Misbehaviour done by supervisor (Md. Chand) and advisor (Mrithunjay kumar). They don't know to how to handle the problems of customer. Instead of handle our problem they agrue with us. And advisior also said "i will see you later". Is this a way to talk with customer. Staff having no co-ordination with each other.

So, i hope that we will not face any problem next time. And request you to take action.

      We are proposing solar pv project in our premises at mohali (300 kwp).
      As per current situation, the electricity bill can be distributed in 2 heads. I, e fixed component and variable component.
      As of now, ed + infra charges, c cess and mt are applicable for fixed as well as variable part of bill. We are anticipating those duties are not applicable to solar power generated within premises. It is available in policies as well

      Need consent from your side before we go ahead with solar installation. It should not happen after installation that the above mentioned duties are applied to own solar generation and our solar generation rateis higher compared to grid.

      Kindly support. I sent n number of email, tried calling many times. But no response

        You are not up to the task which every pearson xpect before buying car and your staff is so worst one day i bring my car to your showrooms for some accidental repairs and they said they havn't the parts so they order and for that they take 2000 rs. And aftr that when my car being ready i go and make payment aftr insuarance claiming some amount that which i have to pay and i jst forgt my advance so when i remind i asked for that they said sir itz done with cheque and sir iz out of town u gt ur cheque 3 to 4 days later and aftr that they call me nd asked sir i think some payment is due when your car comes for 2nd servicing you got your reciept of payment i said what type of que. You are asking itz clear that if the payment aren't made u even give my gatepass and handle car to me so i see and luckly i have the reciept in my bag and then i send them througj whatsapp and than they made my cheque i haven't collect the cheque yet bcoz i go showroom with one of my toi editors to mention this incident and 6 more problems in my new car which they haven't fixed yet.. And as a customer i personally meet your brilliant finance department who made that mistake bcoz if i havn't that reciept they just nt give my advance money back. What a worse what a shame to have this foolish kind of incident ralas motors raipur..

            I would like to inform that i purchased a non-registered demo vehicle mahindra xylo h9, from m/s sonali autos pvt. Ltd., patna (Bihar) on dated 19/01/2018. A temporary registration was issued with a validity till 18/02/2018. But till today i. E., 12/04/2018 we have not received our registration. I am providing the details of my vehicle here under for your perusal into the matter,

              I have scorpio car and i have given my car for service and damage repair on january 16 2018 to koncept mahindra service center in okhla new delhi and they have given me date of 6th march, and still i have not get my car, this is shameful and very poor work by mahindra, every day i call them and they say tomorrow or day after tomrrow u can collect. This is so nonsense thing i dont understand why you guys dealing with customers in this manner. Now i am going to social media with this complaint and will also go to consumer court for this.

                I own a Rexton RX6 since the last 3years and have been overall happy with the performance of the vehicle which besides a few minor issues has never given me a problem. However having said that on the 22nd of March 2018 while driving the vehicle which was performing very well, the clutch pedal suddenly sank in at a traffic signal and from there my nightmare started. I called the workshop who had it towed from the point of breakdown to the workshop, then took of the gearbox and called me to have a look at the damaged part. when I reached there they told me that the clutch had overheated and caused the hydraulic cylinder to leak which was the cause of the breakdown. The service advisor then told me that he would replace the hydraulic cylinder at company cost but I would have to pay for the clutch, to which I agreed. they kept the car for two days and then called me to say it was ready. when I picked the car up I found the clutch to be extremely hard and gears very difficult to change! so I returned the vehicle to the workshop and the manager there assured me that he would personally look into it and that I should not worry at all he would take care of everything and I should just relax. I then called him after a few days and he told me there is a delay since Mahindra and Mahindra have not cleared the dues of the vendor and hence there is a delay in acquiring the required spares. Today the 11th of April he calls me to inform me that the vehicle is finally ready. when I go there i discover that the clutch although better than the last time they fixed it was certainly not like it was originally, to which the manager claimed that it would be fine after a few kms of driving, then I also notice that the other issues like airbag warning light staying on and handbrake not working were still not fixed. The manager then presents me with a bill of Rs 65, 735 photograph attached. I would like to mention that I had already been billed and paid an amount of Rs 15990 for the clutch which was a bill from a company called Bhavin Wheels pvt ltd. pictures of bills attached. I really want to know why all these parts were changed without informing me about the cost involved and after the manager of the workshop promising me that he would make sure the vehicle is done to my satisfaction and that it was a small problem after I returned it the first time. hope to hear from Mahindra And Mahindra and have my problem resolved at the earliest. I have not picked up the vehicle from the workshop as yet as I am not at all satisfied.

                  It is to inform you that i am getting a painful aftersales service from mohan motor salt lake sector v showroom. I had purchased a car from the mention showroom on may 2017, at that time i forced to manage my colour choice from granite silver to red. Not only that my smart card also has not been reached to me till date.

