I purchased tuv 300 t6 on 23rd october, 2015 from shiva mahindra, patparganj, delhi the number is dl 7c t6971.. On 10th january 2016 i had third service at shiva mahindra, shahibabad industrial area, gaziabad service station. My vehicle had been showing obd sign on. As a result, the pick up sound etc. Was very bad. The problem was rectified. But after two days the problem started again. Again i took the vehicle at service station. They kept the vehicle for 24 hrs and rectified the problem. Again the problem started on 5th february. Now the service station says wiring problem on dash board. For last two days the vehicle is at the station, but no feedback. I called today to know the position. I am told that wiring issue was being discussed with mahindra as this the first problem. I am still groping in dark what to do.
Secondly the srevice is pitiable. They cant sent driver to pick the vehicle. But after service they will urge to give them 10 points. Sir, kindly find solution, failing which i shall withdraw my vehicle to get it rectified from locals
Mahindra And Mahindra customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Full day my job to go and back by taxi
Then pick by taxi and job not done.
I am fed up with Mahindra
Check my service record, I am bankrupt while paying ur Bill unnecessary.
