I purchsed one xuv 500 w10 from eram motors, trichur, kerala on 8th january 2018. That day itself some complaints noticed and informed the sales manager. Complaints were, 1. Bonnet lost one bush that is why it was one sided.2. Horrible sound while gear shifting. 3. Vibrating sound from the engine side speed above 60km.4. Glow box cover hinge complaint. (That means vehicle's pdi was not conducted) informed all things to them, they taken back the vehicle and done its 1st. Service and not more than that. I don't wand this second hand vehicle with new ones rate.
So kindly do the need full as early as possible.

With reference to the above subject our bolero camper (Mh 18 bg 0363) accident claim on dated 25/09/2017 at your service dealer (Akash auto dhule). But till today our vehicle is not ready, please look in to this matter & explain how to delay work. Akash auto repreventive mr. Ravidra & nitin borse i am continue followup with him but he is not satisfied answer.

Of jharkhand, ranchi from pratik automobiles, old hb road, near govt. Bus stand, patel chowk, ranchi-1 and delivered to undersigned. Description of vehicle is given below :-

At present clutch and plate of this vehicle is not working properly (Damaged).

So, kindly arrange repairing of this vehicle.

They dont show respect towards customers and dont care about cars in service rude to all customers, we went to service my quanto in rajahmundry service center they are rude and asked about a part they said it might take a month or more, at the same time my mom saw many other customer who own xuv, xylo cars also asking car to return they say its not done, they says we cant do now if you want take it back! This is not how business need to be done.

The bonet cover of my scorpio getting rusted within the 2.5 months from date of purchase due to use of low quality ms sheet for same. Registration no. Mh 05 ch 4882 purchased on 18.03.2015 invoice attached. Photo of rusted part attached. Requesting to replace the rusted bonet urgently. Kindly revert at the earliest. Awaiting for your positive reply.

With in one year silencer pipe is leakage near engine since one month no any action taken during servicing. I have taken new mahindra pickup gj20v 8999 in the short period. Complain of silencer pipe leakage near engine.

The mechanic has observed. And assure to attend but till now no any action observed. Kindly resolve the case at earliest please.

As they have given me an invoice in which they have charged labour charges in a free service where as per company policy no labour charges have to be paid and this is the only rebate company provide in free service.

When i saw the invoice i have paid insaid its ok what ever the amount you are charging but ill pay it by my card or through online transfer they said that this is not available and i can only pay in cash this was trully senseless answer i got the wordt service i have hot with mahindra

I have paid inr 4700 amd when i asked that i need a recipet of the payment they sinply said that they don’t provide receipt i need a clarification of the amount i have paid.

I had given my verito car, reg no. Kl33c 9229 for repairing the door after causing damage. It was given to tvs, thellakam, kottayam 16 days back. They had told me at that time that the door will reach from company within 4 days and will be repaired soon. Now after two weeks, they are still saying that the door has not yet reached and will reach in a week time!!

Myself a reputed doctor in kottayam, due to this irresponsibility from your company, i have to incur 500 rupees daily for using taxi. Please take this complaint seriously, and come out with an immediate solution.

We have two xuv, three bolero and one pickup for our personal and site use. Our 3 bolero and 1 pickup are running in different states so there service is done in there particular states. But we have kept the xuv’s for our personal use in ghaziabad which runs on highway. These two xuv’s go on shiva auto car for servicing. We have done our xuv servicing in the month of december but on 27 january 2018 the car stooped on mid road with a sound. The shiva auto car service centre was near so we towed the car there. On 29 january we received a call from service centre that it will take rs. 40, 000/ — i went there and no body was ready to explain what has happened one employee of mahindra said that there is water in the gear chamber due to which bearing is not working, i asked him there is no dent and there was no accident how does the water penetrated in there he said he will ask and will tell me, i waited there for one hour then came back but no one gave me a proper reply.

I want to request you to look into this matter and see if it is a manufacturing defect or they are doing this intentionally to create money. When ever they called for feedback i always said that there is some manufacturing defect since first day i have purchased this car. My car detail is up 14 bu 1179.

