Dear sir i i purchase mahindra tuv invoice date 22.10.2016 vehicle no. Mp04cr5488 purchase from win win auto mobiles bhopal m. P. & purchaser mr. Ashok kumar misrha bhopal m. P. This vehicle have in shut down problem quickly on the way in running position automatically within 5-5 minutes.
We have already complaint to star auto mobiles satna complain registration no. G6k39297 dated[protected]. But they dont no any action for repairing. And that shut down problem is continuously.
This is very dangerous problem for vehicle and driver all the persons.
Kindly send your service engineer and repair the vehicle and quickly action please because this is very risky problem for future

    My name is mukesh singh. I am not satisfied with your employees named shamsad ahmad mobile no [protected] at siwan accidental. I given a vehicle for repair at siwan accidental and he told me your vehicle will be ready on friday. And i called him on friday he told your vehicle is not here. Again i told him vehicle number, then he told your vehicle is not here. And at last he told your vehicle will be ready on saturday. He told me your expected bill will be not more than 10000rs. But i when i called on friday he told your bill is 4lacs. And talking to me as a dog. And giving me warnings. At last he give me the bill of 14500rs.

    I am not satisfied with your employees, they don't know how to talk with customers. Why??

      Yeasterday[protected] i purchased a mahindra kuv 100 nxt k8 dual tone (Red & black) from biswanath ashok auto, in north lakhimpur assam. I want to purchase a dual tone but sir the dealer cheat me by giving me a custom made dual tone whic is not provide from the original company. They sold me the car by saying that is the original dual tone car. But today i know that this car totaly different from the original dual tone. I am cleaning my vehicale. Then i noticed that the black color is fading everywher which is not possible in company made dual tone.
      They themselve made the dual tone.
      So i want to exchange the product. So i went to the dealer but they were unable to provide me any information. They are all speechless. My chassis no is ma1va2rbch6k88584.
      I want a justice. Plz sir make it sure.
      Otherwise i'll make consumer case...

        We have taken bolero camper on 30-jun-2017 and with in 3 months, bolero camper has problem with wiring brust on last sunday, we have made a complaint on monday. Neon motors secunderabad team has mis-guided with rsa status (Initially they informed rsa is enabled). After discussions, they have paid rsa and vehicle (Ts06ub9513) taken into service center vvc motors guchibowli on 13th dec. Now they are saying part (1801baa10191n - wiring) not available and it will take another 10days. Which is not at all acceptable. We are unable to run our business without this camper. Can you please look into this and get this issue resolved asap.

          The mahindra dealer india garage in bangalore has provided data on their customers, their phone numbers, and details of the vehicle they have purchased, and the insurance details to multiple insurance companies.

          Not only is this a violation of customer privacy, but has been a very bad experience as well, as i have received more than 70 calls from various insurance companies since the past one week, asking for insurance purchase. I was really shocked to hear the amount of information these insurance companies knew about me.

          This has been a very painful experience, and shows the deep disregard shown to customers.

I sent mail to customer care mahindra on[protected], they accepted and then i returned my vehicle on[protected] zulaika service station ambattur, but still i didn't get any results from them,
            They were not rectified and return the vehicle still now, so am very heartly depressed, my life depended to my vehicle, plz release my vehicle

              Dear sir as per i request u earlier my xuv500 face a little bit problem that is noice come from front side of my car then i visit your service centre as on 02/11/2017 for general service and they made bill of rs. 7785/- and then after this noice start and stering going hard.. Again i visit your service centre as on 08/11/2017 they make bill of rs. 252/- but noice problem and stering hard continued... Again i visit your service centre as on 14/11/2017 and again make bill of rs. 11646/- this time they change front shoker and stering rod but stering hardness and noice is continuing.... Again i visit your service centre and keep my in your service centre at at least 9 days and today i pick my xuv but once again a new rs.8124/- and change shoker etc. But in this time i told mr. Chetan ji (Who is in charge of that centre) that i will not pay a single amnt... But unfortunately i paid this bill due to refuse of his commitment.. Conclusion — noice is come front side then in 40 days 4 time xuv at service centre respectively 14 days at centre bill amnt rs. 28000/- and parts change are sterring rod, shoker and 2 time shoker absorber and for a single work labour charge is two time...
              Very meaningless system and they did robbing with customers money...
              Need judgment otherwise i ll take help of consumer court.... And mr. Chetan ji told me taday that we are not responsible for customer care conversation with u... That is not a part of mahindra and mahindra company... They belong to 3rd party...

