I have buying mahindra kuv 100... From raebareli om auto 45 days ago.. But i have not recived car cover,, and they ignoring me few some days,, plzz resolve my problem other wise i will go to court and i handover car in your showroom om auto mobile. My name - naveen awasthi from lalagunj raebareli mob. No - [protected],, [protected],, i want only car cover in a week otherwise u know.

    We have purchased the subject vehicle (SCORPIO - automatic) on 08 April 2014 from M/s.Sireesh Auto, Madivala, Bangalore. After two days of the purchase we had Jerking of the Gear and the engine used to rise abnormally during the gear shift (for all Gears). Immediately we took the vehicle to Sireesh Auto Service center, and same was adjusted/rectified and gave the vehicle back.

    Now again while going on a long drive the same issue of Gear jerking started, but this time it was while Gear shifting between 3rd to 4th or 4th to 5th Gear. This happened while we were travelling to Ooty which was 2hrs journey from Mysore which took us 10hrs to reach with the embarrassment of standing on the middle of the road along with the family and the children till the engine to cool down which was extremely getting heated up during the Gear shift raise.

    Somehow with great difficulty we have reached Bangalore and sent the vehicle to M/s.Sireesh Auto to attend the complaint and our surprise we get an estimate of Rs.50, 000/- plus Labour charges extra for a vehicle which is run only 18, 000 KM, which is totally unreasonable. Later we understood that this estimate was given to us without any inspection of the vehicle in detail, though the vehicle was in the service center.If Sireesh Auto is charging Rs.50, 000/- + for a vehicle which is run only 18, 000 KM, we wonder what will be there charges after 50, 000 KM. We also have other make MUV which is run more than 2Lakh Kilometers without any problem with a reasonable maintenance cost.

    This is not the 1st time it is happening to us for buying a Mahindra Vehicle from Sireesh. We had purchased a XUV-500(KA-03-MQ-0771) vehicle on[protected] where we had a very serious issue of break failures which your company has accepted and replaced the breaks. However we were not satisfied with your kind of service and the defective vehicle delivered to us. So we had sold XUV-500 (KA-03-MQ-0771) and bought this vehicle (SCORPIO- KA-03-MT-7542) in this transaction we had to loose around Rs.5.00Lakhs for the no fault o[censored]s.

    Now we understand after seeing the review/ complaints of Scorpio automatic more than 90% of the vehicle are with the same issues. It is totally unacceptable that Mahindra manufactures a defective vehicle and sells for which dealers like Sireesh take advantage of the Manufacturing defectsand make money by misguiding the customers. We have also observed that M/s. Sireesh Auto service center is more sales office then of service. For any minor repairs also they show a big problem and charge huge amount.

    We have taken a decision that we will not use any of Mahindra Vehicles in future and recommend people in our network not to buy Mahindra Vehicles. Safety of our family and friends are our utmost Priority and we will definitely not use this vehicle, so we don’t want to sell this vehicle also to any one from our end and put their lives in danger. Hence we have decided not to take the delivery of the vehicle given to Sireesh Auto Service Center. We would suggest you to take back Your Defective Vehicle.

    We hope you understand our concern and take necessary steps to close this issue.

      We booked 1 xuv 500 in infinity car. They promise me to deliver vehicle by 5 april but till today we did not get material. Sales executive of infinity motor are not answering my call.
      To fulfill their target they are manage to get full loan amount from hdfc bank in month of march[protected] we asked for apology mail for that also they denied. We spoke to your asm also but he is very in active for this complaint. (Mr. Abhisehk) first time we are buying car from indian comany but sorry to say for you customer is nothing comapare to other comapny. We buy many car from suzuki we never ever face such type of miss behaviour from any of their staff.
      With such type of attitude you can sell vehicle but you can not enhance your brand and company image in indian public.

