Hi,
I have bought tuv t8 on march 30th 2016. However, i recently learnt that mahindra has come up with a m hawck 100 bhp engine. So how we need to see this, isnt it betraying your own customers i[censored] are not ready to recall and retune the 80bhp to 100 bhp.
I have belived in supporting our own country car manufacturer, but you have not bothered about your coustomers to recall and enhance rhe engines to 100 bhp. Where as all other car companies are recalling there vehicals in huge numbers to correct any single minor issues.
However, i hope mahindra will recall the t8s and enhance the engine to 100 bhp.
It would be greatly appreciated if you can see into the issueand resolve in favourr of coustomers which will infact increase the value and trust of mahindra.

Sub: Malfunctioning of AMT system in my vehicle Mahindra TUV 3OO AMT –T8 version.
Vehicle No: KA-41-MA-3379, Presently in India Garage Workshop ( Peenya branch).
Ref: ID 15090039, Repair Order No: RO17D001332 INDIA GARAGE PEENYA.
Vehicle handed over the India Garage on dated: 13.05.2016

The Said vehicle is purchased by me on dated: December 2015 paying in full cash and the delivery of vehicle is obtained on 16th Jan 2016. Since then I have driven this vehicle with utmost care and I have faced software problems related to AMT while on driving. Some of the incidents which I faced are very dangerous. It also happened while crossing railway track along with my cousin son Mr Jagadish, who is PA to ex -Minister. It was he who has recommended this vehicle. Now, I have left the vehicle on 13.05.2016.

In the first 1000 kms of driving, I have to face problems related to reversing the vehicle. While reversing, the vehicle suddenly stops and this problem was rectified after 3 visits to the workshop. They (workshop people) too have experienced this problem. After the first service, I have to face problems related to AMT system. While on the drive, I have notice that the warning lamp illuminates and all of the sudden the display light of the gear & the lights in the odometer disappears. The photo is sent to the technician through what’s up.

When I noticed the MT warning lamp for the first time, I just gave attention to it and I rode the vehicle very carefully at low speed and that too on the peak hour. But at the signal light, I just brought it to neutral & found that the vehicle power immediately went off and I noticed that the both the display needle rose to the other end and the display gear disappeared. I tried many times to restart the engine but failed. As the vehicle was in neutral it was pulled to the side with the help of police man. I tried to call workshop people at 9 pm but failed. After 20 minutes of total rest, I tried to restart and it started and carefully I went home. Next day, I took the vehicle to the workshop and again I noticed malfunctioning in the AMT system. But this time, I didn’t stop the vehicle nor did I pull to neutral position. I know that when I pull to neutral or if I touch the gear for extra power, the vehicle cuts off & thereby I have to extra cautious. The workshop people too noticed the problem while on test drive.

Later, I was told that it was rectified by the Mahindra team personnel itself and that the problem is solved. But it was not. And I have to face same problem after few days while on driving on the highway. This time I brought the vehicle to the low speed and I noticed that the vehicle runs even in this condition. I travelled almost to my destination and on the traffic less pipe line road at laggere, I just tried to know what will happen when I apply 3rd gear on the uphill (- sign) to take extra pickup. I applied manual transmission 3rd gear for extra pickup but landed on the jerk. I found that the vehicle power disappears as soon as to put gear for extra power while on the move or to the neutral when you stop the vehicle. I am really lucky as I didn’t try on the highway. And it is definitely dangerous.

Again I have give time to rest and again it regains its conscience and again it restarts and again it runs and yet again I have to face same problem. And yet again, I have to take the vehicle to the workshop and tell them story. Off course, it happened again and I took the vehicle in the same condition and showed it to the technician. The thing is that when it occurs, the vehicle runs but we should be cautious that not to touch gear for the extra power while on the run or put it to neutral at the stop condition. Also, I have spoken to GM Anand, AGM Hamid, Team leader Dilip & others.

