I have purchased one mahindra supriya minivan in jan 2018 from narayan automobile, ring road, lucknow. Within 9 months, all five tyres cracked. I have complained to narayan automotive, they told us that company has tiedup with other tyre supplier and we are not liable for that, we can only lodge your claim. Then they send us to the tyre dealer but nothing is happening. If narayan motor is not liable then why they are selling these worst quality tyre with vehicle. It damaging image of mahindra co.
First insurance is done by narayan auto. They have told that it zero depth and charged full premium. Now they are telling that zero depth insurance is not provided/added.
It seems that they are misleading to the customers and damaging the image of mahindra co.
Mahindra finance has taken 7 cheques. 3 have been put to bank for clearing. Now they have started clearing through ecs without informing to me and prior to exhausting post dated cheques. While initial discussion, they have informed that first they will exhaust pdc then use ecs. Resulting money was deposited in account at 9.30 am on 15/10/2018 (Due date) but bank has initiated automatic clearance in early morning. Therefore, it was bounced back and bank has debited rs.570 towards return.

Pl look into the matter.

    I'm hari, i received a call from mahindra automotive bangalore regarding that my profile was shortlisted for interview and now they told me to pay rs.6000 refundable amount for interview. Is that true? Is mahindra ask refundable amount for interview
    He said he is the technical manager and his name is narasaapa
    Please respond quickly... Is it trur or not. Because they said today is the last date

      When car get trouble. Dealers are not responding. We called to tirupathi service center they connected to service branch. But they didn't respond upto 3 hours.in case of car get trouble at night. Who can help the customer. I[censored] people are not respond.         My ordeal with xuv 5oo.

        I purchsed mahindra xuv 5oo w-11 plus model regn. No. (Od33t – 6567) on 24th july’ 2018 from m/s. Utkal authomobiles, macheswar, bhubaneswar. I opted for xuv 5oo over jeep compass because of strong assurance regarding pan india after sales service network which ultimately proved to be wrong.

        My ordeal started on 11th on a holy trip to shiridi, maharastra with my colleagues. It was raining and rain water was flowing on the road. We were approaching vizag, in a fleet of vehicles consisting of light & heavy vehicles and my xuv was trailing an innova. It can be concluded that driving on the watery road in xuv 5oo which is as such a premium xuv of the country was quite natural since small cars were plying quite easily on the same road. It was here all of sudden battery lamp indicator started glowing. I immediately brought the vehicle to m/s. Neon motors pvt. Ltd., murali nagar, vizag. Although the mechanic at the said dealer’s works detected the problem but most unfortunately could not be able provide me a solution due to non availability of spares neither with the said dealer nor with any other dealer in any other state in entire southern zone including odisha. I even approached mahindra officials posted in vizag with a request to find out a solution as i was stranded half way which to my misfortune they could not be able to set right the problem. Most unfortunately they could not even confirm me as to how many days it will take to set right vehicle except cautioning me “not to run the vehicle” as it may further damage the engine. I was in a hopeless & uncertain situation for 2 consecutive days being detained halfway. Finally, i have been left with no other option than to return back on my own cost & risk due to such pathetic and poor response from mahindra personnel which is quite contradictory to strong mahindra after sales service.

        I am very much dissatisfied and frustrated having curtailed my holy trip half way which caused huge financial as well as irreparable losses and also terrible mental agony.

        Due to this ordeal i make a loss compensation claim of r.2.00 lacs on mahindra which includes 2 days stay for 6 persons in vizag (Accommodation & fooding), cancellation of booking in siridi and hyderabad and loss of business opportunity due to vehicle idleness. Now the vehicle is laying in the custody of m/s. Utkal automobiles, mancheswar, bhubaneswar.

        I strongly believe, in all fairness, mahindra management should make a healthy reciprocation to me asap otherwise the very purpose of my opt for mahindra xuv 500 will be defeated.

        On 5th oct 2018 my XUV 500 met with an accident due to week part left unattended during accidental repairs at mahindra authorized workshop in sterling Faridabad 2 years ago..
        The car is under complete check up and testing and repair during accidental repairs at Gurugram Sterling Mahindra.

          Hi,

          This is regarding a grievance I have. I have raised a complaint against this last Saturday I.e., on 13th October 2018. I was told that my issue will be addressed and its 15th October 2018, and no one has called. Why is your customer support so good for nothing?

          Now the issue as follows, Kindly Note:

          On 18th September 2018, I gave my Scorpio KA05MG7865 for repair order RO19B001252 at Chrome Motors Adugodi, Bangalore, which was taken care of by Ms. HS Rathi.

          The issue was to fix Front suspension noise and put Fender flap behind the right wheel.
          They went ahead and replaced ball joints and stabilizer rod for suspension and steering wheel. After all the asked repair, the vehicle was given back without wheel alignment, I had to get it done from neighborhood garage.
          Next day I noticed that steering alignment had a major issue and the fender flap wasn't fixed. At this point I alarmed Mr. Balaram, the Service Manager, and he assured that he will make sure the issue is resolved. The vehicle came back with alignment resolved and fender flap fixed.

