Our school namely peace school, nagam distt budgam j&k purchased 03 no. Of school buses (Cosmo 32 seater) through astro india limited who are authorised dealers in kashmir. First the delivery was delayed by 20 days, then recieved the vehicles on 09.03.2018, but liaising marketing executives mr kaiser and mr bilal deceived us and till date did not give the documents like temp registration and other necessary documents which are needed for making rc.

    I am from pala, kerala state.. My xuv 500 has got engine complaint in just 1.5 lakh km.. All the other vehicles in this segment vehicle will defintly pass minimum 4 to 5 lakhs k. M without any engine defects.. I dont know how this vehicle engine got damaged in this short span of time.. When i contacted the service centre they told it comes around 1 to 1.5 lakhs to repair the engine.. Till now all the services were done only through mahindra tvs service centres.. The vehicle is put there in the service centre at cochin for the last 15 days.. I need a reply as soon as possible

      I bought a mahindra jeeto load on 1st week of february from dhemaji district of assam. They took the responsibility to do the registration process nd i paid them accordingly. But its 2 month now nd the registration process is not yet completed. Worst service by mahindra. No service after sales..! If you cannot provide such services u should tell us, we could have done the registration process ourself. You asked for it, and now not providing necessary service.

        I have a problem in bolero di vidration and some oil leakage. I contact your gahlot motors, jhunjhunu. That i my vehicle km was 5000 and now 16500. I told them lots of time about my problem and yesterday i were go there for service and again told them for my problem and take all day but they not giving any response. They always ignoring me and misbehaving me. If this time didn't get any statisfing reponse than i will go for consumer court. I need a good response.

          I had gone to surbhi motors kolkata today (20mar18) for ac service seeing the advertisement for the rs 555/- offer.

          I found that they did nothing except for changing my ac air filter and charged me rs 650/- for the item alone in addition to other charges. This ac filter of my car (Datsun go t) costs only rs 360/- in open market i know, as i have checked up, but i was charged rs 290/- extra.

          I had a very bad experience. I will never never never go to mahindra service centre again and tell others also not to go.

            I am having car verito d4 of your reputed mahindra & mahindra with registration number rj27cc6023. I have given the above vehicle with complain of oil dropping somewhere from engine side at your authorized dealer ks automobiles pvt ltd udaipur, rajasthan on dated 17 march 2018.
            After inspecting the vehicle service advisor told me that there is a leakage from the drain point of oil chamber and the drain plug is already fitted previously with m-seal over it. They advice me first to repair the inner threads of drain point and if not possible then to replace the entire oil chamber.
            Sir i have done my all oil change in engine and all kinds of maintainance with the above authorized service centre only which maybe verified with previous maintainance records. As per records in the month of november 2017 cost of m-seal is added in my bill which i enquired to be put on the oil drain plug.
            The damage of threads of oil drain point is not at all my fault and threads are damaged during open or fitting of drain plug. On 17 march 2018 firstly they tried to rethread over size and pluged but they failed to stop the leakage and ultimately provided m-seal on it. Also they told me to replace the oil chamber completely in the next time of oil change.
            I discussed the same matter with their head incharge at k. S automobiles about the failure of drain plug, they tried to convince me that the oil chamber is made of aluminium metal and in general the drain plug threads got damage during oil change after sometime. But i am not satisfied with their logic and now i request you to look into the matter that either it is a manufacturing fault or a fault of misoperation at the time of oil change.in any of the case either the company or the service centre is entirely responsible for the above fault.
            If it is a manufacturing fault or the service centre fault then the oil chamber must be replaced free of cost so as to protect the reputation of mahindra & mahindra product.
            I hope that the company will pay attention to my complaint to maintain reputation.

              The radiator hose is getting cut by coming in contact with the pulley have got the house pipe replaced over 3 times from india garage madikeri & sireesh motors jakkur however they have not rectified the issue (Ideally the hose should not come in contact with the pulley) & only replacing the hose pipe. Also the radiator hose is unavailable with parts having to come from bellary?? Very frustrating to c mahindra not having the spares & having to wait so long just for hose pipe.

