I had booked a xuv 500 from luxmi switchgear private limited on 22/9/17 as i wanted to buy vehicle during navratras bus the brown color was told it will take long. The lady sunita suggested that i make the booking and we will try our best to get you the vehicle. She never mentioned the booking amount being non-refundable and hence i did not hesitate in transferring the money. Due to unforseen circumstances i was unable to go forward with my order and informed her on 23/9/17 and she asked me to send my bank details for refund for wich i sent mail on 25/9/17. Now today when i called to enquire she said it was non-refundable, they are out-rightly cheating customers. Giving her cancellation the next day where the vehicle would not be even moved from your godown to them or any charges levied by you would attract this cancellation charges. I am a proud owner of scorpio for the last 9 years and this kind of attitude from your dealer would spoil your brand name. The receip issue by them, receipt number 4109 dated 22/9/17

    I am owner of mahindra xuv 500 w10 automatic since may 2016. Since the purchase there has been a issue of parking and hazard lights button not working. I have asked the pune dealers to rectify but till date there has been no support and i am really surprised as they don't care of the problem as it is very important function of xuv 500 but the service centres in pune are not bothered, plus my lounge lights are also not working.

      I owned a vehicle mahindra scorpio no. An01-h-8435, and the said vehicle was kept at mahindra workshop of jadwet trading co. Andaman at garacharama, port blair, andaman & nicobar islands for repairing on 07 sep 2017 but till date my vehicle is not repaired. I visit the said workshop but the staffs did not response and not take my phone call. They give their excuse that the spare parts are not available at workshop and give time upon time.

        Purchased new tuv 300 at 8th may from saumya mahindra indore, but till now didn’t get registration card. Got the vehicle reg. No after 3 month and even the vehicle’s no is still not updated on gov rto site. That too i have got when i have called to the tsm of mahindra for mp. Today after 5 monthwhen again i have called the tsm then they are applying the process in rto. Still they are asking me for pan card and car images to complete the process.
        Don’t know i have purchased a new four wheeler or a used cycle. Pathetic service ever seen. Showroom guys are least bother to do anything. Nobody is there to take charge and resolve the customer problem. Will never suggest anyone to purchase mahindra vehicle because of its sales service.

          Dear team

          Myself aswin i bought a new car mahindra xylo on 09/06/2017 at india garage, anna salai, chennai-600006.

          I am facing this check engine alert for the 4th time i am not getting any clear response from the company as well as service centre.

          On 28th aug 2017 i had the same issue, i dropped down my vehicle in actif automobiles pvt ltd, guindy industrial, chennai-600032. They said that because of music system and for diagnostics charge i payed rs.1180/-, then today i changed my music system completely.

          Again the same problem, because of this issue i got stucked in road for more than 3hrs, this is very major issue i want my vehicle to be changed.

          I called the road side assitance team they will drop the vehicle in actif automobiles but the issue needs to be resolved, the actif guys not giving the correct solutions. I need a new vehicle. I wont take the vehicle anymore.

          Request you to kindly do me the needful at the earliest.

            Good afternoon,
            I am r. Bala gangathara thilagar from virudhunagar. I bought bolero maxi truck on may 2013 in virudhunagar ashishta motors. Our vechicle number is tn-67-aj-5887 from the day we bought there is a major problem in engine which results in failure during travelling. It leads to the indication of engine check light often. It alos results failure in acceleator pedal during travelling. We have been complainted regularly to the service centre proper checking of my vechicle untill now it results in failure. Even the mechanics in the service centre did'nt know about the problem till now and they could'nt find the solution. A mechanic in the service centre travelled with us to chennai for our own purpose to know about the problem and the truck failed near villupuram during our travel and we were about 4 hrs in the road. We have suffered a lot for buying this vechicle and alternate suggested us to buy ashok leyland product but we preferred mahaindra. I[censored] cant rectify the problem please exchange the vechicle and replace the new one we have been suggesting this from the day we bought the vechicle. We have serviced the vechicle only in mahindra service centre and we have not consulted outside even once. Our vechicle is only for my own purpose, not for other users, in four years it has travelled only 40000 kms. So i kibndly request you to consult the service centre and send the chief mechanic to rectify the problem. Even yeasterday on the way to sivakasi the truck stopped in middle of the way with load and we were suffering a lot to start the engine. Due to many sensors we cant even move the vechicle aside to the road, the vechicle was locked due to the sensors. Give a solution to our problem.

