BR-21 G 1528, में कल्च प्लेट में खराबी होने के कारण दिनांक 11.04.2017 को अकाश इंजिनियर मोरा तालब बिहार शरीफ नालंदा में गया, जहाँ R.O 18A 000110 दिनांक 18.04.2017 के तहत मेरी गाड़ी को ठीक करने के दौरान रेडीयेटर के जॉइंट पाइप मिस्त्री के गलती से टूट गया और बिना बताये वह मिस्त्री फेबीक्विक से चिपक दिया और गाड़ी को मुझे हैण्डओवर किया दिया गया, जिसके कारण से कुलेंट सारा गिर गया और इंजन सीज हो गया, और पुनः मैंने गाड़ी को सर्विंग सेण्टर अकाश इंजिनियर मोरा तालब बिहार शरीफ नालंदा ले गया, जहाँ उन्होंने तात्कालिक गाड़ी के इंजन को बांधकर मुझे 10 दिन के बाद मुझे गाड़ी हैण्डओवर किया दिया गया, लेकिन अभी भी इंजन में आवाज आ रही है, और सही कंडीशन से गाड़ी नहीं चल रही है|
अतः आप से अनुरोध हैं की मुझे गाड़ी का हर्जाना भुगतान करने का कृपा करें |

My complain has already been forwarded on dated 12/10/2017, but reply is still awaited .
Dear Sir.
Last 15 days I was went my car to G3 motors at shiravane but not good response from their staff.
I have there for servicing of third free servicing but no sufficient place & they told us due to closure of Global we have facing lot of problem.Without servicing I have returned from there.
So pl.suggest how we service our vehicles.

    This is dinesh from tamilnadu erode district i am having bmt plus which i had purchased last year september and i had gone only with 1st free online service @4, 800kms on this march month of this year, suddenly ex-later pedal had gone down on[protected] after that i had opened bonet to look in to this issue and found radiator coolent had got leaked in more level i had get shoked and took the vehicle to cai mahendra service center erode on[protected] they had serviced both speed grovner and radiator coolent leak and charged me for that repairs rs470
    After their service also speed grovner has not works properly,
    I am not satisfied in this charged replacement why this major issue had happened @ such a low kms runned is it have life expiry? How can i trust a vehicle in driving with out any fear it is possible to have any more major repairs at any time (Particularly in middle of the periodic services) it is easy for service centers to check, replace and charge for any repairs happened yes right they don't bother about any things happens to the customers
    I am trusting on the brand mahendra
    Kindly give me a call with the professionals to clarify and clearing on this major problem happen to my vehicle asap

      Infinity automobile vikhroli west took 36443/ rs for insurance but he gave the 21646/ rs receipt for normal insurance ..and we want zero type insurance what he committed.
      I need my money back or I want zero type insurance

        I have a 2013 manufactured xuv and plan to give the car for tge required 4 paid service and had asked for a quote from maktar automobiles goa and was estimated a cost of 13+k just for oil change and front break pad replacement. Which is quite a lot i hope that you look into this matter as my 3 service also costed around 12k (Without break pad replacement and no major parts were changed). Thank you.

        I had bulero zlx and services in ur showroom they bill the service and they charge labour charge more than parts amount and we ask service center manger and he talk very badly. It happens two time I had already compliant in phone but not reply

          I am anil choudhary owner of mahindra scorpio (Dl 10 ct 1321) fed up with authorized delhi workshop i. E. Indraprastha automobiles pvt ltd. I went there for diagnosing engine but they are asking for 4500 rs for diagnosing engine and i have all the proofs i. E job card letter and recording of mahindra advisor and manager of the workshop and after that they are negotiating with me and come to a level 962.5 rs. This type of customer service they are providing.
          I want to know about is this a transaparency mahindra are giving to there customer by providing authorization to this type of workshops.
          Justify this.

          Hi my brand new xuv 500 2017 august model has a sensor issue. when ignition is started rpm will rise and fall beep sound is present, light indication of engine, balloon and error message in Speedo meter repeats. My sensor problem could not get solved in mysore as well in Bangalore service center pls revert back with what next i can do.

            I am using 7 of mahindra utility vehicles for my business and i am interested to buy another one vehicle and all the vehicle purchased by me is from your dealer simla auto mobiles as i am uninterested to buy vehicle from your local dealer sant auto zone due to some issues faced during services in past few years. I am satisfied with the vehicle we bought from mahindra and the second option except mahindra never comes to our mind but if the simla automobiles refused to give vehicle to us we would may go for tata yodha.               I had given my bolero truck for service @ authorized mahindra hinkal service center in mysore, in which such a horrible experience that adviser and managers have no response towards customers that they have not done any of the work on my car neither washed and vacuumed of my car and such a irresponsible adviser he knows nothing technically & wasted my 2 days time to carry out 1st free service & adviser had misplaced my vehicle service booklet.
              Resolution :
              1. Req to return my truck service booklet
              2. Washing and cleaning
              3. Requested job not done.

