didnt get even a saleable price. Neither they are providing the rate nor denying to sell the car. If they are not interested in selling that vehicle then atleast they should deny straightaway so that i may move on for some other companies..
                                I came to mahindra coz i thought its a big and reliable name but its quite unfortunate.
                                I hope u take an action to update their marketing skills to satify all customer' s queries in future.

                                  Dear Sirs,
                                  I am an Army veteran who is happy owner of a Scorpio MHawk -Regd No UP16W 8856 since last 10 years. I have always got it serviced through authorized Mahindra workshops and have received great service. I am also very proud of what Mahindra stands for in the world.

                                  However since my car was found to leak oil, I took leave from my office to get it checked out in Mahindra workshop- G3 Motors- Nerul, Navi yesterday i.e on 13 Mar 19. . I took the car to workshop even though I partially disabled and in pain due to a Siatica while in army in Siachin.

                                  After depositing my car at 0945 hrs in workshop, I did not receive any diagnosis or estimate even after multiple requests/calls. At 16:50 I received a msg that "Stepa" plug was missing and it would need to be made on a lathe machine and installed at a total cost of Rs 13500/( minimum)+GST and completed in 8-10 days.

                                  I returned to the workshop and asked them about the spare part. I was told that it was 'obsolete'. I have since found that it is called 'Stefa'.

                                  Since I started to contact Mahindra helpline, I was shown the part list. I was then told it would be ordered from central sources but would take 4/5 days or more and that their was no guarantee that it would succeed.

                                  When I questioned them as to why it was being made on a lathe machine, and that their statements were conflicting (i.e the part was obsolete versus it would take 4/5 days if ordered), the Manager ' Vijay' told me to take my vehicle out and he would not do anything. I returned home dejected and in pain at 2230 hrs without getting anything done.

                                  Today I found that 'Boodmo' online spare part firm is selling this part No - 0311CM0020N for Rs 48/-. I am buying 3 since orders below Rs 100 are not being sold/shipped.

                                  I am now commuting by auto and my car is standing.

                                  The workshop is spoiling the name of this great company.

                                  I also earnestly request your intervention for getting my car repaired please.
