Hello,
I, Haji Mohammad Amin, booked a Scorpio S10, 4×4 on 29th March, 2017, at M/S Shuhul Automobiles Pvt. LTD. Jammu, after having paid a booking amount of Rs.10000. I was told that the vehicle would be delivered within 20 days of booking and above that the company suggested me to pay excess amout to ge t the vehicle before due date. I desired the vehicle to be available as early as possible so I paid an extra amount of Rs. 4, 00, 000 over the booking amount, making a total sum of Rs. 4, 10, 000.
It has been over a month now, and the company is still not providing the vehicle, and moreover they have extended the delivery date for another 15 - 20 days.
I wish the total amout to be refunded as soon as possible, and strict action to be taken over the company so as to avoid any such complaints in future.

    Hi,
    I bought xuv 500 w4 just 2 months back and have fallen sick with respiratory disease cause of the gases passing through the AC vents. I have shown it at the dealership (sterling motors, mathura road, faridabad) but with the 1st visit no resolution.
    I am worried for the monies paid and my health with this car. Driving without the AC for last 7 days. Do intervene and help resolve this issue please.

    My wind shield is under warranty period. It is suddenly cracked due to heat and win win mahindra is not replacing it.. at first it was very little crack. And now its getting huge automatically.

      I purchased Kuv100 k2 + in September 2016 and from that month onwards the car is having problem with its Central locking system it is not working properly at all and sometimes the key doesn't work due to which we are facing lots of problems i.e. door doesn't open sometimes. This is our first car and we are having this kind of problems how will we ever buy our next vehicle from mahindra and we will also recommend our friends and family not to buy vehicles from mahindra due to the experience we are having . The service is not good at all.
      It will be good if mahindra will solve our problem immediately.

        On 24th april 2017, i had given my car to the authorized service centre of mahindra (Ks automobiles pvt ltd, udaipur) with repair order no ro18a001341.
        Till 29th evening the company is not able to deliver my car and still some work is left as told by the staff of the company

        Firstly it was informed to me by sms that my vehicle will be ready by 25th april with the estimated cost rs4000+tax but there was no information for the delivery of the vehicle.
        I enquired the next days ie on 26th and 27th but still vehicle was not ready and now today is 29th and still i don't get any conformation regarding delivery of my vehicle and when i enquired they told me to take a trial of about 100km for their satisfaction but when i request to send me the repair order notesheet copy on my whatsapp so as to communicate you they do not give me the copy.

        And at 19:36 hrs they give me sms that my vehicle is ready with final amount of rs 24203.05+taxes.
        Sir/mam i want to draw your attention that on 24th april 2017 i complaint at the above service centre about malfunctioning of gear of my car and i am not able to understand that the above mistake in my car takes about 6 days to get repair and i performed my all the work with hired taxi and it costs me too much. So i request you to provide relief in final amount which will fulfill my taxi bill

          Sir, i have purchase mahindra tuv 300 on 7/10/16 from ci automotives pvt. Bhopal. I have paid rs.31363 and rto rs. 64482 & insurence respectively, but the insurence amount recipet was rs.21525 & in rto recipet 55502 and we have complain to costumer care (Complaint no. [protected]) but we did get any response till today.
          When i send my car for service center there we found no free service so we pay the service amount and we got my car registered on 16/03/16..
          O please take action on mahindra & mahindra.
          We have also send the notice mahindra & mahindra and ci automotors pvt. Ltd.

          Sir,
          I Mr. Anish Anant Mahadik, the purchase a Mahindra KUV 100 K4 5 setter(M/s, Siddhivinayak Tours & Travels) from your NBS Showroom at Andheri (W), My first servicing due is 3000 Km and i am given from your G3 service station at Malad (W), (Morning appointment 9.30 am) but unfortunately my vehicle first service is bad response because their service provider & washing member are not perfect wash & clean (after service my vehicle given to me evening 8.00 pm). I am told to check my vehicle for some trouble ( Check the Nut Bold tightness/check the noice to seat bolt) but they are not solve my problem & they are given less response. In their service station the Air compressor is burned to their washing members fault in that reason my vehicle not clean inside the vehicle. The G3 service provider is told me the mahindra shiwari service station is closed, they are given first response to only purchase the vehicle at G3 showroom. so, my first service is bad experience.

