I am really irritated of mahindra service tantrums, no body takes ownership. My vehicle starter rusting in the end of very first year from purchase which i also told sterling motors gurgaon where in roof rails got rust and car bonnet rust however won actin taken even after taking photographs no claim approved 2016 i again reminded my car service manager hira singh regarding rusting of my car which again was not sorted now it’s been post two years since i got my scorpio for 18 lac rupees, rear doors have started rusting and mahindra people saying it’s our of warranty. This kind of attitude is unexpected. It’s not a thousand rupee thing which can be neglected. It’s niether my fault. After running bebo d service people for 2 years now they say warranty expired. I want my car fixed at company’s cost. Paint should last forever like my other cars. Mahindra gets rusted so fast and niether service people take care. I want my car paint issue to be fixed asap. 18 lac rupees car paint should not last in a year or two. Have i made a mistake i got mahindra on my home after saving money from my lifelong earnings

    Hi my name is amar singh singh rathor i have bought a new tuv 300 t4 from star autombile satna m. P. I have facing gear shifting problem from last 10 month whenever i go to the workshop the q. C. Said to me that is the gear shifting problem done properly... They dose not provide a good service i want to change the gear box and gear lever due to problem of gear shifting the gear lever is also damage and now a days i have also facing the problem...

    tuv 300 starting problem

    I own a tuv300 t8 amt since 13 april 2015. I purchased this car with utmost excitement and i had always liked it since launch. But now i think purchasing this car was a wrong decision and i have committed a blunder.

    They have changed my complete suspension including shock up
    But noice of staring is as it was previous.
    They have billed me 31300/- rs.
    I called manager to give my feed back and complaint

    If this is service quality
    I will not buy ur product in future.

        I have purchased mahindra xuv 500 w6 four years ago. Two years ago my stereo stopped working, i was suggested to visit nippon stereo center they changed the stereo by an other old set of stereo three or four month passed the stereo again stopped working again it was complained to the mahindra authorities they have really acted on the complain and regional nippon managers again come in the picture and get it changed by other old repaired one stereo. Now six to seven months passed again and stereo stopped working. My humble request is from the mahindra senior management when a customer is having believe in you and your product, please do not compromise with some of cheap brands which really harm the goodwill of your brand. I would really want to say all my new customers kindly go for mahindra vehicle but ask them not to compromise on the cheap stereo brands like nippon. Ask them to put some good brand in your vehicle. I would like to publish this story on facebook so that mahindra senior management can get aware of this incident.

          Purchased a mahindra xuv500 4 years back with severe rusting in both the back doors and the door panels falling off. If the manufacturer claims that it doesn’t cover rusting then doesn’t it compromise with the structural integrity of the car? About the safety of its occupants. I wonder how mahindra is getting its safety certificates. It is a serious issue and mahindra is using inferior quality steel.

            Highly unprofessional work.

            I had given my vehicle to workshop about 12pm just for to all doors checkup. Then i called them at 6pm still they said vehicle is not ready. I said wen will u complete the work they said within 7pm. I again called them 6:30pm instantly they said your vehicle is ready and the bill is rs 3000, then i said how u guys opened all doors in just 30mins and fitted them back and reapired them in just 30 mins, is it possible.
            So please this type of work is very unprofessional.

              Hi,

              My name is ghanshyamdas katiyar, i have recently bought a tuv 300 t10 from your authorised dealer g3 motors limited located at plot no. D - 175, ttc ind, area, midc, nerul, navi mumbai - 400706.

              The vehicle was delivered to me on 12th november 2017 i. E. Not even a month considering today is 29th november. I am facing major issue with the gear box of the vehicle wherein i am unable to apply gear neither in auto mode or manual mode. First time i observed this problem on 24th november wherein i contacted g3 motors, i didn't get any response from them.

              Today again i faced same issue this time the car was in the middle of the road i was unable to move the vehicle. This happened at 11.45am and i immediately contacted the various different department s of g3 motors. I was getting assurance from them but nothing happened finally around 3pm i again contacted on the toll free number of mahindra&mahindra it took them again 2 hours to come with a tow the vehicle. For almost 5 hours i was stranded on the road unable to move my vehicle.

              Its not even a month since i have bought this vehicle i am experiencing a very poor customer services from the dealer. I have spent about approximately 13 lacs on this car within less than 1 month i have started facing serious issues with the car.

