I am very frustrated after buy mahindra car (Xylo), before buying good service and support, but after buying very pathetic service from mahindra sales person mr. Mehul in vapi.

Now, mehul saying that

You will get a penalty to do passing the car,

Hence its already delayed from mahindra sales team,

Now, i want to cancel this. I have not receive any message for passing fro rto and from mahindra.

    I have mahendra scorpio automatic and now a days i am facing a lot of problem to service my car due to lack of mahindra service centers in mumbai. I live in navi mumbai, panvel. Here in panvel there was a service center before but recently it has been closed and due to which many people like me who owns mahindra cars are facing a big problem to service their car. Please kindly help us providing services otherwise buying a mahindra car won't be any use.

      Sir, i buy a suv car mahindra xuv 500 model - w6 2017 model with car dealer hav motors pvt ltd patna but dealer delivered a previous year model (Xuv 500 w6 jan 2016) due to this specification and features of this car is vary from new 2017 model w6. Dealer also take payment from me according to new model 2017 xuv 500 w6. And also give me wrong invoice for misguide me where they written manufacturing year april -2017 that was actually january 2016. So plz take necessary action againt it and replace my car to new model of2017 xuv 500 w6. All bill and photo of actuall manufacturing are submitted below also call to owner of dealer but they not respond me and suufering from 1 week daily dealers manager says today evening solve your problem but they not solve from biil date.17 septem 2017. Also i logged a complain regarding this matter on mahindra custome relatin assistant my complain no - [protected].

        I have purchased new car tuv 300 on jan 2017. It has not even completed 10 month.

        This was very disappointing that today
        (21/09/17) car automatically stopped picking race, which shows poor quality parts has been used, due to which it's happening.

        It's take me lots of problem during travelling.

        I have parked in you thane showroom.

          Please note that we cma cgm agencies have 2 scorpios mh46 al 4030 and mh46 al 2173 and were doing servicing of these scorpios at global gallerie panvel before which was doing a good job.
          However after closure of global gallerie, we shifted our vehicles to g3 motors nerul, and have lots of issues:
          Mh46 al 4030: issue is with abs sensor failure and spares are never available and vehicle is delayed delivery to huge extent. Atlest 2 days than estimation.

          Mh46 al 2173: the vehicle had been for servicing of 1lkh kms and estimation given was 27000/- while the bill raised was 44570 /- which is double. The vehicle was delivered after 5 days whereas the work started after 3 days.
          We need a better option for servicing the vehicles in navimumbai as i have a very bad experience about g3 even before whenwe had xylo.

              I reached mahindra service center at 9am today, my turn is 13th number, they tell us to wait for 2 hours atleast, we agreed and till then we got to change tyre, then we return back to service center after 2 hour and saw 16th, 17th turn vehicle is under servicing. Then we talk to the service guys, they said again we have to wait for the turn.

              We didn't expect such harresmrnt from the renowned company.

                This is regarding a mahindra bolero that we purchased.

                We are very disappointed with the vehicle right from the beginning to say the least.

                It is nearing three year that the vehicle was purchased, and it has done only around 40, 000 kms so far. This should give you an idea that it is not used commercially. I have other cars as well, we bought the bolero so we could go with the full family for picnic etc. And is primarily used within the city of indore, so frankly there is no rough use as well. The vehicle is not driven by a driver, i drive the vehicle myself, and this is used more like a car, where i am the sole user.

                At around less than 20, 000 kms the ball joint on the front wheel came part and the vehicle came on its knees. Kindly check the vehicle history. Luckily i was in the city and at a turn and the vehicle was moving at less than 5 kms/hour. I guess such issues that put people's life at risk especially with new vehicles is will not be acceptable to any one.

                If you look at the number of times i had to visit for repairs and services i believe it is unjustified, and in many cases the service centers do not open a job card on subsequent visits when a problem persists.

                The current issue is that the engine indicator shows indicator there is an engine issue and many times the engine just stops unceremoniously.

                I have visited the service station many times with this issue the past month, and the problem still persists. Every time they do some repairs, change some parts (Not sure if it really relates to the problem in questions), and i am billed for it.

                This is becoming very frustrating, and we feel sad about it. I am regretting purchasing the mahindra bolero now. Now they tell me that they will need to change the full wiring and it will cost me 14, 000/- +. If at less than 40, 000 kms one needs to change full wiring, then there is something seriously amiss. (And i have told the service guys, i am not spending any more money for this issue that was attended so many times, it is really frustrating.)

                Can something be done to sort out this issue and restore our confidence, so we can continue using this. I loved the vehicle, but now i am losing confidence every single day.

                Can i look forward to get some help from your end please to help sort out this issue.

