And it is my regularly problem that am facing and wherever i am ignoring to pay brief to machenic he told that next time i will do something wrong with your car.

    I have unfortunately purchased mahindra xuv 500 just 3months ago. It got a scratch on on of its side. So i brought it to service center and asked to repair/change its part that has scratch.
    What these mahindra people did, they just painted it and said this what we do.
    Extremely disappointed with this type of service.
    I think i'll never go for another mahindra nor recommend for this.

    I have buyed it from nexgen ranchi and i not got its number and other papers also After 16 days on 14 i have buyed it and the dealer is always saying tomorrow u well get your no. But i dosent get its rc number and service book amd all other paper

      Dear sir, I purchased car kuv 100nxt on 19/02/2018 before deliverying most responsible but after deliverying i had some doubt on car information system but no such single communication jain car dealer side. Worst servicing. I spoke to some jain car dealer side they simple told sir we will come and resolve your problem. But never has to come and resolve my problem . What can i do ? Please tell solution.

        We had purchased mahindra scorpio in oct17 (Mh08 am 1327), from ratnagiri mahindra showroom - naik motors.

        In the 6th month itself, the fuse box & dynamo has broken down & the vehicle has been given to ratnagiri mahindra workshop - naik motors for repairs. The ac has stopped working & battery has discharged to zero.
        The vehicle was given on 28th march to them.. However till date the workshop is not able to confirm when we will get back our vehicle, as spares are not available with them.

        Need intervention in getting our car back immediately from workshop

          Initially my car was giving knocking problem with transmission light. So i gave it to infinity kurla. They told it is clutch problem and replaced the clutch at a cost. Same problem occured in 15 days. I gave vehicle back to infinity. They told there is problem with actuator. Nothing happened till one month. Then after complaining to senior they towed the car from infinity kurla to nbs goregaon. Took one week again. Returned me the car. But same problem existed. I also mentioned it in customer delivery/satisfaction report. Then they asked me to give it to nbs reay road. Now they are asking for more money. I am fed up of this car. Please take it back. Warranty means nothing to mahindra and mahindra

            मैं मंतोष कुमार यादव छपरा सारण, मेरी tuv300 गाड़ी है जिसका रजिस्ट्रेशन no br04pa4567 है जिसको मैंने hav motors danapur patna centre पर 2-3 प्रॉब्लम ठीक करने के लिए दिया था जिसमे एक प्रॉब्लम था ब्लूटूथ mic का जो काम नही कर रहा था 3 दिन हमारी गाड़ी रखी गयी सर्विस सेन्टर पर जब गाड़ी डिलेवरी के लिए गया तो कहा गया कि सब ठीक कर दिया गया है आप गाड़ी ले जा सकते है पर मुझसे झूठ बोला गया मेरे गाड़ी का mic का प्रॉब्लम ठीक नही किया गया जबकि जॉब कार्ड में मैंने मेंशन किया था।

              As we had trust on the mahindra. We had purchased a mahindra bolero worth 9.5 lac. It has been facing many silly issues within two years and recently there was a complaint in the accelator and we had replaced it, and in again two months the new also got spoilt, this issue has been brought to the notice of the dealers but no response was given. So i kindly reauest to judge a fair play.

                On 29 march 2018 my scorpio gave me alert about oil pressure... And on 30 march 2018 i went to mahindra service centre.. After checked by your employee.. They had a test drive.. And they driven it very fast abt 100- 120 km/hr... Becz of fast driving its engine become seized.. And now they are sayin that it cost 70000 rs to open it.. Plz sir solve my problem regarding this matter as quick as possible... Thank u

                    To mahindra service center at thudiyalur, coimbatore district, tamilnadu without my approval they have changed more spares and charged 25000 but they didn't tight wheel bold also! Very very worst service. Vehicle condition also not good! Please take care and change these kind of service

M i got call that my vehicle will be delivered the next day as they just diagnosed it. This is not acceptable.

                      I run a tea and plastic manufacturing unit here in assam, my despatching is done on daily basis and on huge amount. So, i request you to please do the needful without hampering my business.

