Dear mr mahindra,

Greetings for the day,

My purpose of writing this mail to you is a high resentment towards the cheating done by your mahindra dealership named harbir automobile pvt ltd in chandigarh ut.

Actually they are spoiling the name of an indian brand by using unethical practices and by cheating customers and making false commitments on behalf of mahindra which they cannot complete.

The issue is as under.

1. I went to harbir automobiles chandigarh on[protected] to test drive mahindra xuv 500 w6 and on my satisfaction over the vehicle and as directed by the salesperson i immediately booked the vehicle by paying rs 5000 as gst price hike was expected.
2. I met the sales manager mr amardeep sharma and told him clearly that i want to buy the vehicle before gst price hike to which he agreed and told me that currently the vehicle is in transit and if i pay them some money they will bill the vehicle on my name and then i can take the delivery of the vehicle on[protected]
3. Going by the commitment of mr amardeep sharma i took a bank loan of rs 700000 and transferred the same to harbir automobiles on[protected] and asked mr amardeep sharma to bill the vehicle as committed.
4. On[protected] mr amardeep sharma and sales executive mr abhay pandey confirmed me that my vehicle has been billed at pre gst price and i can take the delivery of the vehicle on desired date. Going by this i got a feedback call from mahindra wherein i rated them 10 in the rating scale.
5. Since[protected] i continuously followed up mr amardeep sharma and mr abhay pandey to provide me the copy of the bill which they said have been generated, they commited to drop the same at my office on[protected] but nobody turned up.
6. On[protected] i again called both of them many times but they did not answered my call and showed a high level o[censored]nprofessionalism saying we are in a meeting and will call you back once we get free.
7. On[protected] again nobody responded to my calls so i went to the showroom of harbir automobiles pvt ltd in industrial area chandigarh. Where i was shocked to know that no vehicle has been billed on my name and they were making a fool of me. And now i have to buy the vehicle on the revised price which is up by another 50000 rs which shateered me and i complained about this, mr amardeep sharma started similing and directed me to meet the gm sales mr parveen singh where i told him the entire story.
8. Rather than providing me a resolution mr amardeep sharma and mr parveen singh asked me to take refund of my money.
9. Till date i have not received my booking amount back and this is my 6th visit to this dealer.
10. This vehicle was already out of my budget but based on the trust and brand name i made my mind buy this vehicle.


I belong to a salaried class and buying such a luxury vehicle was a lifetime moment for me and my family which was totally ruined by these people. It carries too much sentimental value while buying a car from your hard earned money which your people at harbir automobiles does not even care off. As per this experience i have lost my faith in mahindra too. How can a big brand like mahindra have such a sub standard dealer. Now in vain i have given an application to the dealer to refund my money the same is attached herewith. Now if in case i plan to buy the same vehicle will shred my pocket by another rs 52000.

I am writing this mail to you as a last point seeking resolution so that the trust remains with the brand and i can think of buying a mahindra vehicle.

    Global galleries - outlets at thane, mir road, vasai, panvel were responsible for servicing, and maintenace. All the outlets closed in span of three months.
    My car broke down, towed to mahindra dealership at nerul. Its been 10 days car is still in waiting, did not make it floor.
    Please do not buy mahindra.. Service is not exisiting... At least in thane, and suburbs.

      Dear sir i had bought bolero car in jan 2013 about 7.40 lac
      After two year in accident car was damage so in insurence case mahindra and mahindra repair this and i paid 20000 rupees and full insurence cash lass. And after repair many major defects found in car like finishing not good, door problem in rain water goes inside.

        My car (Up 14 cw 5343) comes to your work shop for repair. When i come to take my car, i found my music system's (Jvc model no. Kd-x120) mouth was not in the car. I asked mr. Salman (Work shop manager) where is my system he said i will look in workshop if it will not found i will arrange, next day he said it is not in the workshop i will arrange to you so i gave him the model number but from last 15 days he is saying i will arrange in 3, 4, days but can't deliver & final they said on 30th june i will give you the system or give the amount of the system but still he didn't deliver and asking for more time. After that he arranged a old model of jvc which is not available in the market or even on jvc website. He said your music system is old we also provide you old music system. This is not justified at all. We have all proof & provide when it needs.