              And purchased vehicle 18539391 so they have to refund me 115015 but they had refunded me 111663. Without sayind any thing or any reciept they had given for 3352 they had not paying me my money kindly take action and give my refund otherwise i have to move for legal action against your company and dealer

                I purchsed a kuv100 6 seater in the name of my wife mrs. Leelamma james from alappuzha on 8th sep 2017 trough sales executive raju. S. Nair. On 12th onwards a starting trouble noticed and which has been reported to him on 12th itself. To my utmost disappointment aman turn up yesterday only and he said the battery charge is not standing and i have to bring some battery recharging man on my expense. Sir this is anewly purchsed car to use for my comfotable journey. Not to park permanently in my porch as display. Pls advice your dealer or the right person to get it fixed without giving me further trouble. Your favorable action will be highly appriciated. James. M. V

                  2017 mahindra 105 s problems

                  I purchase a 2017 Mahindra 105s a few days ago from Sealy Tx. I’m having problem after problem with it. The dealer is helping me with it but a new $50, 000 plus tractor should be tested before selling it to a customer. The check engine light was on at the time of delivery so it called the dealer. Next the check engine and regeneration lights came on so i called the dealer. Next the check engine light comes on and the rpms raise to 1500...

                  My vechil no. Od16c1006. Dt-30 sept 2017. My xuv500 was repaired in krishna automotive pvt ltd rourkela. My front wheel link rod, allignment, and new front breakpad were checked. After all that we moved for a trial with mechanic, at that time i noticed some heavy vibration on my sterring and that too i informed to mechanic. But he told sir it is for new breakpad. So i came back home on same date in night. And on next day 1 oct 17, i and my family left to c. G raipur and on way my tire de-attached position on the middle of road at raipur. It made a heavy sound down the car of driver side. Suddenly i stopped the car and seen that my car right side front tire is moved out of position. Thanks to god for saving me and my family. I made balanced to my car from hitting anything. Its for the lack of intrest and attention of mechanic and managers at showroom after my cross question over my problem. They are keeping their customers life at risk. It is very disappointment. Now my car is not in position to run. I had made a online complain to mahindra rsa. Hoping to get a help soon and my vechile back in good condition.

                    Dear All,
                    1. I would like to submit the following few lines for your kind considerations and favorable decisions at the earliest.
                    2. I have purchased an XUV 500 W6 in Dec 2015 from Muktar Automobiles, Goa. Reg- GA 08 M 5800. Clocked 35, 500kms. With extended warranty. We bought this vehicle believed Brand Mahindra & Mahindra and Hoped the niggles of XUV500 are rectified from the previous model.
                    3. I got some observations of this XUV vehicle, which no body is taking care off and the after effects are the customer is blamed for the defects and we are paying Lump sum.
                    4. Recent Incident of 11 Sep 2017 at 0700 hrs. We were driving down to Kerala from Madgao on 11 Sep morning 0700 hrs. While driving we felt some kind of Free running sound of the clutch and we dropped the journey after 9 Kms. Vehicle was brought to the Muktar Automobile Wksp on 11 Sep around 9 AM with great concern. The problem was reported to Mr Jafar - A specialist of XUVs in Muktar team and the man who is attending this vehicle from the beginning. immediately he attended the Vehicle and took for an on-road testing with out preparing a work order. After the test drive by Mr Jafar, said that “ THERE IS NOPROBLEM TO THE CLUTCH, YOU CAN DRIVE TO KERALA . IF ANY PROBLEMS ARE THERE, WE ARE THERE ON THE ROAD SIDE REPAIRS ALSO, JUST GIVE ME A CALL” This was his wordings and assurance given to us. Even we mentioned with great concern that it is almost 780 Kms one side. Still he gave assurance to go ahead.
                    Based on his assurance we proceeded to kerala on 12 Sep Morning at 0700 hrs and evening at 6:00 PM we stopped at Kasargod and night stayed. we reached my home at Kerala on 13 Sep evening. The vehicle was same as it was ..Condition
                    On 17 Sep we started from kerala back to Goa. Evening we stayed back at Kannoor. Next day morning we started for Goa and reached at Home in the evening on 18 Sep 2017. The vehicle was with the same condition.
                    While driving down to kerala on 12th there was a minor accident enroute while parking in front of a tea stall. A Bolero veh (seems to be of Forest division)( ramped on our static vehicle from back and drive away without even stopping, damaging our rear Bumper and metallic bumper guard.
                    The rear Metallic Bumper guard was fully damaged and the bumper was slightly damaged. The incident was informed to Mr Jafar and he told since there is no problems for engine for driving, go ahead and bring the vehicle on arrival. Based on this the Vehicle was brought to the wksp On 19 Sep Morning.
                    5. Repairs. The vehicle was handed over on work order on 19th Sep 2017 Morning, for both Accident insurance claim and to rectify the sound/ free revving . On Inspection Mr Jafar reported that the “CLUTCH ASSEMBLY AND FLY WHEEL completely BURNT OUT”. As per Mr. Jafar he took up the case with the company for repairs of fly wheel under warranty, but his reply was they have not accepted any thing against warranty Repairs. When we asked for a copy of this communication, it was refused saying it is “our internal matter cant be shown or shared” .

