I bought a mahindra vehicle (Xuv500) about 6 years ago from india garage dealer in bangalore. But, my phone number and vehicle details have been furnished to all the new and old dealers in bangalore. So, overtime my vehicle is due for service, i get so many pesky calls from everyone for getting my vehicle service. They do not even stop if i ask them to remove my number from their database. What do i do? Change my phone number???

My personal information has been distributed without my approval for this.

This is extremely disturbing as to how confidential information is managed in mahindra : (

Please take corrective action if possible.

    Dear sir,

    With a great exceptions and hope i have purchased your above brand vehicle, the details are as bellow
    1. I have paid full amount of the vehicle on 01/09/2017
    2. I got the possession of the vehicle but there was some technical problem for passing it with rto aurangabad (M. S.) and finally i got the number on 29/09/2017
    3. My vehicle passing no is mh/20/es/3316
    4, engine no is upehf 000532
    5. Frame no is mcdkgibi4h2f00062
    Now my problem is
    1. The petrol indicator of the vehicle is not working right from beginig
    2. The petrol knob is not working properly i have to put it on reserve position all the time, therefor it is not possible to check the average the vehicle, till date i have fill up the petrol about 5 liter and the running indicator is showing 177 k. M.
    I took the vehicle to your purchaser and dealer m/s shree gurukrupa auto world, ulkanagari aurangabad (M. S.) 431005 ph no[protected] cell [protected]

        But sorry to say till date r c not provided. Traffic police demand r c. Banker also asked for the same number of times.
        Asked number of times to mr. Dinesh manager of 3g motors but found no result.
        Pls provide immediately.

          worst service center

          I got mahindra xuv in the month of may. I gave it for servicing at mahindra service centre, sahyadri motors, wakad pune.

          There was a only 1 problem about noise in the steering and
          After servicing the noise remained as it and in addition to that the vehicle was uncleaned from inside.
          The window cover from rhs was bend and kept ended and thrown on back seat.
          Also back seats were having oil spots.

          Hi, please let me know what exactly is the problem with my mahindra tuv3oo vehicle no. Ts09 ek 2709 (Recently 20000km service done within time).

          So far my vehicle was recalled more than three times with unknown issues. Recently i faced many problems with simple clamp issue (Ie coolant tank to radiator pipe), its very silly to say.

          On 28th oct 2017, 5.30pm, i was on my to tanuku from hyderabad with my family and suddenly my vehicle had a breakdown at suryapet toll plaza and contacted customer care then they referred khammam service point which was very far my location. Finally with some local mechanic support i reached my destnation at 2 am. I enquired at three different local mahindra service centres/mechanics regarding this problem.

          Then they told me that this part (Clamp) is recalled by the company itself so its only available at your service point, hyderabad only. And they temporarily adjusted coolant pipe clamp. After that the same issue has happened on 3rd nov 2017 while we were returnung from tanuku to hyderabad. And same problem repeated ie coolant water leakage and then we reached your first choice service center, suryapet they also said no part (Clamp) is available and they have tightened the clamp temporarily and we reached hyderabad slowly with managing coolant for every 10 km. On 5th of oct i have given vehicle for servicing near our vvc service center, hitech city, hyderabad. As usually they have temporarily adjusted the same clamp and gave back the vehivle without even replacing clamp or pipe. (Eventhough the particualr part is recalled by the company itself).

          And again yesterday ie 15th nov 2017, 8.30 am we were going to srisailam with family, on orr - srisailam rd junction. The same issue has happened again. The clamp got loose and the pipe broke up and the vehcile has stopped in middle. We again called mahendra customer care and vvc motors service, and they have taken the vehicle for checking again to vvc service, hitech city, hyderabad. We had to go to our destination by taxi.

          Finally i wanted to know one thing. Is this a service fault or a company manufacturing defect??

          If its a manufacturing defect then i dont want this vehcile any more.

          If its a service problem then what is the action would you like me to take?

          Can you certify me that there will be no more issues with this vehicle?? Or i would like to take a serious action against the service centre and the company. Can't tolerate this anymore. Need an immediate action on this.
          Present my vehicle is at vvc service centre.

            I have taken a service at natraj automobile lalitpur. At the time of service they changed my new battery with someone's old battery. At that time on my complaint he gave me claim form and warranty card for new battery.
            Many times i have made complaint on mahindra and mahindra but they denied to change saying warranty period for battery is over, however this change in battery was done when battery was under warranty period and should be changed. Do the needful otherwise i will take some legal action against you.

                We bought a mahindra supro mini truck from indraprasth automobiles whose right suspension damaged and stearing stop working on the mid way just after a month and the vehicle met with an accident on 7/10. Nobody came to assist us even after complaint and we had to hire our own crane. And even after 7 days the work of vehicle didn't start.

                  My mahindra logan key was broken 12km ahead from faizabad. I contacted to mahindra road assistance they provided me number of manager of amit motors faizabad but there was no response from there side. They didnt provided any help instead they were not picking my calls. Such a careless nature from there side to your coustomer is not acceptable.
                  Sir please take strict action towards there this behaviour and provide me with appropriate answer.