Please I don’t want to take risk and put my life in it. It is very, very dangerous on the highway especially when you face malfunctioning in the AMT system. Even if it is rectified, I do have psychological fear. All I request is to give me a new vehicle with gear option or exchange to other vehicle I prefer or I request to refund the money. For the past 11 days, I am waiting for the reply/ feedback from your side.

    i am having a xuv 500 since 2012 in 2014 when i was going to delhi from me home saharanpur a check light initiated in instrument cluster when i took the car to your service station in meerut they said there is some vaccum problem with turbo which initiates after car speed of 120 km/hr but they could not solve the issue as the was part to be changed was not available. Now till 2016 regularly my car has gone for service to ddpm dehradun and regularly they have been informed of this complaint but every time they give some one and another excuse that there is no road in dehradun to check at speed of 120 km/hr or the part needed is not available or they do not have the capable person to check the problem. I want to know whether after spending rs. 15.00 lacs will i be ever be able to drive my car at speed above 110 km/hr because your service stations are not at all cooperative and they always are short of parts and my home town is in saharanpur which is 70 km away from dehradun and it is not possible for me to go there regularly. My car no. Is uk-7-ab-0880 in name of narender kaur. The service station also are very smart that even after regular complaints from my side they don't enter the complaint in job card so that you all cann't check it. Sir it's my humble request to you to kindly see into the matter today only as my car is in ddpm saharanpur from past 3 days and they have not been able to slove the issue and kinldy see that it is repaired in warranty only because my car warranty was of 3 years and the issue is going from past 2 years when it was in warranty.

      I have purchase car xuv 500 w8 june 2013 & my car running
      14000 km till two years & engine problem so why in two years engine open & repairing we are not satisfied for
      Luxuries car in tow years engine problem. So please reply. I have not more driving in 3 years so engine warranty 3 years & after 3 years any problem in engine?

      But last service 20000 km complain engine oil liquege but after service engine oil liquege problame & warranty expire 6-2016 so company request 1 year engine warranty extend other replace this car

        The vehicle No is TN 12 L 3090 XUV500 it is 2 months old and 4000 Km done
        Zulieka Motors we have taken the vehicle . Already we have logged a complaint as there are issues in vehicle and no response from service . Today due to a wire rat bite the vehicle was toed to service and we had a responce that they are busy and low manpower so it could be viewed only by next monday for complaint . Coz of the poor service of vehicle last time also we had given a complaint in website . We will not refer this vehicle for its poor service.

          I have a mahindra scorpio s4, registration no. Br01pf4402, i am facing problem related to ac, my scorpio ac is not working since one month. I first contact near manashi autoobile bihta they start work and then told (Because of cooling coil is leakage so, change that part) approx expenses cost is tweleve thousand rupees then i told that it is in waranty then he hecked after that they told that part is not available.
          Now talk to rohit automobile ara bihar, they told i haven't gas for ac.
          Then we are going to sonali patna they also told cooling coil is not available.
          Then we will go to hav motors, his waranty manager told waranty not give on cooling coil but i told 45000km is run only waranty is upto75000 km then why not give waranty then they not want to do with waranty.
          Then we will go to servicing for rohit automobile there also not available that coiling coil part and now also facing with this problem what i will do.
          I am doing complain so many times by phonic they told my area manager contact with you but till no anyone talk with me from mahindra office.

          Please look on this matter seriously.

            I have purchased a mahindra vehicle model tuv300-t8 (Red) sr no f6k46313 on last 20/11/2015 in the name of mr soumya ranjan padhi, from youraditya motors, cuttack, odisha by supervision of mr sunny bose. After three days i rushed to your showroom for fitting of assoceries & same day i installed full body armour kit on spending rs 36000/- & labour charges rs 3000/- (Inv no - r016a013686) total cost rs39000/-. But after using some days the kit became crack from many places & pasting displaced from body. The entire corner angels are bent by sun heat. It gives my vehicle ugly look. After spending a huge amount i am completely dissatisfied with this product. I never expected this type of worthless product manufactured by mahindra & mahindra.
            So my humble request to return this defective product & refund my money & repair all the holes on body which are made during installation of armour kit.
            Apart from this on last 22/02/2016 at the time of first servicing i complained about a/c insufficient cooling & left side door noise but the same complain is continuing still. This indicates about poor workmanship.