                    6. Overall assessment for burn out was “Overdriving by customer”. The Clutch Assembly and fly wheels were replaced on a payment of Rs. 42000 ( forty two thousand Rupees ).

                    7. In this incident our Observations are as under:

                    a) We felt that clutch is having some problem while we started Journey to kerala on 11th Sep 2017, that was the reason with Great concern the vehicle was brought to the wksp for testing. But As per Mr. Jafar the vehicle was ok . he was checking the air filter for this clutch problem . After this the vehicle run a total kilometer of 1780 Kms only (kerala & back and local run at kerala).
                    b) If Mr Jafar is an expert, taking his words as correct:
                    c) how come the Clutch & Flywheel Burns out and needs a replacement at 1780 Kms running ? is it really the overdriving by the customer or it is the after effect of the Omition or ignorance or negligence or inability to locate the fault from the expert engineers side ?.
                    d) Here what is the value of our initiative to cancel our trip to kerala and bring the vehicle to workshop with great concern for testing on 11 Sep ?
                    e) here I want to mention that this Vehicle has been driven by me and my father only since purchase. We are well experienced in driving . We have owned Skoda Octavia, SX4, Tayota Innova, Verna etc regularly for more than 15 yrs.

                    f) This shows what ? either your experts are Clueless about the clutch problems, and could not detect it even after the customer with his driving experience got a doubt of Clutch assembly and brought the vehicle for checking. Or Customer is penalised for the Manufacturing mechanical faults existing from the factory.

                    g) But your wksp and your experts failed to detect it and bulldozing the defect on Customer and blaming him for “OVERDRIDING” . Other wise this clutch assembly problem is a Manufacturing defect which lead to this damage and replacement at 1780 KM and an over all 35500 Km.

                    h) Overall KM run is only 35500 Km now.

                    i) As per our view the clutch pad/ assembly and Fly wheel is not Burnt out fully, the way it has been declared by the wksp and not giving a warranty replacement. We are not satisfied with the expert opinion of your Technicians and engineers as well Supervisor.

                    j) Under these conditions what is the Warranty repairs covered and what for extended warranty insisted on the customer ? Also there is a Bumper to bumper Insurance cover also. As per your assurance published online, the warranty & extended warranty covers the following:
                    i. Engine Parts
                    ii. Transmission System
                    iii. Cooling System
                    iv. Steering System
                    v. Fuel System
                    vi. Suspension
                    vii. Electrical System (factory-fitted)
                    viii. Chassis System

                    k) As per the warranty above items are covered under warranty, if so :
                    a. the fly wheel is not a part of the “Engine Parts “ ? and that too a fly whell getting damaged in 35, 000kms.

                    8. Observations from the Day-1 onwards.
                    a. I could observe one kind of sound from the front side wheels/engine. That time they said it will be done on first Servicing. But none of the specialists from MUKTAR AUTOMOBILES in Goa could not rectify and it is still present. The Muktar Supervisor also tested on 29th Sep 2017 and agreed, yes it is there. Suspension replaced once and bushes changed twice. Still the sound is present.
                    b. The real spoiler which was available in the same color was having some painting problem at bottom of the spoiler, which they said will be done . But till date it has not been done. Whereas Two times Muktar has done paintings on this vehicle.
                    c. From day one Door Open Indication appears with alarm while the vehicle is on slating surfaces. Checked by technicians and still existing.
                    d. Vehicle was delivered with a dent on the bonnet. And while taking delivery from the showroom this was shown to the Salesman. SO what is the purpose of Pre delivery Inspection?