I am visit the service by today 1pm i am request to them pls complt the service and give the delivery today end of the day but they sed it is not possible today why ur not take appointment they are ask like that. BR-21 G 1528, में कल्च प्लेट में खराबी होने के कारण दिनांक 11.04.2017 को अकाश इंजिनियर मोरा तालब बिहार शरीफ नालंदा में गया, जहाँ R.O 18A 000110 दिनांक 18.04.2017 के तहत मेरी गाड़ी को ठीक करने के दौरान रेडीयेटर के जॉइंट पाइप मिस्त्री के गलती से टूट गया और बिना बताये वह मिस्त्री फेबीक्विक से चिपक दिया और गाड़ी को मुझे हैण्डओवर किया दिया गया, जिसके कारण से कुलेंट सारा गिर गया और इंजन सीज हो गया, और पुनः मैंने गाड़ी को सर्विंग सेण्टर अकाश इंजिनियर मोरा तालब बिहार शरीफ नालंदा ले गया, जहाँ उन्होंने तात्कालिक गाड़ी के इंजन को बांधकर मुझे 10 दिन के बाद मुझे गाड़ी हैण्डओवर किया दिया गया, लेकिन अभी भी इंजन में आवाज आ रही है, और सही कंडीशन से गाड़ी नहीं चल रही है|

                        Last 15 days I was went my car to G3 motors at shiravane but not good response from their staff.
                        I have there for servicing of third free servicing but no sufficient place & they told us due to closure of Global we have facing lot of problem.Without servicing I have returned from there.
                        So pl.suggest how we service our vehicles.

                          This is dinesh from tamilnadu erode district i am having bmt plus which i had purchased last year september and i had gone only with 1st free online service @4, 800kms on this march month of this year, suddenly ex-later pedal had gone down on[protected] after that i had opened bonet to look in to this issue and found radiator coolent had got leaked in more level i had get shoked and took the vehicle to cai mahendra service center erode on[protected] they had serviced both speed grovner and radiator coolent leak and charged me for that repairs rs470
                          After their service also speed grovner has not works properly,
                          I am not satisfied in this charged replacement why this major issue had happened @ such a low kms runned is it have life expiry? How can i trust a vehicle in driving with out any fear it is possible to have any more major repairs at any time (Particularly in middle of the periodic services) it is easy for service centers to check, replace and charge for any repairs happened yes right they don't bother about any things happens to the customers
                          I am trusting on the brand mahendra

                              I have a 2013 manufactured xuv and plan to give the car for tge required 4 paid service and had asked for a quote from maktar automobiles goa and was estimated a cost of 13+k just for oil change and front break pad replacement. Which is quite a lot i hope that you look into this matter as my 3 service also costed around 12k (Without break pad replacement and no major parts were changed). Thank you.

                                I am anil choudhary owner of mahindra scorpio (Dl 10 ct 1321) fed up with authorized delhi workshop i. E. Indraprastha automobiles pvt ltd. I went there for diagnosing engine but they are asking for 4500 rs for diagnosing engine and i have all the proofs i. E job card letter and recording of mahindra advisor and manager of the workshop and after that they are negotiating with me and come to a level 962.5 rs. This type of customer service they are providing.
                                I want to know about is this a transaparency mahindra are giving to there customer by providing authorization to this type of workshops.
                                Justify this.

                                Hi my brand new xuv 500 2017 august model has a sensor issue. when ignition is started rpm will rise and fall beep sound is present, light indication of engine, balloon and error message in Speedo meter repeats. My sensor problem could not get solved in mysore as well in Bangalore service center pls revert back with what next i can do.

                                  I am using 7 of mahindra utility vehicles for my business and i am interested to buy another one vehicle and all the vehicle purchased by me is from your dealer simla auto mobiles as i am uninterested to buy vehicle from your local dealer sant auto zone due to some issues faced during services in past few years. I am satisfied with the vehicle we bought from mahindra and the second option except mahindra never comes to our mind but if the simla automobiles refused to give vehicle to us we would may go for tata yodha.                                     I had given my bolero truck for service @ authorized mahindra hinkal service center in mysore, in which such a horrible experience that adviser and managers have no response towards customers that they have not done any of the work on my car neither washed and vacuumed of my car and such a irresponsible adviser he knows nothing technically & wasted my 2 days time to carry out 1st free service & adviser had misplaced my vehicle service booklet.
                                    Resolution :
                                    1. Req to return my truck service booklet
                                    2. Washing and cleaning
                                    3. Requested job not done.
                                    Kindly resolve the issue at the earliest.

                                      I am the owner of xuv500at since may 2017. The vehicle is very good but have 2 very serious issues

                                      1. The driver or the co - driver seat is not comfortable. It does not support the thy - portion, i mean to say the base of the seat has to have little longer length to ensure that the thies are supported well while driving. So let me know on priority, whether you can change the seat or do some modification to it. As this may lead to back ache and various other issues, even after purchasing such an expensive vehicle.
                                      2. There is a huge lag when the vehicle supposed to suddenly pick-up after slowing down.

                                      It is my sincere request to the mahindra design team to look into the above mentioned issues and provide me a viable solution on priority
