    Hello,
    I am a great fan of Mahindra vehicles scorpio, xuv, bolero (power) and that's why I want my first car to be Mahindra so I planned to buy kuv100, I am living in Muscat, Oman and I want it for my father living in jabalpur, I called your dealership which is star automobiles, jabalpur City... But seems like they are very busy with something else regardless selling vehicles... I called them 6 times... Talked with 6 different persons... Explain 6 different times... And didn't get a solution not even once.. I told them I am calling from Muscat it's an international call but they are putting me on hold for 5 minutes.. sales people disconnecting my number saying me again and again for two days please note down number.. Even I called that number also but fortunately I was lucky that no one attended, that's why I figured out and imagine that what will be the after sales service if like this they will attend the customer...

    Nevertheless I need a car and I am going to buy a it but definitely not Mahindra again...

    I just want you to please atleast reply and respect my message...

      My bolero was give to tvs kottayam dealer for the regular service(11/2/16) and i was told some complaint from the vehicle and the service team does not repair the complaint and after service i was get the bolero back the fuel was also missing
      and i was call back the service team and tell this issue they are not responding proper manner the service team from TVS they treat customers very roughly

        I purchased mahindra xylo d4 in 2012.
        Recently one week before i went for service of my xylo in your service center at lakhimpur kheri uttar pradesh.At the time of check in we found that stepni of my car has been not attached with my car.The stepni has been missing. When thoroughly checked we found that attached wire with stepni device is missing.Snaps are attached. So plz check how it is possible that stepni can be missing fm stepni pulling device with stepni pulling wire accessories.

            Hi sir,

            There is some issue between v c motors, rooma, kanpur and me (Pankaj trivedi)..

            I bought a commercial vehicle name mahindra supro (Vehicle body no. Ma1fk2hlwf6k32494) on dated 16th dec'15 from v c motors but still i am not getting rto document.

            From 16th dec'16 to till date 12th mar'16 my vehicle standing in my home. I am not moving our vehicle anywhere due to problem in traffic checking in kanpur city..

            V c motors gm (S m faiz) saying that due to non availability of approval of this commercial vehicle company not provide you registration and rto document.
            He is saying this fault is mahindra company side.

            Sir, i am very poor man. I have deposited the down payment from taking the amount from our friends and neighborhoods. I am not deposited the installments from 2 to 3 months. I am very frustrated from 3 months.

            Please compensate the amount of three months installments. I am not paying the amount. If my vehicle is running on the road so defiantly i deposit the whole installments as per guide line.

            So request you to please help for the same.

            Kindly do the needful.

              On 11th feb 2016 i went to bring my mahindra kuv100. I reached at mahindra show room sant auto v.P.O kachiari district kangra himachal paradesh at 11 am. The company personnel took 5 to 6 hrs to make the documents, it is was around 4:30pm. At last i got the insurance policy but not the final bills & documents. As i asked for final documents they excused me that our printer is not working and our internet is also not working.

              On 14th feb 2016 i phoned them to make my documents. Again i visited the show room to collect the final documents and bills. There was same position . I stayed there for one hour but my documents were not ready and no any company personnel showed interest to sort out my problem.

                I have booked Mahindra KUV100 model K4 diesel 6 seater orange coloure on 28th January 2016 from Angel auto pvt. ltd. ( Boisar Branch ). At the time of booking only i asked for the delivery in the month of February 2016, sales executive Mrs. Chandrakala Singh told me that don’t worry sir you will get the delivery within 30 days because waiting period is 30-45 days only. But when i visited at showroom in the month of February that time they told me that sorry sir your new vehicle delivery date is now 20th March which we received from Mahindra, After few days again i visited at showroom regarding the same that day also she told me that sorry sir your new vehicle delivery date is 22nd march 2016 which is final, then also i said ok but make sure to deliver my new vehicle before 30th march 2016 because 31st march is very special day for me otherwise after 31st march it will not be valid for me, she told me that 100% you will get the delivery before 30th March 2016.

