Dear sir, we purchased xuv 500 w10 couple of months before and from the day of purchase we found oil leakage at the bottom and we reached the service center available in rajamundry.
Even after multiple visits they are simply putting some paste and requested us not to complain to top management.
Day before yesterday when we are travelling with family suddenly we got some smoke and fire from engine lucky people surrounding helped us to get out of the car.
When we reached the nearest show room they are not even responding properly and stating that since clutch was used several times it got fired out.
Only one service happened since we brought the car, jus 5k kms traveled.
Surprised being a big car manufacturers why they don't care about peoples life.
Even after multiple complaints they didn't even retifed the problem and asking us to bare the cost.
Please suggest.

Guys, please be cautious they need only money.

Am posting this just to give awareness to people and safe your money.

    I have bought a new nuvo sport on 30 nov 2017..
    Till date 23 january i have not received the registration no. And insurance of my vehicle..
    I have not got any information from dealer raj india, varanasi till date and i am suffering a lot due to this. Nobody is ready to give me proper response in the dealer point and also very ill treatment is being given to me on asking the reason for this.
    I am very unsatisfied with the customer service, satisfaction level provided from the dealer.
    Nobody is ready to entertain customer after sales.
    My bank transfer and cash transfer done. All money complete deposited... But still no respnse

      I am surendra d banarase owner of s d group. I have purchase mahindra boleropick up in nagpur from proviancial automobile midc hingana nagpur. But they not give number plate for front side & also not writting no on vehical. They said to me purchase the number plate from out side & write the number from out side painter. My vehical no is - mh-49-at-0941
      So plase comferm me number plate is no essential part of vehical. Then i will ask to rto department why we do this work & how to passing the vehical from this norm permited to drive the vehical on road

        Dear sir,
        Undersigned purchased xylo during the year 19th march 2016 from shivnath mahendra bhilai, xylo was running satisfactorily up to 500km. After 500km noise was observed in the right and rear side of the tyre followed with steering jam. There was no driving comfort. With this compliment the vehicle was given to the workshop for service and repairing of the defect. They have change the front wheel, after servicing the vehicle was returned to me. There after it was observed the pickup of the vehicle got reduced considerably. Again the vehicle was given to the workshop and they have changed the cylinder. Even after the maintenance by the service center the noise in the wheel and jamming of steering ring were still continuing.
        Now the engineer of the service center claims it is the mechanical fault and not the fault with the tyres. Based on this finding they have changed front shockup and other parts. Even after all this changes the actual defects of the vehicle could not have been detected again the vehicle was taken to work shop and the center bush was replaced.
        There is no comfort in driving and all problems mentioned above are still exist.
        Hope you would understand the uncomfort faced in driving the vehicle. Please do the need full.

          I booked a tuv 300, t10 the top model vehicle because i was promised delivery on 21st of december, 2017 (My wedding anniversary) by gm of mahindras goa dealership.

          The vehicle did not arrive in goa on 21st december. I was at their verna showroom the whole day waiting for it.in the evening i was told it on the way to goa from pune and reached belgaum. I went back home. I was promised i will get the vehicle the next day.

          The next day, vehicle reached goa at 10.30am. It was a red tuv 300 (With black top to be painted in goa, verna body shop). The black top was painted on 22nd december and the vehicle was delivered by 8.00pm at my residence.
          The painting work was incomplete and i was told only 70 % work is done and remaining 30% work (Polishing, finishing) will be done later when i bring the vehicle back to their body shop, which was agreed by me.

          I took the vehicle back to their body shop for the remaining work on friday morning 19 of january, 2018.

          When i went back in the evening to collect, i was shocked to see my vehicle.
          It was looking very dirty, kept out of the bodyshop in a dirty area near the roadside, not even washed. It was looking worst than before. Pictures attached. Polishing of top was not done. Black rubbers between mirrors had paint dots on them (Red and white). White paint dots were fallen on the red bonnet. Polishing was rough and there were scratches. I rejected to take the vehicle back. They said they will do it the next day.

          I was extremely busy the next day, but i cancelled some important appointments and went to collect the vehicle in the evening thinking that it will be ready but to my greatest shock there was nothing much done, all the problems were still the same, only the car was washed this time.

