Sir i wanted to inform you that we have purchased a new vehicle from mahendra agency in dehradun but at the time of purchase we went to rto office to pass a vehicle but rto office send us back then mahendra agency broker has pass the vehicle by some way but after two year again we went for the fitness buy rto reject it because chassis buber is showing two bar which means chassis number was changed before purchasing

I ll be thankful i[censored] ll send me the details of this chassis number nd my vehicle because we are your very old customer and first time this type of thing is happened we don't want to take any step to spoil our relationship with mahendra company

Koncept moters Noida has booked my car nuvo sports on 16 Apr 2016, Despite the commitment of 1 May my card has still not delivered, no one is responding. I am bound to take this issue to court as there is no response from Mahindra Side.

      I recently purchased a kuv100 k8 ..it is mentioned in the broacher of the car that it is equipped with blue sense and it mentioned to download the app from google play store or Apple App Store ..it is probably available in the google play store but not on the apple App Store ..kindly notify ask them to upload the kuv100 blue sense app to the apple App Store

        Dear sir,
        I am using your mahindra xuv 5oo, lt mat with a major accident and airbags didn't got activated. My car is still within warrantee period of 3 years and one part of airbag is not working "clock spring"
        Now dealer is asking for 3500 for replacement of this part. Since the car is still within warrantee period request u to replace the part free of cost.

          Prama automobiles situated at kalol, district gandhinagar. While making booking for mahindra xuv 500 new age w6 the dealer said the acc fittings is compulsory to take for mahindra xuv 500 w6. I told him that i dont wamt and kindly reduce the amount from total bill amount. He denied. Now at the time of delivery he did not install any acc fittings like reverse camera, under coating over coating engine coating, matting, car perfume, cuff plates, black moulds . He said sir i have already gave you discount and this is deducted in total bill price.
          Please take action against it.

          Got call from area sales head. Got into conversation with showroom manager and agreed upon to provide me with all acc and fittings. Received but not tgat satisfy as he said there is teflon coating but i am sure he didnt do it