            Few months back i decided to buy a pre owned car. Keeping in mind unscrupulousness of roadside dealers i decided to buy it from a so called reputable dealership like maruti true value, carnation, mahindra first choice etc because they boast of full mechanical check up of vehicles before selling and providing warranty for a certain period although one may be paying a little extra. After surfing on net and test driving a few i homed on to a skoda laura tsi 2009 regn no dl4cna 3075 which was available at mahindra first choice dealer garg automotives vijay enclave new delhi 110045. I contacted the dealer and had a look at the car. The salesman was mr parveen. After inspection and test drive i noticed certain faults and during negotiations i told the salesman about the same. He very confidently and enthusiastically told me that it was not an issue and that all faults would be rectified before delivery.in fact he asked me to drive the vehicle for a week and note down the faults and promised me that the same would be rectified. The faults were 1. Suspension sound from left rear. 2. Left tail light of different model. 3. Wipers not serviceable. 4. Rear bumper reflector broken. I made the cash payment on the dealer reps promise and took delivery of the car on 08 nov 2016. After two days i took the car to the dealer workshop and apprised the sales rep of some more issues like 1. Car ac stops cooling when the car is idling at traffic lights. 2. Auxiliary drive of music system not functioning. Most of the faults were rectified and car delivered to me after two days. Hereafter my ordeal started. After about ten days while driving, the engine hot warnings came on. I switched off the car and called mr parveen. He promptly sent a mechanic and the car was taken to workshop. The fault was diagnosed as coolant leakage from water pump. It was rectified and car returned after two days. When i got back home i realised the car central locking had stopped functioning. The left front door would not lock. It took three visits by the dealer rep to rectify the same. After about a month and half the coolant again started leaking. I was told that water pump needs to be replaced and since water pump was not under warranty i have to pay for it. I paid 5500 rupees and the part was replaced. During these two visits of the car to workshop i again reminded the salesman and the mechanics about the ac not cooling at idling and suspension noise still persisting. They apprised me every time that these faults have been addressed but on ground these problems persisted. On 24 february 2017 i sent the car for servicing. This time the workshop was able to finally fix the suspension sound issue. However the auxiliary input (Even till date) and air conditioning fault lingered on. The dealers workshop tried to rectify it by cleaning the radiator on two occasions. During winters it was not a major issue and i bore with it but with the temperatures increasing the fault became very clear and predominant and utility of the car became defunct. The air conditioner now just refused to cool as compared to earlier when it used to at least cool when the vehicle was in motion. I personally went to the dealer on 30 march. The dealers workshop took the car to their associated ac mechanic who refused to touch the vehicle. It was clear that there was something amiss between the dealer and ac mechanics (I came to know subsequently that the ac mechanic had clearly told the dealer that ac compressor needed replacement which the dealer didn't want to do). Then the car was taken to another ac mechanic who recommended cleaning the radiator which was done yet again finally after wasting my time for four visits the head mechanic mr shankar informed me after consulting the dealer that the ac compressor is faulty and since the same is not part of the guarantee the dealership cannot repair it. Now few pertinent questions... No 1. Was the vehicle really checked for its mechanical fitness keeping in mind the the number of problems it gave within 2-3 months. Almost 10 visits to the workshop in 4-5 months... No 2. Going back on promise made at the time of deal which catered for rectifying all initial faults, which included the fault of ac not cooling also. Infact the dealer workshop had tried rectifying the same on three to four occasions because of the said promise. Only when it was realised that there is going to be some considerable expenditure the dealership changed its stance which is clearly un ethical and un professional and a big blow to my perception of mahindra first choice as a competent pre owned car dealership. I brought this to the notice of brand mahindra first choice on its net portal. I got a call from mr nikhil gupta the area manager of mahindra firstchoice around 05 april. He told me that he would speak to the dealer on monday ie 10 april and resolve the issue. However he did not get back to me. Again on contacting him i asked him to at least organise my meeting with mr garg. He agreed and gave me the date of 25 april evening. Again i had to call him to confirm the time of meeting. He said he was at the dealership and would get back. He never did. I called again around 6.30 pm same day. He said he would call back in ten minutes. I am still waiting for his call till date. I requested him to guide me to next hierarchy of consumer redressal by giving me it's contact details. Instead of doing so he has stopped responding to my messages also. So much for customer care. What do i conclude from this tryst of mine with brand mahindra firstchoice? Firstly the promise of checked and certified vehicle. It is surely questionable. Secondly the issue of dealer ethics as brought out above raises a mute question whether one should ever buy a car from such a dealership network. What is the difference between mahindra firstchoice and any roadside dealer in delhi. I can now say it's almost none.               I purchased TUV 3oo AMT T8 last year from GSP Mahindra Motors, gurgoan.
              from the day one i have lot of issues in this car bcoz of there AMT is not working properly. i complains several time to GSP Mahindra (authorised service station), they always told me we update software and we set their tuning system you will not face this problem again.
              But the problem is repeat again n again, with running these few issues in AMT,
              One Day I am on the way incidentally my car become break down, his AMT stop working due to which i call road assistant they took my car to nearest service station named Diwan Fourwheeles.
              Them are checking why this problem comes and they found a half water mixed Mannual Transmission Gear oil in Gear Box which is changed by GSP Mahindra on 10000 KM qty 2.5 Ltr. here i found another cheat by GSP Mahindra that they cut the bill of 2.5 LTR Gear Oil to me instead of 2 ltr as per specifications provide by Mahindra n Mahindra in Mannuals.
              This complaint i booked in there coustomer care by making several times call to them but i am not get any solution n they are not take any action against GSP Mahindra Motors even i am not received any call from MAhindra n Mahindra.
              After correct this problem by Diwan Fourwheeles in Four Days i faced many problems during travelling Problems with AMT becomes more. Their AMT isn't working properly and i waiting the call from Mahindra n Mahindra.
              Few days back on Last saturday, again my car become break down their AMT is stop working and car isn't starting now. daily i calling to service adviser n asking what going on they just answer me we are working on instruction given by Mahindra n Mahindra.
              Now i become fed up by this car i invested 11 lacs for this car, now i am feel like a big fool why i bought this car. Even i think to do something wrong with own by fed up for same problems again and again because that amount is so big for me i invested for this car against my parents now i am not willing to buy another car too n one more problem comes in this car is millage its millage is too bad just 10-11Km and company claims 18.49 KM here too they cheat me.