Dear sir when i visit in mahindra showroom for service of my mahindra scorpio car. The car techno meter show tyre pressure signal light. Mechanic repair this problem during this they damage our ecu and then techno meter show airbags light signal. When i complaint about this problem mechanic says that we have no ecu at this time we will replace in after 10 days. I visit again in the showroom but service provider does not give satisfication responce regards this problem. I am visit about 2 month in showroom but company does not replace my car ecu. And my scorpio car is under waranty.

Sir i had purchased 2 e-ricksaw from your dealer indraprastha automobile rama road delhi the frame of both e-ricksaw has been cracked since i and 1/2 month i repeatedly complaint there and they admitted it's technically fault & we will replace them but still after 1 & 1/2 month and after so many promises by them today 31-jan 2019 when i visit your dealer mr saint & mr sethi behaved very badly & threaten me if you not cooperate with us we won't change the frame & also said we won't care about customers & aapne ehshan nahi kiya e-ricksaw le kar sir is that a way to talk with your reliable customer now i will go to consumer court & media to show why i will suffer due to your fault my name is sanjay manchanda contact no [protected]

I bought brand new mahindra kuv 100 nxt on jan 10th @ india garage, chennai. I paid the final settlement via cheque which mahindra team insisted to put rs.800 extra for providing accessories. They have not provided any accessories for that amount. I requested them to provide the refund amount. They did not give. I raised the issue to [protected]@mahindra.com. Even after 2 weeks, nothing happened. Thus i am escalating further to you. If in case, no solution is provided within this week. I shall proceed for consumer court proceedings on the poor service provided to a consumer.

I had purchased a Mahindra Thar CRDE on 16.09.2017, with registration bearing number AS-23-S- 6764, Chassis no. MA1SL4BUNH2J60420, ENGINE NO. BUH4H96575 from M/S Assam Motors, Tinsukia-786125, Assam. But i am facing various problems like Oil leakage from Gear Box, Steering noise over gravel road, Body noise as well as clutch noise. For these complaints I sent my vehicle at M/S Assam Motors Workshop on 16.01.2018 and It has been more than 15 days but my vehicle has not been delivered yet to me. I have interacted with dealer management in several times regarding the issue and reason behind the delay. If such attitude remains i will further advice my friends and relatives to avoid dealing with Mahindra vehicles. I am facing lots of problem in absence of my vehicle.
Kindly look after the matter. I am expecting for a positive outcome.

We have purchased bolero zlx on dated 04-01-18 from your agency sachendi kanpur sri tirupati auto so many days has been spend but your delar is not able to provide vehicle no from rto kanpur. And not good behavior with us. And not provide whole assesrise when we puchaised bolero zlx.in this way i was in loss rs 2500 we have call to your dealer mr irshad but not clear response. this is ramanlal h panchal from kalol. Actually i have purchase kuv100 since 18 month. Unfortunataly before 2 month the unexpected accident with my car near( jarod) halol vadodara express higheay. And i give my car for reparing to m . M. Vohra, vadodara . Gujarat. But after two month there are no decision take for my car . And last week i visit the show room for my car but it's unbeliable i saw my car same condition before two month i saw. And i talk with showroom manager and he didn't give me any time. For delivery. So please do asap otherwise i give consumer court for this. And and finally i give press note for mahindra service center.

On 12th jan and as executive sanjay promised on get delivered by 24th jan on my birthday. Today is 29th jan almost 17days now and am still waiting for my car. I keep calling them abdi get same response evrytime from sr. Executive sharvesh that we trying our best your car will be delivered soon. And telling me to wait more 7-8 days that’s almost 27days waiting from my car booking date 12th jan. Worst experience ever and very unhappy with buying my new car. I would suggest not to buy from g3 motors they just keep making fool.

All sony channel one notification shown continuslly in tv screen, this is very ereteking for mi and my family,.
I have contact to my service provider dish tv but they says this problem is not our end this is the sony channel advertising.
I have very unhappy with dish tv and sony channel,

I shri goutam kumar bala vide my tuv (Wb 90 a 8282) had serviced at shree automobiles at barasat on 25th jan, 18. But the car is not properly checked as the problems mentioned these are not sorted out along with the a/c. The a/c is not working properly. What is the service centre doing with my car. If this type of nuisance is going on then we, the customers have to go otherside for my servicing.
