Dear mahindra staff and company management,

Please look into the matter of car no. Dl1cv 9852 registered in the name of b p sharma s/ o shri nand ram sharma registered in the year 2017 and with in two years i drive the car 25000k. M. But this car is totally a khatara one.

Please look into the history of car as in every one or two months i go to your mahindra service centre with a new complaint like, clutch jam, collant auto fifnished and air conditioners not working, then average is not as per your commitment, tyres are already damaged only in 25000 k. M., light azre not proper and so on.

I have a new work or assignment after purchase od this khatara no. 1 from you people.

Now every month i have to excuse in office for the repair of my khatara no. 1 with a decent new problem.

But after all this your work shop manager and your customer care manager are answering that they will not do any work on this car and tujhe jo ukhadna hai ukhaad le mahindra will not responsible for this type of manufacturing defects. If you have purchased this car this is your fault not our. You have chosen wrong car and we have not told this for you.

Now you are requested to please take back your car and refund me my money or if not then please take it as a khatara no. 1 gift from my site.

I am vary happy with your services and promises and in future i will not see mahindra car in future.

    I bought my mahindra thar on 27/10/16 and the vehicle is still under extended warranty now the vehicle showing rust on most parts of vehicles. Is rusting will cover on extended warranty? Company is claiming that it not included is that so need a clarification and we have to pay for rust treatment or painting (Rusting on front wind screen frame, nuts, hoods, front driver side basement, back seat frame crack etc...)

      I Ankit Mittal is the registered holder of the UP16BE4401.

      I sent my vehicle through my driver Shiv shankar at your Koncept Mahindra work station in Sector 64, Noida to get its A.C Unit repaired. I was told that there is some problem with its cooling coil and the same need to be change, as my car is under warranty it will be done free of cost. Company executives opened a job card (Repair Order no. RO19H006758) and start working on it and it was also confirmed through SMS to me on my mobile no. [protected].

      The A.C unit/ Dashboard of the car was dismantled for service, I took it with immense surprise when in evening, my driver was informed that its warranty is elapsed as I did not avail my service of 50, 000 kms. However, I availed the service of 60, 000 kms.

      I am your Loyal customer (Since purchase all car services were done in the same work station) and I admit about missing the service of 50, 000 kms as this may have happened casually.

      Neither i was informed at the time 60, 000 kms service that my AC warranty is elapsed nor today morning[protected] before starting the work or opening the job card and this is the situation when mahindra runs on one of the best softwares.

      Now company executives are blackmailing me to either pay Rs. 20, 000 for the new AC coil + Labour and when i denied to pay so and asked to return my car they want me to pay Labour charges for reassembling the dashboard and work done. I have been travelling in cabs whole day spending money already and now by end of day company executives expect me to pay for work not done.

      I need not to remind you regarding the customer ethics and expect you to raise your hand for co operation and a resolution of the matter in my favour.

      Kindly, keeping the above in view and provide me deserved replacement of cooling coil.

        This is regarding the issue engine oil mixed up with coolant of my verito vibe vehicle AP04AU5206 which I have complained last year Jul 2017(2nd time and first i faced the same issue in Dec 2016) for which you people have replaced the old engine with new engine on jul 2017 and assured us that we wont be facing the issue again.

        Yesterday when we were travelling from our hometown (kadapa) to banglore, all of a sudden slight airflames started coming through ac along with huge engine sound and luckily we were alert and we stopped the car and when we checked engine, engine oil was spilled out from coolant same as before.Who will be responsible if something has happend to our lives?mahindra?

        Later through on-raod assistance we moved our vehicle to mahindra service center in kadapa .When the same was conveyed to sireeshauto(banglore service center where first and second time issue was adressed)manager, he is very irresponsible and he is not ready to takeup or lookinto the case and he is asking us to get our issue done in kadapa center itself.

        Engine was replaced to new engine at 73000 kms and now 83000 kms it has run.After replacement of engine servicing was done twice within 7000kms and last servicing was done on july 2018.

        It has not even crossed 7000 kms after engine replacement, but servicing was requested twice by ur mahindra guys saying that it is new engine and servicing has to be done considering it as new vehicle which we have followed and got it done on time.

        This is third time I'm facing the same issue repeatedly and everytime you guys are saying this won't be repeated but unfortunately same thing is being repeated and our family is really tired of this happening over and over again, evertime car is breakingdown during odd timings when gone out with family and kids.

