On march 31st 2017 i purchased a tuv 300. T8 and your dealer at jagdalpur, chattisgrah, m/s balaji motors provided an insurance policy of iffco tokio (It was the only option) because they never allowed me to purchse any other companies policy, saying that it is a cashless policy and one of best policy in india, but recently my vechicle met with an accident after the repair works the told me to pay the full bill amount and and they will refund the amount as and when they they receive it from the insurance copany, is this the meaning of cashless policy will you please let me know the maning of cashless policy so that imay correct my self

    Sir,
    I ram prasad meena purchased a mahindra supermo van from kalyan auto sales purani chungi, jaipur rajasthan on 22/07/2017. Mr. Mahaveer offer and promised us a discount of rs. 10000/- for school purpose purchased vehicle. He said us the discount cheque will be issued in your favour soon.
    I want to request to you that the full amount has been paid by bankers dd to the kalyan auto sales as per provided quotation / estimate.
    But our purchased vehicle is not registered from the concerned rto till know. And our original invoice, insurance is pending from above dealer. They not provided us the original copies such documents. They have promised us a discount amount of rs. 10000/- but the discount is not given us till know.

    I request to you please register our vehicle from concerned rto, because such amount has been paid to dealer.

    I am not satisfied from the services of kalyan auto sales jaipur. Mr. Mahveer was chiting with us.

        I harkirat singh purchased Mahindra NuvoSport from Shiva Auto Car Gzb on May2016.My Car Driven Upto Date 11, 600km.
        On 26 Oct 17, one of my car tyre bursted when i was driving my car in anand vihar area. Tyre side wall get 0.5"hole.I rushed to my car dealer and they said they have NO RESPONSIBILITY of tyres and they said we have to file complaint against TYRE Company.

        IF THEY HAVE NO RESONSIBILITY OF THAT POOR PRODUCT THEY ARE USING IN THEIR VEHICLE THEN WHY THEY ARE USING IT.

        SIMPLY PLAYING WITH LIVES OF OTHERS.

        WE HAVE NOT PURCHASED CAR FROM TYRE COMPANY!!

        I want my tyre to be REPLACED by MAHINDRA only.

        Even after my complaint to consumer forum, Mahindra company have not taken any pain in resolving this issue.

        After that day i.e 26th Oct, i am not driving my car since one of its tyre bursted and others may also burst.

        Even after 20 days nothing happened till now. It is not acceptable.

        I had driven scorpio for 8 years[protected]and got my every complaint solved when there is any. Very bad Experience This Time.

        PLEASE DONT COMPELL ME TO GO SOCIAL MEDIA I[censored] PEOPLE ARE NOT LISTENING TO THIS IMPORTANT MATTER.

        I JUST WANTED YOU TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY OF EVERY PRODUCT YOU PUT ON VEHICLE TO SELL.

          Dear sir,
          I have purchased the mahindra thar crde recently on the 25th september 2017 from industrial & farm equipment, g. S. Road, guwahati-781005
          I am facing three major issues with the vehicle right now-

          1. Water leaking inside the car-there is water entering the car from the hood at the front passenger side. I have attached photo references for the same. I had sent the vehicle to the local mahindra dealer but they are not able to resolve the problem.

          2. Gear box problem-there is problem in shifting to the reverse gear and also 2nd gear.

          3. Over heating-there is overheating near the clutch which makes it uncomfortable to drive as it heats the feet

          My humble request to resolve the above problems at earliest and kindly treat it as utmost important as i have bought the vehicle with great enthusiasm.

          Dear Sir,
          I regret to say that none of the problems mentioned in my earlier mail regarding my' Mahindra thar' has not been resolved yet.I even asked the Dibrugarh, Assam dealer to give in written that they are not able to solve the water leakage problem but they refused to do so and asked for a week's time to solve the issue.But since then it has been more then 2 weeks and nobody has contacted me from any dealer.So I would request Mahindra and Mahindra to take up this matter seriously since I have loads of other works then writing requests and complaints mail to you guys.
          Since your company is not able to solve my issue I have a suggestion from my side that you can take the vehicle back as it is brand new(purchased on 25th Sep 2017) and has not even done 1000 km running.You can deduct whatever you want from the total amount I have paid.This is the only solution I can think of right now and I will always regret my decision of buying a Mahindra Vehicle.