          Past 20 days, I have been thinking due to rains, my cabin is leaking water, and to my shock, when on 13th October 2018, I took a closer look and touched driver side mat, it came out to be Steering fluid leakage into the cabin. Instead of repairing Steering alignment, they sent a damaged vehicle. I tried calling on the number that belonged to Mr Balaram and it was picked by some one called Mr. Ahmed who informed me saying that Chrome Motors Adugodi is shut and Balaram is not there anymore with the company.

          I raised this issue to have this resolved immediately as this is a life threatening issue and should be dealt strictly on priority and voila, your customer care service is so pathetic that no one care to call the customer.

          This is so disappointing to get such a dull response from an organisation such as yours Mahindra. Pathetic.

          Better resolve this or I'll drag you to consumer court.

          Chrome Motors Mysore road took initiative by resolving the issue. Apparently it was a clutch cylinder damage and the same has been resolved now. Mr. Maqhbul Ahmed has been really helpful in taking care of the issue.

          We are planning to buy new Mahindra Marrazo 8 seater vehicle and I have booked for a test drive but no one turned up. I had called so many times to the showrooms but still didn't get any response from them.

          This is regarding the noise coming from the silencer end of my TUV VEHICLE while driving in potholes.

          Please get back to me as soon as possible as I am in Himachal Pradesh currently and I don't know how serious the problem is.

            I undersigned vijay patil has booked marrazo m6 - 8 seater - white vehicle on 19th sept 2018 and also made a payment of rs. 14.60 lacs on 5th oct 2018 at bhavin wheels, trambak road, nashik.

            Initially show room have committed for delivery of vehicle on 15th oct 2018. As soon as i made payment, now they ask me to wait for further almost 1 month and deliver vehicle post diwali. I am looking to purchase vehicle in festive season only. If i don't get the vehicle within stipulated time period it will not value for me.

            Here i am seeking for your response for getting timely resolution or else return my payment with additional interest.

              1st they were called me and then they took my telephonic interview and select me for supervisor post at mahindra and mahindra ltd company and told me to gave them 1650. I gave them 1650/-. Then they were give me training letter. And told me to gave them 6000/- for security of laptop and mobile. And i gave them 3000/-. Then they switch off the mobile and didn't attend the phone call

                I purchased mahindra gusto from authorised dealer in katihar bihar.
                At that time there was a service centre there.
                Now the dealer has stopped selling two wheelers and the service centre is closed.
                The place where service centre was, is still a repairing shop, but they don't keep mahindra parts.
                Last time they replaced my original parts with other compatible parts. Now the scooty is showing major problem.
                Don't know where to go. The dealer doesn't own any responsibility.

                  जयपुर autoworld sitapura मे कार की ऐसी की तैसी कर दी और वहांकोई जिम्मेदारी लेने वाला नही है।सबसे पहले तो उन लोगों ने diesel चोरी कर लिया, दूसरा जो कार सर्विस के लिए गई है उसको बिल्कुल गंदा छोड़ दिया, तीसरा जिस भी चीज़ के पैसे लिए है वो काम ही सही से नही हुआ है।

                  आपके स्टाफ़ ने बदतमीजी करी वो अलग है।

                    Dear sir it's my repeated complaint against win win automobile bhopal regarding cheating done with us and after my complaint made on your site still i have not got satisfactory answers and after almost six month they r not providing us bill this shows that your dealer is big calprit and now also i think u people support this type of dealers how is working hard to reduce your customer base as i am loyal customer for mahindra for decades and now i realise that i am using a car of that company who never bother to call his customer to know whether his complaint is resolved or not
                    Win win auto fully spoiled our car interior and for repair of one part of gear for rs.60, 000/- so pls tell me what is the cost of your verito car so i can compare it with the price of my audi q5 car so i can come to conclusion that which car is my more costliest pls do help in this matter. Else u people force me to knock the door of consumer court.

                            Dear mahindra first connect team,

                            I'm exhausted with your irresponsible behavior and pathetic services.
                            I purchased the mahindra connect first choice konnect device (Id : [protected]) on june 9th 2018 from mr. Sohail nathwani (Head sales) ([protected]). He installed the device at local car shop near hinduja hospital, mahim, and assured me to get in touch if any issues. The gps was working fine till 13th september 2018, after which it got stuck up on one location (Pune mumbai highway). I waited for 3-4 days, tried logging in & out of the connect first app, but my efforts were wasted. I contacted mr. Sohail for same on 18th september. He kept saying he "will get back"., but that never happened. Whenever i called the response was "busy in a meeting". After messaging him to at least refer someone else, mr. Chandan ([protected]) from wipro (Bangalore) called me and after repeated pursuing pratiyaksh came to collect the device on 5 october. There was no response for 1 week and ultimately i had to ask for refund. What's the point if i'm not getting the services that i have paid a huge amount.
                            Now, on 12 october there are saying we will courier it to you either tell your driver to connect it for find a mahindra dealer, "it is simple plug and play thing". If one teaches my driver what's the whole point of gps, and being in medical profession i don't have time to hunt for mahindra dealers and get this thing done. Mr. Sohail didn't even bother to revert back nor mr. Chandan is able to provide me the device.
                            I feel cheated and i have lost all faith and trust on mahindra. I want full refund as neither i have the services nor the device.
                            Thank you but i'm exhausted running behind their team.
                            Hopefully now at least some one take this issue seriously!