              This is the 2nd time i am facing major issues with the vehicle. First time the problem was related to the gear box which fixed after 15 days wherein they had to replace entire gear box. For 15 days i was suffering since i had no other vehicle for commute. Now since yesterday i am facing issue with the leakage of lubricating oil from the engine. I had asked the service centre around 10am to fix this issue and they had sent someone to diagnose the issue around 4pm and now they are saying they will again pick up my car tomorrow.

              Its been less than 2 months i have started facing problem with the vehicle i am not sure about what kind of quality testing does the vehicle go through. I am extremely unsatisfied and would like to give my car back and want a complete refund for my car. The service response is extremely slow and feels like no one cares about the customer

                I have purchased mahindra tuv 300 on 22 nov from jaikumar and arunkumar pvt ltd mahindra showroom in meerut (U. P.) and i am so much fed up from them. Upto today i didn't got my car rc and vehicle registration number. This is so frustrating as i have paid heavy amount on this car and am not able to use it. This is completely disgusting.. Am not going to buy any mahindra vehicle in future. Totally fed up.

                        My name is sunil Kushwah their is a problem in my xuv 500 w10 (2016) model regarded to the sound. The sound is coming from the back boot and the dash board. I have gone also to the service center. I have gone 4-5 time they work but after sometime the sound again comes so, please examination my problem.They work on a problem the second problem comes. The sound comes firstly from the boot and after that from the driver seat and from the dashboard then after some days from the bonut. If you will try to work on my problem I will be very thankful .

                          Actually we went to see mahindra finance cheasing vehicle in mahindra yard and then we came to mahindra finance office. We asked accounts manager he gave me [protected] this number. He telling that hav to pay 7080 rupees (Non refundable) to join as a dealership. Also v have to pay end amount. Then only he will show and giv the vehicle. What is this v r already customer for mahindra finance already v having loan in that finance. Take action against all these peoples pls. Not giving response also. I want to know that u peoples will give response to the dealers only but not ur customer ah.?

                            I have done 26000 kms on my nuvosport car till now. After 10000 kms started sensing a problem of coolent loss ie (Once the coolent is to the maximum level after driving for10kms the level of coolent decrease to the minimum level of the coolent box. Inapite of my repeated complaints and visits to the showroom anant cars on mysore road bangalore they have failed to solve the problem so kindly do the needful to solve the problem of my car.

                              Dear sir, i have a mahindra maximo. For few problem on month of october i replaced a spare called common rail in aigali motors athani. (They charged 10500) after a week a faced the same problem which was faced early, again i visited to aigali motors and they suggested change the silencer, i doubted them and return back and i visited to sutaria automobiles, belgaum. They keep my vehicle up to one month and finally discharged on 8.12.17 (And they charged 38000) i paid all amount to them. Next day again my vehicle faced same problem which was early.
                              So my question is??? Is this service quality??? Or mahindra company just doing service drama??? Or mahindra dont have skilled technicians???
                              I need my solutions
                              Finally we are not ready to trust on mahindra vehicle, service and service managements...

                                My xuv 5oo car is showing check light or engine light on 97000 km and i went ks mahindra moter udaipur, they told me this is normal problm we solve by laptop. When i go home same problm was creat check light and engine loft or some side nose are coming. I came back and they reapeat same word. I went many time mahindra work shop and they can’t dignose car problm. Now my xuv runing on 110000 km the told me your car problm is turbo problm. When my car running below one lac kilometer in warranty period they can’t dignose my problm. After waaranty they dignose problm. Plz i request that my car problm solve on warranty bcz i have mention my problm in job card in 97000 kilometer. My xuv reg no is rj 46 ua 1003

                                  Due to ohi puyal my car body cell was totally damaged. So I claimed insurance on 30.11.2017 in kodai car's company. I asked to replace my car body cell fully but they told me recovery only the damaged part. Said was not able to claimed fully. I need a clear response in your side. I complained your dealer kodai car's please kindly take an action and help my car XUV500 as much as possible

                                    I want to tell that the radiator of my suv tuv 300 rj 23 ub 2522 was leaked by the mistake of workers of the mahindra company at the time of service when i told them to replace it they ask me for the payment of it. I payed the amount when they force me to pay the amount but it was the mistake of the company and the radiator was also in gurantee period then also i payed. I want my money refund, mahindras service is to bed.

                                    I am interested to buy xuv500, but need to know whether it will be compatible with bs6 diesel.
