I own a rexton bearing registration number mp 04 cl 0533. I bought the car in 2013 from ci motors. Last year on the advise of the ci motor staff, i took extended mahindra warranty for the vehicle. I was told that this will cover cost/replacement of various vital parts of the car.
The car developed problem in power steering pump, and it needs to be replaced. Now the gm (Service) of ci motors says, that this part is not covered. I insisted to show me any paper that bars this part to be replaced under extended warranty, nothing was shown.
However i was told that, ci motors will submit the case to mm. They will also raise me bill with zero charge for the part but they will release the car only when i deposit rs. 12000 with them as advance payment (Or deposit), in case mm refuse credit to ci motors.in case the submission is approved, this amount will be still deposited with ci motors and shall be adjusted against my next visit.
This is the quality of service mm is providing? This is level of professionalism your staff is demonstrating. A general manager does not know if their submission will be accepted or rejected??
And on top of all this, i am made to understand that i am mahindra's "high end customer'.

    I have being forward complaint from my e-mail many time and made conversation to your toll free nos. And other services centers.
    I am not satisfied with the amt vehicle provide to me since the vehicle cant drive smoothly. Vehicle will not move to our command if parked the car in slope area. We cant apply break while going to height (Slope) road. Wheat i have to do. My suggestion is repair or replace the car...

    Hello sir I am tushar. On 14-8-17 my Mahindra Rodeo service at Mahindra service Senter & today 19-8-17 my scooter is not start properly . & today we will call they are misbehaving to as & ignor¬ give properly answers. 12, 500 spend on my scooper.
    My cars front bonnet and windows has been rusted i have already contact to the toll free no several times they assured me to a call back bt i have not recieved any call since 21 days i request u to plz suggest me what should i have to do
    My Xylo vehicle given for general service for 80000 km at India garage at velachery main road was charged 40 thousand rupees and for only suspension overhauling they charged machining charges 3350+603 tax charges (i think its not required) and from dealer end not proper answer, kindly check and re evaluate the bill

      I have purchased the above vehicle, from authorized dealer m/s lekh raj auto plaza pvt. Ltd. Kaithal.
      It has been found that the vehicle is accidental and has been delivered as new after painting the accidential part. This has been detected that when the paint of driver side door deteriorated and was found cracked beneath the paint. The 0ther vehicle may alsobe repainted.
      This is a serious malpractice on the part of dealer. Kindly get the vehicle inspected through your local dealer. The vehicle is presently available at 167 industrial area phase-ii panchkula.
      Kindly take the complaint seriously.

        I sent my vehicle to rey rd mumbai service center because it was showing battery light and door setting also had problems and i personaly speak with mr chadha head of rey rd mumbai service centre... Unfortunately mr chadha have neither fixed nor it was serviced and washed... And my car delivered without any work after 2 days.. This is out of ordinary and i would like to put it on record that i will take this up with your higher offices or even consumer court.

          I am purchased mahindra kuv100 (Diesel) on 9/2/2016 in kasaragod showroom. Purchase time he told mileage 24.7 kmpl. Now finish 4th (30000) km service. But i got only 12.5kmpl. I will complaint in kasaragod showroom more times.. So not resolved my issue.. Now i will give u more 3 days.

            I have submitted my kuv 100 on 18/8/2017 s. No 8388 but in the manual repair order the sri arn motors rm wrongly entered the date as 18/7/2017
            From this minor entry mistake till now i am not able to have any response answer to me
            But every day from last friday till now there is no proper answer from the sri arn motor service point they only telling that there is no person to do the service

            So i am not able to know what the condition of my car it was only bought 10 months before but the service was very poor in sri arn motors thanjavur they are not responding to me properly

            So i need a help to get my car ready if not please give me a proper maintanance where to do the work they told me that there are no technicians in out service centre
            So i[censored] can respond me u please do something or i shall take necessary action towards the service.

              I bought a Mahindra kuv k4 100 petrol version .Mahindra show milege of petrol version is 18 km /l but in start its giving 12 km/l now its giving 10 km/liter

                We had the low coolant warning lamp on a highway. With this complaint we did a top up and reached chennai safely. Though the vehicle was running without any further warning we found the coolant level was again coming down. When given for service at india garage chennai, after stripping all the hoses, they declare that, they don't have a spare hose to replace and they need more than a week to replace. Apart from this, they are not in a position to relieve the vehicle so we can get it fixed with an alternative dealer. Your dealer is not able to maintain even a single hose as stock is really pathetic. The dealer india garage is not willing to take support from other dealers to fix this issue as well. This chaos is spoiling the happiness of owning a mahindra. Please look into this concern and get this hose replaced immediately and help us getting my vehicle fixed today.

