Dear sir,

I am hemanta kumar giri, i am complaining about my mahindra auto alfa plus having the regd. No - od-01g 4461, engine no-r4m2590788, chassis no-ma1lv2fyje3a41805, problem - always getting dry the engine oil every day without leakage, but it is the common in mahindra auto saying by dealer why i will fill the oil in daily basis in my cost. Kindly solve my problem as soon as possible.

I am a existing customer of mahindara & mahindara. Till my problem is not solved.I can't spend money to that vehicle (auto).

    They changed many oils and spare parts without the permission of mine (car owner) and maked the bill of Amount 25511 and the the spare parts which was told to changed that was not done. And they kept the car for 5 Days and daily call us to take the car and says the car is ready and they splash the oils at the back seats and cover and they do have no manner to talk with customers and says do whatever you want. The service manger is always is Kept on ignoring the complaint we gave

    How i no the my vehicle fully serviced without any ...?
    And labours are selling parts without billing materials

      I bought xuv500 w4 on 1 jan 2017..rear right tyre got busted and there is small tear in the inner side of the tyre..i filed a complaint on 9 jan and after more than 1 month they sent a report saying that there is no manufacturing defect..am i fool to take my car and get the tyre busted..that too i was in highway at 80kmph and suddenly the tyre got busted..i want the tyre to be replaced..kindly concerned person take charge and help me..

        I have xuv500w8 model..my cars GPS wasnt working properly in nov 2016. So i went to mahindra service centre for resolve problem but than i realise (after 2-3 weeks)the problem wasnt solved at that moment.. and thn today morning i went again at mahindra service centre.. they took my car as i mentioned that the problem wast solved last time and they said we will solve it defenatly.. than i had a call couple if minutes ago from now saying that if we going ro upgrade ur cars GPS system u might be loose ur GPS screen.. so i said then it should be not my problem if softwere upgradation damage the screen then u should replace my screen without any charge.. but they denied for it.. ?
        What shoeld i do now?
        If my screen is not working what will i do with GPS system!??

          I purchased an xuv 500 of mahindra and mahindra company from Tirupati Automobiles, saharanpur on 21st march 2016. when i purchased the car i got the cashless insurance. Sir i met with accident on 27 february 2017 in which left side of my car got damaged badly so i submitted my car at A to Z Automobiles pvt limited, muzaffarnagar on 28 february 2017. first they accepted the car for claim and told us to give back after 5 days but today on 2nd february 2017 they called me that this insurance can not be claimed because i purchased the car from saharanpur and asking for cash payment if repair is done. It means again i would have to go to saharanpur to get the caim. i want to know why it is so while mahindra and mahindra provides the facility to get the service all around india . it means if accident occurs at 500 km distance then i again would have to go to saharanpur for the claim . This is wrong. it proves that mahindra and mahindra is not proving its own words or A to Z Automobiles pvt. limited is not working honestly. Sir pleases take Action in this regard.

            very bad service . always Samthing problems day by day.i want talk to mahindra senioer service engineers
            i already complaint to your customer care but they also i not get any satisfaction response and workshop people always saying that company is sending wrong parts last 3 times.
            i m facing too much problem due to your bad service so plz guide me what i do or tell me where i go to take my veh for repaire as soon as possible,
            last thing is that my veh still in under warranty so plz help me out. or i[censored] cant do any thing so plz allow me to go consumer court.

              I bought a mahindra kuv100 k4 on 5 september 2016 from katni and i also exchage my vichle maruti omni. The agent of the mahindra group told me that you will recive your exachange bonus after 3 months. But till now after 6months i have not recived the bonus. I also complain about this on coustmer care of mahindra about this for 2 times. But no reply given by them. So please i am requesting you to give my exchange bonus quickly.

                I own a XUV 500 Automatic purchased in March 2016 from India Garage, Chennai.

                The vehicle has always been serviced at the India Garage Service Centre in Guindy, Chennai.

                The 5, 000 km and 10, 000 km services have been completed and my vehicle is currently at the Service Centre for the 20, 000 km service.

