    I called for service pickup for my mahindra thar gj5jr3476 on 6-3-2018
    My job no.1079084 (Have attached the bill copy below for the same)
    After requesting a list of things i wished to be serviced :
    Service according to company manual
    Fix hand brake
    Fix back door zip
    Fix passenger side door lock knob

    After keeping my car for more then 10 hours the person communicated details on phone to a office employee of my.
    On my arrival when i checked the bill they already charged me for a hand brake wire which they did not fix
    Matting of my car were missing
    They charge me for a full car service and on a thorough check my car suspensions were still squeaking.
    On asking about the problems they kept repeating the same that they would
    Pick my car again in next two day and for hand brake i am suppose to pay in advance.

    * and on asking about my paid and extended warranty of 2 years they tried to show technical process and limitation of being a franchise of mahindra where i was never informed about the same before pick up*

    What should be done???

        I am bhupinder singh. I brought my scorpio s10 on april 2017 from your abhors office. Firstly they delay my scorpio. They did not provided me my choice color. Then i took white color scorpio after so many hassle. Again they are not giving me my documents rc and number. They are giving their unvaluable reasons and asking for money. We already submitted and paid everything but whenever we call they ask for money. They are not accepting their mistakes and they don't provide any solution to our problem.
        Please let me know when and where i can get my rc. Before we deal with jay and he did not took receipt of our number and gave us number 3838. When we again ask for rc then they said this number is already in use. Main problem is due to jay. Please look into it and let me know at [protected]/[protected].

          I had purchased mahindra xuv500 model in 2015.in the very first month of its use the car had a clutch failure. This was replaced under warranty.

          Now again within 28, 000 of run, the pick up has fallen and definitely the clutch problem has appeared again.

          While you will try to analyse it as a driving deficiency, but i am confident that having driven my other make car for last 20 years without a problem and not having the habit of keeping a foot on the clutch, surely there is some major manufacturing issue.

          Kindly help me with an immediate solution and a way forward that it doesnot repeat so frequently.

                Hi. I am saleem from kallakurichi. I have changed the clutch plate pf my scorpio without break down due to hardness of clutch in schangalya motors, pudhucherry. From that time to exactly 15000kms clutch worked good, after that it got break down and i towed the vehicle to villupuram schangalya motors, they blamed on us of riding the vehicle with legs placing on the clutch. I don't do that because i am an 10years experience driver, only single handed then we changed the clutch plate there&we paid another 15000rs for that. Now i am facing the clutch issue of hardness, high rpm, pickup drop, the vehicle not even done 10000kms now after the clutch plate change. I need a solution from mahindra. Previously i had dzire on which i changed d cp on 60k&i had the vehicle till 120k no clutch issue&that too not single hand driving. I spend nearly 30000rs for 2 clutch plate. But one common thing occured on change of clutch plate both times is that smoky smell like burning of tyre. We contacted immediately the supervisor for smell after the cp change, they said that is usual smell will come after the cp change. We dont know who is correct r wrong, we need solution from mahindra. This problem changed our mind to sell the vehicle¬ to buy mahindra vehicle till the lifetime&anymore

                When do I get a response from the company
                Somya vehicals indore not completed the formalities of insurance claim. So that vehicals not release from service center from last 6 month.
                Last 15 days Mahindra Scorpio S4 Break problem occured. We send vehicle in Silver Jubliee work station at Hadpsar, Pune on 23rd February 2018 but they have not find the problem and solve the problem. Please help in this regards.

                  I am shyamsundar from mayors. I got mahindra kuv100 (Ka09 mc4785) car in sept-2016. Vehicle utilisation is 5000 km only. But lots of problem i faced. I sent more than 5 tlmes my vehicle to india garage service center. But every time problem was not solved by india garage people. Now also my car is in india garage service center from last 15 days. Still raghavendra mechanic says, another 20 days required to solve the problem. Please i request u sir it is no fair. Please repair my car as early as possible, other wise please provide me a good conditioned new car. I hope u will response to my complaint.

                        Bolero sle 2015 model vehicle bearing chassis no. Ma1pl2grkf2f78843, engine no. Grf4f83437 was given for general servicing at mahindra authorized service centre by name vvc motors, gopalapuram, wyra road, khammam, telangana state-507002 on 26.02.18. The vehicle was delievered without proper servicing on 01.03.18. After running for 10 kms, it was observed that the engine got over heated, due to improper assemblage of coolent pipes. This matter was brought to the notice of service provider, but no response received. The service provider charged rs. 32, 000/- for general servicing and took (3) days time for delievering the vehicle but overall quality of service and customer satisfacation is very poor.