                  Now sales executive of that showroom monojit, his team leader sidhartha chakraborty is saying that my card may be lost and gave me another number of mr. Manna who is busy all the time.

                  Another issue is, i have not receive my bank loan sanction letter, loan is from sbi what they have selected for me. Bank person had told me in october 2017 that letter had been despatched but till date not reached to me.

                  Now the month is very near when i need to renew my insurance, please suggest what i can do as sbi general insurance is saying without the smart card they cannot process.

                  Please suggest my next step, i had already paid the money for smart card’s it the best service what i am getting? (As per your tv add)

                        I had given my car, mahindra kuv 100 for servicing at utkal autocoach pvt ltd on 29 mar 2018. A sum of rs 11, 130/-was charged to me which includes extended warranty. The car was picked up from my residence and dropped at my residence. The driver who had come to deliver my car was shown dust inside the dicky of the car, dust was seen inside the car.in short the car was not at all cleaned. No papers on extended service warranty has been received till date, — days has since elapsed no warranty papers received. Rs 8245?- has been charged for extended warranty has been charged.
                        Request refund my extended warranty amount of rs 8245/-
                        Also take action the servicing centre for the poor service rendered. Being an armed forces officer tralled in different parts of country and got my cars serviced at different places, this utkal autocoach service centre is worst.

                          Dear sir, i am the owner of xuv500, scorpio top end model, two bolero camper gold vehicles. With the same fascination and interest on indian manufactured vehicles, i booked tuv300 t10 model from ujwal enterprise, nanded. After test drive and visiting showroom many times i paid the full amount on 26 the march and promised to get the vehicle on 28 the march. Surprisingly everyday am waiting for the vehicle to deliver. But vexed with the response of the delivery process thinking of the withdrawal of the proposal. My first emi is also approaching but my vehicle is not delivered and no guarantee that when i get the vehicle. Just observe the horrible situation of mahindra and mahindra.

                              Purchased new xuv 500 registration no ga04e 3162 from muktar automobiles pvt ltd on 02/04/18. The following points noted/ informed the showroom manager and assured get it repaired - front left side bumper not fitted properly, noise coming from the front left side, front bonnet patches in painting - till today no one taken the matter seriously. Requested to take it further and get it solved immediately.
                              I would like to remind you, we are paid for a new vehicle not a repaired vehicle.

                                  From start this car had a manufacturing defect which was informed to the gsp motors more then 10 times multiple times my car was serviced for the same issue still no resolution I'm tried of the service procedures which are occurring again n again it's a shame that I bought a defective car n mahindra is only making fun out of it every time I complain there is a issue in which the cars pickup is dramatically low n gives a massive jerk while lifting up the gear initially they said that it's a gear malfunction later in another service they said that it's a manufacturing defect for which mahindra is Changing the parts later the situation of the car became worst as there were annoying voices coming from my engine again when I complained the pick my car n returned back saying that the problem has been fixed last night at 3am I was stuck at a lonely road with combined list of error in which the above said issues again uprised in a upgraded version frustrating really frustrating it's only I who know how did I manage to tow my car n leave it in GSP MOTORS N the next morning I was the one who called them to know about a service advisor assignment they don't even have the cortusy to call n ask that we had received your car what's the issue they just least bothered but now it's high time I can't keep on repairing the car which has a unsolvable manufacturing defect I need a replacement or a upgrade of my car by mahindra

                                    I m a xuv 5oo w6 customer since last 4 years and yet I m not not satisfied with the service dept provided through Eram motors Kannur. I had done the service for 40000 km just 15 days before and payed almost 50000 they had took almost 2 weeks for the sake of service as they are stating nowadays and now I m standing in middle of traffic and getting called by names by other car drivers . I just called the break down service of Mahindra and said about the occasion but they are so irresponsive and careless . I can’t move my car an inch as I m facing a clutch issue and while I said about the breakdown the service advisers demanding to bring the car to service dippo. I m just wondering did they lost their mind? If I could able to move this in this case then why should I depend those ### for helping me to get out of this. It’s so irritating that I had spent almost 20 lakhs for buying such a ride which did not aid any maintenance back up when ever a customer needs it . What is Mahindra doing actually ? Are they for customers or just for the techs?? What ever it is unless you contact me immediately I will let the social media do the later ... with all photos bills and so on

                                        i bought MAHINDRA XUV500 FWD W8-JC SILVER on april 2013. but some times i faced so many problem for this vehicle. one day i went to office work and suddenly that time i stop for traffic rule. when traffic rule open then i started bt that time i faced so so big problem that was cluse down.
                                        that type problem i faced so many times bt u always saying MAHINDRA XUV500 FWD W8-JC SILVER is the no1 vehicle. so why we faced again and cluse problem.
                                        so please u will solve this problem as soon as possible. otherwise who will give me feedback for this vehicle deffintely i will say bad feedback cause that day i and my family also faced that big problem.