                On 5th march when i visited at agel showroom to know the delivery status of my vehicle that day also Mrs. Chandrakala singh is saying that sorry sir i can’t give you the delivery before 30th march 2016 because your new vehicle delivery date is 4th April 2016 which we have received from Mahindra…………...

                i can’t understand that why they are behaving like this…………..why they are not able to give me delivery of my vehicle on time…………

                Just for your reference one of my friend Mr. Pulin Parekh who live in Dahanu and he had booked the same vehicle on 27th February 2016 from Angel auto pvt ltd. Dahanu branch and he got the delivery of his vehicle within 15 days.

                I stay in bhayander and i had seen the KUV100 K4 at G3 motors (Kandivali), Global galleries (Ghodbunder road Thane) and Global galleries (Vasai ) which is near by my home but finally i booked from angel Auto pvt ltd. Boisar because every showroom was giving me the same delivery date which was within 30-45 days.


                I was going to buy Maruti Suzuki Wagon R / swift model but because of my son who likes Mahindra KUV100, I decided to gift Mahindra KUV100 to my son before 30th march 2016 which is very special day for me. But now i am totally disappointed by Mahindra because i am not getting the vehicle before 30th march to gift my son. I am failed to fullfil my commitement to my son.

                Everyday my son is asking me that Papa when you are going to gift me my new vehicle……………………I am speechless…………..


                Finally i have decided that if i will not get the vehicle before 30th march 2016 then i have to go to the consumer court………………..because everyday Mrs Chandrakala Singh from Angel Auto pvt. ltd. is giving me false commitment and she is playing with my emotions……………Everyday she is making me fool…………….I am not getting any positive reply from her and every time i have to call her, she never call me to update my delivery status……………..Lots of money i have spent to visit showroom from my home Bhayander and on phone calling………….

                Because of her delivery commitement which was February month, i have sold my old car Maruti Suzuki on 10th February 2016……..and now i am travelling by Public transport which is Auto, bus and Train which is not suitable for me but still i am doing….………...

                This is my humble request to you to please look into the matter and do the needful………….I hope i will get the positive reply regarding the same……………..

                I have booked my kuv k6 petrol 6 seater and most importantly orange colour from global galleries -vasai on 17 jan 2016.I have been given a further date on every curious enquiry of mine.The dealer is very cooly giving me dates as if they are distributing bonus and we shall be happy with it.at the time of booking which was 17 Jan I was assured that dilevery would be within 15 days from the date of full payment.I made full payment on 9th Feb and even that time I was told tat delivery would be in 15 days.further I got call from global galleries thane office stating that the dilevery date is postponed further to march first week. When I enquired in last week of Feb I got another date of 15 march. Further 19 march, again next day I enquired expecting that the date would somehow get preponed and to my shock i got another date of 22 march and same time I get a call from thane office stating 1 April. What the hell is going on. Is the delear playing with our emotions and our hard earned money. On my 6.30 lacs im paying loan interest and the dealer is earning interest on the same.to add to this now im told that the price has been hiked and I'll have to pay more. Can I know why ?? If I would have got my car in time then this price hike was not on me, right ? Then the delay is from dealer and why do I bear price hike ?
                If im not getting my car by end of march then its useless for me. I will have to cancel the booking and get the refund immediately along with interest that I have borne on loan amt.
                I don't know whether its the dealer or mahindra & mahindra co. Who is making fake claims regarding dileveries but ultimately the customers are getting cheated.

                Dear sir we purchased KUV100 K8 6 seater white colour having vehicle id MA1VB2NACG6B93759 having engine no. NAGZB09590 vide invoice no. INV16A001518 dated 18th MARCH 2016 from M/s SHIVA AUTO CAR (INDIA) pvt.Ltd.
                Only after moving 2km after taking delivery of the kuv100 car, intense vibrations started from engine feeling upto front side, upto steering and seat with noise also. .Which was very shocking and disappointing defect / change in behaviour of the car .Some sort of abnormal adjustment in alignment and adjustment of steering was also felt
                Development of such type of defect in a car within half an hour of purchase seems, that it will be not able to provide years of safe and dependable service as per your claim given in owner's manual.
                Please reply immediately, as this complaint is being made within 3 hours of purchase of KUV100 car