                I have purchased Mahindra XUV in he month of October 2016 and did not receive RC card as on date.

                Purchase date:- 28 October 2016
                Registration date:- 23 March 2017
                Registration No:- MP09CU5878
                Its more then six months and the dealer M/S Somya Vehicles P Ltd, 8-13, Babji Nagar, Dewas Naka Indore, every time used to say that the card will be received in a day or two.

                    On April 14th, I took my Quanto vehicle for general check up as i have planned to trave to Bangalore along with my family.In CAI service centre in Coimbatore, which I regularly do service have scanned the vehicle and replaced 2 ABS censors along with Radiator to engine hoze and light and charged me around Rs.5707/- in which I got confident that my vehicle is 100% through to take to Bangalore.Next day early morning along with my family drove towards Bangalore in which found nearing Salem that there were some issue happening in Shifting of gears.As soon as I reached Salem, stopped the vehicle and called M & M onroad service in which they arrived within 45 Mins and took us to the nearby SKS Service centre in which they analysed that Clutch has got damaged and need to replace.I informed them to replace and it took 5 hours to get my vehicle delivered in which the SKS people took utmost care of myself & my family in which Iam very obliged on their service and they charged me around Rs.13, 350/-.In this lieu, I have spent around Rs.19, 057.62 in 2 days and it was a great mishap done by Coimbatore CAI Industries that they could have analysed the problem in which I upfront said that Iam taking my vehicle to Bangalore.It happened a mind stress along with wastage of time & money in which I need a complete refund of the same in which fail will put up in consumer court along with my mental agony settlements.Hope my message is clear and I need a solid reply in this regard

                      Getting rust on the doors and other parts of my bolero.
                      I have purchased it 3 years back. We have been facing this issue for around 1 and half years.
                      Already informed our dealers (Eram motors, palakkad & pattambi). Very poor customer service. Shame on you.
                      Whenever we go for any service related issues, they will cover it with some poor quality paints. After 1 week it will go off.
                      Please don't go for mahindra vehicles.