                Since the first service I have complained about a loud squeaking noise I get whenever I brake.

                The technicians have checked and supposed repaired the same since my 5, 000 km, 10, 000 km services and the subsequent 3 visits I have made to the Service Centre for the same complaint.

                The squeaking noise has NOT stopped for even a day.

                The India Garage Service personnel now tell me that my front brake pads are worn out and I have to pay INR. 4, 400/- + taxes to replace the same.

                There has been an issue with the front brakes since I purchased the vehicle and the Service personnel have done nothing about it.

                Now for their incompetence and don't care attitude I have to pay approx. INR 5, 000/-.

                India Garage provides the most pathetic service and Mahindra & Mahindras callous attitude and poor quality of their XUV 500 is turning out to be a nightmare.

                I regret my decision to be associated with tehse two organizations and a sub-quality product.

                  sorry to say but its true that mahindra veh not providing such a good veh and parts.
                  Last sunday 26-02-17 my scorpio s-10 model tyre burst during highway running jaipur to gurgaon, thank god my family saif between this incident.

                  When i was try to contact "bridge-stone" representative mr nitin with snap of my burst tyre, he give statement that its not mfg fault.
                  Requested to mahindra & mahindra team pls look in to this matter seriously.
                  I am sure there is no other mishandling driving, veh run only 35000 km with in one year 02 month.
                  Driving only on highway.
                  Veh buy from gsp moter gurgaon on dated 10-12-15.

                    My scorpio S10, Registration no. RJ 24 UA1531, has met with an accident on 27 Feb 2017 at around 11 pm while returning from my mines of which attistance was not provided by mahindra. After that i had to wait till morning and reported about the accident at K.S. Automobiles pvt.ltd. Sheoganj Road. Opp Ambika Hotel. Sirohi. Rajasthan. And had to bring the vehicle myself to the service centre. The agency informed that accidental repair will be done at Udaipur mahindra service centre located at S-92. Main By Pass Road. Mewar Industrial area. Madari. Udaipur. Rajasthan. They have denied to provide me road side assistance and have asked me to pay for the assistance charges. Will also like to inform you that we are filing a case against the company for false commitments to provide road side assistance during accidents and breakdown during the sale of the vehicle and also that the accident has happened from the front side and still the airbags didnt opened which has lead to serious injury.                       I went to raj vehicles at patiala for service of my verito d4. I want wheel balance alignment and washing of my car. I have amc card. I entered mahindra at 9:30 estimated time they gave me was 1 p.m. But by 1 pm they have only done my aligmnent . According to incharge wheel balance machine was not working while they were doing wheel balancing of other cars. And they didn't did washing and now they say that i i want washing i will get my car at 4. So i withdrew from washing and is feeling realy frustated and angry. Poorest service quality ever seen

                        I have given my Mom car Mrs.SHARDA DEVI NAG, SCORPIO car no.CG17DA2266 for repairing on 14th November and they told us that they will repair and return us our car after 15 days but till now they are not giving our car .
                        We have came many time but they always have an excuse that they will give us in 3 days.
                        We have given advance also of Rs.80000.
                        They told us that u have given advance so we will start work from today itself but more than 3 months are gone but the work is not still completed.
                        I am very unsatisfied with Mahindra showroom.

                          L booked for scorpio s6* by paying 10000 rupees to the sales exe. pondy on 28/10/16.they didnt show any colour assured to send in watsup.so colour was not selected by me.but no more response from the exe.after somany calls made byme after 10 days i contact pondy office and register my complaints.evenafter no response from their side.so after 16 days i given cancelation letter to the exe.and this time also no response finaly nov.16 i booked the same one in trichy dealer and got it and registeted on 1/12/16.after so many reqestation thro' phone and in person given letter on 17/12/16 and they given assurance to pay before 21/12/16 in written letter as usual no response after claiming daily by phone and the call was diverted to so many persons finaly i send message for legal action after that today they refund 9000 only.I asked for the balance they said 1000rs is charges towards booking by mahindra.I reqest you that enwuired the case and pay the whole amount to me to avoid legal proceedings thank you

                            Dear Customer care team,


                            This is to bring in your knowledge that yesterday (26 feb 2016) since morning 9:00 A.M. I have been into communication and shunting between the dealership in dehradun ( DDPM) and the customer care (RSA team) for my XUV 500 numbered: UP 15 CC 5100.

