Dear sir when i visit in mahindra showroom for service of my mahindra scorpio car. The car techno meter show tyre pressure signal light. Mechanic repair this problem during this they damage our ecu and then techno meter show airbags light signal. When i complaint about this problem mechanic says that we have no ecu at this time we will replace in after 10 days. I visit again in the showroom but service provider does not give satisfication responce regards this problem. I am visit about 2 month in showroom but company does not replace my car ecu. And my scorpio car is under waranty.

    Sir i had purchased 2 e-ricksaw from your dealer indraprastha automobile rama road delhi the frame of both e-ricksaw has been cracked since i and 1/2 month i repeatedly complaint there and they admitted it's technically fault & we will replace them but still after 1 & 1/2 month and after so many promises by them today 31-jan 2019 when i visit your dealer mr saint & mr sethi behaved very badly & threaten me if you not cooperate with us we won't change the frame & also said we won't care about customers & aapne ehshan nahi kiya e-ricksaw le kar sir is that a way to talk with your reliable customer now i will go to consumer court & media to show why i will suffer due to your fault my name is sanjay manchanda contact no [protected]

      I bought brand new mahindra kuv 100 nxt on jan 10th @ india garage, chennai. I paid the final settlement via cheque which mahindra team insisted to put rs.800 extra for providing accessories. They have not provided any accessories for that amount. I requested them to provide the refund amount. They did not give. I raised the issue to [protected]@mahindra.com. Even after 2 weeks, nothing happened. Thus i am escalating further to you. If in case, no solution is provided within this week. I shall proceed for consumer court proceedings on the poor service provided to a consumer.

        I had purchased a Mahindra Thar CRDE on 16.09.2017, with registration bearing number AS-23-S- 6764, Chassis no. MA1SL4BUNH2J60420, ENGINE NO. BUH4H96575 from M/S Assam Motors, Tinsukia-786125, Assam. But i am facing various problems like Oil leakage from Gear Box, Steering noise over gravel road, Body noise as well as clutch noise. For these complaints I sent my vehicle at M/S Assam Motors Workshop on 16.01.2018 and It has been more than 15 days but my vehicle has not been delivered yet to me. I have interacted with dealer management in several times regarding the issue and reason behind the delay. If such attitude remains i will further advice my friends and relatives to avoid dealing with Mahindra vehicles. I am facing lots of problem in absence of my vehicle.
        Kindly look after the matter. I am expecting for a positive outcome.

        Problem with Frot Wheel Suspension Ball,
        Vehical directly down on road, after ball grip is sliped.
        Can you imagin what haapened if we are on Highway,
        Manufactring is defective,
        Please correct this bal set up

              this is ramanlal h panchal from kalol. Actually i have purchase kuv100 since 18 month. Unfortunataly before 2 month the unexpected accident with my car near( jarod) halol vadodara express higheay. And i give my car for reparing to m . M. Vohra, vadodara . Gujarat. But after two month there are no decision take for my car . And last week i visit the show room for my car but it's unbeliable i saw my car same condition before two month i saw. And i talk with showroom manager and he didn't give me any time. For delivery. So please do asap otherwise i give consumer court for this. And and finally i give press note for mahindra service center.

                  On 12th jan and as executive sanjay promised on get delivered by 24th jan on my birthday. Today is 29th jan almost 17days now and am still waiting for my car. I keep calling them abdi get same response evrytime from sr. Executive sharvesh that we trying our best your car will be delivered soon. And telling me to wait more 7-8 days that’s almost 27days waiting from my car booking date 12th jan. Worst experience ever and very unhappy with buying my new car. I would suggest not to buy from g3 motors they just keep making fool.

                      I shri goutam kumar bala vide my tuv (Wb 90 a 8282) had serviced at shree automobiles at barasat on 25th jan, 18. But the car is not properly checked as the problems mentioned these are not sorted out along with the a/c. The a/c is not working properly. What is the service centre doing with my car. If this type of nuisance is going on then we, the customers have to go otherside for my servicing.

                        I am having pickup (Bolero pick up cbc 2wd bsiii) and the same was purchased on march 2017 and it was working fine and also is being serviced by raigarh auto center time to time but suddenly on 25 january 2018 my pickup got break down and i contacted to auto center raigarh for the same and i put vehicle to auto center raigarh on the same day and they informed me that engine has got seized and we are trying to correct the same but till now nothing has been done and because of that my work affected and i am facing lot of problems so kindly look at the matter.

                            I have submitted the advance amount on 14.12.2017 and till date vehicle repair status is at initial stage. Even there is no response from executives (Mr. Rajeev, mr. Karthik tiwari). And they have told us that vehicle will be delivered dated 25th of jan 2018. But still they wants one more month time to repair. Request to resolve the issue. I will never prefer mahindra for servicing of my vehicle.

                                I had booked my car for service on 25th of january, 2018 a day earlier. The service response was extremely poor. It took 5 hours for the service to complete. I mean that is just pathetic. I was really really annoyed due to this. Even after such a bad service they made me wait 1.5 hours more, since they made an excuse for lunch break and they took about an hour for washing the car. This is really really bad and i as a customer want you take a strict action. I mean is there any value of customer’s time or not?

                                  I bought an xuv 500 w10 in aug 2017 from vd motors, sri ganganagar, rajasthan with a promise of getting corporate and exchange offer of rs 25000/-. However after lapse of 5 months till date the amount has not been released by the agency. I am in constant touch with mr major, mr hansraj and mr baldev raj since last one month however everyday they come up with one or other excuses. I visited the agency out of my busy schedule to raise the issue, however i got no positive response causing lots of harassment by the staffs of the agency. A bitter experience to share with. Poor, pathetic and false promises by mahindra.

                                        Dear sir, we purchased xuv 500 w10 couple of months before and from the day of purchase we found oil leakage at the bottom and we reached the service center available in rajamundry.
                                        Even after multiple visits they are simply putting some paste and requested us not to complain to top management.
                                        Day before yesterday when we are travelling with family suddenly we got some smoke and fire from engine lucky people surrounding helped us to get out of the car.
                                        When we reached the nearest show room they are not even responding properly and stating that since clutch was used several times it got fired out.
                                        Only one service happened since we brought the car, jus 5k kms traveled.
                                        Surprised being a big car manufacturers why they don't care about peoples life.
                                        Even after multiple complaints they didn't even retifed the problem and asking us to bare the cost.
                                        Please suggest.

                                        Guys, please be cautious they need only money.

                                        Am posting this just to give awareness to people and safe your money.