                  I SS Rajpurohit of Jalandhar Punjab booked KUV100 top desal model of Mahindra atMakkar Moters Jalandhar on fab, 1, 2016 with a promise of earliest delivery at price of about 659000/ and some accessories but wen i manege loan at there coated price dealer become adamant to deliver the car at increase price of 20000/ on 4/3/ 16 n i was compelled to return the loan amount with monetary and reputation loss and till today despite my repeated requests dealer had not refunded my booking amount.it is a totally unfair trade practice.why company and dealer not to pay compensation to me as they made advance booking a mockary and not to bother about customer after booking in about one and half month neither company nor dealer contacted me from their side to deliver me car on time it was i who every time ask them fr same and every time they promise to reply after few minutes but never call me at all . mobile [protected]

                  mean while i complaint the matter of car delivery 6-7 time at Mahindra's customer care but company not at all bother to reply in satisfactory way they not at all contacted me from their side about negligence of there dealer Avery time customer care borrow few minutes to reply me but till date their reply is awaiting.how company can increase price of car on march 4, 2016 referencing duty increase in union budget 2016-17 which is applicable from April 1, 2016.is it not a total violation of rule of laws.

                    The mail is intended to bring the notice regarding the poor quality of material that has been provided by the company in Thar Jeep. I have visited Raj motors twice as the handle of my Thar jeep has started deteriorating within the guarantee period. I have been highly disappointed as there has been no assistance from the Raj motors as they have been denied my request. First and foremost after paying nearly 8.50 lacs every customer requires respect and assistance. Sir when my jeep is under the warranty then why would the company is not changing the handle. I would once again request to company to change my handle otherwise I had to see other legal ways.

                      Hello,

                      I had recently given my xylo with registration number KA53Z7851on 27th at Anant Cars, Hulimavu, Bangalore. Further to inspection the service agent informed that 80, 000 km service can be done also the clutch is to be replaced and no other issues were advised.

                      After the work while delivering the vehicle, it was noted that a whistling noice were observed while shifting to second gear and also some vibrating noiice from the rear.

                      this was not there initially and occurred only after the work at service centre. when enquired about this they where unable to explain the reason and said that there would be some issues at Gear box and need to inspect the same .

                      I was not convinced about the explanation however I had to leave the vehicle for one more day (three days). Further to inspection they said no issues at gear box and they have fixed the issues and delivered the vehicle.

                      After few days of running the same noice reoccurred along with other vibration noice.

                      I took the vehicle once again to the show room on 5th March, since then till today the issues is not resolved more than a week. when ever enquired they said that they are still inspecting. It was evident that they were not paying proper attention to the vehicle as they were unable to diagnose the issues.

                      Later on 9th after frequent follow-up they said that a bearing at differential shaft is damaged and need to replace and the part not available any where in Bangalore. Later again they confirmed that parts were received on 10th and till today the same is not fixed

                      overall the service agent Mr. Anand Babu is not even have courtesy to convey the actual issues or not even paying enough attention to the vehicle. He was just keeping the vehicle at service center saying various reason for more than a week

                      When called yesterday he was unsure when can the vehicle delivered.

                      this was absolutely not acceptable for any service center killing the time and money of the customer

                      at initial I had paid 26, 000 and all this issues occurred after the service

                      it was well evident that the service agent and his team has done sloppy job on this case not even bothered about the escalation

                      I would really appreciate if you can please look in to this matter ASAP

                        Dear sir/madam,

                        I have booked the car with zulakha motors on 13-feb-2016 with the advance of Rs.10, 000 for KUV 100 with K8 Variant red color. I did not recieve any confirmation or mail from the dealer regarding the booking. I did not recieve email or SMS regarding this. I just got verbal confirmation that the vehicle is alloted and I need to pay additional amount. The dealer is requesting to pay more than EX show room price ( Insurance, , extended warranty are not included). the ex showroom price at chennai is 6, 76, 000. he is asking for 708605. When I check with carwale, car trade and other places the price is lesser. Kindly clarify regarding the difference please. am yet to verify with other dealers available dealers in chennai.

