Its been replaced 1 times.
Also problem in stay was detected in tyer. Not replace in tyre at service centre, siva auto mobile trichy.

      This is regarding my recent horrid experience with mahindra service station. I have a xuv500. And it's ac was not working properly. So i contacted my nearby service station royal motors, kalikapur kolkata700099. First time they returned me the car without doing anything. Second time they did it but it was not properly done so i sent it for the third time. This time i asked for a loner car, because i was getting affected because of their negligence. They agreed for the same but could not provide the same for some unknown reason. Finally they sent one but without any prior intimation. The driver came and removed all my belongings rapidly and took the car to the service station. After two hours i realized that i forgot to remove my sun-glass which was there in the built-in sunglass case inside the car. Immediately i called the manager mr. Subrata sinha to collect the same. But in my utter surprise he told me that it was not there. It was a costly sun glass and this type of incidence is very unfortunate from a company like mahindra.

      Sir, I have purchased Scorpio m hawk from your dealer O.S. Motors Jodhpur on 20 August 2014. Your dealer supplied the car with wheel plates of 2010 model.
      I request you to replace the wheel plates with 2014 model

        Nobody can takes pain for costumer satisfaction. My car standing only 80, 000 km service, and all brakes replacement. At last movement they not provide me the vehicle on time, one day total tales of these work.28/12, i put the vehicle for service but time time i have no positive response.           I gave my rodeo for servicing at bannerghatta showroom, shri mahaveer motors.

          After giving the skooty for servicing, the response of acceleration went down inspite of changing the clutch cable.

          Also, in just a period of 4 days, the battery went down to such an extent that the vehicle can't even start.

          It was promised to me that it will be delivered by tuesday but they didn't deliver the skooty and instead starting demanding for a home delivery cost.

          Wind noise coming from front windows from the first day dealer is not giving any situation
          Myself surendra nath pandey now satisfied with the clarification from Mr.sudhansu, GM of Auto centre Bilaspur.He fully convinced me regarding my complaint pertaining to premature servicing of car.

            It is very sad to inform you that, the serious defects came for brand new mahindra bolero power plus bearing registration number kl56q4101. (Kerala state, kozhikode dist)
            The defect which we found is that the rust comes on major area of the vehicle.
            The above issue we had several times informed to the itl service centre calicut (Feroke), but the response which we got from them was very much dissappointed

              ... Mene 26/12/2017 ko 2nd service k liye apni gadi apke service centre m di. Jaha complaint bhi note karwai.. Mujhe next day gadi mili ye bola gaya gadi ok hai.. Per bilkul nahi only washing n ac filter change karke 1501/- charge lekar gadi dedi...3rd class service ek bhi complaint solve nahi ki... Fir cgm mahindra s contact kiya kal maine pura matter bataya unhone bola ap ek din k liye dedijye fir bilkul ok hokar milegi gadi.. Aj morning m apke driver gadi legaya or rat m 9pm per wapas di gadi mujhe... Ph m bola gaya full check problem solve... Per ghatiya 3rd class service sirf time pass. Apke executive or diver k samne test drive li same problem unko check karwaya ki koi repairing nahi hoi.. Or bola ja raha breakshoe change hue hai 5500/- dedo... Total cheat kar rahe hai ap log customer ko... Meri gadi 3sal purani ho esi awaz kar rahi hai or steering apne aap left side turn hojata hai... Gates me noise bohat yada... Gadi bohat yada gandi karke di hai without washing... Kya karna hai ap log bataiye... Ya ese hi befkoof banaya jayega... Bohat sara part change kiye hai aj gadi m under warranty m...                 This is devendra gautam. I have bought mahindra celerio whose loan ate is due on 29/12/17. I have paid the loan amount but i have done a mistake instead of my loan agreement no.[protected] i have paid loan amount of someone else loan agreement no[protected]. Rs10000 has been deducted from my account. So i request to please check and do some action as as possible.

                  Mahindra scorpio states that a car cant be operated other than the 2 keys that is provided to the customer. Its also says that if someone tries to operate the car by some other means it gets locked or engine gets stoped. I trusted mahindra in this regard and purchased a scorpio. My white mahindra scorpio s10 with registration no - as07h5751 chasis number ma1ta2sjxf2a10237 engine number sje4m17426 got stolen and all the above promised by mahindra came to false. We tried contacting customer care but they have only one answer that it is impossible to operate without both original keys. But both the keys we inside the house. Mahindra has failed to keep the promises made during its sale. They are making fool to the common people

                    I bought a mahindra xuv 500 w10 model and just drove 4500km. When i gave for service the service persons said that clutch pad issue and said me to pay rs.25000 for replacing it. When i said for warrenty they said its not applicable for clutch and break. I said the sale person said i have warrenty for all parts and sold me and now you people are saying this.

                    I asked them that is this only the quality of high end car which last for 4500km and those # didt reply for that and were just saying 1 thing no warrenty and driver issue.