                  Tn 14 b 8889 my vehicle number. I service d my vehicle in january 2018. After five days it's shows engine symbol and the vehicle pickup is dropping completely. I then went to service station and asked the advisor his action has not been satisfactory. After one day he gave the vehicle and said all has been done but as of now nothing has been done still it is not done and the problem the service station is in guindy first choice. I am going to take vehicle tomorrow. I want to host an case against the service station as my life and my family life is put at risk here.

                    I (Vikram patil) have purchased a xuv 500 model w6 from royal automobiles pvt ltd gwalior in month of september 17, chasis no. H6h16796
                    During the purchase of vehicle your sales manager puneet sharma promised me refund of amount for exchange & tcs two months after purchase of vehicle all demand documents were submitted by me.
                    Now almost five months are gone, number of times i visited showroom but no satisfactory answer was given, your sales manager says he has left the job.
                    Your landline number is always unattended.
                    Need a early resolution on the above matter or else i will be forced to choose legal path.

                    Complain not yet resolved though I am doing regular follow ups with your local representative Umesh, every time I have been getting new date & now they are not picking up phone also. Almost six months over.
                    Is this complain going to resolve.
                    I have been in touch with your local executive Umesh for last two months
                    Complain not resolved yet & now Mahindra local representative stopped picking up phone & not responding to mails also, will you be able to let me know how long will it take to resolve the matter as seven months already passed from date of purchase & three months from the date of complain.

On service request two person from midway motors pvt ltd, raghunathpur, po - narendrapur, berhampur - 760007 attended. Mr. Aswini choudhury (Floor controller) & mr. Yudhister reddy (Technician) repaired my vehicle gave a receipt bearing no.023 for rs.2000/- and advised to contact on no. [protected], [protected] if any problem occurs.. I started from that place but only after coverage of 10km, my vehicle broke down again.. I am trying to contact those persons repeatedly but no is responding.. Its very pathetic service rendered by these people... I have to leave my vehicle on the road and wait for alternate arrangements... Please do provide better after sales service... Though i paid 2000 what i gained... Its very pathetic...

                        Dear Sir
                        On 07/11/2015, I purchased a motor vehicle from your dealership M/s NBS International Ltd (Group of Mahindra Company) (Chassis No: MA1NA2SMXF6K37336 Engine no. SMF6K20378 Vehicle Registration No: MH05CM5351). Unfortunately, the vehicle has not been satisfactory or rendering the vehicle unfit to drive because Gear Box, Clutch Plate and Starting Problem arrived from first day. Your mechanic inspected my vehicle and agreed to fix the problem under warranty, however, when I collected the vehicle and started using it again, the problem was still there.
                        Your service department has been unable to properly repair the (Gear Box, Clutch Plate and Starting Problem) on my car, and I need your help to resolve the situation.
                        Today 14/03/2018, again our vehicle stop runs due to Same Issue arrived at Kalyan Shill Road, Thane, Maharashtra. Last one Month ago same issue occurred in Shirdi, Nashik Maharashtra. Last four Months ago at Vasai, Maharashtra. This Issue was arrived no of time in different location. Hence I was silent about these incidents for long since but same problem happened in our vehicle reguarly. Time on Last, I dropped off my car Jitendra Motors Pvt Ltd, Ambad MIDC, Nashik, Maharashtra a (MH 05 CM 5351 & TUV Vehicle 300 T8), to have its (Full set of Clutch Plate and Gear Box and starting Problem) replaced. When I picked up the car, your employee assured me that it was in complete working order. Thus, I paid Amounted of Rs. 32, 060/-, only to find that your employees did not make the repairs, and the (Full set of Clutch Plate and Gear Box and starting Problem) still doesn’t operate. I spoke with your service manager, who told me, "We've done the best we could. Take it elsewhere if you're not happy."
                        I'm certainly not happy, and I expect your dealership to fix the car properly. I've paid you Rs. 32, 060/- to complete the job and I will not be satisfied until you return the car to me in perfect working order.
                        You Under Legal obligation to carry out the Work on my Vehicle No MH 05 CM 5351 with Reasonable Skill and care, using parts of satisfactory quality and fit for their purpose, as laid down by the [Consumer Rights Act 2015 OR Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982].
                        I expect three things:
                        1. Prompt repair of my car's (Full set of Clutch Plate and Gear Box and starting Problem) at no additional cost to me
                        2. A free rental car for my use while my car is in the office or other official use
                        Your company's lack of service and professionalism is unacceptable to me. You may reach me at [protected] /[protected] to discuss this matter further. I expect to hear from you by 15/03/2018.
                        I look forward to settling this matter amicably. If, however, the matter is not satisfactorily resolved by (date), I will consider taking further action to resolve the complaint either through the Mahindra Company Ltd or through the courts.