        Hello, I am owner of XUV 500 2012 model, the vehicle has been hardly used and till now its been driven only 35000 kms, I am facing the issue of clutch pedal getting struck when pressed, and this was brought to the notice of the service center in white field in July 2016 of the first time, the technician instead of attending started to threaten me from the beginning to take the extended guarantee and towing facility, if not taken i will be experiencing more issues.
        ok tats still fine, the complaint he attended and gave the vehicle back saying everything is okay, then within one month I come back with the same issue, then he says that my driving was not okay resulting in the clutch plate damage and its time to change the clutch plate, I even did that, but the issue did not stop, again i had been there, but the technician told its alright.
        now i was fed up with the service engineer and spoke to one of the manager and he asked me to come to Laggere service center, when it was time to get the vehicle serviced as per the kilometer I had handed over the vehicle to the laggere service center with the existing complaint, but even here they told thats working fine and no issues.
        but still now i am facing the issue, pls advice what has to be done, whom should i contact.

          We have booked new Scorpio S4 - Silver Color car on company name on 29th March 2017 with NBS Motors. Initially they said that car will be delivered within 25 Days since silver color stock is not available or max in 45 days.

          After 10 days when we inquire about car status, we were not getting proper response from NBS sales team, they keep telling that car is still under manufacture unit, meanwhile we were keep chasing them for White color but for that too they have taken 10 days to submit the quotation, saying that new car rates will be applicable from 1st April, but on 10th of April also they were not having the new rates. after many followups for Silver Color we got response on 15th April 2017 that :-

          "As per our system order scorpio S4 Silver color is planning to be dispached from factory by 16th of may 2017, we have white color ready available in our stock if you can give us the confirmation for it then we can block that car for you and it can be delivered within 12 working days after registration."

          After getting the above response on mail, I was frusted.

          The Sales Team is worst ever I have seen like Mahindra one of Top company in India, no one can think kind of horrible & pathetic service.

          We have purchased the car earlier too from other manufacturer, but they have delivered the car within 10 days before commitment.

          I will not recommend Mahindra to anyone now onwards.

          On 20th April also making full payment in advance for White color car I am not getting proper response.

          Please convey this issue to top management.

            Problem informed were not resolved and created new problem in car.

            1. Gate making noise were not resolved even after bring to notice to supervisor.
            2. Car was not started when I am on the way to Jaipur and it found that Battery wire were loose after service of car. I don't know, why battery wire was disturbed/loosen during the service while it was not a component to be services in first service.
            3. Air filter was supposed to replace after running 40000Km of car as per service manual but it was charged for air filter replacement.
            Hence I am not satisfactory with services of sterling motor co. Faridabad & integrity is doubtful.

            Sir k am one of the owner xuv500.. I had give my xuv500 for service at jain cars vellore tamilnadu. There were only few complaints. And they charged me ther amoumt of 32000rs.. Within a week i could the same all complaints.. It is not the first it is third time.. Kindly take a proper action on them.
            I had referred Wg Cdr NS Rao to buy XUV500. Customer support had taken my address and contact details to send the gift vouchers (Rs 5000) last month. However, i have not received any vouchers even after one month.

              My vehicle is under warranty. My vehicle services done at tvs mahindra i am not satisfied with tvs mahindra kaimanam. They are try to blaming me. The vehicle had so many problems like
              Power steering oil leak
              Ac belt and relay noise
              Clutch release bearing noise.
              Engine oil leak. Before one week they told all these problems are solved all complaint parts are replaced. But these problems are not solved still available they are trying to fool me. So please take necessary steps against this

                Dear sir,
                I had booked tuv 300 silver/black duel tonet8 with your authorised dealer namely m/s khokan motors works pvt. Ltd located at matigara, siliguri on 20/03/2017 and paid rs.10, 000/=as advance vide cheque no.070423 of central bank of india, darjeeling branch, darjeeling 734101.
                Your above said dealer committed in writing to deliver the car by 15/04/2017 but so far iam not receving any communication from them. However on my personal enquiry dealer over telephone informed me that that they cantnot deliver the said car now as committed and even they couldnot commit the next delivery date and no reasons what so ever was given for the same, undermining the dignity of the customer. Hence it is requested that the matter may please be taken up with you said authorised dealer and ensure me to deliver of the car by 30/04/2017 failing which i have no option to cancel the booking claming refund of my booking amount.

                  My Vehicle No: TS08EC0571, given for 4th maintenance schedule (40, 000Kms). Asked to replace front shocks, Antina. Repairs: power windows problem, vibration in engine, LH wheel bolt loose repairs with general service.

