        Hie! I am zakir bagban and i purchase the mahindra xuv 500 numbered gj 01 rg 2892 from sheetal motors in ahmedabad in the year 2015.
        My car went for service thrice in a month the employees says the problem will be solved but never do so. Everytime they say that they are changing this and that but the car is never up to the mark, my car is under warranty. From the last 4 to 5 months the service is giving poor results, i spoke to the manager also but no results of that also, they say the problem will be alright but it is never so, lastly i had to put it up here, now again its the time for service i dont understand where should i go, very disappointed.
        Hope for a better result from here

          This is to inform you that i am dealing with your auth dealer at patiala.

          I bought the new car in july 2016 from ral vehicles. All the services till date took from raj vehicles. But regret to say that i have receive professional response from any of the service staff there in patiala show room of ra vehicles.

          Bringing the last 2 unprofessional incidents in front of you.

          While the third service of my car i took the appointment of sunday, mr batish was there to deal but there was no one who can do wheel balancing and other electrical works. He has taken payment of around 7000+ from me but haven't give me any invoice for that. When i asked for the invoice he upfront said that being a sunday they cannot issue invoice. One thin i want to ask if they cannot issue the invoice then how can they take the payment. I follow up for the invoice with them for 5-10 days but the same was not provided. There was one nautica perfume costing was around 4k in my car and that was also stolen by washing person.
          I have shared the same review to the team who called me for the service feedback but haven't receive any response.

          The same type of experience happened again in the last service again the unprofessional attitude, i came for the service around 11after booking the appointment and got free after 4.30 pm. I was standing there for the whole day but no one was there to ask a glass of water. I my self got my car ready after standing at 4 different places and then again started to search fro mr batish so that he can get my invoice ready. Its hard to believe this type of services.

            I have purchased a black color t8 tuv 300 from shree durga automobiles as on 24/10/2017 and they cheat with us they give us defective car from & 1st day there allinment are out and we complaint regular to the executive those sale us the car (Miss sangeeta from sri durga automobile dwarka new delhi). & she give us service centre no. But there is no response from your service centre mayapuri branch. We go and they said that our machines are not working sir, some time they put other excuse,,, i regular complaint against brake, allinment, brakeshoe, or some smell coming from the engine i. E burning smell
            Now as on 16/12/2017 when my driver goes to your mayapuri branch service station, again some smell coming from engine and after 2 mints huge smoke coming from inside the engine... After very difficulty my driver reached at your service station and they take my car from last 24 hours but no response from there side i just want to know that is this mahindra service, mahindra cheat there customers, is mahindra is fraud,

            I want my car new, i have give full payment so why am doing compromise, i want exchange other wise i m going legaly,

              Hi,

              I bought an xuv 500 (New generation) last year dated 28-nov-2016, the initial sales experience was poor as until the very last day of delivery, i had booked the dolphin grey colour, however i was insisted to buy a white colour instead as the showroom staff called me up twice to say that although they had kept a booking of dolphin grey colour but they were not able to get one for me.

              And since, i was firm with the colour i wanted to buy, they got me the dolphin grey colour on the date of delivery from some other showroom (I made the booking at shiva mahindra, parparganj industrial area delhi, the vehicle thet got delivered was already into a 130 km run state and beared a sticker from koncept mahindra, vasant kunj delhi).

              The problematic part —

              At 4400 km (Approximately), i went to the service center for 1st free service and sat there to get my xuv serviced in my presence only, with a normal complain of screeching sound that could be heard even on slight application of brakes. I found that the hub part of all the wheels appears to be rusted, on pointing the same to nitin (Employee of koncept mahindra service center, noida, sector 64), i was assured that, its a normal thing with mahindra cars (Rust part), so they applied some anti rust solutions and rubbed the rusted part with sand papers and delivered the car to me.
              The next day i called them up complaining the same problem of screeching sound upon application of brakes, i was again invited to the service center and this time, they changed the disc pads of front wheels (Under warranty) and assured me that the problem has been solved.