                      Dear Sir,
                      The complaint which I made have not been taken seriously I guess. As a result, my car is giving problem again after the servicing made on 31/03/2018, the problem is with the fuel tank motor due to this the engine gets off numerous times.

                      Is this the way a vehicle is serviced? Have I not mentioned earlier that my work will get hampered if I send the car again and again? If this is right to hamper your customer's work and make them let down infront of their clients to whom the product should be delivered on time then please don't take this as a complaint. I got full right to drag these matter to court.

                      Hope you don't want to loose the customers like these, likewise, we have also many customers in tea gardens whom we give word for perfect delivery on time.

                      Please take this on serious note and I request you to send your mechanic at my place to make the work done.

                        I'm using mahindra vechiles for the past 10 years. I have been searching for spare parts and finally ordered front fog lamps r&l (S11 model) and front grills (S11 model) at sks automobiles (Body shop) salem. It has been almost 45 days since i ordered. But there is no response. I even get to speak with the higher official in sks automobiles. But still no luck. This is the worst service i ever experienced. I cannot accept this delayed services. Please make sure my complaint is processed as soon as possible.

                        I am using Mahindra Vehicles for the past 10 years. One of our Commercial vehicles MH 46 F 6107 Sent for Repairing on 02.04.18at SPECTRA MOTORS
                        Due to spare parts not available, vehicle halted till 04.04.18
                        We sent to get our vehicle service at Randhwa Motors on 04.04.18; they give us quotation of Rs.39963.94 on 07.04.18
                        Then revised quotation of Rs.55981.94 on 11.04.18 and again send Pre-Invoice of Rs.51804/-on 11.04.18.Continuously sent Quotation & Pre-Invoice &not done any work in vehicle. Last 11 days our vehicle has been halted at your Service Center, without any working, Due to spare parts not available.
                        Mahindra & Mahindra sold vehicles & not kept spare parts for the same.
                        This is Worst Service I ever experienced with Mahindra & Mahindra, with Arrogant Behavior of service staff.
                        I even speak with higher official, but no response received

                          I have purchased tuv 300 t8 amt, schemes and commitments provided by dealer are fake and totally manipulated, insurance charges are very well manipulated, dealer staff and management member playing with reputation of owner. Earning money in this manner by making purchaser fool will damage the reputation of mahindra and mahindra as well as dealer too. Billing procedure is very poor and doubt full. Please check billing, schemes offered/provided and insurance system of dealer to save future harm to your valuable customers.

                            I m here at Makkar Motors, JALANDHAR 10:20 am for servicing of my Camper Bolero
                            Mechanical job was done in an hour
                            That was awesome
                            But washing centre these guys are very disgusting
                            They all had food and then sat in my camper and playing songs
                            Don’t think and care about customer
                            It’s not first time
                            It’s happening from last three services
                            Very bad experience from them
                            I’ll never come here again.

                              Complaint to koncept mahindra (Being marked to you as well) : i had categorically told that the person delivering the car has to wait since i wasn't home.. I had told the same to that person as well.. Yet he lied to my mother that i have asked him to hand over the car.. This is simply not done and am going to take up this matter with not only your md but with the management of mahindra as well.. Needless to say shall be posting the same on fb and be assured this is the last time i am getting my vehicle serviced from you people.. I haven’t inspected the vehicle and despite that it has been delivered in my absence after having waited for the delivery person for more than an hour and i repeat having told him to wait for me.. Highly disappointed with the attitude and the service quality. Definitely not buying any m&m car now..

                                  I have purchase a xuv 500 w6 on 30th december 2017 no up78 fb 2961 from vc motors fazalganj kanpur motors thru sales person sunil, i was committed a cash less zero debt insurance from new india insurance co while when i enquired it post a small accident at koncept mahindra body shop sector 60 noida mr ajay saini he denied that this insurance doesn't have a cashless facility further on contacting mr jitendre and saurabh from kanpur they said that u have not received the full copy of insurance as it has 2 papers and the second one is for cashless, since then i am asking for the second copy of my insurance and is unable to get any response.
                                  Mr ajay saini had stated that u have to submit full payment ti get your vehicle back.
                                  Plz help to resolve.