                  By keeping two days in the Automotive manufactures P Ltd, RP Road, Secunderabad. I have received vehicle without interior cleaning, wiring repairs, replacement of shocks & antina. Additionally I noticed Instead of power window problem, created another two problems in the vehicle i.e continuous Door open indication signal & lock/unlock indicators are out of order with audio signal.

                  At present for service I paid Rs9, 905/- and given assessment for another Rs14, 000/-. I don't know, how for it is genuine in paying in the 4th maintenance schedule.

                  Kindly advice your maintenance group not to damage your fame and give good service to the customer with reasonable cost.

                  Regarding this subject, I posted in the automotive website. I have not received any phone call/response.

                      I had purchased my scorpio s6+ in march2015 which met an accident in the end of year 2016.After that i spend almost 4 lakhs on my brand new car for servicing but i am still not satisfied with the service provided as the brake is not working well and stearing wheel is vibrating while driving and there are other problems too.Please resolve the matter asap.As i travel long distance journey a lot with my car and not only within the state but outstation too.

                          Greetings!!!

                          I love Mahindra vehicle (I’m working with FORD INDIA Chennai past 7 years) and suggest the people to buy Mahindra vehicle, but henceforth I don’t think will suggest them. REASON IS...

                          When I traveling (Vacation trip along with my kids) from Chennai to Coimbatore 2nd week of April 2017. I faced Gear issues (not able to change the gear while driving) and ABS light always on. So gave my vehicle (TN38BS1731) to CAI Mahindra service center at Coimbatore on 11th April 17, 2017 at 12.45Pm. Also I informed / clearly explain the issues to CAI MAHINDRA service person.

                          I got a call from CAI Mahindra service on 12th afternoon and inform me that – “there is the issue in battery voltage and need to change/ replace to new one; ABS issue will be resolved” I said OK to change it. But no information/Not informed me about major issue of “Gear not working”!

                          So, I ask the status of “Gear not working” they said no such issues in my vehicle; for my repeated compliant about “ Gear not working” then they satisfy me (provide) solution is “Gear Oil” needs to change it, I said OK to change it.

                          I picked/took my vehicle on 13th April 2017 afternoon (still ABS Light was on - I informed CAI Mahindra service person and I will provide vehicle again service center on 15th April to resolve issue).

                          And started traveling from Coimbatore to Madurai on 14th early morning around 4.40am, when I over taking truck and opposite BUS coming toward me (Near “Palladam” – location 5.30am) I’m not able to change the gear (“Thank GOD Nothing happen “) and stop the Vehicle left side of the road (I was shock and it’s took 15minuts to realize the situation).

                          After that I was raise compliant 5.45am and they are asking me to stand over there CAI service person will reach me 6.30 to 7am. I heard from service center - if they took Vehicle they need one more day to identify the issue / resolve the issues! But I need to reach Madurai on the day itself very urgent (before afternoon).

                          So I called one of my relation (uncle) he’s automobile mechanic and he provide me solution (how to drive my vehicle with these issues) and reach Madurai.
                          He provides the solution of my vehicle (he provides over through phone – not even seeing Vehicle) these following below;

                          1) Buy the break Oil and fill it (because your vehicle will not have the break Oil) – I checked and shocked because there’s no break Oil in my vehicle (Oil tank was empty).
                          2) Push the clutch three to four times when you’re facing “Gear Not Working”- Yes it’s worked.
                          3) You need to change the Oil cylinder (approximately 2000 rupees its cost).

                          Again I provide my vehicle to CAI Mahindra on 15th April 2017 in Coimbatore and informed above solution to CAI Mahindra service person also.

                          Yesterday (16th April 17, 2017) vehicle back to me, First I need to drive and let you know status in couple of weeks (but still not 100% satisfied).

                          Note: Buy a vehicle is one of life time achievement (Middle family) but vehicle service is part of our regular life. I was spend this year service cost around RS: 44000/- (Service Cost with in two month -from 17 Feb 2017 to 15 April 2017).

                            I bought a new kuv100 petrol vehicle before 2month back but I already changed the pipe 1month back for the same complaint with payable but still again same complaint will occur I don't know what quality of pipe will be provided by Mahindra & Mahindra group and who is responsible for the wastage of my time and money...? I already use Maruti Suzuki Swift and Hyundai Santo vehicle but I M not face any complaint like this...l fell This this worsted product by Mahindra & Mahindra petrol pipe line most important part of the vehicle...I don't know how will be tested that component finally I decided that live the Mahindra... Vehicle...

