Sir, my self Bapu Sahu and vehicle no OD 15C 6066 MAXIMO PLUS was purchased on 2nd oct 2014. On 4/4/2016 its engine was Seiged on running condition.Now my maximo is in OCL Auto car Sambalpur. So no one is solving my problem.This problem is occur on third servicing period i.e on warranty period.They are telling me to deposit money so that we can go foreward. So kindly take action immediately otherwise i will give consumer case.

    I want to inform you that I have a mahindra xuv500 no is uk 07 BB 5402 before 2 days I have servicing my car but the manager behavior not good and my car was lost wheel cap and gear lever top cover and my motive is that there is not a securing my car and all parts will lost and theft..Please take the action imatiatly as soon as possible.

      Car was given for 2nd free service at approx 9000+ kms.
      The warrenty information & service book was given to be signed and stamped by the authorised service provider as proof that the vehicle was serviced as per warranty requirements.

      The book was not stamped
      Now after completing 10000 kms. I am getting a cautionary alarm "that service is due", because due to neglegance the software was not updated with the service date.

      No body is answering calls of trying to help.
      Very very poor and unprofessional service

        Dear sir
        I have booked mahindra kuv100 model k6 on 16th january 2016 from deep automobile station rd, harbanshpur azamgarh, uttar pradesh . At the time of booking i asked for the delivery, sales executive mrs... Told me that don’t worry sir you will get the delivery within 15 days because waiting period is 15-20 days only. But when i visited at showroom in the month of1 feb 2016 that time they told me that sorry sir your new vehicle delivery date is now 5 feb 2016 which we received from mahindra, after few days again i visited at showroom regarding the same that day also she told me that sorry sir your new vehicle delivery date is 20nd march 2016 which is final, then also i said ok but make sure to deliver my new vehicle before 30th march 2016 because 31st march is very special day for me otherwise after 31st march it will not be valid for me, she told me that 100% you will get the delivery before 30th march 2016.

        On 25th march when i visited at deep automobile station rd, harbanshpur
        Azamgarh, uttar pradesh showroom to know the delivery status of my vehicle that day also mrs... Is saying that sorry sir i can’t give you the delivery before 30th march 2016 because your new vehicle delivery date is 08 th april 2016 which we have received from mahindra…………...

        I can’t understand that why they are behaving like this…………..Why they are not able to give me delivery of my vehicle on time…………


        I am totally disappointed by mahindra because i am not getting the vehicle before 8th april to gift my son.

        Finally i have decided that if i will not get the vehicle before 30th march 2016 then i have to go to the consumer court because everyday mrs...From deep automobile is giving me false commitment and she is playing with my emotions……………everyday she is making me fool…………….I am not getting any positive reply status……………..Lots of money i have spent to visit showroom from my home shahganj and on phone calling………….

        This is my humble request to you to please look into the matter and do the needful………….I hope i will get the positive reply regarding the same……………..

          I purchased the mahindra scorpio S 2 model on 17 th july 2015.within 4 months i am facing the problem that is unable to open the left side gate.I went to bettiah(bihar) dealer R C Enterprises but they did not resoled.then i went to sonali motors(patna) 4 months back but it was not resoled till date.please arrnange to resolve this problem at the earliest otherwise i am going to court to file case against the organisation.arrange to resolve the issue on showroom in bettiah at earliest.

            I would like to inform you that, i had booked kuv100 at global gallarie, thane on 26th jan2016 by advance booking amount rs 10, 000/- on booking time they have promised for delivery on 28th feb 16, on 24th feb i have paid all balance amount to them on 27 the i visited the showroom for the status of delivery. Single call they made to me for update. They are not able to delivery on 28th feb and commited for 2nd week of march. By time my 1st emi also deducted without getting car i am paying emi. Then i went 12th march for the status. Again the said end of march ie 30 or 31th. This promise also not fulfilled. I went 2nd april to check the status again they committed for april 15 by time my 2nd emi will start. No one is there to take surety for delivery. Even customer relation manager manali is not ready to meet me. Why m&m is not care about delivery the vehicle to their customer.
            False commitment by global gallarie to customer. If they would have inform me about delivery time when i booked the vehicle i would have not paid full amount and emi will not start. Base on their commitment i have called another car. Requesting you take my issue and highlight this to m&m
            And let me know status.

              Dear Sir/Ma’am
              This is to inform you that, I booked a new car name – Mahindra KUV 100 on 1st feb 2016 at Kanpur V.C.Moters pvt ltd with an advance cheque of Rs. 10k. On that time they promised me to deliver this car upto 10th march 2016, on 9th march 2016, I went there(because No one responding on phone/cell) to take the same but they said this time we are not able to make delivery. They gave me next time for delivery before Holi festival(on 22th march). Again no one informed me then I went again there, they told me delivery time on 5th april. I met there on 5th april but till now no one is there to make surety for delivery.

              After all my experience is this, that everyone is showing carelessness, my marriage is scheduled on 29th april 2016, So I went there to purchase this car. But now I am feeling that Mahindra & Mahindra company is also not serious about the same. If company is not able to make delivery so why they are going to book or which people are making foggy reputation of company as all knows that Kanpur is a big city.

