Hello sir / madam,
I am writing here from tiruvannamalai, tamil nadu. The dealers here in tiruvannamalai district is jain cars. I would like to register my grievances and lodge my complaints regarding car service in tiruvannamalai. My car is mahendra scorpio s10 and it's registration number is (Tn25 ba 6001). Whenever i try to leave my car for service, they refuse by saying that the appointment dates are finished and ask me to get my car back without doing anything. They insist me to leave the car after getting an appointment from them; otherwise they ask me to get away with my car. They do not respond properly towards your valuable customers. They do not possess any proper responsibility over the customers and the labourers who are working there do not ready to serve in any manner for the customers. They ill treat the customers in such a way that the customers would have regret that why do they buy a car from your company... Even if it is emergency, they are not ready to do any favour for the customers. If we lodge a complaint there, they do not bother about it. They consciously insult the customers without any proper reason. They don't even feel any guilt for that. Since you've given your dealership to such an irresponsible dealer, the customers are suffering a lot and facing many troubles over a long period. I bought your company car because i had a good opinion on you. But, due to this poor service, i started to think whether my opinion and decision was right in this matter. They are not qualified for your company dealership. I suggest you to change the dealer and handover the dealership to someone good in service, eligible and an equal standard as you are. Try to retain your standard in each and every manner. Don't spoil your good name and don't lose your valuable customers due to this. These kind of mean attitude dealers may completely mess up your reputation over the customers. As i suffered a lot due to their cheap attitude towards me over a period, i would like to bring this issue to your conscious. I'm expecting you to take action in this matter and looking forward a good change henceforth.

      Dear sir/ma'am,

      I subhash chand bhati purchased a scorpio s10 from mahindra showroom greater noida. While purchasing this car, i provided all relevant documents and payment to the salesman for registration and got the car with a temporary delhi registration which was valid for 1 month. After few days.. When i contacted for permanent registration, they told me that my file is in noida sector 2 showroom and soon i ll get my registration number.

      Now.. When i called them (Noida sector 2 showroom).. They told me that address proof is not clear... I went there and provided a clear copy of the address proof... After few days... I called and asked for registration number and they told me that form number 20 was misplaced while dispatching file from greater noida to noida secotr 2 and i have to take my car to noida sector 2. Next day, i went there with the car and they traced the chassis number. After 2 days.. I asked for registration and they told me that they were unable to submit tax on time and now there is a penalty of 10% which is to be paid to the noida authority.

      Now.. How can they ask me to pay the penalty when all this thing is mahindra executive's mistake.. It feels very bad that we people have to do so much follow ups and executive take things so lightly and put blames on there valuable customers.

        I am hrishikesh from guwahati. I bought a kuv100 in feb'2016 from poddar mahindra. I am running my car in city only. From last week i noticed a cracking sound is coming when i drive my car. I went to mahindra dealer and they told to change the shock absorber.
        I got shocked...!!! I am driving my scorpio last 8 years and its shock absorber is still doing fine then how come it is possible to break down for my kuv100 car within 2 years.
        As per my knowledge shock-absorber is not easily break down.
        Please solve my problem soon. I will not pay money for shock absorber.
        Tell your dealer to take necessity action.

          Im not satisfied with the car service here in nalgonda, as im from nalgonda i always prefer nalgonda service center for my tuv300 car. The worst service center for warranty issue i always visit authorised service center of mahindra but im never satisfied with service. Many have issue with the service but no one hav time to complain as im fan of mahindra im raising a complain so that problems would solve as soon as possible

            I have tuv 300, t8 model.

            If i use breaks on speed breaker or on rough road then breakpad gets jearks and thud thud sound with heavy vibrations. It leads to panic situation during emergency and even in normal 6o speed on rough road its not easy to use breaks
            I asked at service center but got response that this is normal issue due to abs system.
            I use other vehicles with abs but never faced such issues then why with tuv

            I did it but no use, hope Mahindra can do better after sales services
            My boloro make a sound in fifth gear then i repair in gajraula service station then thay change fifth gear baring. and after that approx 6000KM drive the sound comes. i visit your service station again and they said to change same baring. how can it posssible. only 6000KM running.

