Dear Customer care team,
This is to bring in your knowledge that yesterday (26 feb 2016) since morning 9:00 A.M. I have been into communication and shunting between the dealership in dehradun ( DDPM) and the customer care (RSA team) for my XUV 500 numbered: UP 15 CC 5100.
This mail is to make your team understand the horrible phase and experience I had with the field team.
After the numerous calls and discussion with customer care and RSA team the car has been picked up at 6:48 P.M.
The background is that this is not first time i have complaint on the new purchase of Mahindra XUV from Meerut on 23 nov 2016 .I have reported same problem with my vehicle four times and 15 days back i had similar problem I was on road for hours and has got no support up to 6 hours despite repeated complaints and calls .on repeated reporting on the helpline forcibly the dealership came to rescue to pick the vehicle.The dealership sent the vehicle reporting status of vehicle as OK . I faced the similar problem again and the dealership in dehradun (DDPM) is conveyed same. Since the time I reported malfunctioning of the car on 26 feb 2016, I have been various time redirected by Mr. Rawat of DDPM Dehradun Team kept me waiting for 4 hours, telling me that someone is coming to pick up the car, but all in vain no heads turned up.
Somehow when i re-call and re-report the problem again at helpline i was assisted with the toeing of the vehicle to the dealership,
To check the status of my vehicle I made call to Mr. Rawat[protected] on 27 feb 2016 at 11:30 am to know the status of my vehicle, to my surprise he told me that he will be sending assistance shortly .It come to me as irony on mahindra services "Mahindra with you Hamesha" it is mahindra customers are there but Mahindra services are forbidden of customer services I told him i have sent my car to which he told me he will revert on it shortly.I am still waiting for the response.
I sincerely request the senior members of the team to kindly intervene into the matter and respond accordingly.
