Dear mahindra, my name is sheela devi i purchased mahindra bolero pickup cbc dated 06/04/2018 from deep automobile azamgarh branch. But they didn't provided me registration paper, invoice bill yet i called a lot to deep automobile azamgarh but they didn't help me and deep automobile azamgarh branch gm mr. Ramesh singh behaviour is very bad to customers if mahindra is not responsible for that then i will go to consumer court against mahidra & mahindra. Thank you

      I own an xuv 500 and there is a problem with the radio reception. I took it to the service centre and they checked and informed the problem is with the antenna and to fix the problem they will have to change the rear wind sheild as gthe antenaa is in that!!!. This is is really surprising and to change a wind sheild to fix a minor problem as radio reception is unheard of. What kind of car designing is this. The repair and service cost of the xuv is abnormally high and not worth it. I will not be recommenidng this vehicle to anyone. It is better to buy other brands where the service and spare cost is sensible

        I am gopal subudhi from sunabeda situated in odisha. I have a bolero max pickup and bolero plus. There is some problem with pickup. The battery is discharging soon and it is stopping on the way. I contacted the nearest mahindra showroom situated in jeypore in odisha. The mechanics are unskilled, they show a bad behaviour. They are not able to recognise the defect in the vehicle. They have no knowledge about the vehicles. I sent my vehicle to the showroom for repair. It was there for 2 days but the problem has not been solved. They are sending back the vehicle by saying that they don't have time to repair the vehicle. That's why i took the vehicle back from jeypore. The manager of the service centre is not responding to us. The mahindra service centre located at bhubaneswar is too long from sunabeda (Near about 500 km). If you will try to open a service centre at semiliguda then thousands of vehicle will get better service. So i am resqueting to take neccesary action against my complaint.

          Dear sir
          It is a height of this koncept mahindra sector 2 noida that they are not doing pick up my car from last ten days for scheduled service even after repeated phone calls and from today morning they are no ticking phone. I came myself yesterday and they promised to pick my car at 8:00 am so i came personally at 8:30 am to deposit my car for service.
          I am using my scorpio since jan 2012 but from today onwards i will not suggest anyone to buys car of mahindra because service part is worse in fact beyond worse.

          As it was written previously that Mr Manoj Tripathi, GM, Automotive Services, Koncept Mahindra did a very good job to resolve my all complaint and concerns, during my stay at Service Center I could see and observe that he handles the things efficiently, he is an asset to the company.
          In future I will prefer to contact him directly for any type of service in respect to my Car.

            Customer Grievance

            Out of much anticipation and despair, I decided finally to write to you as someone senior with Mahindra & Mahindra on my recent experience with the XUV500 that I bought on March 18th, 2018. This was bought from Sri Durga Automobiles, Moti Nagar New Delhi.
            As much as I am Happy with my choice of the vehicle (I simply love my new car); My experience with this transaction has been very sad and struggling throughout with false promises and mishandling by the staff of the mentioned showroom.
            Let me begin with my Sales person Mr Chayan (ph no[protected]. During pre-purchase cycle, he was totally adamant to sell me a different color that I was looking for – Purple. He did his due diligence as a sales rep by keeping a great follow up and sweet talks – except he simply said purple color not in stock and pushing me for black color instead. It was my daughter who called the reception desk at Moti Nagar showroom to check availability of the color and was confirmed as its available in inventory. Only when we confronted Mr Chayan on face with this information did he confirm that yes color was available and we went ahead with booking of the vehicle. Also, he pleasantly sold us the accessories package worth nearly 1 lac with chrome fittings, side-step etc.
            At time of delivery, all was good except the chrome handle were found mis-fits. When pointed out, Mr Chayan and his colleagues argued that this is how they are made. I had clearly seen perfect fitting chrome handles and looked genuinely as part of the vehicle. These was standing out as not fit properly and dangling from the handle. Only after intervention of couple of other customers and escalation to senior management on the spot did your team agree this was not fitted properly and will take 2 days to change as not in stock. I was absolutely fine with it. When leaving with the car – I had forgiven the above two mishaps with your team as I was taking back home a XUV500 car!
            My misery starts when I was following up for the Chrome handles. Mr Chayan had stopped picking my phone within the week. He who was calling me twice a day will not reply to my calls anymore. I started dropping sms and WhatsApp and finally called the reception with false name. He got on the call and promised to call me in couple of days. Ms Minakshi (ph[protected] from CRM-Sales also got engaged. I would have called and messages them at least two dozen times. Neither had courtesy to call me back or give me a firm answer till around April 8th – 10th when she confirmed that Chrome is available and Mr Chayan still saying I need to talk to Ms Minakshi only.
            Meanwhile I had developed an issue with the Infotainment System – the volume would go low and high on its own. And was a serious malfunction; making the system no more entertaining. I googled to figure out it’s a known bug and needs software upgraded to latest.
            Another thing I needed help was to get the wheels alignment done for the car probably as the new alloys have set if off a bit.
            Ms Minakshi organised the car pickup to attend ALL THREE issues for April 15th. These issues were discussed with her well ahead in time during the week before and I asked them to make the service advisor call me once vehicle reaches the service station. This was picked up at 11am from my home on April 15th. I called after 45 mins and Ms Minakshi acknowledged that car was received 30 mins ago. I wanted to speak to service advisor, she said he will call back. I kept calling your showroom all day till 4 or 5pm and nobody got me connected to the service advisor. Finally service advisor calls me in the evening to convey the Chrome handles have been set. But they cannot help on Infotainment System as they don’t have expertise. AND - Since I have not purchased the alloys from their showroom – they will not do any wheel alignment. “YOU WILL HAVE TO GET IT DONE FROM ELSEWHERE”
            This statement was totally uncalled for. Your people took entire day to set Chrome handles job that takes 15 mins (which is perfect now); and refuse to fix other problems. I spent appx Rs. 18 lacs on your showroom to get this answer? I wanted to speak to the GM and was told he was busy and will call back. I gathered his name – Mr Rahul Bhatia (ph[protected]. Ms Minakshi told me he is aware of the situation and will call me next day Monday April 16th.
            I waited entire week and left 2 messages for Ms Minakshi (I can share all copies if you require). But no one called me.
            Finally I called Mr Rahul on his cell phone on April 19th. He simply did not know who I was or anything about my mis-adventure with Sri Durga Automobiles. No information was shared with him. He promised me a call back maximum by Saturday 11am April 21st to have this settled.
            I am still awaiting his call as on April 28th and have already sent him text messages. He has typically shown same behaviour as his other staff members – No courtesy to call back or message or anything!
            I really need answers and fixes to my two below very simple questions:
            1) Does Sri Durga Automobiles have the expertise to support my Infotainment system bug that your staff themselves acknowledges along with Mahindra and Mahindra on several online blogs.
            2) If the customers buy Alloy Wheels from your showroom – do you refuse them as well for basic service as Wheel Alignment.
            Kindly let me know on the above as official statement so I can seek help directly from Mahindra and Mahindra. Along with a strong feedback about each of your named staff members in this letter.
            Even though I head 3 SEO’s in my organisation, I refrained myself from any escalated reaction on the web for this transaction as I believed an esteemed organisation like yourself would have some basic etiquettes and courtesy to a customer who has spent nearly Rs 18 lacs on your showroom. Who definitely shouldn’t be left stranded.

