I took my KUV 100 to Mahindra, Westgate, SA for its 3000km service. They never replaced my oil cap. I drove home, oil all over my engine & whole under carriage of my car. I phoned them, they couldn't care less. Theuns (manager in 'service dept) told me he doesn’t know what I expect him to do, he doesn't have a courtesy car for me. I had to phone Jolene on her personal cell nr (+[protected] only due to the fact that there was NO REPLY @ the landline for Customer Care +[protected]As she is in charge of customer care SA) She couldn't care less either, did not even bother to phone us back. They came to my house, drove my car all the way back to their service centre. Got my car back again, the undercarriage still full of oil, plastic bottom engine cover not replaced, bolt missing, rattling like an old car!! and my driver seat and door panel was covered in black oil stains!! I had to have them re-upholstered!! Till today, NOBODY INCLUDING SA CUSTOMER CARE USELESS Jolene NEVER bothered to call us back. My problem, not theirs!! They were all very rude and unhelpful. They did not even stamp my service book, it took us over a week to get hold of someone who actually worked the hours they are supposed to, my husband had to take time off work to get hold of them to stamp it. I have never dealt with such incompetent people ever and will never recommend Mahindra Westgate to anybody!!