        And bearing all the bills after each repair, be it first time after repair(2016) or be it after replacing engine(2017) has become burden for us.

        Unfortunately for being a mahindra verito vibe customer I'm very very unhappy and hope you will give proper solution in our case.

        Please find the servicing bills and last time engine replacement bill and pics of engine, after spilling the engine oil through coolant below.

          I am having a 2011 make logan car. Vehicle number is wb-06f-8010. Having been shifted to kolhapur, maharashtra, my car is being serviced by trendy wheels pvt ltd, kolhapur, maharashtra. On 28th september, 2018 my car was serviced and a fat bill was paid. Service also included servicing ac of the car. Within two days of running after service of the car, ac stopped functioning. Now trendy wheels has given quotation of rs.7822/- for servicing the ac which was serviced by them not even seven from now. This makes it abundantly clear that service by trendy wheels is nothing better than the service offered by a road side mechanic. Mahindra, & mahindra, if at all cares for its reputation should do something about this treendy. It is worth mentioning that such is not the first experience for me with trendy wheels

          Contacted Authorized mahindra showroom at Anatapuram regarding repair work of AC in Scorpio. They intimated us to bring the vehicle for AC repair. We come from 120 km, now they are saying that it is not possible

            Dear Mahindra,

            At the outset I would like to state that all my excitement of owning a new Mahindra vehicle turned into a bitter experience right from the word 'GO'. At this moment I feel very disturbed by the fact that despite so much of a bitter experience from the sales and service unit, I still will have to keep myself associated with a pathetic service provider.

            Hereby, I would like to share my bitter experience that the dealer Ramnarayan Shiwprasad has been giving me since day one.

            One fine evening, I visited the Mahindra dealer Ramnarayan Shiwprasad of Jorhat, Assam to see the Mahindra KUV 100 nxt k4 plus.My parents fell in love with the vehicle at the first glance itself and we all made up our mind to buy the vehicle over the other close choices that we had in our mind like the Maruti swift and the Honda Amaze.

            On 10th of June, I had booked a Mahindra KUV 100 nxt k4 plus from the dealer Ramnarayan Shiwprasad of Jorhat, Assam.The sales executive was very polite and we proceeded as per his advice. The sales executive also brought the vehicle to my house which is about 60 Kms from the dealer to give me a test drive and to assist me with all the formalities regarding my loan and other booking formalities. Everything went on fine until after I brought the vehicle.

            After a month waiting ( which was not of much concern to me), I was called to the dealer by the sales executive at about 4 P.M on 10th of July 2018 to get my vehicle from the showroom. My vehicle was delivered at about 6.30 P.M, which is already dark in a place like Assam.

            As soon as I boarded the vehicle and sat on the drivers seat and shut the door, I realized that the driver's door had some issue and the door did not . Immediately the service manager came to see that the repair couldnot be done at that moment since the lock had some issue. Just imagine, I drive my all new vehicle for 60 Kms at night with a faulty driver door. Thanks to the very late and almost night delivery and the quality check team who should have checked my vehicle before delivery.

            After that, the mechanic comes to my house the next day and says that the lock needs to be replaced and the dealer does not have a lock. so they asked me to wait for three days since they had to order a new lock.

            After a week I get my door repaired and thanks to the quality check team again that I get a sound below the vehicle body whenever i break or accelerate my vehicle. I immediately called the sales executive and he says that he shall get it fixed the next time I bring the vehicle to the service center. I also inspect the vehicle to see that ropes which were tied to the suspension of the vehicle ( which I believe was tied to the vehicle during transportation ) are still stuck below the vehicle. It was then I realized again that the sales team didn't even have the sense to do the minimum inspection of the vehicle before delivering it to the customer. Till date I complaint about the sound and I had taken my new vehicle to the service center three times, but they did not bother to attend to the problems with sincerity. My new vehicle still has a problem of body sound.

            Also, the sales executive had given me a offer that he would laminate the vehicle free for me and then I requested him to also paint the chassis of the vehicle before delivery on payment basis. this was requested three days prior to the delivery date. On the delivery night I get the vehicle without any chassis paint and that too he had charged me for the lamination which he had committed me free of cost. Moreover, till date I have paid Rs 9000 extra ( in cash) on the delivery date for which I have not received any bills. Despite of all these odds I had not launched any complaint since these all were of not much concern to me since I was expecting services value for money and since the sales executive was very cooperative and polite. But unfortunately, service was even pathetic.