                        I bought a w10 at xuv 500 which was delivered by your dealer in ahmedabad to me in dehradun.

                        In dehradun the premier mahindra show room staff had a very lackadaisical attitude when i wanted original mahindra accessories fixed. With no concern towards the customer. They said that for nearly 10 - 12 days they would not have a mechanic who can fix the various accessories. On coaxing they agreed to make some ad hoc arrangement. They called me and on reaching the show room i learnt that the ad hoc mechanic too was not there.

                        Even the driver who was detailed to drive my new car to the work area did not know how to drive an automatic and was wrestling with the gears and when i tried to correct him he was very argumentative. When i mentioned to the staff they laughed as if it was a joke.

                          I have purchased one TUV car from one of M& M dealer M/s Royal Motors in Kolkata by cash. I am having a very bitter experience.First payment was made on 5/4/17 but till date i am waiting for my car because all fittings are not fitted in my car as per my requirement though full payment was made.

                          Two key we received one key is with remote locking facility & other is standard key without remote locking facility.This not expected from a brand like M&M because maruti is offering this facility in Swift.

                            I've bought a Mahindra KUV100 K8 Petrol (6 Seater) on 06-Apr-2016 from Anant Cars Bannerghatta Road, Bangalore. I'm writing this complaint regarding the mileage. I'm 200% sure you have received this feedback about the vehicle. Being a 1198CC petrol vehicle i think this is the only motor which gives the least mileage. I;ve never received more than 9KMPL ever i this last one year. First free service i had this complaint and they took it again for re-review and still the vehicle till date only gives me 9KMPL maximum in ECO drive mode. This is rubbish. Please stop advertising this as young SUV. I'm thinking of filing this in the consumer court. The vehicle is only good to look at but nothing else is worth it.

                              I have your vehical XUV 500.
                              MH49 BM 2211
                              Prem Malik Nagpur Maharashtra.
                              Complaint is of your sales n service centre Provincial auto mobiles. MIDC HINGNA ROAD NAGPUR.
                              There is very poor co ordination between the two department's claim n service/ repairs.
                              My vehicle was given to them for repairs n claims. The job was to completed in 5 to 7 working days whereas it was not been completed in 20+ days.
                              And above all both the department's do not convey each other about the position of the vehicle nor they talk to the customer update him about the delivery of vehicle.

                                My car mahindra kuv 100 was sent for first free servicing today on 25/04/2017. The car was dirty from inside. Pictures were sent to the service manager ravinder. However he replied that i should be happy that t he has sent the car back to me on time. Latter he got really rude and said that he has done a mistake by accepting my car for servicing. Very rude and careless behaviour. The car is dirty from inside. There is scratch on the car which is not present on the job card the guy gave to me when he came for the pick up of the car. The company fitted central locking is not working and the car is just 1 and a half month old.

                                  Sir, with utmost disappointment i want to say that i have lost faith in this indian company which made bogus claim of best compact hatchback running on the roads by the name of kuv 100. With every unit being dispatched, your faith increases to consolidate your foot in the indian aoutomobile market, but believe me it can only be taken over by maintaining the faith of your customers in you. Bought this vehicle by my hard earned money of my mother who is the only sole earning head of my family invested in your car which claimed to be the best hatchback on the indian road, was taken back by the worst mileage and ac function. An average indian is only driven by a car mileage which is the the important factor of one buying a car in india.

                                  i have bought a kuv 100 which is said to be giving the milage of 18.5. but also after 1st servicing it is showing 11 km. what should i do??
                                  i have given complain to the local service center several times, but not yet solved.

                                  i think it has been sold to me by giving wrong commitment.

                                    I have purchased Mahindra Gusto VX on dated[protected] from Sitamarhi Automobiles, Sitamarhi. But the agency is not providing me any computer generated invoice alongwith owner book of my vehicle. The agency is demanding Rs. 1500 extra for the Registration Charge, but I have already deposited before the delivery of my vehicle. Due to unavailability of owner book I am facing so many Administrative problems. Please suggest me for the further action.

