Material not delivered after the expected delivery date

My consignment has been booked thru' XPS vide DWB no.[protected] Dtd 03.03.2016 from NOIDA UP TO RUDRAPUR UTTRAKHAND. Normally they committ to deliver within 3-4 days but till today (09.03.2016) my material is not delivered, even i am not getting any propor response from thier side.

KUV100 Transmission problem

As I got the delivery of the car, I had hardly driven the car for 3 to 5 km I started facing problem in Transmission, especially on fifth gear, which I brought to the notice of the dealer.
