I purchased a fully loaded sle bolero model on 4th nov 2015 from agrwal auto sales anpra, i face fuel ejection & camani problem in my vehicle from first day from purchase date.It show by me at service center but not resolve till date .
Please resolve my problem.Specially agrwal auto sales(Anpra) not response on time and do misbehave with customer .

    I Neelofar, owner of the car TUV 300 purchased at G3 motors, Nerul in november. Since the purchase, my car has been having clutch and accelerator problems and has been gone to the workshop to rectify this fault almost 3 times in the past 5 months. instead of the car being safe it's getting riskier by the day. this being the 2nd car in our house 1st being innova, we've never experienced problems with Toyota including customer service. being told that the problem persist with the sensors of the car, it picks up speed and then suddenly slows down, putting my kids and my life at risk. in spite of calling mahindra customer service and g3 motors, it's a suprise as no calls were reverted back. a company of your stature with the slogan 'mahindra with u hamesha' doesn't act to the complaints that easily. waiting for a response before we take further action.     I am too experiencing these issues and discussed here at this forum http://www.tuvclub.com/ but it seems Mahindra is doing road testing on customers it self.
    I have purchased a Mahindra TUV 300, 3 weeks back and it has started giving me problems from week 1 itself. A/C does work most of the time. I tried both ECO as well as normal modes. From week 2, the car is showing me overheating problems as well. TUV 300 is named to touch vehicle but on contrary, fails on driving 50 km at 1 go. It runs fine for 10-20 km, post which A/C slows down and by the time car reached 50 km, overheating starts. I don't think that Mahindra is providing good quality parts and service. I have called 24 X 7 and customer care number multiple time and have also contacted the dealer but there is no response or call back.

      I have booked kuv 100 on feburary 9th 2016 at eram motors pvt ltd, mathrakkara, thissur, kerala and got a mail from your company on 17th february. I was promised the delivery of vehicle with in one month.But even after two months i am not getting a tentative date about the delivery of the vehicle.The dealership act like they are clueless about the delivery of the vehicle. As you and your dealers are delaying the delivery, i started searching for another brand and found suzuki baleno, the maruti suzuki dealership has told be 7 working days to deliver the vehicle. So if you are not delivering me the vehicle with in next 10 days. I would like to cancel my booking and go with baleno. It is very poor that i had such a bad experience from the dealership and company of your reputation.

        i purchased mahendra bolero zlx vehical on[protected] at sri balaji agencec tirupati .
        But still i didt get vehical orignel documents i have post poned my family trip since one weak .and also i am waiting reserve fancy registration number in R.T.O .
        still show room sales consultant and manager is not responding and cannot lifting my phone call.
        please rectify my problem as early as posible

          I am having verito d-6 serviced on[protected] at m/s. Atmaram auto enterprises, artoni, agra prior to service have reported them problem of noise in gear box and asked them to do general service.
          I have attached copy of invoice in which they have done complete service and changed bellowkit-lh gearbox side protr. After running few kms i called back to supervisor who have attended my car and again reported same problem of noise in gare box. He replied that your clutch plate have run his life and need replacement because of that reason noise is coming.
          On holi i drove my car to my native town at allahabad from agra, at about 400 km noised has increase drastically and any how i reached to my house.
          After holi i talked to supervisor of atmaram auto at agra related to my problem, he replied that you clutch plate is burned and you have to replace entire kit at mahindra dealer in allahabad.
          I had discussed with service manager at united automobile at allahabad and he requested to bring vehicle to service station.
          When technician attended my car they told that the problem is in gear box and clutch. When they open gear box and replied me “where you have done gear box job?”. And shown the quantity of gear oil on gear box. It is less than 50 grams. Photograph attach for your reference.
          After opening entire gear box they told that when gear box job was done they have not top up gear oil hence this cause major problem to your vehicle.
          United automobile of allahabad have given estimate copy on wats app, copy attach for your ref.

          I request you to kindly attain this issue on priority basis as after discussion with atmaram auto, i was forced to write mail to your department to resolve my financial implication which was given to me by mishandling of technical staff at atmaram auto, agra

            I have purchased a scorpio in 2012 number or 02 bq **** today at 7:00pm my car didn't start in bbsr airport, i called to the dealer and the dealer told that 1st to deposit money in showroom and then we will provide service to you, but i have deposited rs-1900 for instant service. The dealer is not listening to our complaints and telling us to deposit money. Mahindra is showing money mentallity service. It's my big mistake to purchase mahindra company cars the service is very poor and promise to not to any other vehicles of mahindra. Till date my car is in airport no buddy is listening to anything. Plz provide fast service other wise i will burn the bloody vehicle.