          I took the car and was convinced that, buying a mahindra vehicle was the biggest mistake of my life. We have in the past bought vehicles from goa hundai, maruti, reynault but never had such a bad experience. I felt even a rickshaw painting is far better. The worst part is even after showing the painting faults, they are least bothered to rectify.

          I was talking to a car painting company and i am told i will have to spend around rs.1, 00, 000 to rs.1, 25000 to repaint, change the rubber pars and make it new again.

          Thank you mahindra & mahindra, you made us cry!

            I received call from pankaj gussain who introduced himself as a mahindra employee at dehradun and told me that company had selected you for new year gift and assured to get it delivered at my address. Later when contacted he told gift is handed over to another employ mr rohit and asked to collect gift from him only.
            When mr rohit was contacted he told to wait and assured gift will be delivered.
            I though understand it is not my right to ask for the gift anyway but i who appreciate your services and recommend your vehicle to my acquaintances and persuaded many to buy your vehicle be treated falsely and dishonesty by employees of the company

              1. I am owner of xuv500 (Veh no hp 47 5743).
              2. Job card ro no :ro18b003799 dated 07 dec 17 was opened by khokan motors, silliguri for defect of music system showing blank display.
              3. The following is submitted :
              (A) the response to repairs /replacement was very poor, even though the veh was in warranty.
              (B) after receiving call from dealer (That also after prolonged delay) that the veh may be brought for fitment however after fitment it was found that the item received was faulty.
              (C) next day again it was intimated that the serviceable item has been received and the veh can be brought for fitment. Again on next day after fitment it was found that the replaced accessory is again faulty and therefore the situation still remains the same.
              (D) presently even after one month and 12 days the complaint is still remains unresolved and as a mahindra customer feel unsatisfied, buggered and annoyed.
              (E) dates the veh reported to service centre:
              Initially: 07 dec17
              Second time when called :15jan 18
              Third time:16 jan 18
              Present status:issue remains unresolved

                Mahindra motors jalgaon in workshop services not provide and work is not done properly before charges apply on customer please corrective action on it
                Customers satisfaction never in working place.
                Spare part availability is poor in this show room. Mechanical not available
                Works in vehicle means extra personal is nothing to one is absent therefore work is not done to expectable time in case customers is harest so many time so please corrective action on my complaint send me feedback immediately

                  This is to inform you that my tuv t8 had an accident and i have the insurance of iffco tokyo (Sold by your dealer (M/s balaji motors jagdalpur) it is a cashless insurance. Isend my vechiclecg17-km 2460 to your dealers work shop 30-10.17 and i got back the vechicle on 2-11-17. When i reached the work shop, they asked for the paymet of bill and i paid even after iam havin a cashless inurance. They offered me 15days time to reimburse the money. But even after 3moths the money is not reimbursed to me.

                  Sir this is last letter for the reimburshment.

                  With in a week if iam not getting a satisfactory answer from you let us meet

                    I have purchased xuv500 on 29-12-17 and got it fixed with dual headrest screens the same day. After 2 weeks o[censored]sage, one of the screens broke at the flexible point when one of kids tried little harder than usual to adjust it. The steel like appearing rods fixing headrest into seat broke instantly. I am shocked at the poor quality of material put into the making. I visited the nearest service centre in visakhapatnam (Automotive manufacturers ltd), only to realise that it can be repaired but for a cost. I am very unhappy with the poor quality accessories provided by mahindra in such high end cars. Hope these glitches can be fixed by the company.

                          Our company started for about 6 years and from the day of operation we are using mahindra's pick up as our commercial vehicle and we are 100% satisfied on that. And it is essential for the company to buy a passenger vehicle before three plus years and because of mahindra"s good delarship we are pleased to buy a passenger vehicle called"quanto " from ktc mahindra ernakulam.

                          All this services and maintenance of the vehicle have been done from the authorized mahindra dealer itself and it can be seen in the service history. But in aspect of all the above good dealership of mahindra we have a very sadfull experience from the delar of mahindra 'eram motors thrissur'.

                          If we exchange our vehicle (Mahindra quanto) to any other compnay like maruti, tatta, and toyota the are agreed to give a good price for the vehicle but in this situation we are decided to purchase mahindra company vehicle itself (Xylo). But the price the decided was very low but we haven't changed the company.

