I owe a Scorpio VLX, it had an accident where the vehicle crashed from front and bonnet, bumper, front mirror all got damaged severely, but the air bag didn't open.
Your company is cheating in name of safe driving, because if the airbags are not working during accident, then what is the use of airbags. Please take action. Otherwise i will go in consumer court.

    Audio speakers not working along with audio panel.

    The quality of brand new scorpio car is too bad
    It was unexpected i have some picture

    It's been only 5000 km our clutch plate badly damaged they took 16000 thousand rupee from us to repair

    Car is going on left side when driving in a proper plan road still they don't understand whats the problem in it

    Making sound when we switch the gear still they don't know how to fix that

      Hi,
      I bought XUV500 Top model in 2012 and since I have a second vehicle I use it less and so far the vehicle has run for 45000 kms only but very sad to see the spares which has created me a huge struggle for last few months and I am literally struggling with the dealer pathetic support(Silver Jubilee Motors, Pune Maharashtra)and poor spares used in the vehicle, I am embarrassed many times in crowd when gear got stuck and not shifted.
      The most critical issue is, at times vehicle is not getting started and my family is unnecessary troubled and keep cursing me for buying this vehicle.
      No support getting from dealership as they have a clear say that it's crossed warranty period and needs to be paid around 65000/- for both resolution.
      Now the fact I am revealing on which I fighting with them ; in Nov 2014 I have given my first complaint of vehicle not starting along with the regular servicing the RM has verbally said we have updated the software, later I took a roadside assistance, again I interacted with new RM as the previous has left and he also checked and said it is ok now such more instances happened, all the RM's kept leaving the job, it was a very high employee attrition.
      I am very shocked to see that a premium vehice has got so many issues within 45000 kms, how?
      I request Mahindra to help me and make me a satisfied customer.

        We have purchased the Rexton vehicle RX 7 series, from India Garage show Room, in Bangalore, in the name of Amara Jyothi Educational Trust, bearing vehicle no KA-53-MA-7691, from the date we have purchased, we are rising the complaint regarding the engine shut down noice, when ever we complent, regarding this shut down noice, they used to tell, it is ready, again the same sound will accrue after the few hours of service, this time when we left for the service again we have raised the same complaint, now they are telling that it is not possible, it manufacturing defect, during all this service period, they never told that manufacturing defect, now engine warranty period is getting over, now they are informing us that engine problem.so please rectify this problem, an till the problem is not solved, we won't take back the vehicle, from the service

            We wish to introduce ourself as Global Village Ooty Resort . Four days before SJB Motors mahindra coimbatore people came for demo of Scorpio & Thar and eventually we booked both the vehicles after the Showroom manager assured a loan in the name of our firm and we have clearly informed them about the papers available with us . He assured us he will complete the process with the available papers and took 1, 00, 000 as cash for the booking in the same evening . But after a couple of days we are getting calls for more papers day by day and call by call . we are so annoyed by the false promise and after getting frustated by their approach we asked them to cancel the booking and asked for the refund but to our more trouble they say cancellation charges of rs 5, 000 is applicable . Why should we pay more for the false promise given by the showroom manager for booking . Moreover that say the refund will be given as cheque after one week . This is totally annoying for the customer part and this irresponsible activity of the dealer will certainly create a bad impression on the mahindra part .

              Due to some defect in front wheel i take the service from chandigarh auto care, plot no 103 industrial area phase - ii. The dealer told me exchange of main axial of front wheel, the defect was not rectified. There is leakage of engine oil the agency hold my wheeler for three day but not rectified.

                Hello,

                On may 4th 2016 i was driving my car (Scorpio s4 black tn-01-al-3055) form chennai to trivandrum. On the way i met with an accident with another car (Maruti ritz tn-48-v-6346) in between trichi to madurai highway. The guy was coming in the opposite direction and we got collusion. For the mutual conversation and agreement we have not given any police complete by the time. Then i drove the car to trivandrum.

                The next day (5/5/2016) itself i have given my car to the tvs (Mahindra authorized) service center killipalam, trivandrum branch for repair. They have promised me within 10 days they can return the car with replacement of faulty parts. But till now they don’t even open the body and verify the parts which are has to be replaced. After some follow up they could not give me a proper estimate for the damaged parts. Even the person who is taking care of my case (Mr. Arun) not even picking the call and not responding at all. Sometimes he will pick and say some bla bla bla stories. Then i have sent my colleague to verify and by the time they have given the estimate for the faulty parts. I am attaching that parts details along with this request. I don’t really understand without opening the body how can they identify the faulty parts? That is also adjustable. But what they still saying they don’t have spare parts in hand they have to order it and get it from kollam service center which is in other district (Not even 75kms in between trivandrum and kollam). Is that much time will take to transport the parts?