              I drove the car for another 5000 km before i complained them again of the same problem, and at 9980 km, went to the service center for 2nd free service, this time i was assisted by kawinder (Employee of koncept mahindra service center, noida, sector 64), this time i left my car with them for the service and collected the same by noon, on asking about if the problem has been resolved, i received the statement that there was a maaza pet bottle present under the driver's seat which was half filled and while brakes were applied, the liquid inside it produced the sound.
              As a matter of fact, my xuv is driven by me only and i dont drink maaza, i still believed them, the next day i called up kawinder stating the sceeching sound problem is still persisting and went to the service center again the very next day, again a sand paper was rubbed to remove rust and while i was having a chat with kawinder, he said that - "sir gaadi to nayi hi mili hai aapko, par delivery se pehle kitne din gaadi yard mein rahi hai ye ni pata na". (This was his statement upon my question that how can a new car's hub get rusted in 5-6 months of time as my car gets parked under covered parking only with office or residential premised).

              Now i feel cheated as mahindra delivered me a defective vehicle and there service staff is unable to identify the problem and provide a satisfactory solution upon service.

              For reference, i am attaching the pictures of hub i took while the car was open at the service center.

              I hope that mahindra is able to resolve this problem at the earliest.

                When they deliverd it to me it was like an old vehicle with unsatisfied painting and rust. Many many defects from the dealer side. The vehicle was driven 422 km already and the speedometer was un connected. So i can expect that the vehicle has been drive more.

This vehicle have in shut down problem quickly on the way in running position automatically within 5-5 minutes.

                  This is very dangerous problem for vehicle and driver all the persons.

I given a vehicle for repair at siwan accidental and he told me your vehicle will be ready on friday. And i called him on friday he told your vehicle is not here. Again i told him vehicle number, then he told your vehicle is not here. And at last he told your vehicle will be ready on saturday. He told me your expected bill will be not more than 10000rs. But i when i called on friday he told your bill is 4lacs. And talking to me as a dog. And giving me warnings. At last he give me the bill of 14500rs.

                    I am not satisfied with your employees, they don't know how to talk with customers. Why??

                      Yeasterday[protected] i purchased a mahindra kuv 100 nxt k8 dual tone (Red & black) from biswanath ashok auto, in north lakhimpur assam. I want to purchase a dual tone but sir the dealer cheat me by giving me a custom made dual tone whic is not provide from the original company. They sold me the car by saying that is the original dual tone car. But today i know that this car totaly different from the original dual tone. I am cleaning my vehicale. Then i noticed that the black color is fading everywher which is not possible in company made dual tone.
                      They themselve made the dual tone.
                      So i want to exchange the product. So i went to the dealer but they were unable to provide me any information. They are all speechless. My chassis no is ma1va2rbch6k88584.
                      I want a justice. Plz sir make it sure.

                        We have taken bolero camper on 30-jun-2017 and with in 3 months, bolero camper has problem with wiring brust on last sunday, we have made a complaint on monday. Neon motors secunderabad team has mis-guided with rsa status (Initially they informed rsa is enabled). After discussions, they have paid rsa and vehicle (Ts06ub9513) taken into service center vvc motors guchibowli on 13th dec. Now they are saying part (1801baa10191n - wiring) not available and it will take another 10days. Which is not at all acceptable. We are unable to run our business without this camper. Can you please look into this and get this issue resolved asap.

                          The mahindra dealer india garage in bangalore has provided data on their customers, their phone numbers, and details of the vehicle they have purchased, and the insurance details to multiple insurance companies.

                          Not only is this a violation of customer privacy, but has been a very bad experience as well, as i have received more than 70 calls from various insurance companies since the past one week, asking for insurance purchase. I was really shocked to hear the amount of information these insurance companies knew about me.

                          This has been a very painful experience, and shows the deep disregard shown to customers.