              I have purchase mahindra xuv 500! 22 days back
              From the day first gear box have sound! When i call to mahindra showroom (Shiv mahindra ghaziabad) they said its normal and remove after first service! Now i am at service station and they says that gear shifting leaver and wire have manufacturing default. And now they are open my brand new suv ingine and gear box. What is this. I am not agrey for that. I need exchange my car with new one. So that’s why i’ll text you. If you not do they same i’ll go with consumer court and all social platform.

                  Looking for your intervention,

                  I have given my xuv 500 _ registration no ch01bq2319 dated 20 april 18 for repair to harbir automobile, phase 2, chandigarh.

                  Shockingly till date repair work has not started. Reason provided is that they have paid in advance for parts to the company but company is not providing spare parts. I am not getting any commitment from the dealer for delivery of the vehicle.

                  We own two of your vehicle's in the family and both xuv 500 and are looking for your intervention.

                    My car number is GJ 03 BV 5567. You need to check your service centres.
                    Taking too much time like 8 hours and still result is zero. Car is still dirty and the authority told me some of their problems. I haven’t seen car service like this. I am not recommending mahindra cars to anyone anymore. I also talked to one of your customer care people 5-6 times and still reply is zero from them. This is my request number [protected].

                        I purchased a new vehicle bollero m2di from tvs & sons pvt ltd delivered on 21/04/2017 9.00 pm first it a/c damaged if it delivered. I returned the vehicle on 23/04/2017 11.30 am, they repared the a/c failure and send back the vehicle on 25/04/2018 9.00pm.                           I have an enquiry of tuv t10, either silver or black. But i regret to say that miss nisha of evergreen motors, kota is not giving me proper information about colour, or to have meeting with her officials regarding price. Very poor response and attitude with there valuble customer. Now i am making my mind with some other model. She is forcing me to select either t6 or t10 for some other colour. She is also not clearing me regarding any offer from company nor having any meeting with her sale officials. When i am selecting some particular colour and model, she is giving me different options which i didn't compromise.

                            Pickup van hr 55 q8275 was given to sanjay automotive gurugram on 12/04/2012. The vehicle repaired on 23/04/2018. We have given cheque on 24/04/2018. However as on today 27/04/2018 the agency failed to deliver the vehicle citing cheque not cleared.
                            This vehicle belongs to sgt university. There should be some faith of transaction. If cheque is not cleared we are responsible for the bounce.
                            The agency is not up to the mark for costumer service.
                            Kindly take necessary action against the agency.