                  Mahindra kuv 100, ka-16, n 2410, narayanareddy, - left for repair of gear issue and autoclosure of glasses at m/s ananth cars, nayandahalli, mysore road, bangalore is un-attended even after 5 days. It is directly stated that forgotten to attend one issue and other issue is rectified, but vehicle is not at all attended and vehicle was delivered back as it is. Pen drive with rear collections was theft.

                  This service was not expected by service provider of mahindra company...

                      महोदय, मेरे पासक्वान् qquqnto c8 no UP15bm0161 है, इसका pic up अचानक कम हो गया व A.C. पर दबाव मानने लगी, जिस पर मैंने मेरठ मे आपके सर्विस सेंटर पर दिखाया, मुझे बताया कि क्लच प्लेट डलेगी, मैंने क्लच करादिया, लेकिन समस्या ज्यों की त्यों।इसके बाद गाज़ियाबाद आपके सर्विस सेंटर पर दिखाया, दो दिन गाड़ी में काम किया कुछ electronic parts बदले फिर भी काफी पैसा लगाने पर समस्या बनी रही।अंत में गाज़ियाबाद सर्विस सेंटर वालों ने कहा injectors खराब हैं नए डलेगें। मैं बिना बदलवाए घर पर आकर बहार मैकेनिक को दिखाई उसने कहा injectors okहैं अगर injectors खराब निकले तो मैं आपको १०००००रू० इनाम दूंगा। गाड़ी के वाल्वो में कमी है, मे सही करादूगां। गाड़ी के ४ वालव खराब निकले जिन्हें में ठीक करा रहा हूँ। क्या आपके सर्विस सेंटरो पर बिना फाल्ट के सामान डाल कर लूटा जाता है।

                        Hi team,
                        We are using mahindra from past 20 years but never seen such poor service and negligence.
                        I purchases xylo h8 in may 2016. From first service there is an issue of ac cooling. We have highlighted this to nbs service centre from 1st service but they just clean ac vents and sent the vehicle back.
                        After 15-20 days we are facing same issue with ac cooling.
                        I am requesting mahindra officials to look into this matter and rectify the issue properly.

                          I took my xuv 500 for paid service at 50000 kms to koncept motors greater noida after taking an appointment a day before. The arrival experience was very poor. The service adviser was more busy with other customers. After much solicitation my car was looked upon by service adviser. He was clearly pointed out to certain observations that i had on the running of car and were to be rectified. Viz - ac noisy, driver side power window noisy. Speakers making a vibration noise as though they were loose. Front break to be checked as i felt it was weak. This was additional to the regular service they do at that mileage as recommended by mahindra. Finally i was told that car would be ready by 1800 hrs and i could come and pick up the car then. After this i left and came back at 1700 hrs and to my astonishment the car was still in a que for washing. I got in touch with the insurance adviser and asked him to kindly ensure that the service is completed today as monday is working and i would need the vehicle. To this he said he will ensure. Now is when the ordeal started. I was presented with a bill amounting to some 23000/- change and the adviser came to me and said he would explain the charges to me and then i could make the payment while my car has not even entered washing zone. Anyways i asked him to explain the charges. I was stunned to see some charges for service amounting to rs 4000/ - when asked for details of same he said it is a 75 point check. Then i asked him about additional labor charges on that bill to which he had no answer that could satisfy me. I asked him if rs 4000/- is being charged only to check and not to service... Again there was no reasonable answer. There was also a charge of some wax polish. It thought the service includes all these charges. I asked him again and he said that is only checkpoints sir. We charge for doing wax polish. I was surprised and got a little agitated. Remember all this was being done while i have not even seen my car and checked whether the service has been done as per my expectations or no.in the meantime his superior stepped in and upon seeing me agitated tried to find a solution to this. He made some discount and changes and finally a bill of rs 19946/ - was presented. Again the same thing i was shocked to see that the service charge has now come down to rs 2000/- from 4000/-. I was then asked to go and make the payment and the cashiers cabin. I said first i would like to inspect the car and then i would make the payment. After about fifteen minutes the car was brought that is close to 1900 hrs and when i inspected the ac noise was still there and front window power motor not replaced. The car had water marks all over. Mats were all filled with water. Speaker noise was still present. The car pulling had not increased though after such a service where filters and oil is changes it drastically improves. I had not time and energy to fight with them at 1900 hrs. So i paid and have made a mention of same on their satisfaction note. Overall a pathetic service and even after spending twenty thousand rupees my car is as i had taken it without any improvement. The only change i felt is of a mudflap and rear wiper which was replaced. I have doubts whether the car was serviced also or not. I wanted to talk to the mahindra official whose number is usually displayed at all authorized service station and to my surprise it was not visible in this case and when asked the team at koncept motors greater noida refused to share.
                          Xuv was serviced on 20/8/2017 under customer code c[protected] under ro no - ro18m002931. Handeled by service adviser - mr nagar.