              Request you to take strong step on same and also confirm me about my matter Asap.

                Purchased a mahindra xuv which has done only 18000km till now.. But for last one and half year it sometimes does starts. After several attempts it starts and in meantime a yellow light of check is displaced ... Been complaining to your authorised stations in mohali but no fruitful conclusion ..                   I, sukhbir brar, had purchased a mahindra thar in june 2015 from dada motors ludhiana. It has logged around 30000 kms. About two months back its front wheels fail to lock when i engage four wheel drive . Its only when i reverse that they are engaged, besides there is some noise frontwheel left axle. Had shown the problem to avc motors bathinda . They said that whole of front axle, differential will have to be changed and i will have to call up the insurace people for the claim etc. But i feel otherwise and believe that it should be covered under warranty. When avc motors failed to oblige me called up dada motors at ludhiana . Mr nitin behl from dada motors was gracious enough to call me back and has asked me to send the vehicle to their workshop at ludhiana. My request is that my part should be changed under warranty please.

                    I was so happy to purchaed this but today i am felling so guilt that why we purchased this car
                    The comfort level is so poor but this is not t matter for this complaint
                    On 27 march i feel so hard smelll while drivingt car i stop t car to check that nd show sm1 they said to me that ur car clutch plates r lighty burn t smell was fr that
                    Mondy morning itake the car to durga motor they said me same that ur car clutch platas r burn
                    My car runs only 5900 km only nd hw it could bw possible that this type of problm occured in 1 year the durga motor gives estimate of rupees 17000 approx fr t same the maintance cost us 17000 its to much
                    I hv never seen any car which runs only 5000 to 6000 km nd car clutch plates get failed
                    Sir pls do favour fr me so that t trust which i hv on mahindra nt loose

                      I have purchased a mahindra bolero pick up commercial vehicle from balaji automobiles chennai dated 16th march 2016 from where it was directly sent to the body shop for building the body i received the same on the 28th march 2016 today 2nd april 2016 the vehicle has just stopped in the middle of the road at 11a.M i have called the dealer the whole day as well as the break down service but no proper response was being given. The gm's number given to me was switched off. Till 5.30 p.M there is no assistance from the company and the business is entirely affected i have incurred huge losses today but most of all i have gained a very bad name from my clients whom i have committed delivery to.
                      If this is the way mahindra company responds why advertise. This is a contempt of cheating . The vehicle has not even completed 300kms.
                      The worst company.

                          I booked a mahindra xuv 500 w-10 through m m vora, barod. They sent a person to collect cheque of rs.100, 000=00 towards booking and finalize price 16.76 lacs on road excluding municipal tax.
                          Now today today 1-4-16, they told me to collect cheque as they could not supplied in 16.76 lacs. How is it possible ? If mahindra & mahindra has effective customer care, take prompt action in this matter. - thanks (Rakesh gandhi - vadodara - cell - [protected])

                            Hi. Myself ganesh chandra paul owner of scorpio slx being reg no wb72h4040. I have faced abnormal engine noise from last 4 months. First reported this complaint in 76000 km and current km is 98000. For this complaint i have send my vehicle 4 times in your service centre khokan motors siliguri. All the time they change fuel filter on chargeable basis. But not provide any satisfactory repair. Every time they are hold my vehicle 3-4 days for diagnosis. Finally no result. Day by day noise increases and unable to drive the vehicle. Now i bound to register complaint in consumer court.

                                Sir, I am really disappointed with the service quality of mahindra group.Sir, I am really disappointed with the offers provided by you.sir i was promised to get 25000 off on my vehicle because i already own a mahindra vehicle, but i didn't got that.Moreover i was not provided with a single piece of accessory.Sir, i was not even provided with mats.sir, the offers given by the top gear reached us only 10 days before the date of expiry.How can we use them.Sir they have not even provided us with the papers on the day we have purchased the car.After 1 week we got the papers. Sir i am really dejected with the employee's behaviour.They have promised to provide us with basic perfume, we have still beg them for that.These people are just destroying the brand name of such a good company.I personall request you to take sime serious action.

                                    Am purchase new gusto in February. In march key system and seat up down system create more problem. Am visit more then 4 time. Now today am visit showroom Raman kumar says that we well insall new key system with in 1 hour. After 4 hour he says that give me a 370 rupees coz of gusto service.
                                    He Forcelly submit 370 rupees by me and abused.
                                    When am complaint Meneger Mr. Varinder kumar he disconnected my call. Then am again call all showroom employs on loudspeaker laughing on me and again disconnect my call.

                                      I had bought a New Bolero SLX in the month of Nov 15 from K.S. Automobile, Udaipur, While putting the vehicle for service for thrice a time but service manager at workshop is not paying attention toward the problem pointed out by me, Gear oil seal is leakage from the time of delivery and clutch pipe is also leakage, secondly in 2nd gear vehicle got stuk.
