First time i bought mahindra vehicle. Details are given below.

Sale date : 19/9/2015

Vehicle was sent for repair on the following dates: (Everytime for different problem)
1st time 07/11/2015 — problem: some issue with wiper
2nd time 22/12/2015 — problem: some issue with diesel tank
3rd time 15/02/2015 — problem: some issue in the engine & play in front & back doors (Still continued with front doors)
4th time 22/02/2015 — problem: some noise in the front wheels. I sent my car twice for this purpose. It is still not resolved. It was sent again on 1st march for repair with the same problem.

Mahindra has just launched this model.

I wrote the same issue to customer care mahindra that it is not feasible for me to send my car almost every month for some or the other problem. It hampers my work. I requested them to change the vehicle because it’s a faulty piece.

In the mean time, my family and i was travelling from jammu to ludhiana on 24th of april and on the way back my running car suddenly turned off near pathankot (Nr madhepur chungi, opp. Coral restaurant) around 2:30 pm.

I had to call up call centre to get road side assistance because i'd opted rsa (Road side assistance) facility. Soon an engineer came and he mentioned that it had to sent to nearest workshop. He called recovery van and around 5:20 we reached j. S. Grover workshop - pathankot (Punjab).

I had to struggle hard to get a taxi with such short notice because they failed to arrange the same but somehow i was able to get the taxi around 8:00 pm and reached back ludhiana around 12:30 am.

Very next day i received a call from workshop that car is repaired and he mentioned that some part in the diesel tank was supposed to be replaced when it was recalled on 22nd december, 2015 (Refer my first mail), but it didn't happen.

I am feeling harassed because of company's fault. I’d to pay the price that too physically, financially as well as mentally.

Kindly help me in this case, as there is no concrete solution given by mahindra group till date.

    I am sonu yadav. I am working in defense sector. As per our government we are frequently posted to different different areas of our country. Now i am coming to point i met with an accident on 11 september 2015 after that i spend handsome amount of money approx 811000 and time approx 5months in suhul automobiles only one repair agency of mahindra in srinagar. I don't understand what they have done to my vehicle. They were highly unprofessional and made my xuv 500 a problem machine. After about hundred calls to complaint i didn't receive a single reply or response from them. I have also consulted one of the dealer in gurgaon region for the same but still i mean waiting for their response. Please guide me what to do now.

      Hi!! I, mrs smita jadhavar, pune, maharashtra, have purchased new mahindra nuvosport amt car on 21 st april 2016 from silver jubeliee motors. From the very next day we went on a ride and got the gearbox problem in the middle of road, because of which we were not able to move. We spended one whole day in your workshop and got our car. But after only days we got stuck again in the middle of road because of the same problem, and since then our car is in mahindras workshop itself. We are totally frustrated for not able to use our fully paid car. And we demand a replacement for the same...

        Sir,
        This is to informed that i undersigned is having a very bad experience after purchasing mahindra new vehicle – kuv 100 6+ on 14/04/2016. Registration no. Mh-32-y-3867 from your dealer m/s. Provincial automobile pvt. Ltd. Hingana midc, near toll naka, nagpur.

        I was really surprised when my new vehicle got breakdown within 15 days on 28/04/2016. The problem was really unbelievable. Till date i was in impression that, mahindra & mahindra is a renowned automobile company & always satisfies their customers. But it was my misunderstanding, due to the experience i had with my vehicle & behavior of your dealer’s representatives. My vehicle was not taking load, getting heated & having problem while gear shifting. The same was informed to the above-mentioned dealer. They took the vehicle for checking on 29/04/2016 & informed through sms that, after checking your vehicle will be repaired & delivered on 07/05/2016.

        Sir, today is 11/05/2016 & i have not received my vehicle nor received any phone calls or explanations. Why there is delay in handing over the vehicle to me & also the dealer has not informed me about the problem in my vehicle.

        We are having maruti suzuki’s swift vehicle & fiat’s punto vehicle at present. But we have never faced such a problem with these companies. This is our first mahindra’s vehicle & we are facing such a bad experience. We don’t understand is this the company’s policy & attitude towards its customers. We are really upset about performance of mahindra.

        Now due to this experience we are thinking of going to consumer court if no response is received from your dealer within 2 days. This news is also going social on whatsup in our friend circle and in other groups. So you are requested to take steps urgently and satisfy the costumer at earliest.

          Please refer my earlier complaint regarding repair of my vehicle UP44AA6656 held with MEET AGENCY SULTANPUR UP for last two weeks. the said vehicle have gone sudden break down due to any technical problem while on run even after servicing by the said agency . The vehicle is under warranty period and it should be repaired as it has some manufacturing defect and amount be adjusted against warranty . if said vehicle is not repaired withing two days the matter will be refered to Chairman & Managing Director of Mahindra . treat it most urgent .