                    I have a question that how does best quality just last just for 4500km? Even the worst car have more capability when the worst driver also drives it. And the service person also dont know to behave with customer. How stupid people they are when they say best quality last long and never accept their mistake. Having bad experience with mahindra car.

                      I had serviced my vehicle in kcs race motors, karunagappally on 07-12-17. After service vehicle was break down and i informed the dealer ship but i get a bad response from the dealership, after so many arguments they will not came and shouted also forced me to pay repair charges. I feel guilty and shame for had a mahindra two wheeler. Why u give authorization for a irresponsible dealers like this. I need to repair my vehicle with immediate response otherwise i will report consumer court against this dealership and the company.

                        I am really irritated of mahindra service tantrums, no body takes ownership. My vehicle starter rusting in the end of very first year from purchase which i also told sterling motors gurgaon where in roof rails got rust and car bonnet rust however won actin taken even after taking photographs no claim approved 2016 i again reminded my car service manager hira singh regarding rusting of my car which again was not sorted now it’s been post two years since i got my scorpio for 18 lac rupees, rear doors have started rusting and mahindra people saying it’s our of warranty. This kind of attitude is unexpected. It’s not a thousand rupee thing which can be neglected. It’s niether my fault. After running bebo d service people for 2 years now they say warranty expired. I want my car fixed at company’s cost. Paint should last forever like my other cars. Mahindra gets rusted so fast and niether service people take care. I want my car paint issue to be fixed asap. 18 lac rupees car paint should not last in a year or two. Have i made a mistake i got mahindra on my home after saving money from my lifelong earnings

                          I own a tuv300 t8 amt since 13 april 2015. I purchased this car with utmost excitement and i had always liked it since launch. But now i think purchasing this car was a wrong decision and i have committed a blunder.

                              I have purchased mahindra xuv 500 w6 four years ago. Two years ago my stereo stopped working, i was suggested to visit nippon stereo center they changed the stereo by an other old set of stereo three or four month passed the stereo again stopped working again it was complained to the mahindra authorities they have really acted on the complain and regional nippon managers again come in the picture and get it changed by other old repaired one stereo. Now six to seven months passed again and stereo stopped working. My humble request is from the mahindra senior management when a customer is having believe in you and your product, please do not compromise with some of cheap brands which really harm the goodwill of your brand. I would really want to say all my new customers kindly go for mahindra vehicle but ask them not to compromise on the cheap stereo brands like nippon. Ask them to put some good brand in your vehicle. I would like to publish this story on facebook so that mahindra senior management can get aware of this incident.

                                Purchased a mahindra xuv500 4 years back with severe rusting in both the back doors and the door panels falling off. If the manufacturer claims that it doesn’t cover rusting then doesn’t it compromise with the structural integrity of the car? About the safety of its occupants. I wonder how mahindra is getting its safety certificates. It is a serious issue and mahindra is using inferior quality steel.

                                  Highly unprofessional work.

                                  I had given my vehicle to workshop about 12pm just for to all doors checkup. Then i called them at 6pm still they said vehicle is not ready. I said wen will u complete the work they said within 7pm. I again called them 6:30pm instantly they said your vehicle is ready and the bill is rs 3000, then i said how u guys opened all doors in just 30mins and fitted them back and reapired them in just 30 mins, is it possible.
                                  So please this type of work is very unprofessional.

                                    Hi,

                                    My name is ghanshyamdas katiyar, i have recently bought a tuv 300 t10 from your authorised dealer g3 motors limited located at plot no. D - 175, ttc ind, area, midc, nerul, navi mumbai - 400706.

                                    The vehicle was delivered to me on 12th november 2017 i. E. Not even a month considering today is 29th november. I am facing major issue with the gear box of the vehicle wherein i am unable to apply gear neither in auto mode or manual mode. First time i observed this problem on 24th november wherein i contacted g3 motors, i didn't get any response from them.

                                    Today again i faced same issue this time the car was in the middle of the road i was unable to move the vehicle. This happened at 11.45am and i immediately contacted the various different department s of g3 motors. I was getting assurance from them but nothing happened finally around 3pm i again contacted on the toll free number of mahindra&mahindra it took them again 2 hours to come with a tow the vehicle. For almost 5 hours i was stranded on the road unable to move my vehicle.

                                    Its not even a month since i have bought this vehicle i am experiencing a very poor customer services from the dealer. I have spent about approximately 13 lacs on this car within less than 1 month i have started facing serious issues with the car.

                                    This is the 2nd time i am facing major issues with the vehicle. First time the problem was related to the gear box which fixed after 15 days wherein they had to replace entire gear box. For 15 days i was suffering since i had no other vehicle for commute. Now since yesterday i am facing issue with the leakage of lubricating oil from the engine. I had asked the service centre around 10am to fix this issue and they had sent someone to diagnose the issue around 4pm and now they are saying they will again pick up my car tomorrow.

                                    Its been less than 2 months i have started facing problem with the vehicle i am not sure about what kind of quality testing does the vehicle go through. I am extremely unsatisfied and would like to give my car back and want a complete refund for my car. The service response is extremely slow and feels like no one cares about the customer