            2. Since my first servicing, i was complaining about door opening warning indicator not working properly in respect of one door (Tail gate). After my repeated request for rectification, the same problem still exits.
            3. As a good customer, its my humble request to kindly look into the matter as servicing centre says that they had done their best to repair but with a small span of time (Like after 4-5 days) the problem of door opening warning indicator not working properly occurs again and again.
            4. Request take necessary corrective action soon as my warranty is likely to be expired in dec 17, otherwise i may be forced to take legal action against the company.

              Sir i have a problm regarding your services by your agency in mohalli.

              Ihave a mahindra thar which i bought in last year, in past few days i met with an accident and my jeep had a problm in clutch plates and clutch bearing, i gave it to raj mahindra (Mohalli) to resolve a problem which is suitated in sec 73. Company person replace a clutch plates but they didnt replace a clutch bearing, now there is a noise in a gear by a clutch bearing so its request u to reslove my bearing problm, my jeep no is pb 30t 0013 my phone number is [protected]

                This is sudham kishore kumar, i purchased nuvosport car from hydernagar branch hyderabad on 7th of september till date i have not received my docket manual book insurance papers am still driving my vehicle on tr plate... Even i paid 40000 rs for accessories no information regarding that,, now executive stopped attending my calls its been two much no response at all at the branch.. To whom i should contact now... Before purchase 100 calls now the worst case is no one is responding... I have not seen at all these sort of services... U guys should learn the services from maruti, hyundai, toyota etc how they treat there customer atmost... My biggest mistake is to purchase mahindra vehicle life time mistake...

                I want my cash back i dont want to use this mahindra vehicle dont want issues further i dont want to get troubled with the in efficient staff

                  Dear sir
                  We have xuv 500 w6 which i bought from ananth cars one and half year back. Which nearly covered 15000kms and have done all the maintenance service through ananth cars bannerghatta road bangalore.

                  On my way back from kerala to bangalore, the clutch of my xuv failed.
                  Suddenly, the clutch pedal went all the way down and refused to bounce back.
                  I pulled it back with my foot, and it started to work again. Since it was night time and the whole family was tired (Especially my kids) and moreover, there was no error indication on
                  The dashboard, i continued the journey and somehow reached back bangalore. After that when i took the vehicle again on saturday 21 october 2017 the vehicle started showing problems on lower gears; on first gear, the vehicle was going reverse on uphill and i had to call the towing service and had to send to ananth cars for repair.
                  After a diagnosis, it was observed that the clutch, disc, flywheel, slave cylinder needed immediate change and caused a bill of rs 41, 338

                  And just to be clear i am a pretty decent driver with experience of driving various vehicles for more than 12+ years.
                  I am still wondering how a car more than 16+ lakh worth and had driven (More than 98%) mostly on high way
                  In the last one and half years and done all the regular service + special service which ananth car has done very recently prior to this incident as well;
                  Can damage the whole clutch system which is one of the main components of any vehicle within 15, 000 km.

                  I am not buying the theoretical reply of half clutch drive because 98% i drove the vehicle in bangalore - kerala high way, very rarely used for city traffic and moreover never faced such clutch issue for any of my vehicles.

                  I clearly believe this issue is a defective component issue. I really don’t know what you can do for me and my car now.

                    I have order xuv500 w10 back bumper on 10.08.2017 from iconic mahindra naharlagun. But every time the service manager told me that the order is place and it will take 10 to 20 days to recived. Till date no update. After many times of query, no responses. On 28.10.2017 they inform me that materials received but not yet conform as no internet or link failure. On 30.10.2017 they told me that the bumper is not recived. Now it's almost 2 month. Pls look in the matter for early as i am driving my vehicle with broken bumper and it not look nice. When people asked me about it i simply say that i place ordered but not yet recieved.