                                      Dear sir,

                                      1. I registered a complaint on your toll free number [protected] 'with you hamesha' on 05 apr 17, i was assured redressal in 24 hrs but 3 days have since passed & no action has been taken on my complaint.

                                      2. I am a serving army officer maj vivek rautela who bought xuv w8 on 05 oct 13 from punjab automobiles, ahmedabad in my wife's name maj sonika sharma.

                                      3. We were highly satisfied & happy with the performance of the xuv & never faced any major issues.

                                      4. Being a die hard fan of the xuv, on 03 nov 16 i bought the new xuv w10 from raj vehicles, patiala and was very delighted with the further upgrades in the new xuv.

                                      5. On 30 mar 17, my xuv w8 which was being driven by my father in law in himachal pradesh abruptly came to a halt as the engine stopped!!! (Can i expect this from such a reputed company-mahindra???) after negotiating a turn downhill. He somehow managed to control the xuv to get it to a halt... Touchwood nothing happened to him or my other family members sitting inside.
                                      6. I spoke to toll free number and was told to take the xuv to hamirpur service station being nearest to location after online payment of rs2875 which i did.

                                      7. On 01 apr 17, the engine of my xuv was opened by baba service station at hamirpur (Without they intimating me or giving any estimate of probable expenditure) and they said that the turbocharger has failed!...

                                      8. When i asked them for the reason for the failure of turbo... The tech manager mr ganga singh was unable to explain... Said that 'yeh to kisi bhi wajah se ho sakta hain'... Sir i will not take this for an answer! Safety is o[censored]tmost importance to me for my family & will not compromise on it... Come what may.

                                      9. I was given service quotation of rs 54, 983 on 02 apr 17 without any estimate being given earlier.

                                      10. I have been getting my xuv serviced regularly as per schedule & my last service of the xuv was done at raj vehicles patiala at 50, 000 kms so i met the service general manager mr jitender asking for the reason for the turbo failure... No satisfactory reply here also.

                                      11. Now my grievances are as follows:-

                                      (A) it has been today 10 days since the incident my grievance has not been redressed. As on date my xuv is still lying at baba service station hamirpur with the engine opened!!!

                                      (B) how can the engine of my xuv is opened at only 57000 kms!!! That too after getting regular servicing done as per schedule. Now even after assembling the engine it would never be the same. (I have personally not heard of any vehicle engine being opened before a lakh or two kms on the speedo)

                                      (C) what is the reason for the engine of my xuv to fail, causing the xuv to abrubtly halt... This could have led to a major accident also... Now i no longer feel safe in my new xuv as i feel that the engine might come to a halt anytime with dire consequences.

                                      (D) who is responsible for the engine failure, is it the last servicing station who were not able to detect the problem or was there some manufacturing defect???... I sure need an answer for this question which has compromised the safety of the car

                                      12. I am writing to you to share that now after this incident everyday when i get into my new xuv i do not any longer feel positive, safe or confident that i used to feel before. I think that i have invested too much & too soon on a wrong car that too twice!!!

                                      13. Let me also tell you that sir, i am very hurt, depressed & in severe mental pain. Hoping to hear from you soon...

                                      I am also experienced the same problem with my xuv 500w8 at 82000km. No one giving a satisfactory reason why it's failed. I would like to know how you resolved the issue.

                                        M'y car tuv 300 met with an accident on 31st match 2017, enroute to chitoor from Bangalore, thé véhicule was tord and taken to jain cars Service centre at vellore. Thé Service at vellore jain cars is very pathetic, thé havent received parts for the vehicle Toll saturday last week-end., never thought Mahindra such à reputed company is absolutely not comitted to its customers, worst Service, its been à month now tht m'y vehicle tuv 300 is drill in jain cars. delay in receiving parts shows thé incompétence of the service team and dealership, unacceptable delay by Mahindra. I would never recommend any of my collègues and friend to go for Mahindra brand ever, i had Maruthi car earlier and Service by them was far far better from Mahindra, worst part is tuv 300 is à latest vehicle in ur variant and u hv scarcity of parts for that, It sens absolutely funny