            Finally, after all these odds, the date of 1st servicing come on this day of 29/09/2018 after the odometer reads 3000 Kms. I sought an appointment from the service centre and they ask me to report at 9 A.M on 01/10/2018 ( ie after two days) they also confirmed the same over SMS. So, I sent my vehicle with my driver for service on the designated date and time. But all in vain...

            My driver keeps on waiting till about 1.30 P.M without anyone attending to the service of the vehicle. The excuse they give is, all their staff are in a training, I wonder why on earth did they call me for the service if their staff were in training ? Don't they value the time of others ? They kept my driver and my vehicle holding from 9.30 A.M till 5 P.M. That's a horrible service Mahindra. No one was even attending to the vehicle until 1.30 P.M. I send my vehicle from about 60 Kms just to waste the entire day. After my driver kept nagging them continuously, they finally take my vehicle for service and does the change of the Mobil and oil . My driver complaints of a body sound of the vehicle but then they say don't have staffs to attend to it and keeps my driver till about 6 P.M doing nothing. Finally my driver gets annoyed and brings back the vehicle back without even washing it on the first service, since they kept him holding the whole day doing nothing. How disgusting and annoying that they do not value the time of other people and haress their customer in the name of servicing the vehicle. Pathetic Mahinda !!!. Its not expected, when customer service is a priority in today's world.

            I dont know how much this complaint of mine will be addressed. But for me as a customer of Mahindra from the dealer Ramnarayan Shiwprasad, Jorhat Assam, I say its a pathetic sales and service unit they have and it took away my peace of mind. Being a customer of Maruti and Hyundai previously, I regret associating with Ramnarayan Shiwprasad, Jorhat, Assam and Mahindra as a whole. With a very thin hope that my future service experience with Mahindra will be able to change my opinion, I at least hope my complaint will be addressed in its true sense,

              I have to buy alfa battery auto in gorakhpur uttar pradesh. Your dealer is asking for rs.160000. As per your quotation it's rs.112000 ex showroom price. So. Kindly tell the genuine price in gorakhpur (Pin-273001). And why they are asking more money at dealer point. And they are also forcing for rto and insurance with some benefit of there. Kindly look into this matter and let me know the genuine price.

                  Hello,

                  This is to inform you that 7 months back i purchased a kuv100 nxt from the kandivili showroom of mahindra. The car has given me a lot of problems since then.

                  First there was a problem in the accelerator pedal which got changed, then later the car started making noises as if there is a problem with the engine, the engineers at mahindra said that there is a problem in the mounting.

                  Mounting? You mean i was driving a car with a faulty engine? My engine could have fallen due to this! It is pathetic as i have to write to you again and again without any reply. Shame on you guys to sell such a bad, lousy, faulty and low quality car.

                    I bought kuv 100 2018 version in sep 2018. After 20 days i am travelling to bareilly from agra suddenly my tyre air pass way of driver seat side. I was checked tyre pancher.. But there is no pancher.. After check full air on my tyre and goin my trip.. Again afret 15 days same tyre panchar problam. Den finaly login complane to my dealer name atma ram agra.. Dealer say going to tyre dealer.. I was go tyre dealer nd tell full story.. Dealer check my tyre. There is so micro pancher in my tyre o[censored]per side.. He say dis is not company fault. I will not change.. I told him please pls fixed my pancher he told pancher can not b fix because uper side pancher not suscess. Dear sir when i brougth my car from that time my tyre was pancher and micro damaged.

                    So this is manufacturing default by company and i need free replace and new tyres from dealers.
                    By telephonic conversation nd by walk minimam 10 visit i have raise my complaint to atma ram auto mobile dealer agra.

                      Hi am pavan from hyderabad, i have purchased xuv 500 w7 from vvc motors in hyderabad on[protected]. The delivery was worst and the vehicle was shown to neatly on before night of delivery but on delivery date there was a dent on the vehicle banet. How ever they replaced the part but i felt very bad to see that replacement and to take that vehicle. This is one worst experience.

                      Next comes first 1k service : worst service in same vvc motors service centr.
                      My wheel alignment was not proper it is pulling right side then mileage was reduced. After service my vehicle driving experience was worst than before giving to service.

                      Please do needful and take the action.

