नमस्ते महिंद्रा। मैं ओंकार भारजकर, अंबेजोगाई, जि. बीड से हूं। हमे बेहद खुशी है कि हम महिंद्रा के साथ जुड गये। 4 फरवरी 2017 को हमने महिंद्रा बोलेरो zlx. Model लिया है, और अब तक सिर्फ 20k/25k km हुआ है।
Indo mobile लातूर से हमने 3 Servicing कराये हैं और ईन 3 Servicing के दौरान हमने G.M से लेकर service manager से शिकायत की थी कि हमारी गाड़ी अच्छे से repair नहीं कर रहे हैं, पहली Servicing से लेकर आखरी Servicing तक जो problem बताये थे वह आज तक वैसे ही है।
उनको कुछ कहने जाते है तो वे temporary कुछ तो कर देते हैं, इस के पहले भी हमने complaint दर्ज की है. एक तो हमें faulty model दिया है, और काम भी नहीं कर रहैं, हम गाडी का use सिर्फ officially work के लिए करते हैं, ओर singal hand use हैं, इस गाड़ी के problem से हम पुरा परेशान हो गए हैं, अब लगता है कि consumer forum से शिकायत करे। एक तो हमें faulty model दे के हमें फसाया है। आप से निवेदन है कि आप हमें हमारी गाडी ठीक करा के दे।

    I am the registered owner of my scorpio hybrid car and its running only 9345 km its coolent get rust badly and damaged my engine totally but no any responce given by mahindra to me. Dealer sold out me a damaged car and now no body clear to me whats wrong with my car. I want replacement of my car due to heavy rust in engine block also photo attached. I am very strange how rust occurred in a mahindra largest sailing brand scorpio car with in 9345 km. How i trust in this brand now because heavy rust circulate in hole engine pipes and all parts as we know rust destroy all the things and once its start its never gone. I am highly dissatisfied with this kind of service and product. I also erase a point on my first service but no body bother.       Hi this is sanjeev i lives in usa we have bolero zlx 2013 vehicle in a small town in chittoor district of andhra pradesh my parents are using that vehicle in the month of may that vehicle met an accident some partial damaged happend in the front side of the vehicle so that we gave that vehicle in mahindra service center tirupathi chittoor district of andhra pradesh on may 20th it took 4 months for renovate my vehicle mostly all the front parts has been changed they charged 175000 of bill for that service after that they delivered the vehicle after few days my vehicle tyres has been displeasured so that i made it check up with mahindra service center bangalore mechanics told thet the previous service people they even didnt touch the front side suspenson bushkit and lower arms so that the tyres are displeasured again they charged 20000 rupees why these service centers do like this we trust sevicecenteres for the quality of work but if they do like this how can people will trust mahindra.

        Yesterday i gave my mahindra tuv fir servicing at mahindra salasar service centre thane. They don't promise when the car will be available. They always say we will call you. I called them yesterday evening they said there is still some work pending. The service advisor promised me he will call me in the morning today and give me the status. Then i asked then to drop the vehicle at my home today but afternoon i didn't get any call from them. My calls could not go through.in the evening i called and they say, i will call you in five minutes, but they never call back. Pathetic service.

          Sir,
          We went for servicing of our xuv 500 car on 25 oct 2017 repair order number r018a011930.

          Cost estimate informed to us by sms at 2:36 pm was rupees 2422.04 excluding taxes.

          At the time of delivery of car at vc motors, ruma, kanpur landline no[protected] at 4:54 pm we got another sms of our bill costing rupees 13933.72 plus taxes.

          Including taxes total bill amount was rupees 17, 208 rupees.

          On being asked about this huge difference in billing and estimated cost sent to us. Instead of giving answer to our queries vc motor, ruma, kanpur staff s. A. Mayank singh told us that he can make rs 0 bill or rs 50000 bill. It is in his power to decide how much and what bill is to be entered into system.

