Dear Admin,

I purchased a car(KUV100) from "Shree Automobiles" in the month of August 2017 accordingly the Number plate was fixed on 15.9.2016.but I am yet to receive of the smart card after 5 months

Sending several mails to "Shree Automobiles" and communicating several times with them didn't fetch any result other than receiving all colorful stories .

Surprisingly what is the lead time and what could be the action taken against.

Request you to take necessary action against Shree Automobiles/Concerned authority on immediate basis.

    Fraud and big cheaters i purchased a new car in 2015, from nataraj mobiles jhansi, that time i was promised that i am purchasing 2014 top model and i made payment for 2014 top model.after 6 months i gone for car service at other agency there i came to know that they gave me two years old used car, then i asked MR.Khanaa owner over there, they denied for everything, and did not accept their cheat.

    Regarding Wiper Machine was noisy, replaced with new 12000 plus taxes. Remote was not working sometimes, they showed me working at workshop, now it is not working.
    Full day my job to go and back by taxi
    Then pick by taxi and job not done.
    I am fed up with Mahindra
    Check my service record, I am bankrupt while paying ur Bill unnecessary.

      I am submitting this complaint as I am fed up of your Dibrugarh's, R.D Automobile services as I have several times complaint about my Scorpio's registeration no. AS-06-P-6844 doors sounds and also the steering problem. As my car has a sound while I turned the steering so I gave my car to RD Automobiles Dibrugarh on 19.01.17 for the repair but after that as they delivered my car in 20.01.17 my steering was not working properly so I again gave my car to RD Auto. on 28.01.17 but after that also I am not satisfied with my steering control as it is not smooth as it was before. So I request M&M to please solve my issue as soon as possible.

        Dear Sir/Madam,

        It is with deep regret that I had to resort to writing this email to you. This email is w.r.t. the Mahindra Scorpio I had booked on 05.11.2016 from Global Gallery Ovala located at Thane dealership.

        The dealer had assured for the delivery by 28.11.2016. However the license of the dealer got cancelled in Jan 2017 and despite after three months after booking my car, let alone the delivery, I do not know even know whether the car would be delivered or not.

        the cancellation of dealership is not an issue that should hamper the delivery of my car.

        the worst part is, I am in constant tlaks talked with call center of Mahindra and I am not getting proper response from them also. I have lodged a complaint with them on 04.02.0217 and also have the contat detials of the area manager but he neither recive my calls nor repsonds via SMS.

        If I am not given a solution soon w.r.t. my car, I will be forced to lodge a complaint with the Consumer court to reach to a solution for the same.

            My car mahindra xuv 500 hr26bx4286 went for servicing on 7th feb and was delivered back to me without rectifying the concerns addressed to them at the time of pick up. There was major confusion at their end about the change of engine oil which they were unaware of.
            After my complaint the car was picked up for reservicing on 9th feb and was delivered to me with no noticible change or repair. The issues that were there in the car prior to servicing still remain and to add to that there is a rat in the car which has chewed up the floor mats and has caused severe damage to my car.
            Really hope strict action be taken against rr automobiles gurgaon at the earliest as they have failed in every way and they have been very unprofessional and incompetent twice in a row.

              I purchase thar on 16 nov 2016. Issues starts from first day of purchasing. On first day engine cut out problem. On second day cluth chamber problem. On third day pulling issues start's till now its continue. Now speedo meter and fuel gauge not work properly (Flucuating) problems occur till now. The response of raj vechiles mohali so bad and irritating. They don't service the vechile properly. And always asking 10 marks after for their incomplete service.