                      I love mahindra vehicles and there build quality but the problem is in ground level. You need to rectify it soon. Kindly do the needful and rectify my problem please.

                        Poor work doing by the boys and staff everyone hurry to get home. This the way who mahindra works they only help in while billing yours amount in account office. Right now my car is washing in a row staff head come order boy to leave my car and take his relative car first as i said to him he say he will come first. He said i[censored] complaint, complaint in office. See mahindra how’s u said that u r a reputation is going onn.

                          Respected sir,

                          I am vasu solanki residing at junagadh, gujarat owning mahindra tuv 300 t8, i had purchased it from mahindra marshal trading company veraval branch of gir somnath district on 16th october 2017.

                          On date 13th september 2018 i got oil leakage from steering rod itself and i had call the concern workshop manager at veraval for the same issue he told me to bring car at showroom for the service and to see the issue. So, i took my car at aforesaid address on 13/09/2018 10:00am to repaired it as car is in warranty period. But after consultation he told that the spare for the same is not available with him right now so take car to junagadh showroom which is 110km far from there they charged me for the inspection and suggestion 327.19+taxes on 13th september 2018 10:55am.

                          From veraval i drive my car to junagadh for repaired it and during distance between two station i need ot fill steering oil two times as leakage is not resolved. Cost beared by me.

                          I reached at junagadh workshop on 13/09/2018 13:00hrs
                          Problem identified by the engineers of workshop
                          - power steering oil leakage and center bearing (Covered under warranty) & paid service

                          They told me it will take one day for paid service and two days for other works covered under warranty so that i have to keep my vehicle till 15th of september they'll delivered it in evening. I said ok but make it fast as my vehicle is on lease with one party and i only get single day in month for service and for other works on vehicle else i have to pay fine and provide substitute vehicle for them.
                          Workshop manager told not an issue it will get it done in time.

                          I call them on 15th on morning regarding my car then they told that they don't have spare yet and it will take two more days as spare is not available with them. I argued that on vehicle submission day you told me that it will be done within two days then he told that spare is coming from company and not manufactured by showroom. Means talked in pathetic language.

                          I urge him to make it fast as i need to pay fine with my lease holder.

                          But sorry to say same conversation and same rude and pathetic answer by them regularly getting from the workshop manager and staff of mahindra junagadh.

                          Even i offer him that search if spare is available anywhere in gujarat i personally arrange to bring it for them to get it done but they are not saying what is the hurdle.

                          And atlast on 20th september i got call from the workshop that my car will be completed till tomorrow morning. Regarding same i told them then please complete it on today itself as i have to go early morning with family to native due to holiday.
                          But they said that your car will ready 10:30am on 21st september, i agreed and told ok but dont make lait then said time as i have to travel with family around 200 kms to native.

                          But as usual when i'm on my way to showroom around 10:31am in morning on 21st once again phone came from workshop that all work has done only test drive and washing pending i told not to worry please hurry up and get it done soon i'll be there in notime.

                          But when i went at showroom my car is still in the same position and they are still working on it. I told him then why you called me that car is completed as i rescheduled my personal program.

                          But as usual answer less, irrelevant and irresponsible

                          I noticed that they are only interested in paid service and not in under warranty work as they are busy in preparing bills.
                          Even in bill first they told me that bill for my car is 16k something but when i told what it about as car is under warranty period and paid service will not cost this much. But after arguing they told it will cost 13k mens they will give 3k discount.
                          But when i ask that they have to give in written that why this much days you kept vehicle on letter pad then the cancelled discount said that i have to pay all 16k + then only i can take car from the workshop.

                          I agreed and told him to get it done fast as allready time is running means 12pm.
                          Workshop manager kuldip told you just pay the payment till i count the currency your car will be done and it will parked outside for you. I said ok and paid all the amount they told me to pay in cash.

                          And i asked my driver to check whether our car is ready or not?
                          But he came back and said the steering is steel opened and not fitted at all. I i asked workshop manager that you told car had done within you count the payment done by me.

                          He aggressively told me that it will take time this not toys i have to keep patience and sit outside the showroom else they will throw me with my car outside the showroom. I request and urge them that this not the manner to talk with customer as even i m working in good position in government office. And i remind him that you should talk politely as you are not only workshop manager but you are representing mahindra.

                          But interfered by one of my friend and on my request he told that they will drop car by 5pm in evening on my address till all work will be done i said ok and i left the showroom at that time.