                I had purchased the scorpio s10 in the month of june 2017. The humming sound started coming within first 4000 kms of running. I registered my complain with my local service center. They changed the differential of the vehicle at 10000 kms. The sound became very low but i could feel it though the people from the company could not.
                So after running another 4000 kms the sound was audible very clearly to every body. Now at 20000 kms the sound is very clearly audible. So after bit of harassment they have changed the differential again.
                My contention is that if the problem was not cured by change of differential before it is not going to be cured even this time.
                So i suggest that they should change the whole tube so that the problem can be solved.
                P. S. This is the fifth scorpio in our family. And this is the first time that we are going through this problem. May be your standards are falling. We had to literally beg and shout to let ourselves heard, which made our whole experience with scorpio go bad.

                  I am owner of bolero maxi truck plus at pune maharashtra, my business is transportation, my vehicle mh 12jf 9275. Is regularly serviced at sahyadri motors sus, tal mulshi, dist pune. From last one year they are not doing proper servicing and repair work. My vehicle has problem about check light they are three time replaced sensor from last three month and charged me but problem not solved, whenever i called and give complaint they told to send vehicle make some bill and return vehicle but till date problem not solved, they not providing any road side assistance. Staff is fresh n have no exact technical knowledge. Always says that there is no warranty for clutch plate n electrical parts. I cant afford that much time at garage

                    I've given my xuv 500 for service on 10th nov at hosur sks division with a complaint of non working of lcd panel. They promised me to get it checked and fix it back with in 10days. But, it's been 1 month now and i'm yet to get my lcd panel back. When i checkd with sks, they are of no clue on the whereabouts of panel and still saying it would take another 1 week.
                    I'm surprised how such a great organisation like m&m can manage their partners and least bothered about customer concern.
                    Pls take this up seriously.

                    And evening say me car is ready

                      Mahindra scorpio states that a car cant be operated other than the 2 keys that is provided to the customer. Its also says that if someone tries to operate the car by some other means it gets locked or engine gets stoped. I trusted mahindra in this regard and purchased a scorpio. My white scorpio with registration no - as07h5751 got stolen and all the above promised by mahindra came to false. We tried contacting customer care but they have only one answer that it is impossible to operate without both original keys. But both the keys we inside the house. Mahindra has failed to keep the promises made during its sale. I want a strict action regarding all this. They are making fool to the common people

                        I buyed mahindra zeeto vehicle 18 month back. Mileage of my vehicle was 81000. Suddenly my vehicle was stopped on 07/11/2017. I gave my vehicle to neon motors visakhapatnam on 07/11/2017. They said that engine issue is there they told that it will take 15 days and they gave delivery on 07/12/2017 with an bill amount of 25470. Again after travelling i got the same complaint after travelling 30kms on 11/12/2017. If this is the service provided from them its waste to buy their vehicles. Due to this i nearly lost 35 days of my business

                          Its been thrice that mahindra has dissapointed me... Tired of their carelessness... After giving them a list of items to be repaired and changed they still neglect it and say parts are still not come it's been 2months since i have given my bike to repair and i have been priorly told that please put all those and get the bike well repaired.. How long to wait??? I have lot important work n can't sit at home without bike how can u people neglect it!! When you have been told to repair than you can just put d parts & send me d bill... And even i hv tld if they want money in advance lso than ul can take but i need my bike urgently.. Mapusa bastora workshop of mahindra sucks..

                            I regret to inform that, while i was on my way to visakhapatnam on my xuv 500 w10 (Bought in mar 2016 and self driven upto 24000kms) along with my family, i was struck up on highway. The stoppage of car on highway resulted in collision by a maxicab all of a sudden.

                            Upon towing of the vehicle to automotive service centre and preliminary inspection, clutch plates were suspected to be worn out.