                          I made the biggest mistake in life by making a tuv3oo as commercial vehicle. The vehicle is too good if everything works well. But the moment it comes out of the service station it becomes sick. The average maintenance expenses exceed rs 2 per km.

                          Since it is a commercial vehicle, solving the problem is more important than following mahindra protocols. We cannot leave the vehicle with rsa and wait up to monday to get appointment from mahindra workshop. Again wait for four days until they get parts from pune. After getting the vehicle back, it will go broke in less than 5000 km.

                          Please tell your customers not to run the vehicles during weekends. The help will be available only on monday. Tell people not to use this vehicle for commercial use.

                          Also make the customer understand that the dual mass flywheel supplied by mahindra cannot survive more than 25000 km. It is deliberately made that way, because the clutch plate and flywheel not covered under warranty. The minimum labour for replacing is rs. 3000.

                          Just do not advertise it as a tough utility vehicle. The front and back number cannot absorb even a small hit. Mahindra technicians never listen to your symptoms before break down. But they want the vehicle to halt before attending.

                          2014 xuv5oo सपोट॔ मॉडेल है जिसमे कई जगहो पर जंग लग रही है और मेरी गाड़ी की सर्विस सही समय पर महिंद्रा सर्विस सेंटर मे ही होती है महिंद्रा के सर्विस इंचार्ज से कई बार कहने के बाद भी महिंद्रा के कर्मीयों द्वार कोई सही क़दम नही उठाया गया ये कमी गाड़ी मे महिन्द्रा द्वार उपयोग किया गया गलत मैटीरियल्स हो सकता है

                                  I have mahindra thar purchased in the month of july 2016 reg no ka 19 mg 3279. There was a sound coming in the engine within 1st service and i have mentioned the same with the karnataka agency mangalore dealer. They made me wait for 4 days for recognization of the fault and on 5 th day they have changed some engine part and have not given any bill or not mentioned what they have changed. After this again the same sound arised and i have taken the vehicle for the same, and the sevice executive mentioned that the part was not available, on asking for the particulars of the part which was default in the vehicle, executive didn't give any clarification on this. I was asking for the same from many days but the dealer was pretending that the part is still not available. Now i have kept the vehicle for periodic service and now the executive is asking that should we change the part which was unavailable for so many days and he is mentioning now the engine chain has fault we will change the same which cost upto 6000 and the warranty of the car is only one year and it is expired. Sir as per my notice the karnataka agency executive made me wait for so many days and now i have to pay the cost. Also after the first service while i was in trip in the vehicle the steering got locked in the road curve. This was due to negligence during the service the screw got through the steering axel. I hereby request you to take my complaint and solve the issue for the same as early as possible.

                                    Purchased a TUV 300 AT in august 2017, the automatic gear shift system got damaged in October 2017 and vehicle was detained at workshop for 15 days and the part was replaced, no money charged from me . In December, fan belts tripped and again vehicle was stranded for 4 days and faulty parts got replaced . Now in February 2018, the gear shift system has again developed a fault and workshop claims the actuator is not working and needs to be replaced and may take another 10-12 days to do so. Till then I am stranded without the vehicle .
                                    I was so happy to buy a Mahindra product and recommended this vehicle to at least 10 friends. Now I am feeling ashamed of doing so because I edified a product which does not stand for its guarantee and name.

                                    Can I return the vehicle to the company ? What if after the warranty period finishes and this vehicle again faces similar parts failures, who will bear the cost as the part last changed was around 1 lakh rupees.

                                    Kindly give me a clear solution to this situation .

                                      Sir i just owned a kuv100 (Tn99e 2401).. Recently i had an problem that left side headlamp is peeling off l.. I didnt do anythng because i just park the vechile in shed and entire vechile is covered... Day by day layer is peeling more and more and i just asked in service center (Cai industries) they said when you ride at the back of the vechicles the stone from it will hit on the headlamp so it form bubbles and start to peeled off... So they said it wont cover under warranty... Sir the reply was not good but all the vechile will face this problem only know when you ride at the back of vechile... They are not accepting as manufacture defects... I just payed for extended warranty also... Please make sure that would comes under warranty and make necessary steps

                                        Job: starting problem

                                        This here by complain that we send our vehicle at ralas motor tatibandh raipur (Cg) vide. No. Cg 04-dy - 2222 by dated 24/02/2018, after followup of veh. Maintenance that we found that they are not start work on my veh. Till dated 28/02/2018, and raise the option to unavailability of parts.

                                        And also we would like to inform that earlier this vehicle repaired by him for the same issue on dated : 13/02/2018