          As we were carrying cash amount of estimated bill cost sent to us by sms at 2:36 pm he humiliated us by saying to pay for the bill in cash instead of pos payment or get the car in worst delivery position.

          My father is a retired bank employee. His living is on his pension.
          Sa name mayank singh has not only hurt his pride and modesty but also showed how he can alter servicing cost bills.

          He may have being looting other clients for his personal benefits.

          We want apology letter and refund of the cost not told to us.

            I am customer of mahindra & mahindra and i have vehicle mahindra scorpio s2 model and i am facing mileage issue from the day i purchased the vehicle company claim mileage of 16.1 kmpl but i am getting mileage of 11 kmpl i had purchased vehicle from bhagwati india motorizer pvt ltd shahdol madhya pradesh. I had complaint many times regarding this issue but the dealer doesn't replied any satisfactory answer they are not taking the issue in proper way i am suffering from this issue since last two years but dealer is not doing any thing

              We bought our vehicle (Kuv100) having registration no. Cg 13 w 4285 in january 2017. Since then we are the most troubled customer of mahindra.
              There are so many problems like defective music system, very low mileage (Much less than promised), etc, due to which we are a regular visitor of the service centre, i. E., auto centre, raigarh { c. G.}. We request immediate action to rectify the defects of the vehicle or replace it.

                I had left my xuv for body wash and to remove small scratch from lh rear panel it was done but charged more rs.5300 and body wash i am not satisfied very bad and they have damaged my seat beads which i had put on driver seat.
                Anant cars, bannerghatta branch, bangalore one of the worst service.
                This is first bad experience and i will not promote this branch for service

                  I am having baritone car no. Gj12 bf 6765. Residence of bhuj gujarat. I regularly do service and maintenance of my car from mahindra workshop only.. And as per specification i regularly changes spare parts as per guide of mechanical advisor.. According to advise of technical advisor of your co i have changed the time belt and after changing of time belt just running about 37000 km the time belt has been broken on running car and i have been survived myself any how.. I have deposit the car to service center bhuj they said that the belt doesn’t have any warranty or guarantee.. I am not able to understand that the when the belt changing schedule is after 80000 km than how the belt can be brocken and what is my fault... This is not right way to deal with coustomer. I am not going to pay for this kind of enefficent service the breaking down of belt is not my problem it’s manufacture problem. And for such poor quality material i can take any risk
                  Of my life and can’t pay more.. You can check my vehicle records from your workshop it’s all there.. I am apealinh that please do needful for my car repair by company... If i want get justice i have to take support from consumer right forum... It is matter of my life as well as financial loss...

                      I have given my mahindra bolero for servicing on dated 26/10/2017 to jitendra motors pvt ltd, nashik. We prefer authorized service station for beater service. On 26/10/2017 after servicing brake oil was lick and diesel pipe was broken. This is totally irresponsibility of service station. Due to this their may be accident or any unwanted incidence. If any accident or any unwanted incidence who will be responsible for it??

                      As an mla i have to travel various places. Therefore i prefer authorized service station for small work also. If i am not able to revived good service in authorized service station what should i do?

                      It is very unfortunate that mahindra and mahindra can not give service to vip customer in his own city.

                      Hope you will take this complaint seriously and take required action.

                        I bought a xuv 500 w6 model in the year 2014 april. Ever since i bought the vehicle i have been experiencing severe performance issue. One day the clutch broke in the middle of the road. One day the vehicle won't start problem with armature motor. Another day the vehicle did not start since there was problem with selonoid switch. Another problem vehicle did not start since self start motor gone for a toss. The headlight have gone for toss as well. Now the infotainment system is gone for a toss. All this in less than 21000 km. There servicing cost are also incredibly high. I have spent 14 lakh rupees on this vehicle yet no satisfaction and feel cheated. I want justice to be served for my vehicle and me.