          I had booked KUV100 K6 petrol 6 str from India Garage, Palace Cross Road, Bangalore and paid 5000/- as booking amount. I cancelled the booking due to unprofessional behaviour of the employees, but I have not got the refund. They have refused the refund and not taking my calls now.

            I have been driving the vehicle XUV 500 for 4 years. I was the one who generally operates & no other driver used it. One fine day car doesn't start all the electrical system has been failed. When checked with service centres, they wanted to bring the car to them. I organised toeing van & sent to them . Its been 3 weeks, may car has been in service centre ( India garage ) with no news. When asked the answer was MDSM -there is a integrated Circuit was at fault & that part is not available with us, we are checking with Mumbai.

            I am asking, for big company like Mahindra & Mahindra, they cant make available a small part like & we have made to wait for 2 and half week.

            This is so silly. My car number is TN05 AQ 5216.

            I was so generous for Mahindra & Mahindra. This was our 2nd family car from Mahindra. We have been sharing all the goodness of the Mahindra product till now .

            We don't deserve a this kind of treatment.

                I have a mahindra Thar Jeep. I send my jeep of your korba mahindra work shop for reparing AC switch on 08/05/2016. Korba work shop Manager Mr. Pandey tell me i have no any mechanic/engineer and parts for repair AC swith of Thar Jeep. then after i calling to the owner of show room Mr. Shiv Agrawal but he can not pick up my phone.

                So, I repair my AC Switch from other Garage.

                        I recently purchased a kuv100 k8 ..it is mentioned in the broacher of the car that it is equipped with blue sense and it mentioned to download the app from google play store or Apple App Store ..it is probably available in the google play store but not on the apple App Store ..kindly notify ask them to upload the kuv100 blue sense app to the apple App Store

                          I am using your mahindra xuv 5oo, lt mat with a major accident and airbags didn't got activated. My car is still within warrantee period of 3 years and one part of airbag is not working "clock spring"
                          Now dealer is asking for 3500 for replacement of this part. Since the car is still within warrantee period request u to replace the part free of cost.

                            Prama automobiles situated at kalol, district gandhinagar. While making booking for mahindra xuv 500 new age w6 the dealer said the acc fittings is compulsory to take for mahindra xuv 500 w6. I told him that i dont wamt and kindly reduce the amount from total bill amount. He denied. Now at the time of delivery he did not install any acc fittings like reverse camera, under coating over coating engine coating, matting, car perfume, cuff plates, black moulds . He said sir i have already gave you discount and this is deducted in total bill price.
                            Please take action against it.

                            Got call from area sales head. Got into conversation with showroom manager and agreed upon to provide me with all acc and fittings. Received but not tgat satisfy as he said there is teflon coating but i am sure he didnt do it