              I have been booked a kuv 100 k2+ through inderprstha automobile pvt ltd. At wazirpur showroom in the name metro cycle ind. & i assure that i delivered the vehicle before 31st of march, but when i asked him about the time period mentioned in booking form 6 to 8 week, he told me that it only for formality.I also sold my old vehicle maruti zen.In the third week of march, being a senior citizen i travel 60 km. Daily by bus now. I request them to delivered it at the earliest but today 11th of april they told me we can't delivered in prescribed time, now daily travel by me by bud, it tell upon my health.So i request you to delivered it in time.

                Have booked kuv100 before 2 months ago with giving inr 10000 cash to dealer, they commited to provide car within 20 days but still not responding positively when we call to your dealer every time say wait for 5 days for... It is not good for a reputed company ...After booking i am not happy with mahindra.

                  मैने महेन्द्रा की नयी KUV1OO गाडी देहरादून प्रीमियर मोटर से ली पर अब पछता रहा हूँ क्योंकि इस गाडी में कुछ कमियां हैं और सुनने वाला कोई नही है
                  १:- गाडी में कंपन है और चडाई पर तो ज्यादा ही होती है तथा चढ़ाई पर अाम आदमी इसे पीछे नही कर सकता इससे आप ही अंदाजा लगा सकते हैं कि इसमें कितनी खराबी है।
                  २:- कम्पनी के बताए अनुसार माईलेज भी नहीं है।
                  ३:- डिस्पले सिस्टम में कुछ कमियां हैं।
                  आैर छाेटी-छोटी कई समस्याएँ है कंपनी के अनुसार यह एक बहुत बड़ी समस्या नहीं है और यह कहना कि यह हमारी सभी KUV1OO गाडी मैं है ताे मेरा आपसे अनुरोध है कि आप भी मेरी तरह न फंसे ज्यादा से ज्यादा लोगों को यह बात बताए आैर भविष्य में हाेने वाली समस्याओं से बचाने में मदद करें अगर आप फिर भी इसी गाड़ी को लेना चाहते हैं तो आप टेस्ट ड्राइव करते समय चढ़ाई पर बैक गियर पर चलाएँ समस्या खुद ही आपके सामने आ जाएंगी इस मैसज काे अपने-अपने ग्रुपाे में ज्यादा से ज्यादा पास करें जिससे और कोई इस तरह से न फंसे

                    With due respect i want to know u that my vehicle No. UP22T8556 has been damage on 27.10.2015 in a road accident at Rampur (UP). your authorized dealer M/s Mahalaxmi Motors (Rampur) has agreed to repair the vehicle on cashless basis earlier but now he asking to pay full amount of repair in cash & vehicle is not handover to me till date. you are requested to proceed above case in cashless basis (whichever is possible) and rest i will pay.

                      I booked an kuv 100 on[protected]. Then the customer executive told me that the vehicle will be delivered with in fifteen days.On that basis of assurance made above, on[protected], for i booked kuv-100, k6+ model, and paid rs.10, 000/-as advance amount. The executive gave me a invoice of rs. 6, 69, 337/- as price of the vehicle, rs.18604/- as insurance amount rs.53547/-as road tax, rs.3000/- as registration charges, rs.670/- as cess fee and rs.13500/- as shield warranty and road side assistance totaling rs.7, 58, 658/- as on road price of the vehicle.Believing the words i approached sbt, kadappakada branch for a vehicle loan.And as the tvs executives provided the necessary paper works with the said bank and on[protected], the bank sanctioned an amount of rs.6, 30, 000/-and on the same day itself the said bank had credited the sanctioned amount to mahindra's bank account by way of rtgs. After that the manager mr.Ullas directed me to arrange the balance amount of rs.1, 18, 658/- on[protected]. And the vehicle will be ready for delivery on[protected]. For arranging such amount i had sold out my car and waited. But tvs persons told me many lame excuses for the unexplained delay in delivery. I had already paid two emi yet and also paid the balance amount .But still they failed to comply the assurance.More over at this stage also they did not care customer values.On enquiry it is evident that it is their usual practice to cause as much hardship to the customers. Most of the mahindra customers are really fed up with the bad service of tvs showroom at kollam. Pls do the need full

                        Sir, my self Bapu Sahu and vehicle no OD 15C 6066 MAXIMO PLUS was purchased on 2nd oct 2014. On 4/4/2016 its engine was Seiged on running condition.Now my maximo is in OCL Auto car Sambalpur. So no one is solving my problem.This problem is occur on third servicing period i.e on warranty period.They are telling me to deposit money so that we can go foreward. So kindly take action immediately otherwise i will give consumer case.

                            Car was given for 2nd free service at approx 9000+ kms.
                            The warrenty information & service book was given to be signed and stamped by the authorised service provider as proof that the vehicle was serviced as per warranty requirements.

                            The book was not stamped
                            Now after completing 10000 kms. I am getting a cautionary alarm "that service is due", because due to neglegance the software was not updated with the service date.