                    9. Observation on Warranty Repairs.
                    a) In December 2016 there was a minor damage on the front left hand side - a damage of hardly 1 inch body cut, at that plastic cladding on the edge. Since this was a minor work, Insurance was not claimed. But the body work team Supervisor who attended did that work in a temp manner. The work was done as a patch work by putting an additional clip below, which looks dirty even now.
                    b) While collecting the veh the supervisor gave a BILL of Rs 5000. When I asked why this much charge for this work, he said we will replace the edge plastic cladding next time when you come to wksp since it was not readily available. But it was not done even now instead now saying it is not mentioned in the work order.

                    10. I would like to request you to kindly consider the case after the following actions:
                    a) The circumstances under which this damages happened and the Drivers experiences.
                    b) A detailed investigation of the parts replaced. Why we had to spend Rs.42, 000 in just 35, 000kms. (I strongly say this is a manufacturing defect)
                    c) Considering, Pre inspection done by the expert engineer from Muktar wksp on customer’s doubt on clutch and cancel the trip on 11 Sep, and no defect was detected instead gave an advice to go ahead with driving.
                    d) We feel cheated at every end and there is no consideration from the Mahindra & Mahindra.

                    11. In view of the above I would like to request you to Consider the case as “Special Circumstances ”, and replace these parts against warranty and refund our paid money please. Below are the few feedbacks from the XUV500 Customer, this clearly show that there are problems with your transmission system especially clutch and flywheel.

                    Customer feedbacks-
                    1. I have purchased my XUV 500 W8 in month of Nov 2013 & at 0000 Km my Clutch Plates got problem.I was on Pune-Nasik Highway.I contacted Mahindra Service Center i.e. Chinchwad-Pune Kundan Motors from where I purchased XUV.When I was discussing issue they told that I drove that with half clutch pressed that's why problem occurred.I don't know why should I press half clutch on highway.They told to bear cost for this even though it's having warranty of 3 years almost within one year this type of issue occurred.Once I back to mumbai keeping XUV in there workshop.on next day they come up with one more problem that fly wheels are not functioning hiw do trust them I don't know.Earlier I was having TATA INDICA I ran that almost lakhs of KMs but never faced clutch issue and within almost year I faced clutch issue with XUV and same dealer assured me 3 years warranty.Even we discuss review feedback about XUV that time they gave assurance to us about clutch issue.Please guide me.My contact details: +91 0441 Email Id: @gmail.com Please provide me other forums where i can post this incident happen day before yesterday on 5th jan

                    I purchased Mahindra New Age XUV500 W10 in Nov. 2015buy just within two months and after 2506 km only my car started making some sound and when I took my car to service center they are now saying there is some probem with the Gearbox and trying to fix this.
                    I am not satisfied with this as I purchased a new car and did not expect it to start having problems.
                    I spend so much money and they are giving me a faulty repaired car.
                    What can I do in this case and Is it possible to ask for replacement of the vehicle.

                    3. hello...first of all i would like to tell u that this siteis awesome ..its a great help ...Thank you...I was planning on purchasing a new suv and had the Mahindra XUV500 in mind...but i heard that the XUV has serious Flaws in it...the quality of the mechanical parts aren't very reliable...i even read a review saying that after about a 10000kms its mechanical parts like the gear box n stuff like that started giving problems...it better to ask for your advise you are not biased and I'm sure you'll give me the right advise...kindly advice at the earliest...

                    4. Yes there are few complaints regarding problems of accessories in XUV500. ... Recently my XUV clutch assembly is replaced after that pickup of my vehicle is gone ... I use mahindra rise xuv 500 w6 model which is damp chilling and thrilling.

                    5. I Chandrashekhar Parate, bought Mahindra XUV 500 W10 (KA-03-MW-4776) in August 2015 (approx. 2 Months old, ran 2500Km). I went to spend my Dussehra vacation at Goa from Bangalore. Took a overnight break at Hubli, and again drove to Goa. At Goa Karnataka border, my clutch plates started giving problem. I somehow managed to reach Goa and got my vehicle towed. Mahindra gave us a reason of ''Half Clutch Driving'' and charged us Rs 45500/- even after the vehicle is almost brand new and in warranty. I never faced any problem with my old car.

I have purchase xuv 500 june 2013 and 14000 km engine fail in 16 month compny repair this engine but not good after repair engine oil liquige proble and coolant liquige every two month since 15 time company service station but coud not solve this problem and last time repair and drive after 300 km coolant empty and engine burn and small so company contact and toing the car auth.                       I bought mahindra kuv 100 k4 on 8 september 2017. I made the complaint on 12 sept that the car is not starting. Its today that they came and check the car and told that the battery is down and we should pay additional service charge to repair it every now and then whenever its in trouble.