                      Hi, i am using kuv100 k8 diesel top end for the past 1 year. I was purchased this car by 2016 august. I was using 3 cars before that, i never these kindly of # car in my life. My total amount is loss. Hence i am not interested to continue this vehicle. From day one itself door noise, air cutting noise etc etc coming, my local dealers also resolved this issue. But they are also unable to give the permanent solution. Hence i have decided to sale this car. Ex-showroom price is 7.32 lakhs. But after a year, now i am unable to sell this.in a market they are asking 5.5 lakhs and below. Hence i need a solution for this, whether company has to return back my vehicle and give the amount orelse. Will suit the complaint against company. I am working with the hindu. My contact number is [protected]. Aravind k. No more complaints in local car showroom, they have given a wonderful service and given proper response. The poor quality of car is too much irritating. Whether company has to taken back my car and give the compensation of this or else it will viewed seriously.

                        I recently bought an xuv500 w6 at vehicle from india garage, palace cross road, bangalore.

                        With regard to my complaint - i had already contacted mahindra and mahindra customer support team (My reference number is [protected]); but this issue is not resolved till date.

                        My complaint:

                        Since, i had exchanged my old car for this new vehicle and as per guidelines i was eligible for a 50% ncb for the new car.

                        Initially the insurance component (Amount) was paid to india garage and later india garage refunded the amount saying that the insurance cheque should be paid directly to the insurance company. This happened after i took delivery of the new vehicle.

                        Once the insurance cheque was collected by mr. Hemant (India garage employee who was incharge of my vehicle), i later learnt that the idv value was reduced from rs. 14, 84, 000 to rs. 13, 90, 000 and the insurance type was also changed from bumper to bumper to comprehensive.

                        This is a sheer case of cheating. I demand that either the amount be refunded to me or i will be forced to take the help of the consumer forum for getting my money back.

                        Prior to contacting m&m support team, i had made numerous calls including emails to india garage but in vain as nobody ever bothered to reply / attend to my concerns.

                        All i want to say is that i had a terrible experience of buying a car through this dealer. There are crooks in this organisation who plan to make quick money through wrong means and are least bothered about the customer once the deal is done and the token amount received.

                        My case was not taken very seriously here and i feel this should be posted on other portals also just to ensure that no customer approach dealers like india garage for purchasing a vehicle as they do not value customers who have already bought a vehicle and no longer wish to maintain a cordial relation and resolve their pending issues.

                        I also feel, a customer should keep his options open and try other cars as even mahindra was not very prompt in taking action against this dealer and in short did not take ownership of this issue.

                        With regard to my initial complaint posted on 30Oct., 17, a representative from India Garage did contact me but the complaint wasn't handled the way it should have. In short, a very carefree approach was adopted by their representative Mr. Hemant.

                        More than this dealer India Garage, I am surprised at M&M as a company who failed to follow up with us / speak with us on this issue. Its been more than 3 months since I have been following up on this issue but in vain - this issue hasn't yet been resolved.

                        I feel 3 months is a good time for a company to resolve pending issues. Their tag line 'With you Hamesha' is no doubt is a pleasing one but it is misleading too at the same time.

                        All I want to say here is - I do not wish to pursue this issue any further since its only a waste of time and effort on my part. Nobody really cares once a vehicle is sold - Neither Mahindra nor its dealer. Also, this will be my last purchase of a Mahindra vehicle keeping in mind their carefree approach towards an existing customer. I will not shy away from saying that Maruti Suzuki as a company is far better in terms of communicating with its consumers because for them a consumer means everything, their problems and concerns are treated with utmost importance and care.

                        A request to the forum team - I feel each and every consumer should be educated about this issue before he plans to buy a Mahindra Vehicle.

                            Sir mera naam krishnapal singh s/o shyam singh kushwaha hai. Maine mahindra xylo model may 2016 mosaraam enterprises lakhimpur kheri se purchase ki thi. Mere paas phle se hi mahindra ki 3 gaadi hai. Mujhe 100000 km or 3 years ki warrenty service book pr di gyi thi. Meri xylo ka intercooler 45700 km pr automatic damage ho gya (Without any accident). Warrenty me hone ke baad bhi intercooler change nhi kiya gaya.

                              I ask the service sector to change the new mudflops of my xuv 500 w4. But they haven't replace it. Without my permission they have make a hole in car body and tightend the old mudflop itself with screw it looks soo ugky. Iam very much disappointed with that. Need to take a shiver action up on them.