                              Dear sir as per i request u earlier my xuv500 face a little bit problem that is noice come from front side of my car then i visit your service centre as on 02/11/2017 for general service and they made bill of rs. 7785/- and then after this noice start and stering going hard.. Again i visit your service centre as on 08/11/2017 they make bill of rs. 252/- but noice problem and stering hard continued... Again i visit your service centre as on 14/11/2017 and again make bill of rs. 11646/- this time they change front shoker and stering rod but stering hardness and noice is continuing.... Again i visit your service centre and keep my in your service centre at at least 9 days and today i pick my xuv but once again a new rs.8124/- and change shoker etc. But in this time i told mr. Chetan ji (Who is in charge of that centre) that i will not pay a single amnt... But unfortunately i paid this bill due to refuse of his commitment.. Conclusion — noice is come front side then in 40 days 4 time xuv at service centre respectively 14 days at centre bill amnt rs. 28000/- and parts change are sterring rod, shoker and 2 time shoker absorber and for a single work labour charge is two time...
                              Very meaningless system and they did robbing with customers money...
                              Need judgment otherwise i ll take help of consumer court.... And mr. Chetan ji told me taday that we are not responsible for customer care conversation with u... That is not a part of mahindra and mahindra company... They belong to 3rd party...

                                I had purchased the scorpio s10 in the month of june 2017. The humming sound started coming within first 4000 kms of running. I registered my complain with my local service center. They changed the differential of the vehicle at 10000 kms. The sound became very low but i could feel it though the people from the company could not.
                                So after running another 4000 kms the sound was audible very clearly to every body. Now at 20000 kms the sound is very clearly audible. So after bit of harassment they have changed the differential again.
                                My contention is that if the problem was not cured by change of differential before it is not going to be cured even this time.
                                So i suggest that they should change the whole tube so that the problem can be solved.
                                P. S. This is the fifth scorpio in our family. And this is the first time that we are going through this problem. May be your standards are falling. We had to literally beg and shout to let ourselves heard, which made our whole experience with scorpio go bad.

                                  I am owner of bolero maxi truck plus at pune maharashtra, my business is transportation, my vehicle mh 12jf 9275. Is regularly serviced at sahyadri motors sus, tal mulshi, dist pune. From last one year they are not doing proper servicing and repair work. My vehicle has problem about check light they are three time replaced sensor from last three month and charged me but problem not solved, whenever i called and give complaint they told to send vehicle make some bill and return vehicle but till date problem not solved, they not providing any road side assistance. Staff is fresh n have no exact technical knowledge. Always says that there is no warranty for clutch plate n electrical parts. I cant afford that much time at garage

                                    I've given my xuv 500 for service on 10th nov at hosur sks division with a complaint of non working of lcd panel. They promised me to get it checked and fix it back with in 10days. But, it's been 1 month now and i'm yet to get my lcd panel back. When i checkd with sks, they are of no clue on the whereabouts of panel and still saying it would take another 1 week.
                                    I'm surprised how such a great organisation like m&m can manage their partners and least bothered about customer concern.
                                    Pls take this up seriously.

                                    I take a apoiment for 12/12/17 because my xuv5oo w10 indicate high hill control failed then my car go for service nearest Mahindra service center korba but service centre is not timely attand my car.
                                    And evening say me car is ready
                                    But I take my car go to service center that problem is not resolved!!

                                      Mahindra scorpio states that a car cant be operated other than the 2 keys that is provided to the customer. Its also says that if someone tries to operate the car by some other means it gets locked or engine gets stoped. I trusted mahindra in this regard and purchased a scorpio. My white scorpio with registration no - as07h5751 got stolen and all the above promised by mahindra came to false. We tried contacting customer care but they have only one answer that it is impossible to operate without both original keys. But both the keys we inside the house. Mahindra has failed to keep the promises made during its sale. I want a strict action regarding all this. They are making fool to the common people

                                        I buyed mahindra zeeto vehicle 18 month back. Mileage of my vehicle was 81000. Suddenly my vehicle was stopped on 07/11/2017. I gave my vehicle to neon motors visakhapatnam on 07/11/2017. They said that engine issue is there they told that it will take 15 days and they gave delivery on 07/12/2017 with an bill amount of 25470. Again after travelling i got the same complaint after travelling 30kms on 11/12/2017. If this is the service provided from them its waste to buy their vehicles. Due to this i nearly lost 35 days of my business
