Remark: break down since 1.5 months

Si, my above car is broke down since 1.5 month. With hard difficulty around 10 days back mahendra service centre, nerul towed the car to their workshop and informed that wiring cut by rats. Now till date they have not rectified the problem.

I am feeling like i lost my such an expensive car.

    Purchased new xuv 500 registration no ga04e 3162 from muktar automobiles pvt ltd on 02/04/18. The following points noted/ informed the showroom manager and assured get it repaired - front left side bumper not fitted properly, noise coming from the front left side, front bonnet patches in painting - till today no one taken the matter seriously. Requested to take it further and get it solved immediately.
    I would like to remind you, we are paid for a new vehicle not a repaired vehicle.

        From start this car had a manufacturing defect which was informed to the gsp motors more then 10 times multiple times my car was serviced for the same issue still no resolution I'm tried of the service procedures which are occurring again n again it's a shame that I bought a defective car n mahindra is only making fun out of it every time I complain there is a issue in which the cars pickup is dramatically low n gives a massive jerk while lifting up the gear initially they said that it's a gear malfunction later in another service they said that it's a manufacturing defect for which mahindra is Changing the parts later the situation of the car became worst as there were annoying voices coming from my engine again when I complained the pick my car n returned back saying that the problem has been fixed last night at 3am I was stuck at a lonely road with combined list of error in which the above said issues again uprised in a upgraded version frustrating really frustrating it's only I who know how did I manage to tow my car n leave it in GSP MOTORS N the next morning I was the one who called them to know about a service advisor assignment they don't even have the cortusy to call n ask that we had received your car what's the issue they just least bothered but now it's high time I can't keep on repairing the car which has a unsolvable manufacturing defect I need a replacement or a upgrade of my car by mahindra

          I m a xuv 5oo w6 customer since last 4 years and yet I m not not satisfied with the service dept provided through Eram motors Kannur. I had done the service for 40000 km just 15 days before and payed almost 50000 they had took almost 2 weeks for the sake of service as they are stating nowadays and now I m standing in middle of traffic and getting called by names by other car drivers . I just called the break down service of Mahindra and said about the occasion but they are so irresponsive and careless . I can’t move my car an inch as I m facing a clutch issue and while I said about the breakdown the service advisers demanding to bring the car to service dippo. I m just wondering did they lost their mind? If I could able to move this in this case then why should I depend those ### for helping me to get out of this. It’s so irritating that I had spent almost 20 lakhs for buying such a ride which did not aid any maintenance back up when ever a customer needs it . What is Mahindra doing actually ? Are they for customers or just for the techs?? What ever it is unless you contact me immediately I will let the social media do the later ... with all photos bills and so on

              i bought MAHINDRA XUV500 FWD W8-JC SILVER on april 2013. but some times i faced so many problem for this vehicle. one day i went to office work and suddenly that time i stop for traffic rule. when traffic rule open then i started bt that time i faced so so big problem that was cluse down.
              that type problem i faced so many times bt u always saying MAHINDRA XUV500 FWD W8-JC SILVER is the no1 vehicle. so why we faced again and cluse problem.
              so please u will solve this problem as soon as possible. otherwise who will give me feedback for this vehicle deffintely i will say bad feedback cause that day i and my family also faced that big problem.

                  I have unfortunately purchased mahindra xuv 500 just 3months ago. It got a scratch on on of its side. So i brought it to service center and asked to repair/change its part that has scratch.
                  What these mahindra people did, they just painted it and said this what we do.
                  Extremely disappointed with this type of service.
                  I think i'll never go for another mahindra nor recommend for this.

                      We had purchased mahindra scorpio in oct17 (Mh08 am 1327), from ratnagiri mahindra showroom - naik motors.

                      In the 6th month itself, the fuse box & dynamo has broken down & the vehicle has been given to ratnagiri mahindra workshop - naik motors for repairs. The ac has stopped working & battery has discharged to zero.
                      The vehicle was given on 28th march to them.. However till date the workshop is not able to confirm when we will get back our vehicle, as spares are not available with them.