                          I have a KUV 100 (Jan, 2018 ) model. It had a self problem and stopped twice on the road. The self was changed and now the coolant is leaking so that needs a part change which would need the car to be in the workshop for 3-4 days. The least I expect is a loaner car immediately. It has been 5 hours and there has been no confirmation of the loaner car. I am really disinterested to continue with this vehicle now as it looks to be a total defective piece and moreover the slag on the part of meeting my needs have been truly very frustrating. Considering you to be a reputed brand in the country I would expect a prompt response in this matter. As for confirmation my vehicle number is WB02AM4315

                            Hello sir / madam,
                            I am writing here from tiruvannamalai, tamil nadu. The dealers here in tiruvannamalai district is jain cars. I would like to register my grievances and lodge my complaints regarding car service in tiruvannamalai. My car is mahendra scorpio s10 and it's registration number is (Tn25 ba 6001). Whenever i try to leave my car for service, they refuse by saying that the appointment dates are finished and ask me to get my car back without doing anything. They insist me to leave the car after getting an appointment from them; otherwise they ask me to get away with my car. They do not respond properly towards your valuable customers. They do not possess any proper responsibility over the customers and the labourers who are working there do not ready to serve in any manner for the customers. They ill treat the customers in such a way that the customers would have regret that why do they buy a car from your company... Even if it is emergency, they are not ready to do any favour for the customers. If we lodge a complaint there, they do not bother about it. They consciously insult the customers without any proper reason. They don't even feel any guilt for that. Since you've given your dealership to such an irresponsible dealer, the customers are suffering a lot and facing many troubles over a long period. I bought your company car because i had a good opinion on you. But, due to this poor service, i started to think whether my opinion and decision was right in this matter. They are not qualified for your company dealership. I suggest you to change the dealer and handover the dealership to someone good in service, eligible and an equal standard as you are. Try to retain your standard in each and every manner. Don't spoil your good name and don't lose your valuable customers due to this. These kind of mean attitude dealers may completely mess up your reputation over the customers. As i suffered a lot due to their cheap attitude towards me over a period, i would like to bring this issue to your conscious. I'm expecting you to take action in this matter and looking forward a good change henceforth.

                                Dear sir/ma'am,

                                I subhash chand bhati purchased a scorpio s10 from mahindra showroom greater noida. While purchasing this car, i provided all relevant documents and payment to the salesman for registration and got the car with a temporary delhi registration which was valid for 1 month. After few days.. When i contacted for permanent registration, they told me that my file is in noida sector 2 showroom and soon i ll get my registration number.

                                Now.. When i called them (Noida sector 2 showroom).. They told me that address proof is not clear... I went there and provided a clear copy of the address proof... After few days... I called and asked for registration number and they told me that form number 20 was misplaced while dispatching file from greater noida to noida secotr 2 and i have to take my car to noida sector 2. Next day, i went there with the car and they traced the chassis number. After 2 days.. I asked for registration and they told me that they were unable to submit tax on time and now there is a penalty of 10% which is to be paid to the noida authority.

