    I have an xuv 500 and its warranty was upto feb 2017. In 2016 i was told by AVC motor's bathinda that warranty can be extended for 2 years by paying approx 26000 rs which i paid. They gave me on receipt only. No other paper was given. Now my car's seat cover are damaged and when i asked them to change it they said its not covered in extended warranty but was covered in standard warranty. At time of extending the warranty they didn't told anything about this. Now saying a lot of items are not covered...either the dealer or the company itself is a big fraud...now will go to consumer court to file a litigation.

      Sir we have a xuv 5oo make 2012 We are repaired the vehacle as per schedule regurly but since one year we complaint regarding A /C cooling they are charged us as gass filling, moter change, blower change, and now they shed, a c coil leakage we are complant the matter to customer care, but No response from service center as well customer care

        Hi,

        Due to accident we have submitted car for repair in begusarai, bihar in OCT 2016. Mr. Raman Jha taking care all these but still not repaired. We have given cash as well. Company saying Raman started their own business, Indian gas agency, so he is not working on to repair. He has pending case then how they can work on to other work if they have some task is pending. How could Mahindra can give NOC to work some where else if all case not closed.
        Myself and my father trying to follow up from Raman but not picking up phone.

        I did not get any call or resolution, i tried to call multiple time but no one is picking phone who is involve to resolve.
        Kindly, if they are not able to resolve please release my vechicle and i will go some where else for repair, Also i need compensation for such a long time delay.

          Dear Mahindra Team,
          I, myself is Babu Rao Mulla (Vizianagaram, Andhra Pradesh) had purchased brand new Mahindra TUV 300 ATMT on 28.12.2016(not even 4 months completed) and have been using it with utmost care. We havent even planned a long trip yet.
          On 9th April 2017 we faced a problem, vehicle is suddenly stopping while running and it is NOT STARTING. It happend three times in middle of the highway and for God's sake some how we reached our home. No sooner we contacted the dealer( Neon Motors-Visakhapatnam) they have received the vehicle for rectification and promised us to submit the vehicle on 10.04.2017 1809 Hrs. Till now we havent received any update from them regarding status of our vehicle.
          It has already been 4 days and we have been waiting for the status of vehicle delivery. Kindly convey the crew to expedite the process and rectify the issue at the earliest. We are still holding our patience.

            I have given my bolero for routine servicing at nexgen service centre at 11.00am.there isn't any one to take responsive notice. When i asked a person of center about negligence at 1.15pm he replied that we have not staff to support u.Till now no one has taken any initiation about servicing.customers are fully ragged here praying for the service to their vehicles.

                I dr arun kumar from bareilly up in march 2016 purchased a new scorpio s6+ from mahindra agencie bareilly.from starting there is a problem in vehicle is from gear and breaking system and i have complaint many time and at the time of services but no action taken from the agency side and not a prevantive solution should be provided by agency side.now the clitch plates damaged in my cars.i was shoked because why clitch plates damaged in new vehicle at the date 11.04.17 i send my car agency for repair clitch plates please take a nesasary action against these problem. Thanks

                  Port blair - i have a two wheeler mahendra gusto, on 15.4.2017 on accident happened with me. And on dt.20.1.2017 i was given a two wheeler and shown them damage of parts. Then service incharge told me to that they will bring the damaged items within 15 days from chennai. Today dated. 10.4.2017, still i have not received any calls from mahindra service center port blair.

                  I have no doubt on the company, but at the same time bad name will came only because of few dealers and service center.

                    Dear mahindra team,

                    We bought a new mahindra nova sport car in the month of august 2016.
                    I am going to regular services for 1000 km and 5000 km. After 5000 km service around 6200 km i have problem in clutch plate. Mahindra service center people take vehicle and said clutch plate problem and ask for 12000 rupees. I paid the money and collect the vehicle (This happened in november or dec-16). Again i start using the car and serviced in 10000 km after service i just gone 100 km. Again i got a problem. Costumer care people toe the car and saying clutch plate and its related accessories. Mow they are charging around 42000 rupees.

                    We have car for last 10 years and we resale the car to mahindra only. We know driving well. But your people is complaining about our driving.

                    What is the quality of car and its accessories you prepared?

                    Why should i buy a mahindra car and recommend my friends?

                    While first time problem itself i inform your service people that should not happen again. But the same problem happen again and again why?

                    I think shiva automobiles not properly servicing the car?

                      We have purchased a Mahindra Tourister 15 BS3 16S REG EXL0018 on 23.03.17. The full payment was received by your dealer M/s Greenland Automobiles Pvt. Ltd. (Noida) by 23.03.17.

                      Invoice Number GAPL/CN/16-17/0078; Engine No: GUH4B88911.

                      Despite repeated reminders, your dealer has yet not provided the Registration Number for this mini-bus. As a result, despite having paid in full, we are not able to use the bus for past 20 days. We have been forced to bear cost of Rs.2000/- per day on account of external bus service provider. That apart we are bearing cost of driver etc. while the bus is of no use to us without the Registration Number.

                      At the time of sales pitch, the marketing person (Mr. Arvind and his team) mis-sold the bus to us. They told us that we would receive a refund of about Rs. 9000/- from RTO Office. At the time of delivery of the vehicle, they turned around and said that they were not aware that this refund will not be applicable to our mini-bus as it is valued less than Rs. 10 Lac.

                      To say the least, it has been a horrible experience dealing with M/s Mahindra & Mahindra.

                      I would request you to kindly look into the matter and take necessary action immediately.