                          Desirable resolution - full refund of the amount and car to be serviced at sterling motors - gurgaon (Foc)

                            This is my second complaint against my car no. Pb02 bc 2596, given for repair in mahindra service station, amritsar. I had an complaint for electrical wiring and brakes, which was fusing my music system again and again after 3-4 months now company is saying this due to speakers which you have got changed from out side is due to that. I told them just give this part in writing. We change upto your specification. Speakers were changed in car 3 months before. We are facing this problem since 1.5 year.
                            Now my car is lying with company since 5 days. They are not even reverting for delivery all false commitments done. First they told us you will get car on friday, after that on saturday that was 19/8/17. And on saturday without informing me, again they did not deliver. Person following up is mr pawan [protected].
                            As per company we have got both break pads changed, which again i have got it changed several times before this but my complaints remains the same.
                            How can i trust them again and pay them full amount. I want surety for problem i have got resolved.
                            Please tell me solution for this.

                              Sir,

                              Unfortunately, i did show my interest on your nuvosport, after listening to your local distributor in trivandrum – tvs, karamana. The sales executive mr. Arun assured me that the 2017 production of nuvosport n8 amts are coming with hill hold and the others are getting hill hold kit. Finally, they delivered 2017 production. I took delivery with full confidence on their words that the vehicle delivered is with hill hold system. But, on using it, i understood that it is without hill hold system. I told them to take the vehicle back because they cheated me. They did not listen to me because they got 100% payment.
                              I asked them, at least, to get a hill hold kit for te vehicle but, very very poor response from them.
                              How a company such as mahindra can cheat a customer?
                              I honestly request your suggestion on this issue.

                                  Krishna automotive sales and service beldihi rourkela odisha for mahindra vehicles has the most inexperienced labour staff and the supervisor and technician are arrogant and irresponsible. I own a scorpio reg no. Jh05bq4585 and a logan edge reg no or02ax1088. Whenever i go for servicing i face a lot of difficulties and everytime after delivery new problem arises. Once they put a dent on my scorpio and after lot of argument they didnt accept their mistake. When i asked for cctv footage they silently managed the dent but never showed me the footage. I doubt whether the cctv is working or just a show piece. Another instance when they charged me 40000 for my logan edge servicing but after i got my vehicle delivered new more problem arised and after complaining they are roaming like its a park but nobody is listening.. After about 45 min i shouted at them and then only the mechanics came to attend. Its hard to belive that a brand name like mahindra which has so good reputation is behaving in this way. Its highly unproffessional and not acceptable when you are charging a lot and service is worse than a bicycle workshop

                                    Thank you for your deep concern towards my grief and complaint against the 24*7 helpline which was really pathetic on the day of may need, but i am happy to inform you that the complaint was properly taken care by the concerned department of yours and i also recieved several apology calls from the organisation.
                                    The very next day the issues related to the vehicle was resolved and i was convinced and satisfied with the services for which i am really thankful to the nearest service centre in asansol.
                                    The service centre also adviced me to claim the rac which i already had but as i took all the trouble and had to bear the cost to bring my vhicle back to asansol i had to spend rs 4500/-.
                                    Sir/madam. I would like you to please reimburse the amount as it was also promised to me from the service centre.
                                    Hoping for a quick response and an early reply from your end.

                                      I am an unsatisfied owner of an xuv 500 w6
                                      With registration no up 85 aq 7807. My car met an accident due to which it was send for repairs to mahindra mathura service centre - atmaram enterprises. After 50 days of fooling my car was handed over back taking payment of 1, 95, 000/- but till date none of my mentioned complaints have got resolved. The brand logo - "with you hamesha" is a very good initative taken by mahindra group to befool its customers. Here by i congratulate mahindra in succeding in there mission. It would be better if i get my compain resolved before i drag the company and dealer to court

                                      Last 3month back diver seat door handle lock was demaged by small accident..
                                      And made serivce in VELLOE JAINCARS TAMILNADU.Still they didnt rectified the problem.their answer was not satisfied..still they are telling that spar was not available..