                                Now.. How can they ask me to pay the penalty when all this thing is mahindra executive's mistake.. It feels very bad that we people have to do so much follow ups and executive take things so lightly and put blames on there valuable customers.

                                  I am hrishikesh from guwahati. I bought a kuv100 in feb'2016 from poddar mahindra. I am running my car in city only. From last week i noticed a cracking sound is coming when i drive my car. I went to mahindra dealer and they told to change the shock absorber.
                                  I got shocked...!!! I am driving my scorpio last 8 years and its shock absorber is still doing fine then how come it is possible to break down for my kuv100 car within 2 years.
                                  As per my knowledge shock-absorber is not easily break down.
                                  Please solve my problem soon. I will not pay money for shock absorber.
                                  Tell your dealer to take necessity action.

                                    Im not satisfied with the car service here in nalgonda, as im from nalgonda i always prefer nalgonda service center for my tuv300 car. The worst service center for warranty issue i always visit authorised service center of mahindra but im never satisfied with service. Many have issue with the service but no one hav time to complain as im fan of mahindra im raising a complain so that problems would solve as soon as possible

                                      I have tuv 300, t8 model.

                                      If i use breaks on speed breaker or on rough road then breakpad gets jearks and thud thud sound with heavy vibrations. It leads to panic situation during emergency and even in normal 6o speed on rough road its not easy to use breaks
                                      I asked at service center but got response that this is normal issue due to abs system.
                                      I use other vehicles with abs but never faced such issues then why with tuv

                                      I did it but no use, hope Mahindra can do better after sales services
                                      My boloro make a sound in fifth gear then i repair in gajraula service station then thay change fifth gear baring. and after that approx 6000KM drive the sound comes. i visit your service station again and they said to change same baring. how can it posssible. only 6000KM running.
                                      I am not satisfied your service.

                                      My vehicle Mahindra bolero zlx rj23ub1817 come at 11 o clock and according to service advisories servicing tym is 6 hours but more than 6 hours they have availed but still I m waiting
                                      Another side thay takes vehicle on parity bsis of local relationship
                                      It’s not a good service of Mahindra
                                      What actions were taken by Mahindra

                                      We have ended up buying a Mahindra TUV 300 T6+ that nearly cost us our live. Due to defect in engine the vehicle broke down while we are on a trip. After thorough investigation, the Service center has informed that the engine has got damaged. Due to the excessive heat generated by the engine we could observe that the tail pipe (exhaust) has also melted and other parts/ components may have also been affected. Fortunately, we stopped the vehicle for a pee break otherwise we could not imagine the fate we might have met. After that break, when we started the vehicle there was an abnormal sound and lots of smoke could be observe at the back of the vehicle. Further the Check Engine Light (CEL) has not even blinked once during the whole ordeal. Keeping in view that the vehicle is in new condition, driven for 1300 KM (Approximately) and the financial/physical/emotional losses that we have incurred and that we may continue to incur, also considering that the vehicle has been unsafe, we have requested the customer care to recall and replace the vehicle. However, the best response we have ever got is a call back from two different executive convincing us that we have been at fault as per terms and conditions of warranty and other conditions and that that will only repair the engine. Please help us protect our investment as our request has been pending for more than one month.

C book mai thoda sa gadbadi ho gya tha mahindra fiance kee jagha mai megma fiance ho gaya tha to maine usko swikar nhi kiya kyu ki baad mai mujhko noc lene mai dikat hoti hame bola ki is ko sahi kar ke dijye lekin abhi tak mujhko nhi diya gya phone kar te hai hai to ham ko bola ja raha hai ki 10 din ho jayega lekin abhi tak nhi mila hai mujhko kirpiya kar ke pliz mera help kare plizz