                        My new purchase mahindra tuv 300 has a problem of skitting when we drive it on inclined position its rear tyres start skitting
                        Due to which back tyres are getting ruptured. Not only this when i try the reverse gear then also my vehicle is not able to climb a inclined position without skittig.                             Sir, i bought a tuv 300 and accidentally damaged the car, however, i gave it for repair to pratik automobiles' ranchi workshop. They changed one of the doors and the rear bumper. The door is not closing properly and the sensors installed in the rear bumper are also not working properly, which they were when i gave them the car. Even after many reminders and visits they have not fixed the issue with the parking sensors. People at pratik's always give some lame excuse for not fixing the issue. I even talked with the gm of the service centre but till date after couple of months they have provided any solution. This is a serious problem considering that mahindra sells more vehicles and they are trusted for their service. Please look into the issue and get it resolved at the earliest.

                            I posted a complaint on 30 sept and till date there is no response from the company or its service centre. Pathetic service. Will not recommend Mahindra vehicles to any friend or family. I am very disappointed by the conduct of the Mahindra dealers and service centres.

                              I bought new tuv 400 from mahindra wazirpur. From first day i had problem with my suv whenever i reverse my car will not pickup, car need more acceleration but tyre only rotates or rotating at same place i had complainted in mahindra they said that one part is missing in my car that part was rs of 1, 20000 they changed but not worked till now i'm very disappointed 😠 with this car i think i did mistake to choose mahindra.                                 I own mahindra nuvosport car purchased from nbs international however from day one i am facing issues

                                I gave the car for first service and nbs confirmed to me that they changed the oil and coolent however later i had to change the same again at a petrol station

                                From day one i have complained about blue tooth voice not working for external party... Every time they say they have fixed it however problem still persists.

                                Worst happened when i was travelling to nasik two weeks back when suddenly the auto gear shift stopped working and when i pressed brake car slowed down but a4 gear was not shifted to a1.

                                Luckily i stopped the car on the side of highway and closed the engine and again restarted then somehow i reached nearby hotel and parked the vehicle. Next day luckily hotel staff helped me connect with you dealer in nasik who came to hotel and took the car and checked and told me he has reset the auto gear shift software.

                                After that i came back.

                                Fed up with nbs second service i went to salasar auto in thane last week

                                Salasar made wait for 3 hours for taking car for servicing and i was observing from the waiting room that relationship manager's not so busy as to take my car took 3 hours

                                I listed them some 15 items including dipper not working, automatic gear fault warning light displayed, rear right side window glass not sliding up apart from oil change suspension etc

                                However to my utter shock they charged me 20000 rupees and none of above 4 things have been fixed

                                Now when i am travelling to outstation i can see the gear fault light on and i am afraid my life is at risk.

                                I decided to go for indian car only on the basis of appeal by our prime minister appeal to support make in india however now i repent as this my 45 the car and never i had encountered such problems with any cars within first 6 months of buying.

                                  Sir i have gone to your showroom on bhandara road nagpur for booking 2 vehicles jeto and alfa on15 sep they gave me quatation and as i was going to book the same vehicles a guy called me saying sir plz don't take the vehicles from that showroom we will give u same vehicles from our kampthi road showroom in additional discount of 5000 rs per vehicle i told them that i have to buy those vehicle in navratri they committed me to deliver the same in said period and now after continuous follow up and commitment after commitment now on 28th sep they are saying they can't give the delivery of said vehicles in navratri as they don't have the stock
                                  Sir as i believe in buying things in ospicious ocassion they have put me in such situation that i can't buy any vehicle in 1day
                                  Plz have some professional approach towards your customer sir. Your employees are so arrogant they told me on phone that u can make complaint anyone u wish (Humko farak nahi padta) plz look after it sir
                                  I have decided not to buy any mahindra vehicle in my life sir and will advice to my near one also
                                  Thanks for giving worst experience sir.

                                    I bought the car in oct-2016. Total running till now is 11, 400 kms. Second servicing was done a month back. But clutch plate and pressure plate has been damaged and the service centre (Provincial automobiles) advised to replace it. It was replaced costing me rs. 8000/-. I talked to a few customers from the same show room who had same problem with clutch plate.
                                    This seems to be the manufacturing or designing problem. There have been a lot of complaints about this. Again the mileage is very low which is another issue.
                                    I want the company people to look into this matter and solve it. This problem needs to be solved to the earliest.