                I personally requesting you to send somebody to check with garage people and arrange the spare parts as soon as possible. Other details are attached. If you need more information please reach out to my contact.

                  Sub: malfunctioning of amt system in my vehicle mahindra tuv 3oo amt –t8 version.

                  The said vehicle is purchased by me on dated: december 2015 paying in full cash and the delivery of vehicle is obtained on 16th jan 2016. Since then i have driven this vehicle with utmost care and i have faced software problems related to amt while on driving. Some of the incidents which i faced are very dangerous. It also happened while crossing railway track along with my cousin son mr jagadish, who is pa to ex - minister. It was he who has recommended this vehicle. Now, i have left the vehicle on 13.05.2016.

                  In the first 1000 kms of driving, i have to face problems related to reversing the vehicle. While reversing, the vehicle suddenly stops and this problem was rectified after 3 visits to the workshop. They (Workshop people) too have experienced this problem. After the first service, i have to face problems related to amt system. While on the drive, i have notice that the warning lamp illuminates and all of the sudden the display light of the gear & the lights in the odometer disappears. The photo is sent to the technician through what’s up.

                  When i noticed the mt warning lamp for the first time, i just gave attention to it and i rode the vehicle very carefully at low speed and that too on the peak hour. But at the signal light, i just brought it to neutral & found that the vehicle power immediately went off and i noticed that the both the display needle rose to the other end and the display gear disappeared. I tried many times to restart the engine but failed. As the vehicle was in neutral it was pulled to the side with the help of police man. I tried to call workshop people at 9 pm but failed. After 20 minutes of total rest, i tried to restart and it started and carefully i went home. Next day, i took the vehicle to the workshop and again i noticed malfunctioning in the amt system. But this time, i didn’t stop the vehicle nor did i pull to neutral position. I know that when i pull to neutral or if i touch the gear for extra power, the vehicle cuts off & thereby i have to extra cautious. The workshop people too noticed the problem while on test drive.

                  Later, i was told that it was rectified by the mahindra team personnel itself and that the problem is solved. But it was not. And i have to face same problem after few days while on driving on the highway. This time i brought the vehicle to the low speed and i noticed that the vehicle runs even in this condition. I traveled almost to my destination and on the traffic less pipe line road at laggere, i just tried to know what will happen when i apply 3rd gear on the uphill (- sign) to take extra pickup. I applied manual transmission 3rd gear for extra pickup but landed on the jerk. I found that the vehicle power disappears as soon as to put gear for extra power while on the move or to the neutral when you stop the vehicle. I am really lucky as i didn’t try on the highway. And it is definitely dangerous.

                  Again i have give time to rest and again it regains its conscience and again it restarts and again it runs and yet again i have to face same problem. And yet again, i have to take the vehicle to the workshop and tell them story. Off course, it happened again and i took the vehicle in the same condition and showed it to the technician. The thing is that when it occurs, the vehicle runs but we should be cautious that not to touch gear for the extra power while on the run or put it to neutral at the stop condition. Also, i have spoken to gm anand, agm hamid, team leader dilip & others.

                  Please i don’t want to take risk and put my life in it. It is very, very dangerous on the highway especially when you face malfunctioning in the amt system. Even if it is rectified, i do have psychological fear. All i request is to give me a new vehicle with gear option or exchange to other vehicle i prefer or i request to refund the money. For the past 11 days, i am waiting for the reply/ feedback from your side.

                    I have purchased tuv 300 t6+ from infinity autolinks vikroli on 21st february 2016. Vehicle registration number mh03 cb 1943.
                    Gave it for the first service when i got the car back post servicing there was a vibrating noise coming from the engine.
                    When i took it back to the service centre in chunabatti i was told that the car needs to be daignosed to know the problem and it would take a day to do so.
                    As i need vehicle for my daily travelling hence i persued and the staff did the work and gave it back in matter of 4 hours. I appriciate that.
                    The major concern is that in matter of 03months if the parts need to be changed in a brand new purchased vehicle then what about the long run.