              I'm complaining about service in sks automobile in salem, tamil nadu.
              I bought mahindra xylo e8 in 2011. Since that service was very worst. They billed lot of amount but the service with is zero. Last time i serviced my car in sks automobile they billed 92, 000/- but they didn't complete work what i'm told in work chart and didn't clean interior, didn't tight the screws in front bumper and some plastic missing in back bumper. I scold them and they cleaned but not properly after that they delivered my car. 1 year ago i repainted the full car but now it's peeling off. I think they are not fit for this job. I'm very sorry to said this. What about the management they didn't surveillance the service staff. I'm very very disappointed about their service. I didn't satisfy any single service. Till now your customer care didn't called for review. I attached the photo copy for your reference about cleaning. I'm not servicing free of cost in his service centre i paid amount. Please take action immediately to this service centre. I want explanation about his service. If i satisfied about your explanation ok no problem, if i'm unsatisfied kindly refund the labour cost and service tax what am i paid and i recommend to my friends and relatives to don't buy mahindra car. Kindly review my request i'm awaiting for your response.

                  I purchased a maximo vehicle on 24/03/2015 last year and till date i have not received the registration certificate even though i have received the registration number of vehicle which is br 01 pf 3814. My insurance has expired and i am not able to move the vehicle on road. It is a school van.

                        Scorpio 2015 model having issue with race pedal. Rpm suddenly going either high or low. Engine fault light also came, gave vehicle twice to anant cars bangalore. They just some how switched off warning light, real problem still persists. Unpredictable acceleration and deceleration, repair order number - ro17a002087.
                        First time was informed that acceleration pedal sensor was sending faulty signal, and seems they did reset of ecu. Second time they told there was loose connection of ground wire.
                        I seriously doubt they did anything.

                          Wb24 y 4861 xuv car has been submitted before mohon motors work shops at science city and birati works for no. Of times against a single job but ended with unresolved and unsatisfactory result. We have paid rs. 140000 approx against 2 invoice. Time taken by them around 2 months in aggregate and visited 7 to 8 times. We observed that the management and technicians are more focused and interested to make the bill healthy rather than to resolve the problems and satisfy customers.

                            My self atul pahariya my mob no. [protected], i register a complain against my xuv 500 vehicle no MP20CD2080 on 8/04/2016 regarding air bag automatically blown up and on 10/04/2016 i leave my xuv to mahindra service center jabalpur (star automobile ) they repair my xuv in 45 days and now they give me bill of 158471 total amount from which insurance company pay 90470 and rest of the amount 68001 i have to pay . i complain more than 15 times on company toll free no regard this and every time they said our representative call you soon but i didnt get any call from any one any my car is still on service centre . i am really fed up from the things even i am facing lots of loss in my business because i dont have vehicle to move . please help me out from this .

                              I had purchase scorpio in 2015 june and now i am going to send it for 3rd service to my favourite dealer to whom i am dealing last 10 years sri durga, moti nagar, delhi.

                              Now the issue is that i had called him last tuesday for picking and zervice my car. They booked my car for service for next day pick up and same day delevery. After then next day when no call came from them, i again called them to know who is picking my vehicle and they told me some body will call u.

                              After 3 pm i agan called him to know the status but now they already confused that (We had already frwarded ur service cmplaint to our maya puri dealer and we dnt know why they nt picked up the ur vehicle)

                              After them i taken that girl from sri durga and mr kanwar pal frim mayapuri on a confremce call and they both fighting each other abt this issue. And between this i want to talk mr chauhan but he was nt available so not want to come between us thats i dnt know.