                Hello, I am lakshya Punjabi. I had purchased kuv 100 k2 on 25/1/2017. I am facing many problems in this car in just 20 days of purchasing date. 1st I faced starting problem, then your r.s.a services are very poor, they came very late at the place I was . Then now today they send my car back to me, their is now new problem I am facing of vibration. I complained to that who came to deliver my car, he said please you come along with the car to service center again on Monday. What the hell is this... What do you think, are your customer are your servents? Who will do their own work as per your condition? So, now I want you to take a strick action against it, I can't do it daily.                   My Mahindra Supro (KL-11-BC 3832) only 8 - 9 months old had many complaints. Three Times they open the engine and checked wholly. I am taking school students in this vehicle. Last week while running with students vehicle stopped and I cant able to change any geer. How ever I brought to road side and inform company. When they came the can't say about the complaint. This is too much sir, while buying a new vehicle we want good service and a good vehicle. If this happens next time, I went to consumer court. I want to meet all my expenses by this vehicle I kept all the details I spead for this supro. I am fed up with this. What can I do? I want a reply immediately.

                    There has been a complaint in my vehicle engine, and I have placed a complaint on my first service that was on December 2015, and only general service was been done, and still the engine issue was not rectified, and second service was been done on January, (10, 000 general service) and being done the same engine issue persist (engine over vibration).. And now for the third service (20, 000) and still now I'm facing the same problem.. What is your manufacturing and I and your worst service and worst response.. still now not complete the problem.now Ambattur service centre in my car

                        I have purchase Mahindra KUV 100 K8 VINEET AUTOMOBILE IN BULANDSHER i am living in noida my car front glass is broken in accident i am going to mahindra work shop sec 60 b 5 noida front glass is change but he said 10 thousand rs to paid but i have purchase in new car 18 April 2016 your dealer done the insurance in new India company with out my information my insurance is zero dap policy i am talking to insurance company and he said i have sent the payment in concept mahindra but your person Mr ravi is mahindra service center person dineid and he said 10 thousands rs paid why i shod paid this amount my insurance company is rady to pay your charges

                          I have been charged extra 1% on total bill amount just for the sake that i have made payment by my card. This is totally against the rbis instructions. I have talked to there ca also for the same thing but he refused by saying that they charge 2% extra on card payments from other customers. Than i was compelled to make extra 1% as they said we will not issue gate pass for your vechile i[censored] will not pay the extra money. Kindly take a proper action.

                              I purchased tuv 300 t6 on 23rd october, 2015 from shiva mahindra, patparganj, delhi the number is dl 7c t6971.. On 10th january 2016 i had third service at shiva mahindra, shahibabad industrial area, gaziabad service station. My vehicle had been showing obd sign on. As a result, the pick up sound etc. Was very bad. The problem was rectified. But after two days the problem started again. Again i took the vehicle at service station. They kept the vehicle for 24 hrs and rectified the problem. Again the problem started on 5th february. Now the service station says wiring problem on dash board. For last two days the vehicle is at the station, but no feedback. I called today to know the position. I am told that wiring issue was being discussed with mahindra as this the first problem. I am still groping in dark what to do.
                              Secondly the srevice is pitiable. They cant sent driver to pick the vehicle. But after service they will urge to give them 10 points. Sir, kindly find solution, failing which i shall withdraw my vehicle to get it rectified from locals

                                Myself ravi purohit from gandhidham, gujarat and i own mahindra xuv500 w8. My car number is gj 12 bf 5873 and as per their service rule, they will hand over to the mahindra on time but each and every-time i have to face so many problem like as below from your gandhidham dealer: b. Mangatram & co. :

                                1. No proper response from your service dept.

                                2. Car service and washing is not done properly.

                                3. After the service, same problem is reflating within few days.

                                4. Main issue is cruse control is not working properly and i have been complaining for the same for as far as 4 5 times to them. But neither my problem was solved nor i got satisfactory reply from there. Cruise control stops functioning after driving just 8-10 kms when it is switched on.

                                5. Music system is not working and for the same i had made 3 time complain at service center but yet my problem is not solved. Yet there is no one who response me well to solve it out.