                                नमस्ते महिंद्रा। मैं ओंकार भारजकर, अंबेजोगाई, जि. बीड से हूं। हमे बेहद खुशी है कि हम महिंद्रा के साथ जुड गये। 4 फरवरी 2017 को हमने महिंद्रा बोलेरो zlx. Model लिया है, और अब तक सिर्फ 20k/25k km हुआ है।
                                Indo mobile लातूर से हमने 3 Servicing कराये हैं और ईन 3 Servicing के दौरान हमने G.M से लेकर service manager से शिकायत की थी कि हमारी गाड़ी अच्छे से repair नहीं कर रहे हैं, पहली Servicing से लेकर आखरी Servicing तक जो problem बताये थे वह आज तक वैसे ही है।
                                उनको कुछ कहने जाते है तो वे temporary कुछ तो कर देते हैं, इस के पहले भी हमने complaint दर्ज की है. एक तो हमें faulty model दिया है, और काम भी नहीं कर रहैं, हम गाडी का use सिर्फ officially work के लिए करते हैं, ओर singal hand use हैं, इस गाड़ी के problem से हम पुरा परेशान हो गए हैं, अब लगता है कि consumer forum से शिकायत करे। एक तो हमें faulty model दे के हमें फसाया है। आप से निवेदन है कि आप हमें हमारी गाडी ठीक करा के दे।

                                  I am the registered owner of my scorpio hybrid car and its running only 9345 km its coolent get rust badly and damaged my engine totally but no any responce given by mahindra to me. Dealer sold out me a damaged car and now no body clear to me whats wrong with my car. I want replacement of my car due to heavy rust in engine block also photo attached. I am very strange how rust occurred in a mahindra largest sailing brand scorpio car with in 9345 km. How i trust in this brand now because heavy rust circulate in hole engine pipes and all parts as we know rust destroy all the things and once its start its never gone. I am highly dissatisfied with this kind of service and product. I also erase a point on my first service but no body bother.                                     Hi this is sanjeev i lives in usa we have bolero zlx 2013 vehicle in a small town in chittoor district of andhra pradesh my parents are using that vehicle in the month of may that vehicle met an accident some partial damaged happend in the front side of the vehicle so that we gave that vehicle in mahindra service center tirupathi chittoor district of andhra pradesh on may 20th it took 4 months for renovate my vehicle mostly all the front parts has been changed they charged 175000 of bill for that service after that they delivered the vehicle after few days my vehicle tyres has been displeasured so that i made it check up with mahindra service center bangalore mechanics told thet the previous service people they even didnt touch the front side suspenson bushkit and lower arms so that the tyres are displeasured again they charged 20000 rupees why these service centers do like this we trust sevicecenteres for the quality of work but if they do like this how can people will trust mahindra.

                                      Yesterday i gave my mahindra tuv fir servicing at mahindra salasar service centre thane. They don't promise when the car will be available. They always say we will call you. I called them yesterday evening they said there is still some work pending. The service advisor promised me he will call me in the morning today and give me the status. Then i asked then to drop the vehicle at my home today but afternoon i didn't get any call from them. My calls could not go through.in the evening i called and they say, i will call you in five minutes, but they never call back. Pathetic service.

                                        We went for servicing of our xuv 500 car on 25 oct 2017 repair order number r018a011930.

                                        Cost estimate informed to us by sms at 2:36 pm was rupees 2422.04 excluding taxes.

                                        At the time of delivery of car at vc motors, ruma, kanpur landline no[protected] at 4:54 pm we got another sms of our bill costing rupees 13933.72 plus taxes.

                                        Including taxes total bill amount was rupees 17, 208 rupees.

                                        On being asked about this huge difference in billing and estimated cost sent to us. Instead of giving answer to our queries vc motor, ruma, kanpur staff s. A. Mayank singh told us that he can make rs 0 bill or rs 50000 bill. It is in his power to decide how much and what bill is to be entered into system.

                                        As we were carrying cash amount of estimated bill cost sent to us by sms at 2:36 pm he humiliated us by saying to pay for the bill in cash instead of pos payment or get the car in worst delivery position.

                                        My father is a retired bank employee. His living is on his pension.
                                        Sa name mayank singh has not only hurt his pride and modesty but also showed how he can alter servicing cost bills.

                                        He may have being looting other clients for his personal benefits.

                                        We want apology letter and refund of the cost not told to us.