                      Need intervention in getting our car back immediately from workshop

                        Initially my car was giving knocking problem with transmission light. So i gave it to infinity kurla. They told it is clutch problem and replaced the clutch at a cost. Same problem occured in 15 days. I gave vehicle back to infinity. They told there is problem with actuator. Nothing happened till one month. Then after complaining to senior they towed the car from infinity kurla to nbs goregaon. Took one week again. Returned me the car. But same problem existed. I also mentioned it in customer delivery/satisfaction report. Then they asked me to give it to nbs reay road. Now they are asking for more money. I am fed up of this car. Please take it back. Warranty means nothing to mahindra and mahindra

                          मैं मंतोष कुमार यादव छपरा सारण, मेरी tuv300 गाड़ी है जिसका रजिस्ट्रेशन no br04pa4567 है जिसको मैंने hav motors danapur patna centre पर 2-3 प्रॉब्लम ठीक करने के लिए दिया था जिसमे एक प्रॉब्लम था ब्लूटूथ mic का जो काम नही कर रहा था 3 दिन हमारी गाड़ी रखी गयी सर्विस सेन्टर पर जब गाड़ी डिलेवरी के लिए गया तो कहा गया कि सब ठीक कर दिया गया है आप गाड़ी ले जा सकते है पर मुझसे झूठ बोला गया मेरे गाड़ी का mic का प्रॉब्लम ठीक नही किया गया जबकि जॉब कार्ड में मैंने मेंशन किया था।

It has been facing many silly issues within two years and recently there was a complaint in the accelator and we had replaced it, and in again two months the new also got spoilt, this issue has been brought to the notice of the dealers but no response was given.                               On 29 march 2018 my scorpio gave me alert about oil pressure... And on 30 march 2018 i went to mahindra service centre.. After checked by your employee.. They had a test drive.. And they driven it very fast abt 100- 120 km/hr... Becz of fast driving its engine become seized.. And now they are sayin that it cost 70000 rs to open it.. Plz sir solve my problem regarding this matter as quick as possible... Thank u

                                    The complaint which I made have not been taken seriously I guess. As a result, my car is giving problem again after the servicing made on 31/03/2018, the problem is with the fuel tank motor due to this the engine gets off numerous times.

                                    Is this the way a vehicle is serviced? Have I not mentioned earlier that my work will get hampered if I send the car again and again? If this is right to hamper your customer's work and make them let down infront of their clients to whom the product should be delivered on time then please don't take this as a complaint. I got full right to drag these matter to court.

                                    Hope you don't want to loose the customers like these, likewise, we have also many customers in tea gardens whom we give word for perfect delivery on time.

                                    Please take this on serious note and I request you to send your mechanic at my place to make the work done.

I have been searching for spare parts and finally ordered front fog lamps r&l (S11 model) and front grills (S11 model) at sks automobiles (Body shop) salem. It has been almost 45 days since i ordered. But there is no response. I even get to speak with the higher official in sks automobiles. But still no luck. This is the worst service i ever experienced. I cannot accept this delayed services. Please make sure my complaint is processed as soon as possible.

                                      I am using Mahindra Vehicles for the past 10 years. One of our Commercial vehicles MH 46 F 6107 Sent for Repairing on 02.04.18at SPECTRA MOTORS
                                      Due to spare parts not available, vehicle halted till 04.04.18
                                      We sent to get our vehicle service at Randhwa Motors on 04.04.18; they give us quotation of Rs.39963.94 on 07.04.18
                                      Then revised quotation of Rs.55981.94 on 11.04.18 and again send Pre-Invoice of Rs.51804/-on 11.04.18.Continuously sent Quotation & Pre-Invoice &not done any work in vehicle. Last 11 days our vehicle has been halted at your Service Center, without any working, Due to spare parts not available.
                                      Mahindra & Mahindra sold vehicles & not kept spare parts for the same.
                                      This is Worst Service I ever experienced with Mahindra & Mahindra, with Arrogant Behavior of service staff.
                                      I even speak with higher official, but no response received

                                        I have purchased tuv 300 t8 amt, schemes and commitments provided by dealer are fake and totally manipulated, insurance charges are very well manipulated, dealer staff and management member playing with reputation of owner. Earning money in this manner by making purchaser fool will damage the reputation of mahindra and mahindra as well as dealer too. Billing procedure is very poor and doubt full. Please check billing, schemes offered/provided and insurance system of dealer to save future harm to your valuable customers.

                                        The service of the dealer is not good and satisfaction to the customers are not good.