                                6. No one is there who can help to solved the problem

                                  It is brought to be your kind notice that the above said vehicle was purchased during the year 2014 & it has covers approx. 60650 kms. The vehicle was sent for regular servicing after completing 60000 kms to m/s.J.S. Grover auto pvt. Ltd. Dalhousie road pathankot (Pb.) it is surprised to see that a huge bill amounting to rs. 37358.00 has been raised for the servicing of the vehicle.It is noticed in the raised bill that same parts has been showned changes without the actual need.When the matter was taken for such a huge bill, the answer of the agency m/s.J.S. Grover auto pvt. Ltd. Dalhousie road pathankot (Pb.) was not satisfactory.
                                  Earliest the service of the vehicle was got done from m/s. Sant auto zone matour kangra(H.P.) at 48000 kms. And bill of rs. 21366-00 was raised..

                                  Moreover same parts has been replaced which are changed during previous repair as the vehicle has no such type of problems.

                                  Being a new vehicle which is running nominally, such type of repairs involving huge repair are not required, the vehicle is always repaired from your authorized dealers.So you are requested to justify the repair done by m/s. J.S. Grover auto pvt. Ltd. Dalhousie road pathankot (Pb.) & other authorized dealers.

                                    I am from tarn taran . My name is s.sarabjit Singh . I was buy a mahindra Tuv 300 from Amritsar universal motors on 4/ 1 2017 . After 7 days I got a bad smell from my car while driving . I make a call to company and got non responsible answer he said it's normal complaint this is oil burning smell. But after few days i got gear shifting problem . When I shift 4rth gear to 5th gear it's goes in back gear. And now 1 day ago I was going for where with all family I got smell again a lot and after smell we see a lot of smoke coming from bonnet of my car . I complaint again they got my car there and talking to us as a non responsible person . They are talking about to open the engine and repair it but we want to exchange my car with a new car so plz help me ...

                                    This company has shown complete arrogance and unethical behavior towards me as a customer. I own an (XUV 500) and have given for servicing many times in the same service center, every time post servicing there is one new problem that comes up and is not resolved. I am forced to pay extra for the fault that is not even mine. I have noticed exchange of parts from one car to another in their service stations and this is very ridiculous. To mention a few are (horn, reverse cam, light bulbs, tape, etc.)

                                    Recently I have given my car for servicing under insurance to change the backside bumper which has reverse camera attached to it, and they changed the bumper but the reverse camera is not working now, plus after this service the tape volume roller also stopped working. I dont understand how a service and a bumper work can fail the volume button and the camera.

                                    I have also complained to the customer care of mahendra and that also stays unanswered. Worst service and worst company car to buy.

                                    This company has shown complete arrogance and unethical behavior towards me as a customer. I have iven my car (XUV 500) for servicing many times and all the time there is one part that is damaged after servicing that I am forced to pay for its repair. To mention a few are (horn, reverse cam, light bulbs, tape, etc.)

                                      I hade gone for my mahindra xylo service at SHRIJI MOTORS - MEHSANA, GUJARAT, first of all service executive give me a[protected]/Rs. estimation for radiator service and pipe change, at that time he was not gave the clarifiaction about labour charges, and finnally at payment stage the total bill amount was Rs.5580/-. also i paid it but after a second day again the problem was same water was likage in the inside part of engine, when i told him to yesterday i was already put my xylo car then why you were not properly service it, so he was told that i was already check it but not find that problem. so again i was put my car to the workshop and again paid the bill.

                                      I was totally dissatisfied with this Dealer.

                                      Request to company please take a Appopriate Action again the " SHRIJI MOTORS" MAHESANA

                                        We had ordered Mahindra Impero at UTKAL AUTOCOACH PVT. LTD. JAMSHEDPUR on 20.01.2017

                                        We were assured that our vehicle will be delivered by 30.01.2017 . Till date there is no response by the concerned party nor have they updated us about the status of the vehicle.

                                        Numbers provided on the payment invoice are not responding

                                        We did not expect this kind of service from Mahindra Group we are very disappointed and would like to cancel the order placed and complete refund of my money at the earliest.

                                        Don't commit if you cant fulfill

                                        Thanks for the wonderful experience from Mahindra Group would never like to do any business with you again.