                                    मेरे पास tuv t6+ गाड़ी है जिसमे क्लच की शिकायत थी जिसे मै लखनऊ a आटो मूवरस चिनहट वर्कशॉप पर गया वहा पर बताया गया की आपका क्लच सिलेंडर खराब है मैंने बदलने के लिए कहा बदल दिया गया मुझसे पैसा 6565 रुपये माँगा गया मैंने वारंटी की बात काही की महोदय सिलेंडर की वारंटी होती है इसका पैसा हम नहीं देंगे
                                    उसका बाद प्री इनवाइस देकर लिए 6565 रुपये जमा कर गाड़ी देने की बात काही की पैसा जमा करो और गाड़ी ले जाओ नहीं गाड़ी खड़ी कर दो मुझसे अभद्रता से बात की गई मैंने पैसा जमा कर दिया दूसरे दिन मुझे 0 पैसे की रसीद दी गई

                                      मेरी four wheeler quanto c6 RJ14 UD 0527 की sevice मैं कल्याण मोटर्स, जयसिंहपुरा रोड, भांकरोटा, जयपुर से ही कराता हूं .आज से ६ महीने पहले मैंने service और accidental claim के लिए गाड़ी डाली थी. claim संबंधी कोई समस्या ना आए इसलिए insurance भी वहीं कार्यरत श्री बाबूलाल जी से ही करवाता हूं, उस claim के पश्चात जब मैं सोमवार १२-३-२०१८ को गाड़ी की service और accidental claim के लिए गाड़ी छोड़ी तो insurance claims branch के श्री पवन जी ने बताया कि आपके पिछले claim में कमी की वजह से वो अभी तक clear नहीं हुआ है, मैंने हैरान होकर कहा कि इसमें मेरी क्या गलती? वो बोले गलती तो नहीं है लेकिन जब तक पिछला clear नहीं हो जाएगा तब तक surveyor नहीं आएगा इसके लिए मैं आज mail डालूंगा, मैं हैरान हो गया ६ महीने तक ऐसे ही claim pending रहते हैं तो बंदा करता क्या है? मैंने संयत होकर इतना ही कहा कि इस week तो हो जाएगा? पवन जी बोले इस week तो काम हो जाएगा. मैं अपनी गाडी पांच दिन बाद दिनांक १६.३.२०१८ शाम ५.४५ पर सिर्फ service करा कर लेकर आया हूं .service से मुझे कोई समस्या नहीं है नितिन जी और सुरेन्द्र जी बहुत cooperative हैं इतने दिनों तक बेचारे नितिन जी ही mediator बने रहे वर्ना पवन जी को ग्राहक से कोई मतलब ही नहीं है मैने GM श्री दिनेश पारीक से भी बात की लेकिन उन्होंने इतना ही कहा कि मैं बात करके सूचित करता हूं लेकिन उन्होंने call back करके वस्तुस्थिति नहीं बतायी. जब भी मैंने पवन जी को call किया उन्होंने कहा कि मैं आपको call करूंगा... खैर उन्होंने call back करने की जहमत कभी नहीं उठायी हमारे बीच में नितिन जी ही bridge का काम करते रहे . इस सारे घटनाक्रम से दो बाते मेरी समझ में आती हैं एक तो ये कि ग्राहक को इतना परेशान करो कि वो accidental claim के विषय में सोचे ही नहीं दूसरा यह कि पवन जी जैसों को शायद काम करते करते इतना वक्त हो चुका है कि वो अब हाथ ऊपर करके बैठे रहने वाले सरकारी बाबुओं जैसे नजर आने लगे हैं.

                                        No one has responded regarding my complaint about my tuv300 thats mahindra waste service i nvr ever recommond someone to buy mahindra and thanks for fooling people hatsoff mahindra for ur gud job already i hav been complainted agianst serive about my car no one has responded at if mahindra dont hav gud serive then why do they start there service center own, local mechanics are best then mahindras untrained mechanics