                            No body is answering calls of trying to help.
                            Very very poor and unprofessional service

                              Dear sir
                              I have booked mahindra kuv100 model k6 on 16th january 2016 from deep automobile station rd, harbanshpur azamgarh, uttar pradesh . At the time of booking i asked for the delivery, sales executive mrs... Told me that don’t worry sir you will get the delivery within 15 days because waiting period is 15-20 days only. But when i visited at showroom in the month of1 feb 2016 that time they told me that sorry sir your new vehicle delivery date is now 5 feb 2016 which we received from mahindra, after few days again i visited at showroom regarding the same that day also she told me that sorry sir your new vehicle delivery date is 20nd march 2016 which is final, then also i said ok but make sure to deliver my new vehicle before 30th march 2016 because 31st march is very special day for me otherwise after 31st march it will not be valid for me, she told me that 100% you will get the delivery before 30th march 2016.

                              On 25th march when i visited at deep automobile station rd, harbanshpur
                              Azamgarh, uttar pradesh showroom to know the delivery status of my vehicle that day also mrs... Is saying that sorry sir i can’t give you the delivery before 30th march 2016 because your new vehicle delivery date is 08 th april 2016 which we have received from mahindra…………...

                              I can’t understand that why they are behaving like this…………..Why they are not able to give me delivery of my vehicle on time…………


                              I am totally disappointed by mahindra because i am not getting the vehicle before 8th april to gift my son.

                              Finally i have decided that if i will not get the vehicle before 30th march 2016 then i have to go to the consumer court because everyday mrs...From deep automobile is giving me false commitment and she is playing with my emotions……………everyday she is making me fool…………….I am not getting any positive reply status……………..Lots of money i have spent to visit showroom from my home shahganj and on phone calling………….

                              This is my humble request to you to please look into the matter and do the needful………….I hope i will get the positive reply regarding the same……………..

                                  I would like to inform you that, i had booked kuv100 at global gallarie, thane on 26th jan2016 by advance booking amount rs 10, 000/- on booking time they have promised for delivery on 28th feb 16, on 24th feb i have paid all balance amount to them on 27 the i visited the showroom for the status of delivery. Single call they made to me for update. They are not able to delivery on 28th feb and commited for 2nd week of march. By time my 1st emi also deducted without getting car i am paying emi. Then i went 12th march for the status. Again the said end of march ie 30 or 31th. This promise also not fulfilled. I went 2nd april to check the status again they committed for april 15 by time my 2nd emi will start. No one is there to take surety for delivery. Even customer relation manager manali is not ready to meet me. Why m&m is not care about delivery the vehicle to their customer.
                                  False commitment by global gallarie to customer. If they would have inform me about delivery time when i booked the vehicle i would have not paid full amount and emi will not start. Base on their commitment i have called another car. Requesting you take my issue and highlight this to m&m

                                    Dear Sir/Ma’am
                                    This is to inform you that, I booked a new car name – Mahindra KUV 100 on 1st feb 2016 at Kanpur V.C.Moters pvt ltd with an advance cheque of Rs. 10k. On that time they promised me to deliver this car upto 10th march 2016, on 9th march 2016, I went there(because No one responding on phone/cell) to take the same but they said this time we are not able to make delivery. They gave me next time for delivery before Holi festival(on 22th march). Again no one informed me then I went again there, they told me delivery time on 5th april. I met there on 5th april but till now no one is there to make surety for delivery.

                                    After all my experience is this, that everyone is showing carelessness, my marriage is scheduled on 29th april 2016, So I went there to purchase this car. But now I am feeling that Mahindra & Mahindra company is also not serious about the same. If company is not able to make delivery so why they are going to book or which people are making foggy reputation of company as all knows that Kanpur is a big city.

                                    Request you to take strong step on same and also confirm me about my matter Asap.

                                      Purchased a mahindra xuv which has done only 18000km till now.. But for last one and half year it sometimes does starts. After several attempts it starts and in meantime a yellow light of check is displaced ... Been complaining to your authorised stations in mohali but no fruitful conclusion .. Can u advise me what to do as got struck with vehicle several times ...Amar

                                        I, sukhbir brar, had purchased a mahindra thar in june 2015 from dada motors ludhiana. It has logged around 30000 kms. About two months back its front wheels fail to lock when i engage four wheel drive . Its only when i reverse that they are engaged, besides there is some noise frontwheel left axle. Had shown the problem to avc motors bathinda . They said that whole of front axle, differential will have to be changed and i will have to call up the insurace people for the claim etc. But i feel otherwise and believe that it should be covered under warranty. When avc motors failed to oblige me called up dada motors at ludhiana . Mr nitin behl from dada motors was gracious enough to call me back and has asked me to send the vehicle to their workshop at ludhiana. My request is that my part should be changed under warranty please.
