When the vehicle has taken the mileage 12282, the vehicle was not picking up the speed then we have taken the Vehicle to KONCEPT AUTOMOBILES PVT. LTD, Authorised Dealer For: MAHINDRA & MAHINDRA LTD, A-31, Sector-2, Noida, U.P. India, on 16 Feb, 2017. They have changed the clutch Disc and charged from us 13, 000/- Ont even one week is over on 7 March, 2017 again smoke came from the bonnet. Again we took the vehicle to the same place to find out the cause of fuming the smoke. The complaint was on the clutch. It is our request to exchange this vehicle with Boloro of esteemed company.

    Sir, My vehicle with above mentioned details is in workshop name Koncept Automobile, Pvt Ltd, A-31, sector-2, Noida for repair since 02 March 2017. My effort to resolve the issue with Service Manager and service Advisor has not resolved the issue till date. Hence the matter is being brought to your notice for justice and quick completion of repair.
    Dispute:- workshop is asking payment of Rs. 38000/- for carrying out repair because guaranty period is over 1-2-2017. And my stand is that this defect was reported to workshop on 13th Nov, 2016 . after inspection it was advised that reported noise was from wheel area and will be rectified during servicing, however since reported defect that was noise from rear axle area continued, the vehicle again was present to workshop on 11 Dec, 2016, but then undertaking of repair was postponed to date when paid servicing was due. During this paid service some clipping was done to wheel brake which not only failed to stop the reported noise but resulted in getting vehicle jam during journey and causing inconvenient situation as it happened in the marriage of my son. So vehicle was presented for rectification of defect on 2nd March. Now it is understood that some part inside the rear axle drum are damaged warranting change of some parts.
    In the view of above I request your authority to arrange early rectification of defect of my vehicle with following reasons:-
    a) Vehicle was well within guaranty period when defect was reported. It was only failure of staff to check the vehicle properly and affect immediate rectification. Secondly, even on 23 Feb the correct diagnose was not carried out and left the vehicle open to meet an accident on the road.
    b) Now the reported defect is a plain case of metal/manufacturing defect.
    Therefore please consider early rectification of defect and making vehicle road worth and in the mean time arrange vehicle for use till my vehicle is repaired without payment as repair in guaranty period.

        My mahindra xuv500 which i sent for normal service on 2/03/2017, they prepared the bill for 9658/- (attached herewith) is not satisfactory as they have charged for engine coating and internal panel cleaning whereas i have not given my consent for these repair jobs.Upon asking about why they did these jobs they replied that it is a technical term used for engine servicing which is compulsory for service.I totally disagree with them but had to pay to get back my car.

        I have also suffered a lot from Indraprashta autumobiles pvt ltd service centre. They only fool the customers. I have puchased mahindar KUV K4 from same dealership(Indraprashta autumobiles pvt ltd) and serviced at the same service station. But they always try to fool you in every perspective. I have issue with tyre burst even if with the brand new mahindra kuv. They are not responding on the issue . They will only talk diplomatically nothing else. Very bad quality of work and customer satisfaction. Indraprashta autumobiles is very bad in customer satisfaction and they charged very high for servicing. Very bad experience with me. I will never recommend any one to purchase or service their car at Indraprashta autumobiles pvt ltd, Wazirpur.

          We, Murshidabad Biri Works had given our Vehicle number WB 20H 9454 for servicing at your Topsia Workshop on 23rd February, 2017. We were told the vehicle delivery date as 3rd March, 2017 by Arindam Das(Service Advisor).
          The vehicle is still in the workshop as on 7th March, 2017.
          There seems to be no regret on the failure of your team. It is extremely annoying. We need the vehicle immediately without any further delay. We need it by the 8th March latest. Else we have to go to the consumer court on this matter.

          We would also like to add to the quality of service by Arindam Das as unacceptable and 'pathetic'.

            Since 1 month I am trying to avail my voucher which I got with XUV which is getting expired on 20-June-2017. But we received this voucher in October 2016 (4 month delayed). We cannot avail this in Peak period.

            So effectively this needs to be used till 31-Mar-2017.

            I am trying all the bookings since 1 Month but All are full and not getting any reservations.

            NOT getting a proper response from Mahindra.

