As I got the delivery of the car, I had hardly driven the car for 3 to 5 km I started facing problem in Transmission, especially on fifth gear, which I brought to the notice of the dealer. They asked me to bring the car next day, at end of the day they did not find anything I got the car back. Like this I took the car to the dealer's workshop for 4 times.

Finally on Monday 7th 2016 I again took the car to the workshop after two days they told me the transmission has to be changed.

When I have given Upfront Money and booked a brand New vehicle. Why should a new vehicle need repairs like change of transmission, rather than changing parts I am eligible for a complete replacement of the vehicle. As these is a manufacturing defect.

Even in insurance they charged me five to six thousand more which they say I will be refunded, why charge more in the first place.

Now my complaint is I have obliged with whatever the dealer HS said, I need a brand new vehicle without any problems.

At this rate I would not recommend anyone to buy KUV 100

        With due respect to inform you that i m umesh senapati my customer id is c13a539562 my vehicle chassis no. Is c5m20021 model bolero slx 2wd 7 seater ac n ps bs3. Sir i repaired my vehicle at smart motors pvt. Ltd. Ramnagar silchar tin no. [protected] w.E.F[protected] dated on[protected] bill no. Rbc16a002065 bill amount rs. 97044/-.
        After 70 days again my vehicle was brake down due to starting problem after that we shifted the vehicle at smart motors pvt. Ltd. Dated on 25/01/2016 after 45 days they inform me that the vehicle was brake down due to diesel injector failure due to duplicate fuel filter cartridge but i donot change the fuel filter after repaired on 31/10/2015 so they inform me that i will not get the warrenty of injector that they had provide me during repairing on 31/10/2015. So sir please kindly take a necessary action as early as possible.

          I have purchaced scorpip hr 26 ck 0974 frm sterling motots gurgaon in oct 14 about 1.5 year back .Shockers are damaged in this small period. There may be manufacturing defect. As this is commited by you that this is ruff & tuff veh . Then why this is damaged. This should be covered in warrenty.Why coustmor should pay for this.Pl look into.Refund my amount

          Hi Sir,
          There is some issue between V C Motors, Rooma, Kanpur and Me (Pankaj Trivedi)..
          I bought a commercial vehicle name Mahindra Supro (Vehicle Body No. MA1FK2HLWF6K32494) on dated 16th Dec’15 from V C Motors but still I am not getting RTO document.
          From 16th Dec’16 to till date 12th Mar’16 my vehicle standing in my home. I am not moving our vehicle anywhere due to problem in Traffic Checking in Kanpur city..
          V C motors GM (S M Faiz) saying that due to non-availability of approval of this commercial vehicle company not provide you registration and RTO document.
          He is saying this fault is Mahindra company side.
          Sir, I am very poor man. I have deposited the down payment from taking the amount from our friends and neighborhoods. I am not deposited the installments from 2 to 3 months. I am very frustrated from 3 months.
          Please compensate the amount of three months installments. I am not paying the amount. If my vehicle is running on the road so defiantly I deposit the whole installments as per guide line.
          So request you to please help for the same.

            My name is Srinivasa Rao from Vizag and purchased a new TUV 300 T8 on my daughters name T.Srujana.

            I purchased a new TUV300 T8 vehicle from Automotive Manufacturers on this Saturday i.e 05 March 2016. I was so exited while purchasing the new suv, however it all went down, when it developed a battery complaint on Sunday night i.e on 06 March 2016. The battery lamp in the dash board continuously glowing. After some time the car did not start. Then I remembered one of my colleague telling me that we can not trust the Mahindra Engines. This is my first car from Mahindra. I am using the car since 1988 and purchased different company cars like Fiat, Ambassador, Maruthi etc. never ever faced this problem. I wanted to ask one question. Do you people really check the quality before it sends to your dealers. If yes why this problem. Just ran for 300 km and car broke down, Spending one million rupees to face such problems. It is definitely not acceptable. I am going to approach the consumer court.