                              My self Sujoy Senapati has purchase KUV1OO on 18th July 2017 & I receive worse service experience post purchasing. After so many follow up & complaint at consumer forum I got my registration number 1 month delayed. now its almost 9 month running I am yet to get "RC Book (Smart Card)" of my car.
                              I had called several time to dealer regarding the document & every time dealer said you will receive your RC copy within few days.
                              Last 6 month she said the same things.
                              Also, I had paid penalty charges to traffic police because I don't have the documents.
                              Hope so you understand my situation..request you to please file a complaint against the dealer & provide me the RC copy ASAP.

                                Firstly, i would like you to know that i am an extremely dissatisfied customer of yours. I purchased a quanto vehicle in the first year of launch and since then have had some or the other issue with my vehicle. It took almost one year to fix a rattling noise in the engine which i still don't know how it was fixed. Then the a/c problem where cooling was a major issue. It still exists though it is slightly better than what it was a year back.
                                My major concern is that everytime the vehicle is sent to the workshop for a problem, i am slapped with a diagnosing billwhich is not a small amount by any way. And then of course the big fat bill that is given everytime after some work done on the vehicle.
                                I fail to understand why mahindra makes such complex machines? Why not keep it simple? I have had a fiat sienna and an hyundai accent before this and was an extremely happy and satisfied customer. I have rarely given these vehicles to the workshop except for maintenance for which i could avail an amc and not go through a fat bill.
                                Again i have had to give my vehicle to the workshop today for a starting problem and again i have been slapped with a bill of inr 2000+ for diagnosing the problem.
                                I don't think i will every buy a mahindra vehicle if this is going to be the state of affairs nor will i every recommend it to anyone.

                                Quanto is a great vehicle by the way but these issues have made me hate it of late. None of my complaints at the workshop seems to have been registered. Atleast that is what i got to understand today when i spoke to one of your executives. I would like to see a radical change in this process and await your revert on the same

                                Surprised to see that there is no customer commitment or sensitivity from Mahindra. No one seems to be interested in improving the company's image or ensuring that they have a satisfied customer...Big names are only a hoax, nothing more that we can expect from...
                                It's two days now and no call or revert on the above complaint...Surprised at the seriousness.
                                I did get a call from Mahindra same day evening, since I was busy, I had asked them to call back next day...still have not got a call

                                  I have purchased mahindra di3200 crde in 2015 from chapur nepal. For one year its ok there was no problem but after 1 year its creating problem small small fault is always arising and when we go to service center they said here we do not have parts now u have to wait for 1 week. We enqiry to kathmandu service center they also reply the same aanswer. We are really frustrate from this mini truck. Please resolve our problem.

                                    I own mahindra kuv 100 (6) seater, i purchase this veichle on 31/07/2017 from than i counter bunch of problem with veichle some times it stops in traffic, some times its gear jam, its hand break never work.

                                    From past ten year we have maruti, honda and other companies never face a bit issue same we have trust in mahindra but unfortunately our trust completely broke

                                    After 1st service (19/08/2018) hose pipe broke that timw we are with family trip and veichle just stop on slope thanks we all safe with incha of mishappen

                                    After 2nd service (21/03/2018)

                                    Again we stuck in heavy traffic and what we found this time gear box block due to some breakage in cluth cylinder

                                    All this happen when this veichle is in warrenty god knows what would we face after warranty.

                                    And we don't what we face in future and i would like to inform that if any mishappening occur that can be threaten to our life than your comoany would be responsible for this for such a poor mechanical mistake.

                                    I hope you took necessary action.

                                      I had bought an xuv500 w10 in the september 2016, since i bought the vehicle there is major problem that the outside smell coming to inside and i took the vehicle several time to the authorize workshop i. E. O. S. Motors, jodhpur, but the problem is same. Last time when i took the vehicle to the authorize workshop they keep the vehicle for 10 days saying that we are changing the part. After 10 days they deliver the vehicle but the problem is till same, as per me there is no work done on the particular problem they just wash the vehicle and hand over to me. Please look into the matter otherwise i will go for legal action, because i don’t have any other option other than litigation. I am unable to provide the pictures of the same because it is inner problem and dose not visible.

                                        अनरुल कार धुलाई हो रही थीकर्मचारी रिश्वत लेकर बाद वालों का कर वश पहले कर रहे थे मेरा नंबर 1 था मेरी गाड़ी अलग खड़ी क्र दी, मेने विरोध किया तो पी, डी, आइ.menagarमकसूद भाई ने बताज्मीजी की धक्का भी दिया गलियां भी दी, मेने अन्य स्टाफ को भीनिवेदन किया तो सभी उनके डर से चुप रहे, फिर मेरे साथी ने मुहे मकसूद से बचाया, महोदय इससे मेरे सम्मान को गहरा अघात लगा है अब तक उबार पाया हूँ और आज मेल कर रहा हूँ .मेरा अनुरोध है इस तरह के बदत्ज्मीज कर्मचारी पर उचित कार्यवाही हो और मेरे सम्मान की हिफाजत वापसी मिले
