I am kashiram kuntal i have purchased my car on 30 oct 2015, from prime automobiles (Faridabad) from the very first day the vehicle has the problem of left side front gate which is not not fitted accurately, there is boot problem in it from last 6 months i have given complain about it but the complain was not taken seriously yet, now the stereo system & navigation system became another reason to hate this car... Services of prime automobile & mahindra are worst i have ever faced... If my problem is not solved i will never ever suggest anyone to purchase the mahindra vehicle.

    We had purchased Mahindra Maximoo vide Inv.755 dated 12.12.2012 from Sterling Motor co, but the said vehicle has not performed best according to mahindra brand Two time Engine re-built, many times
    major repair done, but result was not satisfactory according to performance., Now again we are purchasing Mahindra blero pickup from Prime Automobiles Faridabad and are valued under exchage system Rs.55000/- only where as book value after depreciation comes out Rs. 1.71 lacs against purchase value of Rs. 3.52 lacs.
    Hereby you are requested to compensate the exchange value at least Rs. 1.50 lacs instead of Rs. 55000/- We shall be very thankful to you for your kind co-operation

      We have owned a hgv heavy goods vehicle / torro 31 8*1 tipper.
      Chassis number : ma1qgalrcg6h48896
      Engine : ddgzg16291
      Tipper is not giving satisfactory average.
      The maximum average is 1.90 to 1.99.
      Whereas our ashok leyland tipper is giving minimum average of 3.50.
      We have complained about this to trishul autolink many times but we are also not getting proper reply.
      We are facing loss because of this issue
      Half of the month our truck is in the service center.
      So please take initiate steps.
      And please give a new truck.

        I gave my car to replace a driver side front door due to dent. Door is already replaced but door side sticker is not available with mahindra as per service center. They are checking with other places... But today is almost 23rd day where i placed a car for maintenance.

        I think this is very very bed experience till the date. I already talked with mahindra area manager mr. Sharma at ahmedabad. He told me to sort out it within 3-4 days. But it can't work. Almost 10 days gone after informed to him also.

        My car is : mahindra logan - sports version with sticker.

        Kindly sort out it urgently as it is too delayed.

          4th time in four months the thar has went to service station.
          Leakage all over the vehicle, water entering inside.
          Average days thar with mahindra for repair is 13 days and it has gone 4 times.
          Got it a week back, still leakage all over the vechile.
          Mahindra charged 1.55 lakhs for hard top and i dont know they are unable to resolve the same. Such a stupid investment.

            We booked mahindra bolero from sublok cars, ahmednagar on 08/07/1017. And done rtgs of remaining amount rs.9, 13, 356/-on. And confirmed from sales executive date of delivery will be 24th july 2017. But after coming at dealership we were told that selected model is not available. I work with private bank. It was very difficult for me to take leave on month end. Please look into the matter.

              Dear sir,
              Please be informed that we have come to your mahindra service centre, dumka. The vehicle is under warranty. After the inspection it was found that the wheel hub is completely damaged. But the part is unavailable at the store. Also from your service provider it is come to know that the part will not be available for 20 days.
              We are really very upset of this. Now this is risky to drive and to take it to another show room. They are also telling us to give complain to mahindra. There is no communication among service centres. They are also unable to arrange the part from nearby service centre and advicing us to go godda service centre, jharkhand wh8ch is 70kms away from here. Kindly help and arrange the part to your nearby showroom.

                On june 18 we purchased found a lot of electrical, electronic and sensor problem in our xuv 500 w10 and your service centre is very bad in service with in one month we have found all this fault, so it's a request we want to replace our xuv and provide us a new xuv in place of that.
                Note: jeypore odisha (Paramount automotive) they did our vehicle worst. Please take some action on them other wise your company will loss the brand name due to them.

                  I am frustrated, irritated and annoyed by dealer gsp motors-gurgaon (Sohna road) and still being gentle that i am at showroom and yelling on your people out there.

                  I have been struggling for more than 2 months…and i regret choosing gsp gurgaon in-spite of being in faridabad. I would soon be regretting choosing mahindra - people were right customer service would be pathetic. A pathetic service and customer service - i also got.

                  Even complaints are not resolved in 70 days.

                  - i bought tuv 300 on 15th may, payment was taken for endurance kit but few parts of accessories are missing till date
                  - registration number took 60 days and after so many follow ups - i got it last week
                  - pasting was pathetic that i had to loose rear side protection just in a week, it just got missing. After so many complaints - it was corrected once for left over portion and then again came out in a week…. If your product is so bad - why do you sell it.
                  - last week car was picked for such correction and you people returned my car just with a car wash - and all actual reported problem continued…same day and time i informed service head and area manager - both stated sorry and service head assured for car pick for 22nd and by all means - it was not done. And i am writing it now to start a protest and take actions!

                  Service head (Yashpal) or showroom staff (Mainpal & varun) or even area managers (Rispy) are of no use. They all make false commitments and poor you people do not even know actual date of purchase and delivery.

                  We had bought a Scorpio in the year 2012 and now all of a sudden the front chassis has broken without any external damage to it. What kind of quality are we making over here.

                    I am heerajan from tuticorin - tamilnadu. I have new age xuv500 bearing registration number tn69 bc 1000. From the beginning of my purchase i am facing service problem with your dealer m/s. Kodai automoobiles tirunelveli.

                    I had made so many complaint over the phone in your customer care cell over the phone but there is no improvement in their behavior. They wont keep any stock for spares. I had send my vehicle to change my wheel stud they said no sir we don't have spares have to order, when i send my car for major turbo problem they are saying we don't have spares we have to order it. Then why the hell are you giving dealership to these peoples who cant even maintain a screw as a spare for your sold vehicle.