            My vehicle Mahindra bolero zlx rj23ub1817 come at 11 o clock and according to service advisories servicing tym is 6 hours but more than 6 hours they have availed but still I m waiting
            Another side thay takes vehicle on parity bsis of local relationship
            It’s not a good service of Mahindra
            What actions were taken by Mahindra

            We have ended up buying a Mahindra TUV 300 T6+ that nearly cost us our live. Due to defect in engine the vehicle broke down while we are on a trip. After thorough investigation, the Service center has informed that the engine has got damaged. Due to the excessive heat generated by the engine we could observe that the tail pipe (exhaust) has also melted and other parts/ components may have also been affected. Fortunately, we stopped the vehicle for a pee break otherwise we could not imagine the fate we might have met. After that break, when we started the vehicle there was an abnormal sound and lots of smoke could be observe at the back of the vehicle. Further the Check Engine Light (CEL) has not even blinked once during the whole ordeal. Keeping in view that the vehicle is in new condition, driven for 1300 KM (Approximately) and the financial/physical/emotional losses that we have incurred and that we may continue to incur, also considering that the vehicle has been unsafe, we have requested the customer care to recall and replace the vehicle. However, the best response we have ever got is a call back from two different executive convincing us that we have been at fault as per terms and conditions of warranty and other conditions and that that will only repair the engine. Please help us protect our investment as our request has been pending for more than one month.

                poor service delivery

                Hi i bought my kuv k4 at roodepoort mahindra sept 2017. started to experience problems a week after. windscreen cracked 3 times in a row now after they have confirmed problem was fixed. they initially blamed my insurance company who replaced windscreen 1 st time and we asked them for letter to confirm this. up to today they refuse to go give us this letter.
                we turned to mahindra headoffice but they are playing around the bush as well...

                I brought brand new mahindra kuv100in the month of august last week.. Hardly my vehicle has run 7800km. Since from the day i purchase i'm facing minor issues with vehicle and now i found major issue that i left my vehicle for second service at suresh auto a mahindra authorised service centre now they are telling we need to change the clutch assembly for which i have to pay 11500/- rs. I purchase my vehicle hardy 6 months back vehicle is in under warranty but they're demanding money... Compleatly cheating kindly find the address of service centre below.

                  Hi team,

                  I bought mahindra xuv500 from p. P. Automotive, karnal in december 2018. I am feeling cheated for insurance thing. I will explain in points.
                  1. At the time of buy i was informed that insurance will be cashless. When i needed to avail it, they started telling it can be cashless only if you will avail from karnal.
                  2. When we went karnal, they told it can not be cashless you would have to pay cash, and amount will be reflected back in your account within 20 days.
                  3. Now its been almost 45 days and they are not clearing the status of application.
                  4. The insurance company is of their choice only.

                  Now i am tutored to that level, that i can not take it anymore. Please take care of the things.

                    It has been 4 months since i have bought mahindra scorpio. The rc for the same has not been provided till date. This vehicle bought in finance and financed by sbi. We have followed severeal times from hav motors, patna employee but no positive action has been taken by dealer person. Now i come to come know that the road tax given to hav motors has not been submitted till date. We have been charged penanlty by traffic police for not having rc paper. This amount should be bear by hav, motors, patna. Is this follow up system of mahindra&mahindra. Are they donot have data of vehicle which have been sold to customer and whether the customer received all the documents or not should be followed up. It 's really poor customer handling. Need my rc paper by next two days otherwise i would file complaint against mahindra and hav motorts patna in consumer court.