                          I'm from kerala. I purchased brand new bolero power+ in august last week. From that time lm getting pathetic services from the dealer (Eram motors). We getting a major sound from the left front. I already place my car in service division for almost 15 days. Still the noise is there. Now the we are getting threattens from the dealer. Is this the customer service from mahindra!!!

But since last three month there is a problem in vehicle silencer system and dealer has told me that since vehicle is under warranty, they will replace the parts free of charge.                             Regards have to know that I went with my family from Kanpur to Delhi on 28/04/2018 with my Mahindra KUV-K6 vehicle number U.P. 78 EF- 5566 and returning on 29/04/018 at night about 8.00PM my car Suddenly shut down at Tundla toll tax and did not even start after a lot of effort. Whose information I asked for help on Mahindra KVU toll free number and mobile number [protected] and your service toll free numbers, sometimes called for help, but till 2.30PM no one has helped me Nor did I try to tell how long I could get help. It appears that your company does not offer any service to the customer after car sales. It is an embarrassing thing that strict action must be taken against those who are guilty of embezzlement, appropriate action should be taken against them. Information of the said proceedings should be conveyed.

                              Very pathetic service centre and the mahindra quality. We purchased mahindra tuv 300 a year before it’s new vehicle.in one year it’s fan belt is cut off and stuck in half the way when traveling between chennai and cuddalore.
                              Schakralaya services pondicherry opposite to mahatma medical college called and asking for 1500 for 3 kms towing also they take so much time to address the issue.

                              Mahindra seriously very bad quality, i never expected this. It is utter waste to go for made in india products like this unless we improve the quality

                              They have changed the belt at free of cost . Still Mahindra please take the necessary things to give the quality product
                              I had serviced my mahindra scorpio at koncept mahindra okhla new delhi a week ago and now i am on tour. My ac gets breakdown again and again and engine is releasing fumes. Am on journey and its risk of driving a dangerous car. Koncept mahindra is also not recieving calls from me and mahindra and mahindra company is also not responding greatly.

                                I owned the scropio 6+ 9/04/16... And from last tow months the sone kind sound is coming... And that today in the morning the steering also got stiff... 1 or 2 month before i went g3 moters in nerul... Bt said sir right now we don't the labour to work on ur car... They said me to bring the back when don't need the car... I said okay.
                                I called them 2-3 times that i have time can i bring the car bt said me sir here we to much of load sir sir please hold i said okay.. Bt today in the morning when i tried to go out with my family the steering was not working properly. I took leave and went to g3 services center.. They told me that sir the problem is major we can't work on it.. So sir u have to leave ur here in service center.. He told me that sir person from mahindra the worker will come here to u check car... Also he told me that this problem is from manufacturing factory so can't do anything in this...
                                Bt i can't go anywhere without my car...

                                  Sir, i am having logan (Reg no. - rj14 ce 7110), & was getting it serviced regularly at auto world, jaipur. Last service was done in june'16 & paid rs. 44, 000/- for the same after 15 days at your service center, & was told that now everything is ok. But on 09/07/16, it again broke down, & when contacted, i was given an estimate of rs. 2.5 lacs, with the statement that there is crack in the engine. I was shocked to hear this, as there is not even a single accident till date, then how it got cracked. The service center didn't do anything for 3 months. Lastly, i picked up my vehicle after 3 months, the value of which is said to be zero, with no fault of mine. It's all their fault. So, i request you to please resolve the issue, or i will be forced to move to court of law for justice.

                                        We purchased the above in 2015, brand new from the company. Since then the vehicle is having very unsatisfactory performance. We get the vehicle serviced with company service center as per schedule and service record is available. The vehicle is having ghost acceleration problem and now it is not accelerating at all. Our work is quite light. We have complained to the company several times. We have spent lots of money and time in getting it repaired, from mahindra service centers. This is affecting our delivery performance with customers. We have to now decide whether to dispose off the vehicle or to send for final repair.
