    I am having a mahindra xylo 2010 model after 2 years of purchase my vehicles alloy wheels started started to get destroyed by a way that first bubbles started to form then it will break and it's in a very bad situation to see it now actually you are cheating your customers know by providing low quality products. Will their any solution by replacement. To be honest i have lost trust in mahindra and also in present situation i will not refer or suggest anyone to buy a mahindra. You should look after the quality of the product otherwise you will loose your customers. Actually i am planning to upgrade my vehicle for that i need to sell my xylo how can i sell my car with awfull alloys i was planning to buy xuv and now it's in your hand i need a car which provides satisfaction and real value for money and it should provide a good customer service. How can even call that a alloy it's just some metal painted like alloy i hope you will take it seriously and provide necessary facilities.

      Booked tuv 300 in june 2017
      I have made full payment in june 17 itself
      Got vaahan message first on 29th june 17 of rs 200/- for new registration
      I got fake vehicle registration number from agent [mh 48 aw 1803] which is now allotted to anjali chopra (Nisan terreno)
      Till date my vehicle is standing in building premises due to lack of rto paper and which is complete negligence of dearler infinity autolink vikhroli even after full payment and completion of more than two months

      Mr Afzal RTO agent has only given a false commitment and false fake vehicle number due to which i am suffering on heavy mental depression cos even after purchasing of TUV 300 Rs 11 Lac vehicle nothing has been going in proper way??

        I bought the vehicle on 28/04/2017, from then i am just visiting your workshop daily. Everytime i visit a new issue. The issues started after first service, as soon as i received the car from first service there was a smoke and metal burning smell was coming from ac vents which was coming from clutch plate as they told after a week the gear was not shifting again i went their they told that the clutch plate and fishing pressure plate is damaged they tool 40000rs for that and changed the same again i brought home the car the screen was not working properly and the gear was making sound while shifting it to 2nd gear. Again i went to them they kept car for 15 days and whatever changes were they repaired the same again when i took the car after a 15 days to home again a new problem was waiting for me now the sun roof was leaking. Again i went to them now they are asking that the packing of rubber is loose you will have to pay 11000 for the same. Now i am totally fed up of the service your company provide. Either your company doesnt use proper spare or proper technician. Which is big problem for customer like us who trusted mahindra, but now sorry no faith anymore. If there is any policy of taking the vehicle back deduct any amount which you want get me rid of this vehicle feeling sorry for buying mahindraxuv500 w10 top model of your brand please do something if you can.           I have already complained about my new kuv vehicle as company not resolved my problem once again i am complaining
          My new kuv vehicle which was purchased on 9/06 17, was met with an accident on same day of delivery then it was towed to india garage workshop hebbal mysore, there they took two and half month for repair, after repair they give the vehicle on 30/08/17 they said vehicle was perfect. But after 10 days i ran the vehicle for only 450 km, all of a sudden a loud sound stated to come from the engine of the vehicle, then again vehicle was towed to the india garage showroom hinkal mysore
          Their the vehicle inspection was done by the technician from mahindra company the gave report that engine was seized and the cause for it was previous accident
          But now the problem is the insurance person are not acepting the engine problem was due to the previous accident as it was not surveyed before the repair they say that vehicle will not run if the engine problem was due to the accident, and they are not ready to bear the charges of the engine assembly replacement. It is due to the negligence of the duty from the india garage workshop mysore, all problem started, if they are properly checked the vehicle before and told to the insurance people i would got the claim from insurance, but they never done that so now either mahindra company or the showroom are responsible for damage occurred, they should bear the charges of replacement of engine. But they are not doing that, even after keeping vehicle for 20 days repairing process has not been done i had no other option left other then to take matter to the consumer forum and media, for the remedy, if company does not take any initiatives as early as possible

            On 26.09.2017 my scorpio vehicle was recall for replacement of brake hose & some items were replacement by your dealer nagaur motors on foc but they have charged hose pipe charges but on that packing it was written that this was the part of recall.             If charged wrongly pl refund.

            Pl look into the matter for my satisfaction.