                      I bought my bought my xuv in 2015 september from shiva automobiles. Now my vehicle is standing in shiva automobile, trichy (Pirattiyur), tamil nadu. I left my car there on 24th february 2018. They told me that there is a problem in the gear box and till now i don't know when they will deliver my car. I am really dissatisfied by the quality of the gear box. My vehicle is standing there for 15 days. I didn't get a good response from the mahindra helpline also. We bought a vehicle to use it not to see it standing in the service station. We didn't feel as highly pervilage customer by seeing your response.                         Sir i have brought kuv100 nxt on 26/12/2017 from shuhul automobiles pvt ltd narwal bye pass jammu and i am really disappointed from this car and the services you are provided. Till date its the 3 times when i give the car in service centre because of manufacturing fault.
                        1st time ac is not working
                        2nd time tire is not up to the quality and in stepny tire there is a big cut which cause a huge problem for us.
                        3rd time the coolant coil get burnt.

                        Now you tell me sir how can i believe in mahindra company. The person working in the service centre himself told us that its the manufacturing fault. Why your company people had sell this defected piece to the customer without checking. You are making fool o[censored]s. And 1st three services are free but your staff has charged from us then why the hell the company says that the 1st three services are free.

                        Its an advice sir stop making fool to the customer.

                          This the second time i am getting the same complaints in my vehicle. 1st time when the problem araised i call road sise assistant and took my vehicle to tvs mahindra service pathanamthita kerala on january 2018. They did full regular service for my vehicle and cleared that overheating problme itseems but now the same problem araised again aftet i came chennai. I have solve this problme now and i am going to handle this legallybecause there no responsibility for mahindra regarding service. We are buying vehicle at price u have fixed u pepole not even bothering about our vehicle and not doing the service perfectly. Not even one mahindra service is good for servicing vehicle. So kindly do the needful soon because i am going to handle this legally.

                            I purchased the vehicle kuv k8 petrol on 24th july 2016, vehicle seems to be a defective product. Multiple complications in the vehicle. Issues escalated to mahindra dealer service multiple times and never rectified so far. I am psychologically effected with the vehicle. Please look into this i need either replacement of new vehicle or refund asap. Vehicle is in dealer service workshop from january 13th 2018. Please process this complaint at the earliest. Thank you!

                            Regarding Mahindra KUV 100 K8 vehicle complaints escalated to Mahindra dealer service multiple times not been rectified so far from launch of the vehicle after 1st service of the vehicle vehicle condition worsened day by day. Now from past 3 months vehicle is in Bangalore Anantcars BG ROAD branch. Please I need a replacement to a new vehicle or please refund the money paid the sooner.

                              On 16/06/2017 - i myself paid booking fee of 100000 in cash where my loan was not approved - so booking was cancelled i request for refund where since 8 months they lied us and not refunding any amount - all formalities also done. Now i need help to get it what is mine. They cant do like this - why they are not giving back, now m thinking of file a case in regards to this. We request in a good way but they are playing with us - it is happen in imphal mahindra - shivs automobiles. How this kind of person who is no t resolving and refunding advance made till date - is this mahindra choose as partner to sell in favour of mahindra, we go in the name of mahindra not as shiv automobile. Wondering how possibly they are doing this to us under the name of mahindra. I need help

                                  I had given my vehicle for Service to your service station on 3 Mar 18 and problems to be rectified was shared with your representative as per the enclosed sheet.

                                  Please note that none of the problem as registered at the time of handing over the vehicle has been resolved. Main problem being Navigation and Clutch besides Door noise, loose seats & tiretronics, which is as bad as it was when the vehicle was handed over for maintenance.

                                  Please note it is not only money that we waste but also the time that we loose on sending the vehicle repeatedly.

                                      I had purchased this car in august2016
                                      since then this vehicle is more at your workshop
                                      every second month something goes wrong and i have to tow my vehicle to the nearest workshop and keep on following when will my vehicle get diagnose and will my the part be available
                                      i will relate a recent incident we went to mumbai from pune on 01/03/2018 suddenly the vehicle gave a jerk and didnt start again so we had to tow and take to the nearest service center which is @kurla (infinity autolinks)they took two day just to diagnose the problem and order the part according to them they have ordered the part on 03/03/2018 and still not received
                                      the ordered part now i have stop giving call to the service manager and have started praying god to send the part asap
                                      Mahindra And Mahindra customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