          Respected sir, this is to inform you that, i'm a customer of mainstay for last two years.. I have bought a bolero zxl two years back bearing no. Hp34b 7992. I have paid a check for extension of warranty of my jeep two months back. I was given a receipt and assured that warranty will be extended soon. Today i tried to check the warranty and found it is not extended. On asking your honble manager, firstly he refused to listen my complaint and then he told it is under process. I would like to know from you that how long it takes and in the age of internet and online world is it not pathetic to wait for two months for just getting warranty extended online. I have suspicion that your honble manger is fooling customer of mahindra and commuting forgery. Please look into the matter and take strong initiatives to avoid the mismanagemet. Thanks.             We had given our vehicle Bolero Pik Up FB PS 1.25 T BSIV MH-14-FT-1737, Vehicle Serial Number G1L85939 on[protected] to Silver Jubilee Motors Ltd Bhosari Pune for steering wheel being pull one side. The vehicle was kept at SJM for 07 days without the complaint being resolved. Attached please find the report of SJM. The service given by SJM Bhosari Pune is pathetic. It seem that they just passing the time so that we loose our warranty period. Its a new vehicle purchased on 29 December 2016 by Omkar Engineering works Pvt Ltd Talegaon Pune. [protected]@oewpl.com. May I request you to look into the complaint. Details may be obtain for the seven day vehicle held by SJM. SJM RO No.RO18M004238 DT[protected].
            Mahindra And Mahindra customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
            The vehicle was again sent to Silver Jubilee Motors Ltd on[protected] on request of Mahindra & Mahindra. However, the vehicle instead of improving, has gone bad. I don't know what type of checking and repair work is going on in Silver Jubilee Motors.

Since i had buy a jeeto vehicle is making noise from front side still they have not solved the problem and now they have given me appointment after 10 days and they are still saying that they have other vehicles for servicing. This what service? I am very disappointed by the company like mahindra. You need to improve your service...

                I have purchased tuv 300 in the feb 2017, but we found one tyres of tuv 300 faulty. When we called to our dealer jitendra motors, ambad, nasik, our agent mr. Ingle, he rudly answerd that now there is no any consult from you and us, once you have purchased motor. They totally ignoring our service.
                It seemes that we totally deceived from dealer. We have given our stephanie to jitendra motors in first week july, almost 2 weeks gone, but still we not got any feedback from dealer saying rudly answerd.

                Pl help us to give better solution.

                I PURCHASE THIS CAR FROM KUNDAN MOTORS LOCATED PUNE. DUE TO SOME REASONS THE SHOWROOM WAS CLOSE DOWN, AND ITS ALMOST 1 YEAR UP THAT

                    Myself is an owner of bolero slx 2015 make and 15000 km done. But off late electrical connection is bothering me a lot. Today i had a car wash and was returning home all of a sudden the car engine stopped and when in tried to ignite the engine it was showing 180 which is car lock code as informed. Also on the right wheel fender a rust has occurred of which i had highlighted and photos were taken by a customer care executive. Please note the issue and resolve it.
                    Would also be glad if a thorough check up of the vehicle health is done. I have no complains against the customer care or service vertical but my grievance is against the manufacturing of the vehicle.

                      Brought new kuv100k+ on 09/06/17
                      From india garage mysore
                      It ran only 620 km
                      Engine problem started engine is making loud noise, apporoched show room peoples but not responded well, they told they need minimum of 15 days or more to attend the problem, if this is the condition of new vehicle, how believed in mahindra company products, so i don't want this vehicle kindly replace it or refund my money otherwise i will approach consumer forum

                        Am iqbal basha from bangalore and my vehicle number ka 01 mn 0719 my vehicles door got rusted within a year and after many complains it was been changed on july of 2017 and once again i am facing with the same problem and the new door had many dents which was agreed and promised by them to make it right on the further coming 2nd service and the paint quality is not good the finishing is not good and i could heare the air sound into the car in 80kmpl which wasn't before and damaged air vent were replaced which was also notified to them on the same day on july so please call me on [protected]. I believe you that you can slove my problem by changing the new doors from your manufacture unit other than service center thank you

                          We purches tuv300 amt t8. While driving car on hill roads this car gear transmission cant engage its take time therefor car move back on slope. Its may quite dificult to drive. I went to service centor for same problem. Mahindra service adviser told us that problem cant errect purmanuntlly. It will remain same. This is manufauturing defect from mahindra desine only. How indian goverment athourity can pass this desine???. Ohhhhhh ohhhhhh ohhhhhhh this hassel car.