                    They never keep up their delivery schedule and keep the vehicle on their own wish only delivering. Do you think customer is your slave???. I had sent my vehicle last week for turbo problem which is under guarantee and for headlight problem they return my vehicle after two days without any problem rectification in addition vehicle gone under more problems. Now they have taken the vehicle again for problem rectification they said they will give the vehicle yesterday morning till now i have not received it. Because of this my all my business plans were collapsed.

                    For your kind information i have other brand vehicle hyundai, volkswagen, maruthi where i have not faced this like problems. It is very poor to say that i had never come across such poor dealership.

                    In this regard why not the suitable legal action taken against you and your dealership under the consumer protection act. Lot of complaints have been made even then your dealership is think us as fools.

                    We have to assume ourself as buffalo to go with your dealership m/s. Kodai automobiles.

                    I am not going to take my vehicle back unless otherwise a proper undertaken given by your company that this wont happen again. Assume this as final warning.

                        Hi i purchased kuv100 from synergy cars, safdarjung enclave, new delhi on 15 april, 2016.
                        And i got it with a defected driver seat, it gives a jerk. I got it serviced from ohkla and my service advisor was mr pradeep chauhan. They for 1 year said dat a lever is missing from seat for which they placed order and kept saying so. Then later at the time of 3rd service on 16 june, 2017 they said seat would be replaced which needs to be ordered and will take another 15-20 days. But still no response.

                            I am dhiraj from saharsa bihar, i bought scorpio s4plus at 16 th april 2017. All we know se plus rare and front bumper and side cladding are unpainted so i bought painting from mahindra dealer @21000 at the time of purchasing dealer's tell me this paint is original and official paint of mahindra so it's charge is high. After 2 month paint start to fall. I contacted my mahindra dealer's they don't take any action after that i call saveral time cc of mahindra. All time they asked me please wait 24 hour from 7 th july till now never a single call back come to me. Last time cc executive give me bihar office no. I talk with mr sahid iqabal mo no - [protected] i request him to check up he tell me more than 500 suv sold everyday by him so he have not time to mange my problem. He asked me check up visit is depend upon his moods. He tell me your problem is not serious. Finally i write this mail. I am so frustrated mahindra service and market visit too bad. No a single person of mahindra company help me till now all service person are fake and behave like illiterate. It is my last hope if it does not work i have no option except going to court. I am too disappointing. I thought company cheated me and dealer's use fake paint

                              Res sir,
                              I purchased new scorpio m2di on 31/12/2016 from silver jubilee motors,
                              I got the invoice and delivery note on the same day.
                              At that time i informed dealer's concert sale person that i want to take the choice number for my vehicle.
                              So that i got the choice number receipt from pimpri chinchwad rto on the date 02/10/2017, i submitted the copy of that choice number receipt to the showroom on same day.
                              After 10 to 15 days showroom issued me the number plates and confirmation of that choice number.
                              Then in april when my service date was came, i took my vehicle to the silver jubilee (Mahindra authorized dealer) for 1st service.
                              At that time i also meet the sales person and i asked him about choice number, so he told me not to worry, your number is conformed to the rto registration from our showroom.
                              Then on 08/07/2017 i got the call from silver jubilee motors, regarding when will you take the choice number for scorpio..
                              I was shocked to heard that, i told them that i had took the choice number and submitted to your showroom on 10/02/2017.
                              Then they told me that my choice number receipt is expired.
                              Then next on 10/07/2017 i went to the showroom for inquiry about the choice number issue...
                              No one cooperate with me and also not going to take any responsibility about my vehicle which was taken by them..
                              Then worst thing is that, showroom legal adviser of silver jubilee motors send me the legal notice about not to register your vehicle and number..
                              After 2 hours sitting in the showroom, they give me rto tax receipt which paid date is 07/jul/2017 means last 3 days back they paid my tax...
                              How irresponsible and careless service provided by silver jubilee motors.
                              I am frustrated through mahindra dealer.
                              Is it my mistake to purchased mahindra vehicle?
                              So i kindly request to the mahindra & mahindra to take serious action against dealer silver jubilee.

                                I arun bansal purchased new tuv300 amt plus from haryana, i think its a worst innovation of the company in amt world which could not work properly ever. After too many complaints, once it reslove for short time, then after 25 to 30 days same problem generates. It # a lot, feel like anybody release the clutch suddenly and also some time its take too much time to speed up which cause accident while overtaking to another vehicle on highway or hilly areas. And also i feel very risky on hilly areas while driving this car.
                                Suggest not to buy tuv300amt in life. And also think their is any buyer who buy tuv 300 amt and is happy.

                                  Dated 28.04.2017 invoice no. 12044.
                                  This center observed that manufacturing defect particularly clutch plate while the vehicle purchased since 45 days back. It is the great objectionable so therefore it is requested that please take initiation to exchange the vehicle from new one, otherwise office is free to do legal action against company.

                                      We own a mahindra maximo van registration number mp39 p 208 which is standing at your mahindra dealers workshop from last 10 days, your dealer has not given any job card for same and upto now your company trained engineers and mechanics are unable to find out the problem in your company's pride vehicle maximo.

                                      And again your maximo van its a wonderful van, your persons at dealership are telling it is a failed vehicle of the company, and they are ready to buy it back at rs 30000/- in any condition, it the vehicle is a faluire why company is not changing the engine of all the vehicle in the market. We have paid a lot on the vehicle and all of you earned (Company, dealer, government) only we customer are suffering the loss.