              I'm Vinod Kumar from fatehabad Haryana. I have mahindra pickup maxitruck BS3 from[protected]KM)on till date. I opened engine cover(bonat) and found the engine leakage from FIP( fuel injection pump) mounting bolt leakage and rocker cover mounting bolts leakage. In this leakage the engine performance is poor and condition is looks like a 10-15year oldy engine. Most important is the service centre GARG MOTORS fatehabad is very poor. The communication of all employees of workshop and sell executive is very bad.

                Hi,

                I would have loved to refer it to my friends if I would have been a satisfied customer. I have been cheated by your dealership in Gurgaon – GSP Mahindra.

                I purchased XUV 500 on 19th of November. During my negotiation with GSP Mahindra guy through my organization’s leasing partner MAGMA I was never told that the vehicle given to me is 9 month old. I was getting a better deal from Delhi vendor but GSP representative told me that they can’t give better price as Delhi vendor might be giving 6 month old vehicle.

                I was supposed to get the delivery on 5th but didn’t get as few accessories were not available and got it on 19th November. During key handover I found out few scratches on vehicle thus I got it in the night post buffing done on the vehicle.
                When I found out around 25th Of November that vehicle is of February 2016 make, I questioned to GSP guys but they denied at first place stating it’s impossible and promised to confirm the manufacturing date. Never got the confirmation from them. I went to confirm on my vehicle RC around 23rd of December and raised this issue again and GSP representative agreed to give me free accessories of 5K but still didn’t accept the manufacturing date of February 2016. I Got MY RC after 2 months and clearly mentioned the manufacturing date of February 2016.

                One day my vehicle stopped suddenly and didn’t start and it was tow away by workshop. I complaint for sound but told that it will be adjusted during 1st service. Not enjoying shockers as doesn’t look like of New XUV 500.
                Why would I take a 9 month old vehicle at new vehicle price where manufacturing date was not disclosed to me. I am not interested to drive this vehicle anymore as feeling cheated and want Mahindra to take it back. Please suggest the procedure of doing so.

                Never thought of doing so as had lot of faith in Mahindra. I am really disappointed.

                  Last year we had purchase two scorpion s2 model, but last few months before we find out one car bonnet going to damage, after that we contact with saluja auto retails pvt ltd

                  Then service manager talked with his higher authorities & then confirmed me that parts should be replace as early as possible, as per his communication received call from service manager for replacement, but within few days service manager has changed, when i go to service center then new service manager mr. Sivranshu linca today (6.3.17) told me its not possible, where as service center's others staff also guide me replacements should be possible, then he talked with me very bad way & repeatedly he arguing with me. Another three scorpion we are going to purchase, we as a customer also expect good manner from that person also, all others staff also against him, they are also facing bad behavior from him.
                  O sir your suggestion is very much required what should i do??

                    I own scorpio took last week done only 2543 kmtrs .clutch plate has gone service manager Mr. Arvind gosh is telling it doesn't cover under warranty so it's chargeable I asked him to to check with his senior managers but he dint reply and very poor kind of response. Still now no body has updated the status.If I dint get this by warranty I am not taking my scorpio back .worst customer care, worst service manager .worst car delar zuliaka chennai.

                      Dear Sir,

                      this to inform your good self, I had given my scorpio bearing registration number WB02AG4595 for free service on 22-02-17 to Royal Motors . The manual repair order form doesn't have any order number, neither the name of Driver who has taken Car for service . While handing over Scorpio I was found that my Jack and Handle was not inside the Car whereas since last free service I had never touch the stefny place were it is usually kept, I was told that my car will be deliver by 24-02-17.
                      Since day before I was trying to get in touch but no response from Royal Motors and again I tried and yesterday and it was confirmed to me that my Car will be delivered yesterday i.e.[protected]. i was asked to pay Rs4058.84+ taxes for free service and on my saying that I will scrutinyfy the bill from Mahindra helpline so again I restive a message for Rs3367.71 + service tax against repair order number RO17B008797, I unfortunately accepted since my Cat was with Royal Motors last almost 12 days . I was asked to pay cash and I requested that I will be giving cheque as same as I had given on last 2 free service. I was refused by saying that until cash will not be given Car will not be delivered.
                      I just want to confirm -- is this the way of repute brand service centre, is so much time require to service a car, is so much had to pay for a free service were on just saying the bill is going to scrutny the amount get less by Rs700.

                      please look into same or else your reputed customer will stop trusting the India best vehicle brand.