              Hi. I purchased a mahindra thar in june 2017 and it was due its first free service. The car was given for service on monday 25th september 2017 and was surprised to see that the car wasn't cleaned well from inside. Multiple places have dust including the canopy inside. The fuel knob when opened had dust and dirt inside. Had requested for the roof top to be pasted above the front seats which was also not done by the adviser. Am surprised if this is the first service then what do we expect from a place for the next services due for our car and how do we maintain it

                Hello kbs mahindra.
                My self viney kamboj s/o ranjit singh. I booked my xuv500 w6 automatic on 08/sep/2017 and paid you one lack as a booking refundable amount and you guys promised to deliver car within 10-15 days.
                As promised you kbs mahindra (Ambala) don't delivered it yet and even don't know properly when to deliver me and don't pickup my phone too. I called yesterday twice.
                So it's my humble request to let me know whether you guys have it or not.
                I am from canada actually and here only for 4-5 months that's what i told them at the time of booking that if you provide me car soon then i booked it otherwise not and md from kbs mahindra told to deliver car min-max 10-15 days but nothing yet.

                  I purchased kuv from himalayan motors tengpora bypass srinagar kashmir in may 2017, i have paid all the amount and taken over the possession of vehicle but the dealer is refusing to give me sale letter of the said vehicle. I am not able to get my car registration done. I have also sent the dealer a legal notice but they are turning deaf ear. The staff demand more 16000 before giving sale letter which is unacceptable and illegal. Kindly help me.

                      Dear sir/madam,

                      I mr. Bhagwandin vinda, the owner of proud mahindra’s xuv500 w8 suv segment vehicle, with registration number of mh48 a 3441 & also two more 4 wheelers of other companies..
                      While i need to tell you something about the issue i have been facing about the mahindra’s top segment xuv500 vehicle past years till today..
                      Last year when i was driving to the virar city from airport, i was annoyed by a clutch pressed down issue, so i reported it too the global gallerie authorised service centre thane. They told me too send the vehicle to our service centre after u reach ur city, jst before 2 to 3 kms of near my city, the vehicle stopped working, as the clutch pedal stuck to bottom.. I towed the vehicle to the near by aquene (Magnus’s) authorised 4 wheeler garage, as per the checking of the car he told that, the clutch assembly need to change due the burned clutch plate & flywheel. Although i called the global gallerie, as the car wont be able to make to the service centre, i need the genuine mahindra services and parts to enter my cars chasis.. As far as the genuine mahindra clutch assembly was replaced with the another set of genuine assembly of clutch kit, also did the authorised technician scanned the vehicle for no more further errors as no other person can scan the vehicle except mahindra scanners..
                      After this change cars was running fine n better, but paid the price of more then 60, 000 inr, to make this fix.
                      Well but only after running more around 6, 500kms, due to some rainy seasonal issues, i did put the vehicle to authorised service centre of mahindra’s 4wheelers in thane (Salasar autocrafts).
                      They came up with the errors including changing of the whole clutch assembly again, i was shocked of bearing the heavy cost again and the genuine part to be ruined so quickly only after such few kms, today i feel some regret buying the top segment vehicle of mahindra’s which i thought was the best of all suv’s in market, i also want u to mention that my car has only runned 45000kms till date.
                      Other than that no other vehicle which are in my troops before the xuv i bought had any clutch or alternate issue.. Which are driven more then lakhs of kms. M sorry to u tell but more of the mahindra customers are facing this issue are upto fact from forums of cars and drives around the countries..
                      I was one of the proud customer of mahindra’s to have the mahindra xuv500, i bought it first in the city, when it was launched of the year 2011/2012, neglecting the comments of other company, and trust towards indian brand i bought the suv. After running two to three year more then 5 of my friends bought this vehicle trusting me and trusting the company...
                      But now i feel so much of regrets, so embrassed that my personal favourite brand suv top segment of its type, serviced time to time, driven by no other person except me is facing such a big & enormous issue of main assembly replacement twice a time.
                      I hope u will understand the situation and help us out, in order to carry on the proud and overwhelming mahindra family.

                      Scorpio is the top selling suv, but why company make a poor bodysheal.

                            I purchased auto on 11.5.2017. I had given for service on 12.9.17 due to mere regulator problem and they promised to give back on 14.9.17. But due to their poor service they handed me auto only on 21.9.17 after 9 days. Since i have taken bank loan for purchasing the auto, the poor service of above dealer increased my burden. Similar complaints were reported by other customers also.
                            So, i kindly request to give directions to the above dealer to improve their service and attitude towards customers.