                            I am Irfan pasha I take Mahindra kuv 100 petrol vehicle 2months back within this two months I have change petrol pipe 2times with payment I don't know what quality of product will be fitted and when I ask the warranty incharge how it's possible he tell I don't know you tel and you show who it's leak and include manger also not taking any response not com and see how it's... Become and I real feel toooooooo bad and I think all the show room workers firstly wants training for how to behave with customers and after how to diagonaisis the problem I compalint the Mahindra customer care but they also not respond and no one can call me and ask what problem u have facing I complaint 2days back and now already 3rd day running even the 100rupess sim card company will respond the customer within few hour but I don't know Mahindra & Mahindra is big company or small company still now I don't have any confedens to take my vehicle for long trip or out station Mahindra service and customer care is worsted...                               Yesterday,[protected], i put my vehicle for regular service and ac chekup at shiva auto car ghaziabad. I paid the whole bill amount rs 14392 vide bill no. Rbr18e000372dt[protected] in cash. But the advisor said that ac cooling coil is not working and it is not cover under warranty as you have not change filter during your previous three service which i made at jai kumar meerut. So you are not eligible for the warranty.
                              Sir we are always get serviced by your authorised service centers not to others, so there is no possibilities from my side that some part is changed or not to be changed whenever it may be required as per techinical specifications/guidelines from mahindra to its manufactured vehicles.
                              This is all your service center responsibility at whole. As resutls at the time of some fault in ac they both lingering the issue and demanding the whole amount of repairs or change from the customer which one is not justice.
                              Please look the issue raised from your service center as i m not in conditions to run my car and going on my daily working in this hot climate.
                              My humble request is to your esteemed company.

                                I have given my vehicle (Mahindra Scorpio M Howk 2010), Reg. No. -MH27AC4410, at Unnati Motors Mahindra Authorised sales and service, Amravati, Maharashtra on 23/03/2017, for repairing of front bonnet and fascia but still pending repairing works till the date I have complaining, they excuses for parts unavailability, this is too much that my vehicle is not an old model. I am suffering from 20 days.

                                We were given two days time, the parts were made available at the time of repairing the Scorpio, and the people of Mahindra And Mahindra Helpline are also in constant contact but no repairs were done yet, what should we do now? Do we scrap the Scorpio! Or hope that soon everything will be alright, please solve it as soon as.

                                  TN 38 BS 1731 I have given my vehicle to CAI coimbatore service center 3days back and my complaint to rectify 1)Gear not working while driving and 2) ABS light always on. But I received call back from service center person saying my vehicle having battery problem if you change all the issue's are rectified.I said OK because I was traveled from chennai to coimbatore for my kids summer vacation. So I got vehicle by yesterday afternoon (i'my not drived _because I need started travel to madurai from coimbatore). Today I started again I facing same issue (both). I lost my entire family life - mid of road gears not working. I standing mid road 5.45am with my family and two babies.

                                      We own Quanto c4 model, we are based in Hyderabad. From past one month the vehicle is unrepaired and with the Dealer at service centre (VVC). The engineer after socalled servicing of vehicle brought it to our home and left during March 2017 and collcted good amount for general servicing. When we started to using the car it run just 200km and we noticed that there was a whistle like loud sound coming from the cooling fan (which was never heard during last three years of driving and till the vehicle was given for servicing) and there was sudden break down of the car in the middle of the road. The noise is quite audibe even from inside of the car and even from a distance. When we enquired we were told that this is a normal sound for Quanto. We asked them to re-check and did not take the delivery, however even after seven days they insist that they have checked and the noise in the fan is normal. Its frustating to take delivery of the vehicle with a problem which was not existing when we gave it for repairs.
                                      I strogly feel Quanto is a failure model as it is hardly run for 36000 km in three years and service station Manager is suggesting us to replace the coolant now. we do not feel confident of the workstation and feel that this a failure model as the manufactures cannot guarantee the run for vehicle for appro 36000 km and feel that they are taking us for a ride.