                      I have booked a kuv 100 k4 petrol car 6 seater on through cheque of sbi, dhakuria, kolkata on 14/4/2016 amunted 1, 00, 000 (Cheque no-773606) to royal motors (Prop-auto carriage private limited),.
                      At the time of booking i was been informed that my car will be deliverd after an approximate time period of 3 months. I contacted my canara bank, golpark branch for sanctioning of the loan amount of rest of 5 lakh.. They told if i got informed around 15 days before car delivery then they will process the same within 15 days.
                      Recently i have been informed that my car has been reached. I request for 15 days for sanctioning the loan amount. Unfortunately i heard that i have to buy within 1 st of june, otherwise i have to pay rs 20, 000 extra as the government has probably raise the value of the car. I am astonished in the reply and i really don't know if i booked the car before price hike, whether i have to pay at current price or at the price at the time of my booking?
                      I request to your kindend to solve the issue enigmatically without hurting anybody and to flourish the professional relationship between the mahindra and me.

                        Recently I have purchesed KUV100 K6 on 27 jan.2016 & till today completed two servisings as per company recommendations.
                        Following problems from purchesing are not solved by service centre.
                        1) "Kut" noise while taking pick up from 1rst gear & while turning to both side.
                        2) Khad-Khad noise on speed braker
                        3) Hand Brake Ligh shows Engage
                        4) Average not exceeding above 18.5 Kmpl
                        I think all the noise may come from Axcel, Shock Abs, Bearings.
                        please suggest me the Best service center at Pune or Ahmednagar where I get satisfactory service.

                            I the undersigned mr. Yeshwant nandoskar, recently did service and repair of my mahindra xuv 500 (Reg. No. Mh 03 be 6394) from g3 motors service centre at nerul. This is to bring it to your notice that i am totally dissatisfied with the way client is being handled by the relationship manager (Mr. Devendra) at the service centre.

                            Last time service and repair was done for humming sound from engine, some radio panel display settings, door noise, suspension along with other work, the total billing done was more than rs.27, 000/- which was more than what was informed earlier.

                            All above problems mentioned are still persisting even after repair and replacement of parts, and still i am facing difficulty in driving the vehicle due to this.


                            I also happened to call mr. Devendra but he was very rude in talking and now he is not lifting my calls.


                            Request you to intervene and help me in getting my vehicle problems rectified as soon as possible.

                              I have purchased mahindra gusto on 3rd march 2016 at your dealer code # twd783 in bengaluru. My vehicle regn. # ka-05-js-7341. As on today done 2567 kms. I went to your service dealer at bsk 3rd stage on 23rd may 2016 for 2nd free service. The staff of synergy started entering the job sheet, when it comes to the column of fuel, he entered as e, whereas it was actually little more and the vehicle was parked with side stand in down gradient, i have asked that person to enter properly with vehicle parked at a level ground to show exact level, for that he started that they dont stole the fuel and says that is how they enter, at that time said to be owner, came and said that the person entering mean to say that they do not "chori" petrol from your vehicle. I said to the owner (Said to be) that i just requested to enter properly, nothing else, you have to advise your people to enter properly as a senior person, for that he got upset and went to an extent that i also not happy with the behavior with customer and interested to get serviced there, and the owner (He himself said that it belongs him and not manager) also asked me to get out of his workshop, and asked their boys to throw the vehicle on road. I got upset and said i am customer of mahindra and come here for service and not to your personal home or place. Finally, i told him that i will complaint to mahindra co., and possible to local media also, for that he says that "go and complain to any one you want". I removed my vehicle fiom there and called customer care and their ref. # 53583, and mentioned territory service manager, mr. Vijaykumar g., who also not bothered to called me till now. I am extremely sorry for the service rendering by your dealer as well as customer territory service manager. Thanks.

                                We have purchased tuv300 t8 model in jan 2016 from silver jubilee motors, pune. It is not at all comfortable. The whole body vibrates on cement roads. It is like sitting in a rattle. On rough roads the entire frame shakes. One cannot imagine travelling in it immediately after eating something.
                                The seats are not at all soft.
                                I want to know whether it is a design defect or whether it is any problem with our vehicle only. I want the problem resolved at the earliest.

                                  I have purchased a new mahindra bolero slx from jabalpur (Star automobiles) dated 29/04/2016 & insurance for the same was done from dealer’s end (Star automobiles) on same date but there was a wrong address in my mahindra bolero-slx insurance policy at the same time i have requited to chance of my issued policy address but the till time this has not being resolved, i am continue fallowing to local people so may time i have personnel called them to get it done, but there is very poor response i had. As a customer i was expected to get batter response, being as a banker i know this should not get delay this much.
                                  This was a very bad service response ever i got from any automobiles company.