                  This complaint is regarding the india garage service center at laggere bangalore.
                  I had given my xuv 500 for servicing on 1st week of september 2017, when returned after servicing the average mileage was showing 9 km/ltr, (Before servicing the average mileage was showing 12 km/ltr), when i called and checked with the service engineer mr. Chetan, he asked me to reset it and check, after doing this for a couple of days still the reading was same so mr. Chetan told that the vehicle would be picked up and checked for which i told him that i will come and deliver the vehicle, but chetan told not to worry and his driver will pick up the vehicle and there will be no charges and asked me to carry on with my duties, later on the day the vehicle was returned and the mileage was displaying as 11 km/ltr, but for my surprise the ac was not working (No cooling), then i called chetan immediately and enquired for which chetan told that the problem was existing before he received the vehicle which made me go mad, next day i took the vehicle to the service center and asked him, but he was not ready to accept my complaint i had to leave the vehicle in the service center for 4 days even after that the management was not ready to accept the complaint but charged me 20000 rs, without any choice i had to pay and get the vehicle back.
                  I just want to know
                  1. While i had given the vehicle for service just a week back there was blower issue in the ac which they rectified.
                  2. When i complained for mileage issue the vehicle was handed over to me with the ac no cooling issue.
                  3. I told chetan that i will leave the vehicle to the service center, but he insisted me to continue my work and sent his driver to pick up the car.
                  4. There is no one to listen to the customer's voice, the customer has to just listen whatever the service engineers say. Why is this?
                  Why is the customer take for a task every time there is a mistake by the service center staff.
                  If anybody reading my complaint please let me know how to take up this issue with consumer court or to the higher level.

                    I have submitted my vehicle br05s-80125 in rc enterprises, bypass bariyarpur motihari, east champaran, bihar-845401, for servicing on 16 sept. 2017, 19 sept. 2017 and 20 sept. 2017. But from last 2 to 3 months every time there are some problems and they used to change parts again and again. But the problem is still their. I am not getting the better service due to their irresponsible activities towards the customer. So, i am requesting to you to please make me sure about the services and solve my problem as soon as possible...

                      I have submitted my car up14cb9797 on 12/09/17 in shiva mahindra sahibabad. Their was a issue of breaks and normal service has to be done. But from last 5, 6 days they are telling that part is not available we have ordered it. It will come by monday and we will return your car by monday only. Now today i have called them they tell that wrong part was comed we have ordered part again. I request you to solve my problem as soon as possible.

                          Greetings for the day,

                          My purpose of writing this mail to you is a high resentment towards the cheating done by your mahindra dealership named harbir automobile pvt ltd in chandigarh ut.

                          Actually they are spoiling the name of an indian brand by using unethical practices and by cheating customers and making false commitments on behalf of mahindra which they cannot complete.

                          The issue is as under.

                          1. I went to harbir automobiles chandigarh on[protected] to test drive mahindra xuv 500 w6 and on my satisfaction over the vehicle and as directed by the salesperson i immediately booked the vehicle by paying rs 5000 as gst price hike was expected.
                          2. I met the sales manager mr amardeep sharma and told him clearly that i want to buy the vehicle before gst price hike to which he agreed and told me that currently the vehicle is in transit and if i pay them some money they will bill the vehicle on my name and then i can take the delivery of the vehicle on[protected]
                          3. Going by the commitment of mr amardeep sharma i took a bank loan of rs 700000 and transferred the same to harbir automobiles on[protected] and asked mr amardeep sharma to bill the vehicle as committed.
                          4. On[protected] mr amardeep sharma and sales executive mr abhay pandey confirmed me that my vehicle has been billed at pre gst price and i can take the delivery of the vehicle on desired date. Going by this i got a feedback call from mahindra wherein i rated them 10 in the rating scale.
                          5. Since[protected] i continuously followed up mr amardeep sharma and mr abhay pandey to provide me the copy of the bill which they said have been generated, they commited to drop the same at my office on[protected] but nobody turned up.
                          6. On[protected] i again called both of them many times but they did not answered my call and showed a high level o[censored]nprofessionalism saying we are in a meeting and will call you back once we get free.
                          7. On[protected] again nobody responded to my calls so i went to the showroom of harbir automobiles pvt ltd in industrial area chandigarh. Where i was shocked to know that no vehicle has been billed on my name and they were making a fool of me. And now i have to buy the vehicle on the revised price which is up by another 50000 rs which shateered me and i complained about this, mr amardeep sharma started similing and directed me to meet the gm sales mr parveen singh where i told him the entire story.
                          8. Rather than providing me a resolution mr amardeep sharma and mr parveen singh asked me to take refund of my money.
                          9. Till date i have not received my booking amount back and this is my 6th visit to this dealer.
                          10. This vehicle was already out of my budget but based on the trust and brand name i made my mind buy this vehicle.