                I am the owner of xuv500at since may 2017. The vehicle is very good but have 2 very serious issues

                1. The driver or the co - driver seat is not comfortable. It does not support the thy - portion, i mean to say the base of the seat has to have little longer length to ensure that the thies are supported well while driving. So let me know on priority, whether you can change the seat or do some modification to it. As this may lead to back ache and various other issues, even after purchasing such an expensive vehicle.
                2. There is a huge lag when the vehicle supposed to suddenly pick-up after slowing down.

                It is my sincere request to the mahindra design team to look into the above mentioned issues and provide me a viable solution on priority

                  I purchased my xuv 500 (W10) last year. However, it started showing clutch problem from last 10 day in the form of delayed acceleration. Clutch pedal also went fully down also one time. When i visited the greated noida kocept mahindra service centre, they told me that both clutch plates, flying wheel and assembly has gone bad and these are required to be replaced.

                  And further, they said this is due to problem of overriding.

                  I clearly told them i am driving diesel vehicle from last 8 years, however not problem came till now. But there response was same it it due to driving problem only.
                  Finally they agreed to change the flywheel as goodwill gesture, but i have to pay for the clutch plate approx. Cost of rs. 21000/-. This happened yesterday on 8th october 2017.

                  I am totally shocked with the quality of the vehicle. How can the clutch system can go down in 23000 km only. I am not a new driver, i have driven the diesel cars in past also and not got problem till atleast 75000 kms

                  Is this the problem in quality of vehicle and i have done some mistake by buying mahindra. I want answer for the reason for the clutch plate failure. You need to get it investigated and also pls. Refund of the cost taken from me. Totally dissatisfied with mahindra and will advise to everybody not to buy xuv 500. They claim that they cleared the old clutch problems but i think still significantly issue is pending to resolved.

                      Tuv-300 t-8 autoshift.
                      During my very first ride to home (On date of purchase1.05.2017) i experienced the following issues:-

                      Jerk and banging sound while shifting of gears.
                      Jerks in bumper to bumper traffic.
                      Delayed response/non-responsive to accelerator paddle.
                      Sudden movement with jerk.
                      Car becomes neutral in traffic while moving, showing second gear on meter panel and non responsive in accelerator paddle.
                      Warning light of amt.
                      Moisture in head lamp. This is with reference to the above and various other communications held between the different representatives of the company i hereby state as under:-

                      With above mentioned problems i personally took my car to workshop of indrprastha automobiles pvt. Ltd., peera garhi, new delhi (Authorised workshop of mahindra) for resolution of the above problems on dated 05.05.2017. The service advisor along with some technical persons (Mr. Amrit & mr. Tarun) inspected the car and told me that it may take some time for resolution of above technical issues. Therefore the car was sent to the workshop on 08.05.2017. They kept the car for almost 09 days. After 09 days the car was delivered to me on 16.05.2017 with assurance that the problems had been rectified and car was fit for driving.

                      On physical inspection, i noticed the following issues:-
                      Bumper not fitted correctly.
                      Engine protection shield not fitted and was lying back area of the car.
                      Scratches on left side door and side view mirror.
                      Moreover, after taking the delivery i noticed that those technical issues raised by me were still existing besides one more issue was found “in the first gear if the car is on slant surface it starts drifting backwards or vice versa & starting trouble”.
                      Once again the car was sent to the same workshop on 25.05.2017 and they kept my car second time with them for about 08 days. During this period i have not received any communication from the workshop. I asked/ enquired regarding the status of the car from workshop, but, i did not receive any response. The car was delivered at my residence with still pending issues/technical faults, as stated above. A telephonic assurance was given to me from indraprastha (Workshop) that the car is now completely fit for use.

                      But when after a week i went to haridwar-mussorie from delhi, during which i have gone through an ordeal with life threatening experiences while my family was still in car only due to these technical issues of this car. Let me share this experience with you:-
                      1. On my way first the a/c of the car tripped followed by warning of high temperature and thereafter low oil pressure sounded by the car. I immediately stopped the car at the roadside and called mahindra helpline no. And help arrived promptly from nearby mighty mahindra service centre. They inspected the car thoroughly and it was found that there was no coolant present/ missing in radiator/top up bottle. Although there was no sign of any kind of leakage or dripping of coolant. They took the vehicle to their service station and re-filled the coolant (After making payment of rs.1601/-).
                      2.in hilly areas ride was very jerky/vibrating and feeling of clutch slip with burning odour of clutch inside the car was felt at a point the car stopped moving but the engine was still working.
                      3. Most of the times the car runs on 1st, 2nd & 3rd gear and 4th & 5th gear was not engaged upto the speed of 80 to 90 kmph.
                      4. Very low fuel efficiency of 7 to 8 kmpl on highway (The company claiming fuel efficiency of atleast 17 to 18 kmpl on highways).
                      5. While overtaking it was felt that when throttle is pressed gear was shifted to higher gear, whereas it was showing the top gear i. E 5th gear on meter display. Although there was a need of power for overtaking which was lost... This was a very dangerous situation that might have been lead to serious accident.
                      6. Even in lower gears vehicle shows one gear advance on display meter as shown under:-