                              At 4 pm on wednesday i got a call from mr kanwar pal rhat sir ur vehicle service if over due we will do it on sunday when u will retrn from ur tour.

                              Now sunday arrived no call no pick up
                              Then agan i called mr kanwar pal and he told me sir i will do it tommarow.

                              Now monday arrived now a call i recd from them * sir ur vehicle we will pick up tommarow.

                              How disgusting this..

                              This kind of service they are providing.

                              Did mahindra and mahindra chise right type of dealer.

                              What they think that we have lots of time to deal like this things a small issue ofcservicing


                              Did i make any mistake purchasing a vehucle from mahindra.

                              Can u pls provide me a suitable answere me abt this issue.

                                I booked kuv 4+ on 10th April 2016 from mahindra showroom, patparganj in the name of Mohsin zama. I submitted R's 10000. I have been told that I will get my orange colour car within 20-25 days. It has been more than 35 days since I have applied and condition is that I have not been updated till now and I got to know that it will take another 15-20 days.

                                What the hell, these guys really don't care about their customers. Totally pissed of with this irresponsible service.

                                Need help regarding this because I have to gift this car to my father on his anniversary on 19th may.

                                It would be very kind of you if you can resolve this.

                                  Vehicle Number - GJ 27 AP 1444, Mode - XUV 500W6. Since purchased there was defect in clutch plate even after visiting Sheetal Motors Ahmedabad, problem was not resolved . Now after six month i have the problem in clutch plate which have been shown at Siddhi Vinayak motor Bhavnagar .
                                  They are saying clute plate is burned and it not come in warranty, you have to pay it from your pocket.
                                  Since morning i have been calling at customer care but no response received.

                                  If this is the way you are dealing with your customer, then who will trust your brand. I will never ever recommend any one to buy Mahindra Vehicle.

                                    This is to bring to your notice that the Mahindra Service Centre at Tirupati belongs to Balaji Agencies & Industries, Nellore - 524 004 is very poor in providing services to customers. More over no employee in that service centre will feel responsibility.

                                    Earlier we sent our Mahindra vehicle with Registration No. AP 03 TB 3234 due to vehicle engine ceased. They took 4 months time to rectify and repair.

                                    Further, recently one more Mahindra vehicle with Registration No.AP 03 TB 1460 sent to the above service centre due to ignition key & steering lock stuckked. For the last 14 days the problem is not yet solved and no one is responding when we call them through phone[protected], [protected]). They are telling that the required part is not available and they will rectify the problem as and when the part s available with them.

                                    When we asked them to approximately no. of days to get the part they are giving reckless answers like we do not know, no idea etc.

                                    The image of your product will get damaged due to this type of service centres.

                                    We therefore request you to do needful in this regard and advise them to be more approachable to the customers in future.

                                      Dear mahindra team,

                                      On 12th april 2016, i have raised a query at mahindra noida sector-2 office towards change of my original back seat cover head rest during 1st service in my new purchased scorpio s10 4by4. I was promised by mahindra that same will be managed within a week or maximum by 10 days. But as of today, not a single call has been received from mahindra. At last, i called them today but same response again received that we are arranging for the same.
                                      I am totally faidup off from mahindra responses.
                                      I, therefore, request support team to please look into aforesaid matter and resolve it at the earliest.

                                        To whom so ever it may concern.

                                        I bought kuv k6+ on 14th april 2016 from zulaikha motor velacherry,
                                        Chennai. Reg no: tn 11 r 7780. On the same day i found that remote key locking is not working. After a week drive i found engine alarm. So given to the service station (Zulaikha palikaranai chennai) on 29th april 2016 and till now date (13th may 2016) almost 15 days gone i did not receive any positive response from them and still they are diagnosting. The service manager as not informed any

                                        I am so freaked that how come a new car have so much problems. Does mahindra really satisfy their customers or just concentrating spoil grab their money.

                                        It give so much frustration and grievance as my new car is a spoiler. Mahindra should answer me on this or other wise i am intend to take severe action on them.