                            It is not understood how a vehicle of less than 2yrs old and run only 24000kms have a problem with clutch plates inspite of driving as per the laid down norms in the manual. The service centre tried to blame my driving style. Let me reiterate that i have been owning and driving cars more than a decade. I previously owned swift dezire for 08years and done 85000kms, but never faced any issue with regards to clutch plates, engine, braking system and gear boxes. I have confirmed with the present owner of the car and he too didn't face any issues. This proves that there's no problem with my driving style. Further, behaviour of personnel at automotive mahindra, vizag was not befitting the hospitality sector.

                            The whole incident has left me and my family traumatized, firstly since we were left starnded on a highway with a small kid and old parents, secondly my friend who was on doorside got hurt due to collision that occured due to stoppage of car on the highway. Further, to compound the problem the behaviour of mahindra automotive is akin to fleecing out money from customer. They declared clutch plates worn out, even without opening the vehicle and attributed it to my driving. This incited me to check internet and was appalled to know that this is a matter of frequent occurrence.

                            I was suggesting all my friends to go for this vehicle instead of jeep compass, innova crysta and tata hexa as i believed mahindra is a trusted company. After this incident, i'm in no position to take a stand in favour of this vehicle.

                            I still believe that it's only few individuals who are maligning the company and mahindra is still duty bound towards its premier customers.in wake of the aforesaid, i request a thorough investigation be carried out on the failure of equipment as well as behaviour of automotive mahindra.

                                I just owned kuv100(TN99 E 2401)reccently i done a 4thservice(done servive on 17/11/2017)in cai service CENTER coimbatore(REPAIR NO-RO18A009767)..i just travelled frm coimbatore to chennai on 09/12/2017. When i reached near chennai its shows low level fuel indicator on speedometer and i just stopped the vechile and called the road side assitance and they didnt bother it and i just stayed in hotel and next day morng i drive 5km and reached zulaikha motors chennai... And they investigated and said...instead o[censored]sing kuv filter they used tuv filter due to that engine belt also damaged... And i called to cai service center and said my querries and they keep on blaabeering and saying we will use that filter for all the vechicle... And zulaikha motors recoverd all the issues and gave me the vechile... I just lost my meeting...i spend this for whole day... I just pay for the vechile for service... Atlest do it for my money... Pls make it an Issue and take necessary action on cai service center coimbatore..i just upset with your company staff misbehavioural service...kindly reinspect my vechile and rectify the repairs and i attached photos with it

                                  Pls go trough the trail of mails from bottom to top about a brand new tuv300 purchased from india garage, mount road, chennai on aug17, multiple service visits in vain & utter failure. Still i have not even got a call from mahindra or from the india garage showroom??

                                  Once again post getting confirmation from your velachery service centre regarding the readiness of my new vehicle's repeated service issue, i took the delivery on 7th evening and to my shock i found the vehicle was in the worst ever condition and was very difficult to drive but somehow managed to reach home. (Refer my below mail on the same day night to your service feedback mail id has fallen to deaf ears)

                                  Mr. Mohan, service eng who attended my vehicle was not even aware of the vehicles past history and as to why a new vehicle is frequently visiting for service. He was replying to me as if this is a regular service visit of a age old car??
                                  Mr. Gopal, remember your statement : "your vehicle was handled with proper attention for rectifying the concern shared by you and now the vehicle is ready for delivery, as requested pl. Visit our dealer workshop, mr. Mohan will join with you for the road test and also explain you the details as required by you."
                                  In that case why should you make your new customer visit for service and that too for the repeated issue??

                                  Now i have been very supportive, cooperative for all this long but in vain as once again your expert service engineers inability/failure on resolving repeated issue in a new car is proved wasting my time, money, energy, causing mental, physical stress and trauma.

                                  I shall provide a week of time for your revert with a fruitful solution before proceeding it to legal.

                                  When you go n buy x product at the cost of y & very same day you find the product is faulty... My question to you all is,

                                  Will you adjust with the same new product by getting it serviced multiple times after shelling y money & further investing time on useless x?? I want reply on the same...

                                  Any which ways, am no fool to do so post investing y^10 of my hard earned money...