            The car developed a problem on Sunday 05 March 2016 at 09:30 PM and when I called Mr Mani Raj who was associated with me while purchasing the car, he reached my house within 20 mts and tried to rectify the problem by consulting the service engineer, however the problem can be assessed only at the work shop by connecting the system hence he promised that he would collect the car next day morning. I really appreciate the dealers staff (Mani Raj) for attending the complaint on sunday night at 09:30 PM. As promised he was there at sharp 09:00 AM at my house on Monday and collected the car. Since Monday was also a public holiday due to Sivaratri, he tried to deliver the car after rectification, but could not deliver. On Tuesday they delivered the car at my home after rectification. Mani Raj called me and appraised about the complaint stating that it was a small complaint where the battery screw got loose and got in contact with the body of the car which resulted in discharging the battery. The complaint was rectified upto my satisfaction. However I have reitrated that if the pre delivery inspection was conducted properly, there would not have been a customer dissatisfaction. On Thursday, the sales manager, work shop manager and two more staff came to my house along with the sales person Mani Raj to apologise for not conducting the pre delivery inspection properly. Overall I am very very satisfied with the response from the dealer in rectifing the problem. Thanks Auto Motive Manufacturers for taking care your customers.

              Dear concern
              In my Mahindra tuv 300 t8 engine oil is always leaking & I have visited 4 times to your service center Astro Mahindra Jammu but issue had not been resolved yet . Now I am fed up .
              There are many problems in your car.
              At least I have visited 10 times in 2 months to resolve them . I don't have so much time that I will go daily to service center, and I have buy a new car & have spend rupees in lakhs for my comfort but I am unable to out side city in this car .
              Please try to resolve my problem permanently .

                Hello Mr Mahindra, I am Scorpio owner and suffering a lot from last 5 months given my car many times to Bangalore Service center, bhopal service center, Jabalpur service center and those guys are not working properly. I am tavelling a lot Bangalore to jabalpur to bhopal to indore to ahemdabad and back and suffered a lot because of Scorpio. I need your help you guys are not helping me at all. Mr Pralad Kulkurni from Karnataka and Mr. Akhil tried to help me but still I am suffering a lot I am standing on the road for many hours waiting for your On Road support. need replacement of this car. I suffered a lot in last 3 year I tweet you few years back as well but you never gave mee any proper solution. why You are not helping me Mr. Mahindra

                  My wife Bhavna Seth Ranjan purchased a Scorpio on 18 October 2010. At that time, she was handed two sets of centralised locking remote controls. At that time, she did not check if both sets complied to the same car. It is recently (and commendably) that one remote (attached to key no 1608) started malfunctioning and the other remote was taken out to open the car. To her horror, she noticed that the second set was not working as it had a different key number(0749) attached.
                  Since the error is on the part of Mahindra distributor, I want that the second remote set of original key be provided.
                  I also want that the entire system be examined as to how she landed up with keys of another car. This is dangerous and I suspect some intened foul play which could not materialise as we live in high security zone.
                  Please attend at the earliest.

                    I want to bring to your notice the inefficiencies and carelessness on part of your dealers.The dealer in question is koncept automobiles, lajpat nagar.
                    Let me give you the background of this problem.On 1/1/16, i had bought atuv300 t4+ from your above named dealer under hypothetication of indian overseas bank, sector 44 apparel house gurgaon,
                    The dealer on their part of carelessness apparently wrongly mentioned the name of the bank on the vehicle details with the rto as indian overseas bank, new delhi 110001 instead of indian overseas bank, sector 44, apparel house gurgaon.The vehicle details with wrong bank is attached herewith.
                    This carelessness happened despite the fact that i had given the dealer the form 34 isssued by my bank as attached which clearly mentions the correct bank name.
                    Since the time i recieved the registration copy in jan, i have been asking koncept to get this rectified and i have been only getting verbal assurances from some rajesh in the registration department since feb 10th,
                    He told me that he will get the work on 13/2, then on 13/2 he again told me that it will be done on 20/2 and again on 20/2, i was told that it would be done on 27/2.Finally he told me on 27/2 that it will be done on 29/2 which again never happened.

                        I have booked KUV100 before launching in the month Dec 2015 and paid Rs. 10000 as advance. I was told that if I book it advance the car will be delivered in one week. They asked me to finalise the car variant and color and to inform the same by e-mail. 01 Feb 2016 I have send an e mail about my choice. Till 13th Feb no Correspondence or no phone calls received from Anantcars. Since it is 5 days more than their stipulated time, they did not make any calls regarding delivery, this brings home their service and prompt action. So I cancelled the order and and asked for Refund.

                        Bank details are given by e-mail on 19 Feb 2016. Received reply saying that It is in cancellation process. I am still waiting for my Refund.

                            But now dealer said they won't give us k4 on 7th march..don't know why?

                              I had booked one KUV 100, K8 model with Pearl white colour on 2nd. Feb. 2016 through your dealer M/S Utkal Automobiles Bhubaneswar. I was given a delivery date of 3 weeks from the date of booking. So far neither the company nor the dealer is bothered to inform me about a confirmed date.