                              I bought xuv500 w7 on 22nd july from infinity autolinks vikhroli and noticed on the first day itself the gear shifting was not smooth and also getting struck - cannot shift to 1st gear. Infinity autolinks sent their engineer first time and till date my vehicle has gone to garage twice for the same. After the vehicle was back 2nd time from garage found gear shifting was better and not completed smooth. After driving for few 100 km i find the gear shifting is too creeky and hard.

                                Sir,
                                I am the proud owner of a fulloption scorpio micro hybrid 2012 model. I purchase first scorpio vehicle on 2003 & this is my second vehicle. I like this vehicle very much, because it is the product of mahindra. Now my vehicle has a complaint. The mouth part of the silencer is leaking & made loud noise. I approached the tvs quick service centre at punalur, kerala, which was run by the tvs kollam on[protected]. They agreed to get the vehicle repaired within 10 days & they submit order for the spare, i hope. But till now, i haven’t get the vehicle repaired & they says the spare has not received & my vehicle is at my home & can’t be used & remain idle. The use of vehicle is inevitable to me.
                                Today also i communicate with the branch manager of t. V sundaram iyengar & sons, kollam, kerala, regarding the availability of the spare & the repairing of the vehicle. But i was disappointed. He can’t give me a satisfying answer. I feel that if i was wrong trusting upon mahindra & mahindra.
                                So i request you to make immediate necessary arrangement for supplying the spare required & i can get it repaired & use the vehicle with full satisfaction.

                                  I buy xuv 500 that time only oil was leakage little! Then i send for 1st service n i told then oil leakage then say it's got fix buy tighting bolt ok but next day again oil leakage but i keep quite... Then for second service but same old story but now i did next stap i send vehicle for only oil leakage but in two day send it back cos they don't have washer n they told me don't drive car n what i do i buy for 1800000 n they say don't drive it's nearly 20 days car in garage n red light of engine come on i don't no what to do pls help me

                                    Purchased fully loaded vehicle of kuv100 in 2016 at bangalore with great trust and confidence on mahindra brand and on their assurance of mahindra officials on quality. However, my started losing confidence on vehicles quality, with in 1 year as it started giving noise because of poor quality of body and door materials. Complaints lodged with authorised service centres, sireesh and india garage. But complaints brushed off with some excuses, though i have shown them rusted doors with parts falling off and paint peeling off.
                                    Rust is unusual in a place like bangalore, unlike sea shore areas. If it happens in bangalore, one can imagine quality of mahindra. Photos pasted below shows quality of vehicle.

                                    A honda amaze vehicle purchased during similar period and price is looking great without any noise.

                                      Hi team, i sakand joshi owns mahindra verito vibe dl-8cac-1192, i bought it from indraprasth wazirpur, just for the sake of trust with organization, i always preffered to get service done from company even though it was not satisfactory in terms of cleaning and washing but we compromised on that considering may be company cannot afford washing, in servicing cost. However, since i bought car, service cost is never less then ₹ 10, 000 whereas, previously i paid around ₹ 25, 000 and company billed it for ₹ 29, 000. Furthermore, from last 2 services i was telling the advisors there to get a/c fix and they were telling me that this car a/c works like this only and now eventually when it completely stopped working within 6 months of my last servicing, your wazirpur advisor vineet telling me it will cost you another ₹ 18, 000 and this is estimated it can be more too. Hence, i want to know that is it customer responsibilty to learn car repairing first to get it service. So, we let them know what to fix in it or is it advisors responsibilty to let us know whats the issue.? Secondly, i was planning to buy a new car marrazo keeping faith in mahindra but now i will wait for toyota rush to get launch because anyways it is proven that being an indian company dont faith because you will going to get a cheap service, doesn’t matter cars are good or not. Finally, i am just reporting this to authority because car purchasing is one time game but keeping that car in performance depends on the servicing which is so poor from your end. There is endless things to mention but i believe that this is enough to make you realise where you stands in the market.

                                        Got a kuv100 just a year back on 25th june 2017 with high trust and satisfaction being as an employee under same vertical. I am working in technology verticals of mahindra banner.
                                        Experience - i am really very sorry to express my pain and unsatisfaction towards mahindra brand. Reason - within a year and 3 months, i got my clutch plate burnt. This is what i just received a response from my service center shayadri motors, wakad. This will cost me 10k. Isn't it frustrating experience despite of careful driving.

                                        Fact - does mahindra cover this under warranty? Got to know that no, as it is an wear and tear part. Come on.