                      At the speed of approx.80 kmph...5thgear not engaged.
                      Now, i am sharing two bad life threatening experiences while driving this car as under:-
                      1. While driving up hill in 1st gear (Manually) car stopped responding to the accelerator and came to halt even after pressing throttle and started rolling back. Then after engaging breaks and accelerating it started to move forward very slowly with jerks and jumps. Feeling of clutch slip was there and very bad burning odour was felt. Members sitting inside the car... I was in a situation to take a u turn, the surface was slant and steep, car started to drift in backwards direction while 1st gear was engaged. When breaks were withdrawn it again started rolling back and did not responded to the accelerator... And a point was reached when the car was at the edge of the hilly road and was about to fall in the trench which could be controlled by putting stone behind the tyre for stopping of rolling back.
                      I returned back to delhi & sent this car to indraprastha workshop on dated 15/06/2017 (And since then car is in the workshop), this time at wazirpur and this is now 4th time within a period of 45 days after purchasing the car is at workshop and again i have been informed that the car is okay, but this time after going through above experiences i refused to take back this car and requested them to re-fund my hard earned money. As i can’t trust this car & take risk with my life and life of my family members.

                      I am going through this ordeal with emotional and financial burden along with life threatening issues due to this faulty and technically unfit car which the company is unable to resolve in spite of keeping the car in the workshop for more than 20 days. Moreover to add fuel to the fire and in spite of the company’s inability to resolve the technical issues with the car, the company offered to buy back the car at a meager amount of rs. 6 lakh only (Rupees six lakh only) my letter (Referred to above) to the managing director has gone unnoticed and in vein by the company. As such i requested to re-fund my hard earned money amounting to rs.8, 90, 000/- (Eight lakhs ninty thousands only) alternatively exchange my car with the manual model of the same.
                      When i did not got positive response regarding above i took delivery of car in july end and started to drive during this i sent car several time for repairing for above points but of no use now on 06/10/2017 while driving home i felt some burning smell after some time i noticed fumes started to come out from engine bay when i stopped and opened the bonnet i saw fumes coming out of the bonnet if i would have not been alert any thing might have happen and i might not be writing this complaint. The car is still at inderprastha wazir pur work shop in last 5 months i hardly driven this car for 2 months and that to in parts aprox 5000 kms driven by me this tuv 300 auto shift is for me a nightmare and new day new problem arises it has given me so much tension, mental trauma and financial burden

                      Now i dont wish to own any mahindra car as this car has given me a lesson i want my money back from them now

                        Dear sir
                        This is to bring to your attention that i had bought one xuv500 from one of your dealers in bhopal. Reg no mp04cs8001 on 23/01/2017.
                        You might be surprised to know that as of 7/10/2017 i have got the vehicle repaired about 4 times. The first one being a battery issue within 2 weeks of purchase, for the first time in my life i have witnessed that an absolutely new vehicle can have battery issue.
                        Since then i have sent my vehicle to your authorized service station (M/s win win automobile) about three times with issues such as loose chassis bolts, abnormal sounds coming while applying brakes and so on.
                        My last service was done on 30/08/2017 which can be checked as i had also given a very poor feed back because o[censored]nprofessional service.
                        Now just after about a month of car service and when the vehicle started giving sounds as if it will just break down any moment, i have been told that various bolts of the vehicle we're loose which i find a bit difficult to digest.

                        Hence i would like to know if you at mahindra and mahindra have been installing vehicles with sub standard parts and equipments because me as a consumer is getting a feeling that i have been cheated by your side either in service or in vehicle manufacturing.
                        Kindly look into the matter.

                        Lots is left to be desired once we are a buyer... and this is repeated expireince to me and few friends who trusted me and bought the mahindra vehicles on my recommendation. am feeling bad for them also to be honest
                        Sir i purchased a car about two months ago and this car car gives the mileage of 10kmpl in city and 14-16 on highway i felt like cheated by mahindra ... Please look into the matter else i'll have to go to the consumer forum

Atumovers pvt ltd chinhut lucknow and the problem of clutch ius persisting from the very beginning, the complaint has already been raised 6 times but no psitive response has been recieved from your side and the problem is still persisting.