                          मैने महेन्द्रा की नयी KUV1OO गाडी देहरादून प्रीमियर मोटर से ली पर अब पछता रहा हूँ क्योंकि इस गाडी में कुछ कमियां हैं और सुनने वाला कोई नही है
                          १:- गाडी में कंपन है और चडाई पर तो ज्यादा ही होती है तथा चढ़ाई पर अाम आदमी इसे पीछे नही कर सकता इससे आप ही अंदाजा लगा सकते हैं कि इसमें कितनी खराबी है।
                          २:- कम्पनी के बताए अनुसार माईलेज भी नहीं है।
                          ३:- डिस्पले सिस्टम में कुछ कमियां हैं।
                          आैर छाेटी-छोटी कई समस्याएँ है कंपनी के अनुसार यह एक बहुत बड़ी समस्या नहीं है और यह कहना कि यह हमारी सभी KUV1OO गाडी मैं है ताे मेरा आपसे अनुरोध है कि आप भी मेरी तरह न फंसे ज्यादा से ज्यादा लोगों को यह बात बताए आैर भविष्य में हाेने वाली समस्याओं से बचाने में मदद करें अगर आप फिर भी इसी गाड़ी को लेना चाहते हैं तो आप टेस्ट ड्राइव करते समय चढ़ाई पर बैक गियर पर चलाएँ समस्या खुद ही आपके सामने आ जाएंगी इस मैसज काे अपने-अपने ग्रुपाे में ज्यादा से ज्यादा पास करें अधिक जानकारी के लिए काल करें [protected]

                            I chinki gutam was an aspiring customer of mahindra xuv500. My dreams were broken when the reality came in.
                            On 5/3/2016, i chinki gautam booked xuv 500 w8 (2.2) model at koncept mahindra showroom in lajpat nagar. I paid booking amount of rs 20, 000 through cheque.
                            On 8/3/2016 i paid whole amount of the car i.E approx. 14.5lacs as decided to the koncept mahindra through obc bank d.D. Billing was done on 8/3/2016.
                            On 10/3/2016 vehicle was delivered around 5 pm. During the period between 5th march & 9th march i was in continuous conversation with siddarth (Sales executive), being a customer i reminded him many times to get vehicle checked as it was parked from last 3 months. He said that it’s our call & responsibility to get it checked before delivery. You don’t have to worry.
                            Once the car was delivered & we just reached 1km far from the showroom, we realized that the middel row ac was not working & also there was sound in ac. We came back only after 5mins to the showroom after the delivery of the vehicle for getting it checked. 3 person came in siddarth ashok & some other guy to check the ac & accepted that there was a problem with the ac. At that time siddarth tried to convince that it was not a major issue. It can be solved anyday.
                            Later after driving for more 20 km’s a humming sound started coming in from the front side perhaps from the engine or suspension. Ac also started making whistle kind of sound which was very disturbing & was loud at point of time.
                            Reminding you again it was not even 2 hours that i started experiencing the default in the vehicle. Next day morning i.E 11/3/2016 i called siddarth around 11am regarding the problem, than i came to service station of koncept mahindra near badarpur.
                            After 2 test drive of the same vehicle checked by technicians i was not satisfied as the problem remained the same but still the technicians were trying to convince me that these sounds were normal & are common in all other xuv models. I had to insist to check other xuv parked there & in that xuv i didn’t experience any other sound or the problems i have faced in the xuv delivered to me.
                            They changed axle of my car to remove front humming sound. They opened the whole car from inside. Still the technicians were not able to figure out the problems. I paid almost 15 lacs on 10/3/2016 around 5pm & on 11/3/2016 at 1pm disappointedly i was at the service station & was getting new axle in the car & still the problem of ac was not detected. I hardly completed 50kms.