                              Again avinash premium customer of mahindra xuv w10 vehicle number ka 02 mv 3989. As i sent mail last time, action was taken, vehicle was picked for service to solve raised issues of 1. Break, 2. Start stop button function, 3. Gear issues.

                              Vehicle was picked on saturday 16-09-17
                              @ 12 & promised that they will give sunday which i did not ask for, was ok with couple of days also, but they called me on monday to pick the vehicle, it was informed to me that all issues r solved.

                              But when my person visited, yet vehicle had issue with gear & break was not yet solved, also we found tht gear box seal was opened as i mentioned last time, service manager told tht gear box is in warranty for 3 years & if anything goes wrong company will replace, but i don't understand when i never mentioned abt the gear issue @ the time of first service, y did they opened gear box, after tht i started having gear issue. Even on monday vehicle had issue with break & gear. So my person half day work was ruined & service manager told he will sort it out tomorrow & give.

                              Again got a call from service center stating the vehicle is ready, i sent my person again on wednesday, now we noticed some scratches & now it's been told that it was done before, i was very clear abt the scratches so i took some photos before sending to service center, now they r claiming that it is been done from our end, even i have photo copy of job sheet before taking the vehicle signed by ur driver, this is negligible bcz vehicle r ment have scratches but this is a proof of how irresponsible service providers r assigned to serve premium vehicle.

                              Now the issue is break, it is yet having the same sound after driving 100kms & break pad some major issue, also i want to know is it true that gear box is having warranty of 3 years even if it is opened by your own service providers.

                              I can't drive with fear after spending so much money on this premium vehicle, my intention of buying the vehicle was it is indian vehicle & overall safety, performance & comfort, but regarding service i have worst experience in first service it self, i have lost confidence in ananth cars related to service, we detained ur service engineers i don't think so tht they have experience & they might be trainee, they don't know much abt the vehicle.

                              What is the next step, i still want continue with mahindra, but i[censored] don't solve my issue & before i get frustrated plz do solve the issue, i can't keep on sending vehicle on weekly basis.

                              I[censored] force me to legal step, i will, plz do take ur vehicle back & repay the money i[censored] can't address the issue.

                              This time i am out of patience.

                              Hi i am avinash s jain, i have got mahindra w10 last 2 months back, as i completed 5000kms so left the vehicle for service, before that i had some complaint on sound while driving @ speed of 120 & same informed to service engineer, he told he will rectify & send it. After a day he told me tht he has to open the gear box & chk it, i asked him how come new vehicle gear box have a sound he told he has to open & chk, so he requested 1 more day time to rectify, but later he told no issues with gear box & he chkd it thoroughly, still i am facing issues with sound as well as new 2 issues has also arrived, issue 1 start & stop button is not working, which was working absolutely fine before. Issue 2 break peddle has sound, when ever i apply sudden break there hard sound, even i can feel physically. Plz let me know what is the issue & do rectify the same. Service center response is not tht great even after buying premium vehicle. Sad to say i am not happy with service.

                              Again avinash premium customer of mahindra xuv w10 vehicle number ka 02 mv 3989. As i sent mail last time, action was taken, vehicle was picked for service to solve raised issues of 1. Break, 2. Start stop button function, 3. Gear issues.

                              Vehicle was picked on saturday 16-09-17
                              @ 12 & promised that they will give sunday which i did not ask for, was ok with couple of days also, but they called me on monday to pick the vehicle, it was informed to me that all issues r solved.

                              But when my person visited, yet vehicle had issue with gear & break was not yet solved, also we found tht gear box seal was opened as i mentioned last time, service manager told tht gear box is in warranty for 3 years & if anything goes wrong company will replace, but i don't understand when i never mentioned abt the gear issue @ the time of first service, y did they opened gear box, after tht i started having gear issue. Even on monday vehicle had issue with break & gear. So my person half day work was ruined & service manager told he will sort it out tomorrow & give.

                              Again got a call from service center stating the vehicle is ready, i sent my person again on wednesday, now we noticed some scratches & now it's been told that it was done before, i was very clear abt the scratches so i took some photos before sending to service center, now they r claiming that it is been done from our end, even i have photo copy of job sheet before taking the vehicle signed by ur driver, this is negligible bcz vehicle r ment have scratches but this is a proof of how irresponsible service providers r assigned to serve premium vehicle.