                                    The words that i am going to pen here are aimed to make you aware of the work quality that you are delivering to us. I am sorry to say but the car service services provided by you are not up to the mark and require immediate attention of the senior staff. Few days ago we made gear mounting work in mahindra authorised service station (Punjab auto mobiles (India) pvt. Ltd. - ahmedabad) in our mahindra verito vibe d6 diesel car (Gj - 01-rg-5463) but after the services and above mention work but problem in the car still pending (Not repair properly) and your representative not given answer properly regarding this cause
                                    O, make changes in your services for best customer feed back

                                      Hi,
                                      I have bought tuv t8 on march 30th 2016. However, i recently learnt that mahindra has come up with a m hawck 100 bhp engine. So how we need to see this, isnt it betraying your own customers i[censored] are not ready to recall and retune the 80bhp to 100 bhp.
                                      I have belived in supporting our own country car manufacturer, but you have not bothered about your coustomers to recall and enhance rhe engines to 100 bhp. Where as all other car companies are recalling there vehicals in huge numbers to correct any single minor issues.
                                      However, i hope mahindra will recall the t8s and enhance the engine to 100 bhp.
                                      It would be greatly appreciated if you can see into the issueand resolve in favourr of coustomers which will infact increase the value and trust of mahindra.

                                      Sub: Malfunctioning of AMT system in my vehicle Mahindra TUV 3OO AMT –T8 version.

                                      The Said vehicle is purchased by me on dated: December 2015 paying in full cash and the delivery of vehicle is obtained on 16th Jan 2016. Since then I have driven this vehicle with utmost care and I have faced software problems related to AMT while on driving. Some of the incidents which I faced are very dangerous. It also happened while crossing railway track along with my cousin son Mr Jagadish, who is PA to ex -Minister. It was he who has recommended this vehicle. Now, I have left the vehicle on 13.05.2016.

                                      In the first 1000 kms of driving, I have to face problems related to reversing the vehicle. While reversing, the vehicle suddenly stops and this problem was rectified after 3 visits to the workshop. They (workshop people) too have experienced this problem. After the first service, I have to face problems related to AMT system. While on the drive, I have notice that the warning lamp illuminates and all of the sudden the display light of the gear & the lights in the odometer disappears. The photo is sent to the technician through what’s up.

                                      When I noticed the MT warning lamp for the first time, I just gave attention to it and I rode the vehicle very carefully at low speed and that too on the peak hour. But at the signal light, I just brought it to neutral & found that the vehicle power immediately went off and I noticed that the both the display needle rose to the other end and the display gear disappeared. I tried many times to restart the engine but failed. As the vehicle was in neutral it was pulled to the side with the help of police man. I tried to call workshop people at 9 pm but failed. After 20 minutes of total rest, I tried to restart and it started and carefully I went home. Next day, I took the vehicle to the workshop and again I noticed malfunctioning in the AMT system. But this time, I didn’t stop the vehicle nor did I pull to neutral position. I know that when I pull to neutral or if I touch the gear for extra power, the vehicle cuts off & thereby I have to extra cautious. The workshop people too noticed the problem while on test drive.

                                      Later, I was told that it was rectified by the Mahindra team personnel itself and that the problem is solved. But it was not. And I have to face same problem after few days while on driving on the highway. This time I brought the vehicle to the low speed and I noticed that the vehicle runs even in this condition. I travelled almost to my destination and on the traffic less pipe line road at laggere, I just tried to know what will happen when I apply 3rd gear on the uphill (- sign) to take extra pickup. I applied manual transmission 3rd gear for extra pickup but landed on the jerk. I found that the vehicle power disappears as soon as to put gear for extra power while on the move or to the neutral when you stop the vehicle. I am really lucky as I didn’t try on the highway. And it is definitely dangerous.

                                      Again I have give time to rest and again it regains its conscience and again it restarts and again it runs and yet again I have to face same problem. And yet again, I have to take the vehicle to the workshop and tell them story. Off course, it happened again and I took the vehicle in the same condition and showed it to the technician. The thing is that when it occurs, the vehicle runs but we should be cautious that not to touch gear for the extra power while on the run or put it to neutral at the stop condition. Also, I have spoken to GM Anand, AGM Hamid, Team leader Dilip & others.

                                      Please I don’t want to take risk and put my life in it. It is very, very dangerous on the highway especially when you face malfunctioning in the AMT system. Even if it is rectified, I do have psychological fear. All I request is to give me a new vehicle with gear option or exchange to other vehicle I prefer or I request to refund the money. For the past 11 days, I am waiting for the reply/ feedback from your side.