                          My car showed engine oil pressure low at 37000 kms whereas the scheduled oil change was at 40000 kms. Timely servicing at authorised centres were carried out. A noise started coming from engine after 5 kms of drive after the warning. Around 15 kms of driving I found a authorised centre and got my car checked. The mechanic there said the noise was coming from the head of the engine. I don't understand how such a thing can happen when I have followed all the protocol. I am deeply disappointed and am thinking of taking a legal action against the company if my vehicle is not delivered to me in suitable condition and without me being charged for something where the fault is entirely of the authorised service centres.
                          I hope to get your cooperation and justice.

                            On 31/03/17 i have booked mahindra scorpio s2 and due to bank problem they i am unable to purchase but when i asked them reguarding booking amount then they told me that they alredey made the bill so they can't return the money
                            On this issue 7 april 17 my elder brother has visited showroom along with my younger brother but in chatra showroom sales manager name "saurav" started abusing them and started commenting them personally on their education and income and abuse them verbally and outside the showroom sales manager "saurav" hit me and also slap me and started vilolence with me.
                            I think this is not mahindra culture to fight with customer and hit them, so plz take appropriate action against sales manager saurav of chatra showroom anand motors and do the needfull.

                              I have purchased xuv 500 w4 on December 13, 2016. Feom the first day there is problem in car alignment, i informed this to A A automobiles from where i bought this car, second problem was that my driver seat is not moving at all, its jammed, i called mr rahul who is manager in service centre, they took my car for 3 days but then too the problem is still persisting, today when I received the car after three days, the manager said u have received a faulty piece of car and it has manufacturing defect, its just 5 months i have purchased the car, if my problem will not be solved, then i will complaint in consumer court, either i want a new car or my problem should be eradicated.

                                This is wrt to the Car in the subject MA03 MU 8041 purchased on 28th Oct 2014, done about 22K Kms and one fine day stopped in the middle of the road. it is 3 weeks since the car is in the service station for Battery replacements and for ever pushing the date of its return, During the SALE, BIG PROMISED WERE MADE THAT REPLACEMENT CAR WILL BE PROVIDED IN CASE CAR HAS TO GO TO SERVICE STATION FOR MORE THAN A WEEK !
                                All promised are now forgotten and I am now stranded w/o a car and paying huge sums of money to travel to office and back . A company like Mahindra does not have any technical automatic ways to test the battery and each battery is being manually tested by draining it and recharging it, thus delaying the whole process . Initially no one in Sireesh Auto even bothered to keep us informed on what is the issue and how long it will take to repair .. now they are delaying it for ever . My STRON FEEDBACK, PLEASE DO NOT GO IN FOR Fully AUTOMATIC CARS specially Mahindra E2O !
                                Now, can some one come back to me on when and how I can get my car back which is still under 5 years warranty from Oct 2014 ?

                                  I am the owner of xuv5oo. I buy this vehicle 8 months back. Now my vehicle ready for 2 nd service. Yesterday 03.04.2027 i got appointments from related agency (Sri arn motors thanjavur) today morning around 9 o clock i dropped my vehicle to service centre i am waiting inside gust room. Around 12.30 i came back visit my vehicle totally shocked where i dropped my same place i found without any service around 3 hours 30 minutes no one take any action. Than i will infrom service manager they said simply sorry sir. I totally feed up immediately i take my vehicle from service centre without service then informed to mahindran customer care through toll free number. Now what i can do. Please advise.

                                    I am owner of KUV100-K8 & my insurance required renewal & Sri Durga Staff Ms.Renu from Insurance department approached me for this renewal & in verbal communication advised me Vehicle value amount of Rs.5.27 lac appx & Insurance company name Liberty Videocon & after several discussions when I approcahed her she transfer the case ot Ms.Geet in her department & Ms.Geet advised me premium amount Rs.12597/- & I agreed to pay & they have collected cheque from my residence for the same on 29 March 2017 & on 30 morning when I saw the cover note its shows vehicle value rs.4.94 lacs which was too much less which was quoted to me o Phone, when i called for the same then Ms.Geet advise me to get it higher in next year & said that she had no Idea what Renu told mee & now she can not do any thing. I sent mail several times to their department but nothing is received in written & their Insurance Manager Mr.Govind threatened me on phone that what I can do, if want then I can go any where but they will not entertain anything in this case. Advise me is this the Service value of Mahindra's dealers & when they need to catch customer they can say everything but once a customer stucked then their Original behaviour shows. Advise where i can go now. I am attaching mails which I sent to them but they have not sent me any revert

                                      I had purchased kuv100 on 7 April 2016 and before completion of one year and after 3rd service clutch plate is burn. Service DGM said cost of repair is Rs 28000. How could clutch plate can be burn just at 20000 km. In NCR region one can not run the car at 4th gear.due to heavy traffic there is load on clutch n breaks. It means company hasn't kept this thing in mind while manufacturing the parts?? Mine is diesel vehicle amd 50 to 70 km run in NCR is quiet average. But the day bi have purvhaed the car it has been a headache for me. I can't pay such a large amount that too because mahindra has poor quality pars 8n kuv 100. So the needful

                                        Hi,
                                        Recently due to a defective switch I visited the service center for mahindra in hadapsar, pune. Firstly I had to do with a non-functional window and risk theft, when the part was available after several days, warranty was not honored and I was told that it happened due to usage. Not sure if we are not supposed to use the window switch during the warranty period. If this is the post sale response, its very dissappointing. what exactly is covered under warranty?