                          I belong to a salaried class and buying such a luxury vehicle was a lifetime moment for me and my family which was totally ruined by these people. It carries too much sentimental value while buying a car from your hard earned money which your people at harbir automobiles does not even care off. As per this experience i have lost my faith in mahindra too. How can a big brand like mahindra have such a sub standard dealer. Now in vain i have given an application to the dealer to refund my money the same is attached herewith. Now if in case i plan to buy the same vehicle will shred my pocket by another rs 52000.

                          I am writing this mail to you as a last point seeking resolution so that the trust remains with the brand and i can think of buying a mahindra vehicle.

                            Global galleries - outlets at thane, mir road, vasai, panvel were responsible for servicing, and maintenace. All the outlets closed in span of three months.
                            My car broke down, towed to mahindra dealership at nerul. Its been 10 days car is still in waiting, did not make it floor.
                            Please do not buy mahindra.. Service is not exisiting... At least in thane, and suburbs.

                              After two year in accident car was damage so in insurence case mahindra and mahindra repair this and i paid 20000 rupees and full insurence cash lass. And after repair many major defects found in car like finishing not good, door problem in rain water goes inside.

                                My car (Up 14 cw 5343) comes to your work shop for repair. When i come to take my car, i found my music system's (Jvc model no. Kd-x120) mouth was not in the car. I asked mr. Salman (Work shop manager) where is my system he said i will look in workshop if it will not found i will arrange, next day he said it is not in the workshop i will arrange to you so i gave him the model number but from last 15 days he is saying i will arrange in 3, 4, days but can't deliver & final they said on 30th june i will give you the system or give the amount of the system but still he didn't deliver and asking for more time. After that he arranged a old model of jvc which is not available in the market or even on jvc website. He said your music system is old we also provide you old music system. This is not justified at all. We have all proof & provide when it needs.

                                  Respected sir, this is to inform you that, i'm a customer of mainstay for last two years.. I have bought a bolero zxl two years back bearing no. Hp34b 7992. I have paid a check for extension of warranty of my jeep two months back. I was given a receipt and assured that warranty will be extended soon. Today i tried to check the warranty and found it is not extended. On asking your honble manager, firstly he refused to listen my complaint and then he told it is under process. I would like to know from you that how long it takes and in the age of internet and online world is it not pathetic to wait for two months for just getting warranty extended online. I have suspicion that your honble manger is fooling customer of mahindra and commuting forgery. Please look into the matter and take strong initiatives to avoid the mismanagemet. Thanks.                                     We had given our vehicle Bolero Pik Up FB PS 1.25 T BSIV MH-14-FT-1737, Vehicle Serial Number G1L85939 on[protected] to Silver Jubilee Motors Ltd Bhosari Pune for steering wheel being pull one side. The vehicle was kept at SJM for 07 days without the complaint being resolved. Attached please find the report of SJM. The service given by SJM Bhosari Pune is pathetic. It seem that they just passing the time so that we loose our warranty period. Its a new vehicle purchased on 29 December 2016 by Omkar Engineering works Pvt Ltd Talegaon Pune. [protected]@oewpl.com.                                     The vehicle was again sent to Silver Jubilee Motors Ltd on[protected] on request of Mahindra & Mahindra. However, the vehicle instead of improving, has gone bad. I don't know what type of checking and repair work is going on in Silver Jubilee Motors.

                                      मेने एक गाड़ी महिंद्रा tub 300 महालक्ष्मी मोटर मुरादाबाद से खरीदी और जब से ये गाड़ी खरीदी है तब से गाड़ी में बहुत प्रोव्लम आई है सर्विस सेण्टर से भी मुझे बहुत प्रोव्लम आई है इस बार गाड़ी के इंजन का आयल कुलेंटबॉक्स में आ गया मेने शिकायत की तो मुझे समझा दिया गया की हम इसको ठीक कर देंगे छोटी सी प्रोव्लम है कम्पनी वारंटी में हो जाएगी और 20 दिन बाद मुझे २२००० का बिल दे दिया जबकि गाड़ी अभी वारंटी में है और साथ में बोल रहे है की अभी पार्किंग शुल्क अलग से देना होगा /
                                      इसलिए आपसे अनुरोध है की मेरी समस्या का निदान किया जाये और भविष्य में महिंद्रा & महिंद्रा पर जो मेरा विस्वास है वो सदा बना रहे

                                        I have mahindra jeeto and dealer is unable to give proper service to custome. Since i had buy a jeeto vehicle is making noise from front side still they have not solved the problem and now they have given me appointment after 10 days and they are still saying that they have other vehicles for servicing. This what service? I am very disappointed by the company like mahindra. You need to improve your service...