                            We have bought 3 mahindra company vehicles 1 scorpio and 2 xylo. There was some problem in wiring, light used to blink always. We gave it to service, they said it costs 35000, so we told them to claim insurance but they kept the vehicle for 7days in mysore road branch, then they said to take it to bannerghatta road. So we took it there and they said engine ec problem and it will take 15 days. They are not even responding properly, we have bought 3 vehicles and this is what service they are giving for us, so please see to that problem why they need 15 days to make that repair. We are ready to give 35000 and take insurance after that but they are not listening they kept our vehicle for 7 days and did nothing, so please see to that mistakes and inform that branch to give better service and attend the customers properly.

                            Very bad service at Ananth Cars. Took delivery of my XUV 500 after service day before and today early in the morning had to push start at Airport to start the vehicle.

                            This is the standard of service Mahindra Customers are getting though service charges charged nothing less than 15 to 20K every service...

                            I'm wondering about the quality of parts of Mahindra Vehicles and seems to be very bad and not reliable but cost wise it's high and have to shell out each time...

                              I hv purchase this car about 1 month ago. Its average is below poor and balancing is also very bad. The one of the poorest thing in this car is its breaking system its look like it having not power break. Its not possible to stop this car instantly. I have already scanned this car from the showroom compact mahindra lajpat nagar. Still these problems are not rectified. Iam very disappointed from the mahindra.

                                मेरे पास क्वान्टो C8, modal 2012 & registered in 2014, No. UP15 BM 0161 है, मेरी गाड़ी का पीकप बहुत ही कम था व AC पर तो गाड़ी दब जाती थी, मैने मेरठ सर्विस सेंटर पर दिखाया वहाँ बताया क्लच प्लेट खराब हैं, मैंने क्लच प्लेट डलवाईं, लेकिन फाल्ट ज्यों का त्यों। इसके बाद गाज़ियाबाद सर्विस सेंटर पर चैक कराया, वहां Air Modules डाले लेकिन कोई फायदा नहीं हुआ ओर हमारे ७, ८, हजार रुपये गाज़ियाबाद में लग गए, हमने कहा कि पीकप में कोई फर्क नहीं पड़ा आप अपने Air modules निकाल लो लेकिन उन्होंने नहीं निकाले व हमसे पैमेंट ले लिया, ओर कहा कि इंजक्टर बदले जाएंगे 45000/- लगेंगे। मैंने कहा कि अगर इजंक्टर डालने पर भी पीकप ठीक नहीं हुआ तो क्या इंजक्टर वापसी होंगे, एेसा करने को मना कर दिया। इसके बाद मैंने बहार मैकेनिक को दिखाई उसने कहा कि हैड खुलेगा व वाल बदले जाएंगे, रुपये तब देना जब गाड़ी ठीक हो जाए, मैंने बहार मैकेनिक से काम कराया व गाड़ी बिलकुल ठीक हो गई। मैं जानना चाहता हूँ कि क्या आपके authorised Services Center पर केवल experiment कर कर customer की जेब काटी जाती है। मैं तो जानने वालों को सर्विस सेंटर पर जाने की सलाह नहीं दूंगा।

                                      Dear sir/madam,
                                      I am sukhveer singh mann owner of a bolero pick up (Commercial) and i am from chandigarh. My complaint is that when i bought bolero pick up it creates so much noise in propeller shaft and too much play in it. I have visited to authorized workshop in chandigarh and mohali so many times but no body responses and did not solve my problem. Dealer said that it is a manufacturing problem we can not do anything. Now i do not drive my vehicle from last 3 months because it is not running properly now. I am really disappointed from your service and do not suggest for bolero pick to anybody onward.
                                      If you can solve our problem then i shall be very thankful to you for this.