                              Now the issue is break, it is yet having the same sound after driving 100kms & break pad some major issue, also i want to know is it true that gear box is having warranty of 3 years even if it is opened by your own service providers.

                              I can't drive with fear after spending so much money on this premium vehicle, my intention of buying the vehicle was it is indian vehicle & overall safety, performance & comfort, but regarding service i have worst experience in first service it self, i have lost confidence in ananth cars related to service, we detained ur service engineers i don't think so tht they have experience & they might be trainee, they don't know much abt the vehicle.

                              What is the next step, i still want continue with mahindra, but i[censored] don't solve my issue & before i get frustrated plz do solve the issue, i can't keep on sending vehicle on weekly basis.

                              I[censored] force me to legal step, i will, plz do take ur vehicle back & repay the money i[censored] can't address the issue.

                                Sir/mam,
                                I have been mahindra's customer for the last five years. They don't even mind customer's entry into their service center. They give importance to expensive cars first.in the last five years, not even a single service has been made properly. Before a week, i was billed for 25000 rupees and my car had a master check up. The air conditioning system was calibrated too. The next day itself, my car's air conditioning system bursted out with large amounts of smoke inside the car cabin. I called and informed to the service advisor immediately and he asked me to come the next day itself. And when i came to the service center the next day, they didn't even mind me. They asked me to wait and i was waiting for more than two hours. The cars which came after me were taken inside the station while i was waiting. I understood that they give importance to their expensive cars first.

                                  Sir i am very disappointed by your showroom in warangal no proper service and last time i have given my car for service and they have crashed my car they broke my side mirror's indicator and the day i bough my car the next day i showed them many manufacture defects which are not solved yet the wind noise is very irritating when car is at higher speed 80-100 kmph which is normal and the doors have much gap then other xuv's so i hope i get a better response here

                                  I make a complaint on 3.9.2017 but not resolved yet. I am sending reminders on regular intervals but no result.

                                  In the end I have decided to go to hon'ble court for relief.

                                      The maradu mahindra showroom is by far the worst place i have come for servicing! Horrendous services. Place is so cheap to even have a functioning a/c and only one employee is catering to the customers! He too is working like a sloth not able to manage the work load! I was made to wait for more than an hour to pick up my car. Terrible service centre. I am going to write a complaint with the newspaper aswell about the service! I regret purchasing a mahindra car had i known the servicing was this bad!

                                      This cab is one of wost cab..I had purchase this cab before 4 month. And regular I am getting trouble between my destination.i am also complaint so may times but work is not done properly.i am going to give this cab to mcd ...one of wost experience with mahindra.

                                        I joined mahindra family very recently by purchasing a vehicle of my choice, mahindra thar crde on 12-aug-2017. This is my first encounter with mahindra service. Despite of the difference from other insurance providers, i took insurance from eram motors kannur (National insurance: 1st party bumper - bumper) since i was promised hastle free service & support during any claims.

                                        Unfortunately, i met with an accident on 19-sep-2017 on my way to attend a personal emergency. My vehicle got minor damages with the impact of accident, bonnet & radiator was damaged. Please find the a
                                        Ttached image for your reference. Further to this, i made arrangements to carry the vehicle to showroom on the same day itself. I provided all the necessary informations with the agent for further action. Since i had to rush to meet my personal emergency situations, i left the showroom facility.

                                        I didnot get any kind of response for the next 3 days. I visited the showroom again on 22-sep to enquire further and handover the legal documents. To my shock and surprise i realized that my vehicle was left unattended and unnoticed. When i enquired further, i was informed they forgot about the vehicle and will get back to me after 2 more days. The claim & insurance details was completely different from previous information. I was informed to pay unreasonable additional amount. Further to this i was asked to wait for 40 days for the delivery after repair. This is not at all acceptable.

                                        When i visited the showroom on 22-sep, i had to wait for 3 hours for your agent to attend me.in my line of business, we deal with our customers proffessionaly and efficiently. The response i recieved recently from eram motors is entirely different from my day of purchase.

                                        I request your immediate attention to resolve this issue and provide the necessary support.