                              In this connection I had tried to approach Mr. Vijaya Nakra, VP Sales through e mail. But unfortunately the mails are getting bounced from the Inbox.

                              What a sorry state of affair? The company even does not bother to full fill its own commitment of boosting " Guaranteed delivery within 30 days"

                                I had purchased a new Mahindra XUV w10 vehicle on 18 Jan 2016 from Vadodara. The vehicle had run for meager 1700 Km that it developed a failure in the gear box in Bangalore within 25 days of its purchase. Since then the vehicle is lying in service station for repair of the vehicle. I have been told by the mechanics of Mahindra service station that there is manufacturing defect in the gear box of the vehicle and the complete assembly has to be replaced and will be shipped from Pune to bangalore. Sir since then I have been struggling to get my vehicle back on road after servicing. I feel I have been cheated by the company and no positive signs of support have been visible from them. Throughout this time I have been struggling in commuting and has been shelling chunk of money in transportation.
                                It is pertinent to mention that I have taken a loan of Rs 13 Lakh for which I am paying a heavy EMI of Rs 18, 000 per month and this when clubbed with the money I am spending on commutation presently, it is becoming difficult for me and my family to cope up with the increased financial expenses. I have lost the trust in the company and the vehicle I purchased and moreover as it says any new vehicle going to service station for such critical defect, it looses its life by 01 Year. I humbly request that the vehicle should be replaced with new one and should be adequately compensated for mental agony and inconvenience caused to self and my family till now. The response of the company has been pathetic and so called customer relationship manager has not put an iota of effort to understand my state of mind as a person whose brand new vehicle is lying in service station for last 15 days unattended till now. I m worried there may be more such faults in the vehicle which can put me and my family in trouble ahead.
                                Sir I earnestly request to kindly help me in this case, so that I can be in normal state of mind and I get what I deserve as compensation to this mental trauma presently undergoing through. The vehicle details can be produced when enquired for from your side. Thank you sir.

                                    I, Mr Harshadbhai Dave (Mob. [protected]) owner of above said car vide regn. no. GJ01RD1614 bought on 31/10/2013. On 09/11/2015, I was having some issues in oil leakages from engine, so I approached at Punjab Auto (Ahmedabad), where they advised me to change Intercooler Assembly, so I agreed and work done costing me Rs. 8332/-. I am regularly servicing my vehicle periodically.

                                    After that on 15/02/2016 when I have checked my vehicle with Punjab Auto as I had to go on long drive, where they had given me green signal to move. So, we started to move on 18th Morning. On the same day, when we reached at Bhavnagar(just 225 km from Ahmedabad) afternoon, where car stopped due to gear was not working & it held on 2nd gear only. Car stopped, we have called at Siddhi Vinayak Motors, Bhavnagar to help us. They came & toe the car up to their workshop and billed for Rs. 14666/- for replacing clutch & gear parts.

                                    At just 53000 Kms, I could not get understand that, after paying approx. Rs. 5000/- for each service, if such kind of instance happens, then how much cost per KM requires for maintenance? Its too much according to industry standard. I hereby request you to pull all the car back & get repairs soon for such problems.

                                    Apart from above, whenever we goes at workshop, they don't allow us to go up to our car platform to monitor the servicing. Ultimately, we have experienced that, few of the charges like oil replacement, filter change etc. are taken without anything done. So, its always under suspicious and we lives under threat of accident. If such scenario continues, it will spread negative marketing. At last, the said dealer is not provide facility to pay with credit or debit card.

                                      My scarpio given for repair at vijayawada almost 20days back, they are not responding and they dont have the knowledge about the vehicle

                                        Dear Sir/madam,

                                        I am one of the first owners of XUV 5oo. purchased in June 2012. since then every 2nd month the car goes to NBS international workshop for some error . since the very first month had given complains for suspension, brake pads, horn.


                                        The car has run around 70000 kms in 3.6 years.


                                        We had bought Toyota Fortuner during the same period which has also completed around 62000 kms currently.


                                        We fail to understand that till date in TOYOTA we have not received any problem with suspension or brakes or any small problem but in MAHINDRA In last 3 and half years, we must have changed the brake pads, suspension 2-3 times.


                                        we are getting the car serviced properly as per the manual at NBS.


                                        currently the car is again sent to garage and we are been told for a bill of more than 35000/- rs. as all brakes are worn out and suspension is bad.


                                        please let us know, is the Toyota using much superior parts than Mahindra?


                                        We would really like to have a word with Senior team of Mahindra, rather than the email getting forwarded to Mr. Sarabjot as he does not have any answers to my questions.