                            This mail is to make your team understand the horrible phase and experience I had with the field team.
                            After the numerous calls and discussion with customer care and RSA team the car has been picked up at 6:48 P.M.

                            The background is that this is not first time i have complaint on the new purchase of Mahindra XUV from Meerut on 23 nov 2016 .I have reported same problem with my vehicle four times and 15 days back i had similar problem I was on road for hours and has got no support up to 6 hours despite repeated complaints and calls .on repeated reporting on the helpline forcibly the dealership came to rescue to pick the vehicle.The dealership sent the vehicle reporting status of vehicle as OK . I faced the similar problem again and the dealership in dehradun (DDPM) is conveyed same. Since the time I reported malfunctioning of the car on 26 feb 2016, I have been various time redirected by Mr. Rawat of DDPM Dehradun Team kept me waiting for 4 hours, telling me that someone is coming to pick up the car, but all in vain no heads turned up.

                            Somehow when i re-call and re-report the problem again at helpline i was assisted with the toeing of the vehicle to the dealership,

                            To check the status of my vehicle I made call to Mr. Rawat[protected] on 27 feb 2016 at 11:30 am to know the status of my vehicle, to my surprise he told me that he will be sending assistance shortly .It come to me as irony on mahindra services "Mahindra with you Hamesha" it is mahindra customers are there but Mahindra services are forbidden of customer services I told him i have sent my car to which he told me he will revert on it shortly.I am still waiting for the response.

                            I sincerely request the senior members of the team to kindly intervene into the matter and respond accordingly.

                              Dear Sir,
                              My Car Mahindra Bolero Pikup was given for some gearbox repairing and delivery was given 23rd of Feb, 2017. The very next day the gearbox was jammed for the same reason for which the vehicle was given to the dealer.
                              It was not repaired properly at all. The dealer people have sent the servicing team and they took my Bolero pikup from my residence and in midway they left my Bolero pikup and returned back to dealer without informing us.
                              Now who will be responsible if my car gets stolen from the road.
                              This kind of servicing was never expected from Mahindra & Mahindra Co.
                              Please give us a feedback. And the Servicing Head was Mr. Piku from Jorhat.

                                They are no service centres in thane as well as vasai ...the service centres and the global gallarie group have closed up and they are no authorised service centres where we can give car for servicing...
                                So request you to open the new service centres as soon as possible.
                                The global gallaries authorised showroom and the service centres are both closed and there are no mahindra service centres ...

                                  Recently i have purchased two auto from mahindra in jamui, shahdol.gave all the advances for it and all the work was done from my side
                                  but some of the working staff there are irrespectively indescent to the work and they do not their respective duty
                                  they even did not gave the registration number and its been two month from purchase.

There was leakage in left side break oil pipe and hand break cable and part was not available in the service center then they said they will place the order and date was 29th January 2017 but till date it has not came and due to oil leak problem its breaks are not working properly and its standing from one month and now they are saying that order will come till 7th march.                                         Respected Sir/Madam,

                                        I Janardhan Wankhade have purchased Mahindra KUV 100 K-8 (6 Seater),
                                        Vehicle no MH 03 CB 3642, Purchase Date: - 20th April 2016, Kilometre Run is 15170.

                                        As there is problem in Clutch and Pick-up after 3rd service, Global Gallerie Thane has updated some software in 3rd service. Before 3rd.service there not any single problem in vehicle. After 3rd service problem started of clutch and Pick-up and for same reason I have visited 3-4 times at Global Gallerie Thane to resolve the Issue but no result.

                                        So I request u to look in to matter and do the needful at earliest.