                          In evening after 5pm i called them again that you didnt come to deliver car as you told then said that we are not free if you need collect it from the showroom.

                          Means after payment done in noon till in evening the car is not ready.

                          I went once again at showroom in evening you dont believe they gave me car back after 7pm

                          They ruined my hoilday planned with family on the day.

                          They took 9 days to resolve issue. And i am sorry to say that i personally fed up with the showroom persons. And financially i paid more then 16k at showroom, paid penalty more than 18k due to false commitment of showroom staff. And mental harassment too.

                          You dont believe that after my purchase four more car (Tuv 300) from mahindra purchased by my friends and family members as i insist them to buy mahindra vehicle as im impressed with the vehicles and even planned to by scorpio for me in diwali and four vehicles four tuvs for my office.
                          But now i feel to change my plan and not to suggest as showroom people ruin companies named.


                          I have all proof and details for above discussion i can produce whenever it needed.

                          Requesting you to look in matter and do needfull as there are many customer and not like me mahindra got customers from village level too.

                            This is dhanunjay rao vulluru i bought mahindra kuv100 and i just hate this car it was getting worst mileage of 9 to 12 very much disappointed and servicing was the worst... Try to rectify my problem and [protected] is my contact number... And 2 times clutch plates was changed by them and for each servicing mileage fall down... I was completely irritated wit the worst service done by neon service centre at gajuwaka

                              I bought xuv500 2018 version in may 2018. After 3 months i am travelling to my relative on 22 september, during this time back tyre on driver seat side one of bolt is misplaced and removed. Because of that hhc and hdc system is fail, abs also fail and tyre is damaged.

                              So this is manufacturing default by company and i need free repairing and new tyres from dealers.
                              By telephonic conversation i have raise my complaint to ralas motors raipur chhattisgarh.

                              This is for mahindra information please do the needful.

                                Purchased mahindra thar and extended warranty taken and his axle hub stuck down [not working] then i go mahindra steerling service station, sector 17 18 road, gurugram they refused to change the axle hub in warranty and said you have to pay for the same.very unsatisfied..mahindra playing fraud with their customers and taking extra money in name of extended warranty..

                                  Chass no:j2d73179 company have told us that we would get 15 kmpl but we are only getting 8kmpl and the back wheel is always getting jammed and back and front brake liner has changed with in 10000 km but you says that it would go till 40000 km and within 50 km of driving the back wheels get over heated and we have to stop the vehicle to cool down and which leads to wastage of our effort and time, today also we are going to mahidra service centre in kottakal we still have trust in mahindra company we hope thag you will keep that trust again otherwise we have to move legal formalities against your company

                                    2015 FEBRUARY i purchase xuv 500 exclusive model from ERAM MOTOTRS KANNUR KERALA. at my first service (1000km)i complaint that vehicle touch screen display was not working properly .now my vehicle travell upto 67000km in my every service i complaint same problem and i kept my vehicle in srevice center upto one month for reparing several times and now also they cant solve my problem.
                                    2. another problem is rust occur to the vehicle and they painted the vehicle only where they found they found the rust they are not looking any other joints under the vehicle
                                    3.several time i complaint about sunroof leakage to the supervisor .while raining me and my family want to sit with umberlla inside the vehicle.
                                    i am impressed in this vehicle because of safety features and its strong body.if i sale this vehicle i willselect only xuv..i think eram motors have no proper service team and my extend warranty period is expiring comming february so please take necessary action

                                      I think you should be aware of the behavior and attitude of one of your employee in mahindra n mahindra service/sales show room at atchampet junction, kakinada (A. P)-533005.

                                      For several times i have experienced such rude treatment from mr. Sathvik who has been looking after the software updates and trouble shooting in kakinada (A. P) work shop.

                                      But i had a very good experience at other service centers like rajhmundry, visakhapatnam, vijayawada as well as bhuvaneshwar.
                                      Only this kakinada center said employee's attitude is unacceptable.

                                      I trust that you will speak to him about polite customer service.

                                      "negative employee and less than professional behavior can poison the work place atmosphere".

                                        I purchased mahindra pickup from greater noida showroom 6 month before but still i don't received my permanent number of vehicle.

                                        I called to showroom person and visited many time to rto but no response from there side. I got stuccked by police 3 time on road. I am truly dissatisfied with the service of mahindra.

                                        In future i am not interested to purchase any mahindra product.