                            I sent my mahindra scorpio (Br-01dc-0002) for service on 23 rd sep 2017.in the service dual arm tensioner was changed which was in warranty. After that the service centre men there told my driver that the amount for dual tensioner belt will be adjusted in the next bill and not in this bill. And when the car was again sent for service they have said that they will not adjust the money and said that we dont know anything about it. They argued and abused my driver too. The whole incident is of hav motors service centre, patna, bihar.
                            Kindly seek into the matter or i will go to the consumer court.

                              I purchased tuv 300 from g3 motors, nerul last week @inr 11.50 laks. We are finding very poor service support. They don't have any value in their commitment. They take their own sweet time to deliver car to fit small things. Sales head mr. Ravi and his colleague mr. Prasad is not committed to what they agree. They toook 4 days agaisnt committed one day to handover my car. We changed our decision form maruti to mahindra because of hoping good service but now i realized this is more hopeless.                                 I mukesh agrawal from faizabad uttar pradesh gave my car xuv 500 for servicing to amit motors pvt ltd. Faizabad today. I did neft payment for the servicing worth rs 22000. Although the money got deducted from my account but they are saying that the money hasn't reached their account and so a staff member named bhupesh tiwari refused to give our car back. We also asked to give the cheque but he refused to take it and asked for additional cash for giving the car back. His behaviour was very rude and unethical.

                                    This is tanujit ghosh, i am purchase one mahindra xylo h4 from sona wheels, siliguri, west bengal date of 30th jun 2016. When i decided to purchase mahindra xylo that time i talk to sona wheels showroom sales consultant taniya dey (Mb no [protected]) regarding car commercial registration and xylo h8 model. That time she introduced to her another colleague mr. Pravash, they are convinced me and assured me and incest me to purchase the xylo with in the 30th june 2017, as reason gst. Also they are assured me they are provided me commercial registration with in one month.
                                    As per there commitment i advance pay to sona wheels for xylo h8, after reciving the advance taniya told me h8 are not avilable in our stock please you change your car model h8 to h4. That time i agreed with her and purchase h4 model, from that day i pay rs.55000/- to mr. Pravash in front of taniya inside the (Reception table) sona wheels for my car commercial registration.
                                    Still now we not received my car registration. From that day to till date i will pay 4th installment in hdfc bank.
                                    From that day to till date i several time talk to them regarding my registration, continuing they are parody with me and telling me 'next week... Next week next week '.
                                    I am fed-up and irritability about my registration.
                                    So my earnest request to you, i want to surrender my car to mahindra, please accept my request and liberation to my monthly emi. And help me.

                                    If you are not helping me there after i go to consumer forum court against mahindra and sona wheels and claim to composition.
                                    I collect all evidence (Text massage, what's app, and voice recording) against taniya and pravash who is employee of sona wheels in logo of mahindra.

                                      Since so many time i complaint to mahindra customer care of neon motor visakhapatnam. Mahindra kuv 100 heavy vibration and getting interiors sound and such noice from engine like diesel versions, the said vechile is petrol version & petrol tap not opening, it repairs so many times but still tap not opening.. When we need to fill the fuel. Interiors is very poor... The vechile run total 5400 km

                                      Dear Sir,
                                      This is to inform you that my Vehicle XUV 500, Registration No: DL-3C-AS-4412 purchased in Delhi from Bhasin Motors in August 2012. The Vehicle is sparingly used and that too mainly for Home to Office and back in Delhi. The Vehicle has done only 83000 kM. I have got the service done regularly.
                                      However, the piece is found to be defective. Every time I take it for service to Koncept Mahindra Mathura Road, I am slapped a hefty bill and told that some Engine parts needs replacement ( you may directly get the history of the replaced parts directly from Koncept Mahindra).
                                      • Immediately after purchase, the wind screen was found to be defective and was replaced.
                                      • On 10th August 2016 I spent 43, 588.97/-
                                      • On 8th August 2017 I spent 59, 750/-
                                      • Now again the Alternator is found to be defective and I have to pay to Koncept Mahindra Rs. 25000/-

                                      This is over and above the regular service charges which I have been spending on every 20000 kM approx. 8000/-
                                      Please look into the matter, I am really frustrated with the vehicle and can not afford to spend this kind of money just to keep my car running.

                                        Ths is to inform u that as u all have not taken any action against my complain in regard to my mahindra jeeto x7-16 vchlno. Wb71a8815 continuous breakdown problem i have made a complain in consumer forum with doc no. 456965. I[censored] all cant give proper service to consumer with regard to the product sold in market u all don't deserve to sell ur product in market. We the daily user of your product face problem not u all you all just have a simple line to say sorry. My vchl was in your service center for more than a month and in two days it started giving problem again and now aagain inservice center we don't req such a vchl which brkdown more than we use them. So as requested many times before with ur executive to replace the defective pcs with new one to take action on ths.
