My name is ghanshyamdas katiyar, i have recently bought a tuv 300 t10 from your authorised dealer g3 motors limited located at plot no. D - 175, ttc ind, area, midc, nerul, navi mumbai - 400706.
The vehicle was delivered to me on 12th november 2017 i. E. Not even a month considering today is 29th november. I am facing major issue with the gear box of the vehicle wherein i am unable to apply gear neither in auto mode or manual mode. First time i observed this problem on 24th november wherein i contacted g3 motors, i didn't get any response from them.
Today again i faced same issue this time the car was in the middle of the road i was unable to move the vehicle. This happened at 11.45am and i immediately contacted the various different department s of g3 motors. I was getting assurance from them but nothing happened finally around 3pm i again contacted on the toll free number of mahindra&mahindra it took them again 2 hours to come with a tow the vehicle. For almost 5 hours i was stranded on the road unable to move my vehicle.
Its not even a month since i have bought this vehicle i am experiencing a very poor customer services from the dealer. I have spent about approximately 13 lacs on this car within less than 1 month i have started facing serious issues with the car.
This is the 2nd time i am facing major issues with the vehicle. First time the problem was related to the gear box which fixed after 15 days wherein they had to replace entire gear box. For 15 days i was suffering since i had no other vehicle for commute. Now since yesterday i am facing issue with the leakage of lubricating oil from the engine. I had asked the service centre around 10am to fix this issue and they had sent someone to diagnose the issue around 4pm and now they are saying they will again pick up my car tomorrow.
Its been less than 2 months i have started facing problem with the vehicle i am not sure about what kind of quality testing does the vehicle go through. I am extremely unsatisfied and would like to give my car back and want a complete refund for my car. The service response is extremely slow and feels like no one cares about the customer
Mahindra And Mahindra customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I request you to replace the wheel plates with 2014 model
Otherwise we will take action as legal, social media, press etc.