                      Hope so something positive will be taken by the senior management to make the customer satisfy .

                        I have bought second hand rexton rx 270 from mrjjitendra at ahmedabad. As per rc book issued by rto surat veh regn no gj05jn5004 is manufactured in march 2015 and registered on 04 nov 2015. However, when i took this vehicle to your authorised automobile showroom and service centre at ahmedabad for free servicing since it is due as per above dates, they refused to do so saying that the vehicle is manufactured in mar 2013 and sold to mr jitendra 09 04 jun 2013. All the requisite papers like rc book details and service centre receipt are attached. On checking records with your custom care no [protected], he has noted the complaint but so far not given any reply. I am requesting you to clarify as to how can a vehicle sold in jun 2013 gets registered at surat in nov 2015, that is, after more than two years. There is some serious problem which needs to be investigated and answered and culprit brought to books. Kindly investigate and forward me the correct details, i. E. Date of manufacture and registration and pin point the person/agency who has done the forgery. I am an army officer and request you to kindly solve this puzzle. Shall be highly grateful.                             They changed many oils and spare parts without the permission of mine (car owner) and maked the bill of Amount 25511 and the the spare parts which was told to changed that was not done. And they kept the car for 5 Days and daily call us to take the car and says the car is ready and they splash the oils at the back seats and cover and they do have no manner to talk with customers and says do whatever you want. The service manger is always is Kept on ignoring the complaint we gave

                              I bought xuv500 w4 on 1 jan 2017..rear right tyre got busted and there is small tear in the inner side of the tyre..i filed a complaint on 9 jan and after more than 1 month they sent a report saying that there is no manufacturing defect..am i fool to take my car and get the tyre busted..that too i was in highway at 80kmph and suddenly the tyre got busted..i want the tyre to be replaced..kindly concerned person take charge and help me..

                                I have xuv500w8 model..my cars GPS wasnt working properly in nov 2016. So i went to mahindra service centre for resolve problem but than i realise (after 2-3 weeks)the problem wasnt solved at that moment.. and thn today morning i went again at mahindra service centre.. they took my car as i mentioned that the problem wast solved last time and they said we will solve it defenatly.. than i had a call couple if minutes ago from now saying that if we going ro upgrade ur cars GPS system u might be loose ur GPS screen.. so i said then it should be not my problem if softwere upgradation damage the screen then u should replace my screen without any charge.. but they denied for it.. ?
                                What shoeld i do now?
                                If my screen is not working what will i do with GPS system!??

                                  I purchased an xuv 500 of mahindra and mahindra company from Tirupati Automobiles, saharanpur on 21st march 2016. when i purchased the car i got the cashless insurance. Sir i met with accident on 27 february 2017 in which left side of my car got damaged badly so i submitted my car at A to Z Automobiles pvt limited, muzaffarnagar on 28 february 2017. first they accepted the car for claim and told us to give back after 5 days but today on 2nd february 2017 they called me that this insurance can not be claimed because i purchased the car from saharanpur and asking for cash payment if repair is done. It means again i would have to go to saharanpur to get the caim. i want to know why it is so while mahindra and mahindra provides the facility to get the service all around india . it means if accident occurs at 500 km distance then i again would have to go to saharanpur for the claim . This is wrong. it proves that mahindra and mahindra is not proving its own words or A to Z Automobiles pvt. limited is not working honestly. Sir pleases take Action in this regard.

                                    This is in regard to the problem faced by me due to very poor service and response from Mahindra Service center sri durga automobiles b-84 maya puri new delhi
                                    very bad service . always Samthing problems day by day.i want talk to mahindra senioer service engineers
                                    i already complaint to your customer care but they also i not get any satisfaction response and workshop people always saying that company is sending wrong parts last 3 times.
                                    i m facing too much problem due to your bad service so plz guide me what i do or tell me where i go to take my veh for repaire as soon as possible,
                                    last thing is that my veh still in under warranty so plz help me out. or i[censored] cant do any thing so plz allow me to go consumer court.

                                      I bought a mahindra kuv100 k4 on 5 september 2016 from katni and i also exchage my vichle maruti omni. The agent of the mahindra group told me that you will recive your exachange bonus after 3 months. But till now after 6months i have not recived the bonus. I also complain about this on coustmer care of mahindra about this for 2 times. But no reply given by them. So please i am requesting you to give my exchange bonus quickly.