                          All the formalities and loans have been passed and completed and the vehicle (Xylo) is ready at the show room but 'eram motors' are not willing to give the vehicle. The reason mahindra company told us that the vehicle (Quanto) that is exchanged having complaints they are not give us a pleasing answer and it is about two months they are struggling us.

                          We are requesting you to please look forward this complaint to settling this matter amicably.

                            I, dattatray sukhdev deshmukh had purchased kuv 100 k - 6 variant diesel vehicle in the month of may 2016 for personal use and registration number is mh 43aw 2042.
                            I have run the vehicle 40000 kms till this date and today i have handed over the vehicle to g-3 motors for regular service. Further, i had followed the scheduled services as per the norms.
                            The last service at 30000 kms was done in the month of september 2017 at g-3 motors nerul. At the time of servicing the body rattling problem was shown to the service adviser of g-3 motors and my vehicle was kept 3 days at g-3 motors for body rattling problem solving but issue was not resolved till this date. I had telephonic complaint was done but no response form mahindra & mahendra or g-3 motors, nerul.
                            Today i have again brought to the notice of body rattling problem to service adviser of g-3 motors, nerul.
                            Kindly intervene in the matter and give suitable instructions to the g-3 motors for attending body rattling problem without fail.

I have a xuv which is under warranty, as per the warranty certificate the suspension will be covering under warranty. But when the suspension became complaint. The local authorised service dealer (Tvs) is not willing to replace without paying from my pocket.. Pls consider this as a complaint and take the necessary action to resolve my issue..

                                  Hello,
                                  I got my scorpio serviced from rr automobiles gurgaon on 25th dec 2017... I was told complete servicing is done but today morning (15th jan 2018) my scorpio gear stuck in between the road, and i got to know the gear oil was not filled during last servicing and for that reason and gear box is damaged.. Now when i am calling rr automobiles, i have been asked to pay advance amount of atleast 20000 rs for towing the car and for gear box replacement... Never expected such poor service and support from any mahindra service center.. It seems the service center purposely did not filled the gear oil so that they can charge me huge amount later on once the gear box is damage.

                                  I hope some action can be taken on rr automobiles.

                                    I have 50 time visit your dealer office m/s raga motor ltd for repair of driver seat sun roof switch staring wheal switch driver side lock not working for my by suv rexton. Model 2013-14 no. Pb-08-cr-1567 i have 50 time visit your dealer office but they say we don't have spare parts they always ask for one weak more. I am upset for this type of service from mahindra dealer i have paid of rs.39000/- for your dealer to extend the warranty please help me resolve my problem

                                      Service of car no mh03 ck 290 tuv t8 was serviced on.
                                      Well noticed the engine oil indicator lamp on. On checking it was noticed that the engine oil had become very less. Hence physically bent down to check. We noticed oil leaking, with the sheet underneath was completely coated with oil. Immediately we went to the nearest mechanic. It was confirmed that the engine oil pipe was leaking. Some engine oil was refilled n advised to go to mahindra service station as vehicle is under warranty.
                                      When 2nd service was done the g3 motors advisor had said that all was done. Why then this leak. Who is responsible if the engine would have ceased? We demand an answer? The vehicle was purchased on 3rd dec 2016 n barely one year old. Is this the mahindra service that is so widely publicised? We want accountability n costs incurred n any other related costs which may arise out of service rendered by g3 motors kandivili. Any damage to our car will be at the risk n cost of g3 motors including n not limited to giving us a new replacement. This is for your kind information and immediate necessary action please.                                         Hi, my name is sameer kauthankar from goa, i own a tuv300 2016 amt t8 80bhp brought on february 2016. It has driven hardly 28000 km till dated. There has been a numbers of problems facing while driving amt in fact i had lost my confidence on my vehicle so few days back i decided to sell my vehicle more than 1000 customer had seen my ad on quikr and only four customer had seen my vehicle with test drive but i got negative response. Only final option i have to change automatic transmission to manual transmission. Any extra cost and other documents required to do so let me know. It's a hard earn money i had spend to buy vehicle. What about the bhp which has been change from 80 to 100 can you do for me also.