                              I want to tell me what exactly happen with me
                              First i visit "atmaram mahindra" showroom in agra to take a test drive
                              And i liked kuv100 then decide to buy it
                              This is our first car so we don't know much about technically issue and also we didn't checked the car too closely
                              They told me they have 3 month of booking and we have to wait for that time then i say then i will buy another car because we need it in same week then then i walked away
                              On next day they called me and said they have white kuv100 k8 available (Where a day before they told me they have 3 month booking but i didn't think that much and bought it)
                              And on 20th april i bought it and next day when i am driving on highway the suddenly engine got breakdown on highway and steering jammed on mid of journey suddenly hopefully our life's are save and also car too then there pickup vehicle come and take to to workshop
                              Then i decide to want replacement because no one want to waste his money this kind of car which getting problem on next day
                              When i speak with they they said they will not replace and they have many cars which get this kind of problem on same day bu they don't change them they only repair them and saying car is fit and there is no issue just small issue which fixed now
                              And wasted my whole day and did nothing to solve my issue even the md of showroom refuse not helped us
                              Then next day it again have some, some alignment issue and break issue and then again they spoiled our day of saturday in end of day they again done nothing and called me come back on monday then i come back and then i again speak with them about changing the car because it getting issue day by day but they again refuse then
                              Then i make them offer to buy a another high price car and which is nuvo sports n8
                              Then they say we need to speak with boss
                              And boss also getting agree and told me car is not registered yet so they can change that if we buy nuvo sports make a condition for us we need to bear loss of 25000 inr if we want to change it and also we need to wait upto another client buy (They said they have many booking so it will get sold fast don't worry about that they said on tuesday (Next day) it will surely sold
                              1 guy from them checked the car and take delivery and said to we will inform you once it get sold then i hand over them all
                              Next day they called me you can come and get your nuvo sport is ready
                              Then i went they again spoiled my whole day after 5-7 hours they come to me and said that car is not sold because that have many issue like like scratches, dents and customer refuse to buy it and we cant deliver you the car you need to wait more
                              And told me you need to wait more i will dent paint it and try to sale it again
                              I tried to contact them but not gone any solution then
                              Then i complain to mahindra customer support 4 days they spend and tell me eveyr day some one gonna call you and you get you solution today but nothing helpful from them then i get call from showroom that the car has 2 tired with cut and also it have new issue like dent on bumper many scratches and blah blah
                              Then i asked them you take delivery and checked it
                              His typical answer i didn't checked it
                              And they blaming me i did all that and give them after 10 days because i complained about them
                              And also not got any solution form customer service they also told me same things and tell me he will contact me with solution but still got nothing
                              And also on the day of problem i give them the tank was full with petrol yeah some liters used because we drive it little but
                              When i come to saturday see the tank was empty there is only petrol last to reach upto petrol pump which is within 2 kms of showroom, i told them they said that used to serving i asked to all petrol they said no then i told them tank was full they said to me do you have job card (Since i am new i dont know much but they have responsibility to give that to customer to get it for service but for that they also blamed me and also tell that was used to take trials of car that is working fine or not then i asked about mileage of car they said 14-15 kmpl but when i checked the meter that show 195 out of that around 100 kms already ride before deliver us that time they said me that because they check every car after manufacturing it and take trail of 100 kms
                              Then i told them i was full the tank of 35 liter and total used 194.5 kms and tank is completely empty now so how is possible mileage of 14-15 kmpl, they again tell me my mistake that i have not make job card that the reason and they cant help on that too
                              Now they called me and tell they want increse that 25000 to more because they serviced it and dent pent changed tyres
                              And also not gonna give me nuvo sport
                              Then told he they will surely sale it on this tuesday and will order another nuvo sport to me for my choice color then i asked him it really gonna happen or only chances they said they are not sure but if got sale then they change it otherwise i have to wait again
                              They sold me faulted product like they are selling now because its impossible to them manage a car for me if they have 3 month booking and i am getting it next day so beware they are not fixing issue only reselling faulted cars
                              And also there is i don't think they have demand because on 18-19 they have 3 month backlog and now they dont even have a client for a car its wired or fake
                              O overall service of company is very very poor no one gonna help you today is around a month going to pass but i stil dont have my car
                              They have worsted support ever i recommend everyone not to buy this

                              They are corrupt they only want me to lower the car price
                              I asked them to give me chassis number because i want to file a complain they denied and i ask them about issue with cars on paper they again denied they said car is perfect and they not gonna do anything i have only way is wait until it sold

My family and friends suggest me to go to consumer court about this issue, but i want to hear something from your side first if it get resolve or no, then next step is mine is consumer court.

                                  I had purchased a car XUV 500 automatic from Shree automotive.
                                  The test drive car was a brand new car with 84km clocked and the car which was allotted to me was also 84km clocked, the same test driver car.
                                  At the time of delivery the car was 125 km clocked and no car showroom in Kolkata gives you so much km driven car.
                                  Please take necessary action and find out why I was delivered a test drive car.

                                    Phone[protected],[protected], to book the all new kuv 100 6 seater the petrol version red colour. As per their rules and regulations i had deposited an amount of rs.10000/- (Rupees ten thousand) as a booking amount on 25th march 2016. Slip no:-for the same is :-3928. When i inquired about the delivery of the vehicle they told me that it will take about a month. But till this date there is no sign of processing also. They are just pushing the date further, like i called up on 14th of april 2016, they told me to inquire on 4th of may 2016, again when i called up on 4th of may 2016 again they came up with an excuse that call us after 10 days. Sir is this the way to behave with the customer. And one more thing others who have booked lately i. E. After my date of booking they have got the vehicle. Now i am in a very mess, because my loan has been sanctioned a month ago & now the bank personnel are calling up and asking about the usage again and again. And if within 5-7 days i don't turned up with a positive solution, they will abandon my loan. Sir it is a humble request to check with the dealer what’s going on and get me my booked vehicle within 5 days. And if i will not receive any positive response in this regard than i have to cancel the booking and go ahead with some other dealer for an another vehicle.

                                    I have had the same issue with the noida Dealer named Koncept Mahindra.I cancelled my booking and opted for Maruti company instead of this mahindra KUV.Dealers are also very iresponsive.

                                        We have purchased mahindra suv 500 wx model registration number up44ad6656 on[protected]. From meet agency sultanpur up. Last week the said vehicle got sudden break down even after service . Contacted meet agency they responded after 24 hours. Now they saying that some part of vehicle is to be replaced and not be covered under warranty and till date said vehicle has not been repaired. Pic of vehicle is below. Its requested suitable action may be taken against such defaulter vehicle agency who are misusing the name of mahindra company .