                            Manager mr gaurav shared with me that the model delivered to me have gone through the inspection test on 7/3/2016, it was clear from his statement that how carelessly mahindra technicians have done the test & sold the defective vehicle.
                            From above stated statement i personally feel that everyone was involved from the sales executive to the manager & other staff, everyone was involved in planning of selling a defective car. I have been trapped & it is the clear case of “fraud” or “420” & koncept mahindra cheated me by selling this defective vehicle.
                            If koncept mahindra staff would have been sincere in checking the car before delivery i would not have suffered from emotional, physical & financial loss. I have been mentally tortured.
                            I would like to bring this in your kind notice that i understand if the car would have completed at least 1000 or 2000 kms & than i would have experienced some problem it was acceptable that the technical error have been arise, & that part didn’t completed its expected life cycle.
                            But in my case it was not like that. The vehicle was never used & without using the vehicle’s parts were defective. The vehicle couldn’t able complete 200kms & was not able survive even for 12 hours on road after delivery.
                            Note: if we use any technical product & during the course of its usage or running, if it gets failed that we can say that it’s technical error or failure of the product or part.
                            In this case product was not used at all, it was faulty or failure without any usage. It’s was from back end & there was manufacturing defect or testing failure from mahindra’s end or dealer end.
                            Mahindra should check & test the product than delivery should be done. After taking delivery i was the one who is telling the problems in car without even using it for 10 mins.
                            You should solve the issue at your own cost after testing the product, not at customer cost after delivering the vehicle. Above all vehicle was not used, it was manufactured wrong which we called manufacturing defect not the fault or error which comes in course o[censored]sing it.

                            I feel cheated by the dealer koncept automobiles & will not tolerate the loss of mental peace & financial loss of 15lacs. I request you to refund my money back as i no more trust mahindra & its product.

                            Poor quality and services of XUV500
                            I am a owner of XUV 500 which ahs done just 31000 Km. Vehicle had to be taken repeatedly for resolution of complaints ever since I bought it.
                            Recently, I had taken it for servicing at Shiva Motors-Sahibabad-Ghaziabad. Car was returned to me after 6 days and still it is pulling to right. A sum of 187004 was charged for servicing the car yet the complaint is not fixed.
                            Several parts have been replaced ever since i bought it. Just to name a few AC, Cluster, head light, rear rim, etc are already replaced.
                            What more will be needed in future only GOD knows.

                              I had bought thar in month of september from silver jubilee motors pune where the dealer's accessories section accessories were purchased and i decided to go for a hard top. My experience was horrible and never expected this from mahindra and it's dealer. The hard top didn't have proper finishing with internal leakages even my original body colour was damaged after that it was promised to me that the hard top will be replaced upto my satisfaction or my amount of rs.1.00 lakh will be refunded. But again i was fooled the top was just coloured and vehicle delivered to me. I am really disappointed with mahindra which lack professionalism and don't value customers money . Hopefully my problem is resolved or i need to take some legal action

                                    From 27 January 2016 my mahindra TUV 300 T8 (GJ 23BD 0442) i give to M M Vahora Service center Anand 388001 for my car's damage repairing but steel my car is not repair and give me reason for this " some part is not available hear" and they are not complete repairing of my car. my car steel in showroom for last 1.5 month.
                                    i can not earn money without my car i am in big trouble please solve my problem as soon as possible.

                                      My consignment has been booked thru' XPS vide DWB no.[protected] Dtd 03.03.2016 from NOIDA UP TO RUDRAPUR UTTRAKHAND. Normally they committ to deliver within 3-4 days but till today (09.03.2016) my material is not delivered, even i am not getting any propor response from thier side.

                                      This is not for the first time i am facing this problem. This is for third time i am facing the late delivery problem.

                                      Even the concern persons are not giving propor reply.

                                      kindly look into this matter and arrange to deliver the material by tomorrow.

Company sales representative Mr. Manish assured me to send reg. no. of the vehicle with-in 20 days on my address, but it is still awaited. In between I reminded for several times to him. On 18.01.2016 he sent me S.M.S. of reg. no., M.P. 09 C.A. 7126, which was not correct.I searched on internet and came to know that the no. was reg. in the name of a woman named Mrs. Nirmala Choudhary of Indore .In between I ordered for no. plate, which casted Rs.1500 to me. Whenever I enquired with your representative he never gave me satisfactory reply. I have all records of this matter with me.
                                        2. I request you that if I do not get correct reg. no. and the expenses so occured within three days on my address, I will be sorry to reg. a case of lack of service in competent court and, for this you will be liable.