                                  As discussed & agreed by your service manager mr mohan, i want only the service sheet capturing entire history of the sick car including list of changed spares.

                                  Expecting prompt action by today.

                                  I bought my dream car of this age post doing a long time research in the market and was glad to got it delivered on 9th of august 17.

                                  Sales person: m. Mohamed thawfiq (Tl) & suresh (Had promised that rust proo[censored]nder coat, scratch proof body waxing, lombard b2b insurance but it was from cheap co., & few freebies were not there as told... But realized later that none was honoured)

                                  However right on the delivery day while i drove on my way back to home, noticed vehicle is dragging towards left... Thought because of wheel balancing not right...

                                  Since that was a long weekend (Aug 15) went for a long drive with my family & 'left dragging' was badly felt all the way both to n fro.

                                  Same week dropped vehicle at india garage service centre, velachery, chennai mentioning the issue... Service engineer said it is just a wheel alignment & delivered back on the same day. My question to everybody here was...,

                                  Why this problem while the new vehicle was delivered post qc been done?? If done religiously...

                                  While driving back it seems to be normal but the same was not for long... Once again heavy left pulling felt & this time it worried me as this seems to be some thing more than just a mere wheel alignment... I mentioned my views & again left with the same service centre in aug asking them look deeper. Again this service also left me in dissatisfaction & again the same issue cropped up after one or two drives??

                                  Third time i left the vehicle for service on sep month & asked them to take time as much as they want but to rectify the issue in full otherwise i need to escalate it to the company mentioning as "manufacturing defect".
                                  (Service station manager also told that the service call is still not closed as still am not convinced & this issue is already escalated to both the showroom & mahindra company and the same is for your immediate action)

                                  After change of parts in new vehicle also still the issue is not resolved & now again my new dream car is parked in service station since last week and no updates yet has now caused severe mental trauma, stress, agony to me since last 3 months & now it is very much evident that...,

                                  "this is a serious manufacturing defect"

                                  All this has now created a mental block in me about tuv 300 as this is not a safe condition to drive with self & family and...,

                                  "am forced to re look my decision of purchase & i seriously mean it"

                                  After testing my patience for last 3 months, undergoing all the mental trauma stress, agony, investing/eating up my money, personal / work time, energy, still left with dissatisfaction and now my new car, not with me and parked most of the time with service station, sarcastic statements from society & friends has made to lose the charm of tuv300, lost hope in mahindra thus diluting the very purpose of buying a new car?!?!

                                  "so i hereby demand a refund in full along with 3 months loan interest asap."

                                  Otherwise i would be forced to flash the fact in consumer complaints forum along with filing suit in consumer court for necessary legal action against manufacturing defect against the mahindra company & delivering of new vehicle without doing qc but confirming so in fake & defective service against the india garage showroom.

                                  Awaiting for your prompt action as mentioned above without any further delay..

                                  wich they are not returning to us from a period of two years. I kindly request you to take an action against the above dealer

                                    Its been thrice that mahindra has dissapointed me... Tired of their carelessness... After giving them a list of items to be repaired and changed they still neglect it and say bring the car again and will do it... When you see the wiper rubber, wheel cap, mud guard, is not there & u hve been priorly told that please put all those and send the car well repaired... How can u people neglect it!! When you have been told to repair than you can just put d parts & send me d bill... Atleast u can wash the # car u #!! Thane workshop of mahindra sucks

                                      There is no entena on my car as per the mahindra company rouls..

                                      Your field sales consultant tells me that company is not giving entena on this car..

                                      On kuv's browser, there is a entena on a car..

                                      Kuv 4 me entena aata hai k nahi aata he wo clear karna hai..

                                      Do something for it..

                                        During annual servicing of my mahindra quanto c8 2014 model car, though the servicing was satisfactory, even minor spare parts, namely rear mud guards, mobile charging socket and frame for mounting the head lights & mirrors adjustment switches, were not available. The vehicle is just four year old and the reason given to me was that spare parts of quanto were difficult to obtain since this model is no longer being manufactured. It will be be appreciated that in the indian environment, vehicles are not discarded or disposed off very frequently. Spare parts must therefore be available for a reasonable period.
