Dear Sir,
I have booked Mahindra KUV100 model K4 diesel 6 seater orange coloure on 28th January 2016 from Angel auto pvt. ltd. ( Boisar Branch ). At the time of booking only i asked for the delivery in the month of February 2016, sales executive Mrs. Chandrakala Singh told me that don’t worry sir you will get the delivery within 30 days because waiting period is 30-45 days only. But when i visited at showroom in the month of February that time they told me that sorry sir your new vehicle delivery date is now 20th March which we received from Mahindra, After few days again i visited at showroom regarding the same that day also she told me that sorry sir your new vehicle delivery date is 22nd march 2016 which is final, then also i said ok but make sure to deliver my new vehicle before 30th march 2016 because 31st march is very special day for me otherwise after 31st march it will not be valid for me, she told me that 100% you will get the delivery before 30th March 2016.
On 5th march when i visited at agel showroom to know the delivery status of my vehicle that day also Mrs. Chandrakala singh is saying that sorry sir i can’t give you the delivery before 30th march 2016 because your new vehicle delivery date is 4th April 2016 which we have received from Mahindra…………...
i can’t understand that why they are behaving like this…………..why they are not able to give me delivery of my vehicle on time…………
Just for your reference one of my friend Mr. Pulin Parekh who live in Dahanu and he had booked the same vehicle on 27th February 2016 from Angel auto pvt ltd. Dahanu branch and he got the delivery of his vehicle within 15 days.
I stay in bhayander and i had seen the KUV100 K4 at G3 motors (Kandivali), Global galleries (Ghodbunder road Thane) and Global galleries (Vasai ) which is near by my home but finally i booked from angel Auto pvt ltd. Boisar because every showroom was giving me the same delivery date which was within 30-45 days.
I was going to buy Maruti Suzuki Wagon R / swift model but because of my son who likes Mahindra KUV100, I decided to gift Mahindra KUV100 to my son before 30th march 2016 which is very special day for me. But now i am totally disappointed by Mahindra because i am not getting the vehicle before 30th march to gift my son. I am failed to fullfil my commitement to my son.
Everyday my son is asking me that Papa when you are going to gift me my new vehicle……………………I am speechless…………..
Finally i have decided that if i will not get the vehicle before 30th march 2016 then i have to go to the consumer court………………..because everyday Mrs Chandrakala Singh from Angel Auto pvt. ltd. is giving me false commitment and she is playing with my emotions……………Everyday she is making me fool…………….I am not getting any positive reply from her and every time i have to call her, she never call me to update my delivery status……………..Lots of money i have spent to visit showroom from my home Bhayander and on phone calling………….
Because of her delivery commitement which was February month, i have sold my old car Maruti Suzuki on 10th February 2016……..and now i am travelling by Public transport which is Auto, bus and Train which is not suitable for me but still i am doing….………...
This is my humble request to you to please look into the matter and do the needful………….I hope i will get the positive reply regarding the same……………..