            I want to tell me what exactly happen with me
            First i visit "atmaram mahindra" showroom in agra to take a test drive
            And i liked kuv100 then decide to buy it
            This is our first car so we don't know much about technically issue and also we didn't checked the car too closely
            They told me they have 3 month of booking and we have to wait for that time then i say then i will buy another car because we need it in same week then then i walked away
            On next day they called me and said they have white kuv100 k8 available (Where a day before they told me they have 3 month booking but i didn't think that much and bought it)
            And on 20th april i bought it and next day when i am driving on highway the suddenly engine got breakdown on highway and steering jammed on mid of journey suddenly hopefully our life's are save and also car too then there pickup vehicle come and take to to workshop
            Then i decide to want replacement because no one want to waste his money this kind of car which getting problem on next day
            When i speak with they they said they will not replace and they have many cars which get this kind of problem on same day bu they don't change them they only repair them and saying car is fit and there is no issue just small issue which fixed now
            And wasted my whole day and did nothing to solve my issue even the md of showroom refuse not helped us
            Then next day it again have some, some alignment issue and break issue and then again they spoiled our day of saturday in end of day they again done nothing and called me come back on monday then i come back and then i again speak with them about changing the car because it getting issue day by day but they again refuse then
            Then i make them offer to buy a another high price car and which is nuvo sports n8
            Then they say we need to speak with boss
            And boss also getting agree and told me car is not registered yet so they can change that if we buy nuvo sports make a condition for us we need to bear loss of 25000 inr if we want to change it and also we need to wait upto another client buy (They said they have many booking so it will get sold fast don't worry about that they said on tuesday (Next day) it will surely sold
            1 guy from them checked the car and take delivery and said to we will inform you once it get sold then i hand over them all
            Next day they called me you can come and get your nuvo sport is ready
            Then i went they again spoiled my whole day after 5-7 hours they come to me and said that car is not sold because that have many issue like like scratches, dents and customer refuse to buy it and we cant deliver you the car you need to wait more
            And told me you need to wait more i will dent paint it and try to sale it again
            I tried to contact them but not gone any solution then
            Then i complain to mahindra customer support 4 days they spend and tell me eveyr day some one gonna call you and you get you solution today but nothing helpful from them then i get call from showroom that the car has 2 tired with cut and also it have new issue like dent on bumper many scratches and blah blah
            Then i asked them you take delivery and checked it
            His typical answer i didn't checked it
            And they blaming me i did all that and give them after 10 days because i complained about them
            And also not got any solution form customer service they also told me same things and tell me he will contact me with solution but still got nothing
            And also on the day of problem i give them the tank was full with petrol yeah some liters used because we drive it little but
            When i come to saturday see the tank was empty there is only petrol last to reach upto petrol pump which is within 2 kms of showroom, i told them they said that used to serving i asked to all petrol they said no then i told them tank was full they said to me do you have job card (Since i am new i dont know much but they have responsibility to give that to customer to get it for service but for that they also blamed me and also tell that was used to take trials of car that is working fine or not then i asked about mileage of car they said 14-15 kmpl but when i checked the meter that show 195 out of that around 100 kms already ride before deliver us that time they said me that because they check every car after manufacturing it and take trail of 100 kms
            Then i told them i was full the tank of 35 liter and total used 194.5 kms and tank is completely empty now so how is possible mileage of 14-15 kmpl, they again tell me my mistake that i have not make job card that the reason and they cant help on that too
            Now they called me and tell they want increse that 25000 to more because they serviced it and dent pent changed tyres
            And also not gonna give me nuvo sport
            Then told he they will surely sale it on this tuesday and will order another nuvo sport to me for my choice color then i asked him it really gonna happen or only chances they said they are not sure but if got sale then they change it otherwise i have to wait again
            They sold me faulted product like they are selling now because its impossible to them manage a car for me if they have 3 month booking and i am getting it next day so beware they are not fixing issue only reselling faulted cars
            And also there is i don't think they have demand because on 18-19 they have 3 month backlog and now they dont even have a client for a car its wired or fake
            O overall service of company is very very poor no one gonna help you today is around a month going to pass but i stil dont have my car
            They have worsted support ever i recommend everyone not to buy this
            If anyone want to ask me anything contact me
            They are corrupt they only want me to lower the car price
            I asked them to give me chassis number because i want to file a complain they denied and i ask them about issue with cars on paper they again denied they said car is perfect and they not gonna do anything i have only way is wait until it sold

                I had purchased a car XUV 500 automatic from Shree automotive.
                The test drive car was a brand new car with 84km clocked and the car which was allotted to me was also 84km clocked, the same test driver car.
                At the time of delivery the car was 125 km clocked and no car showroom in Kolkata gives you so much km driven car.
                Please take necessary action and find out why I was delivered a test drive car.

As per their rules and regulations i had deposited an amount of rs.10000/- (Rupees ten thousand) as a booking amount on 25th march 2016. Slip no:-for the same is :-3928. When i inquired about the delivery of the vehicle they told me that it will take about a month. But till this date there is no sign of processing also. They are just pushing the date further, like i called up on 14th of april 2016, they told me to inquire on 4th of may 2016, again when i called up on 4th of may 2016 again they came up with an excuse that call us after 10 days. Sir is this the way to behave with the customer. And one more thing others who have booked lately i. E. After my date of booking they have got the vehicle. Now i am in a very mess, because my loan has been sanctioned a month ago & now the bank personnel are calling up and asking about the usage again and again. And if within 5-7 days i don't turned up with a positive solution, they will abandon my loan. Sir it is a humble request to check with the dealer what’s going on and get me my booked vehicle within 5 days. And if i will not receive any positive response in this regard than i have to cancel the booking and go ahead with some other dealer for an another vehicle.

                  I have had the same issue with the noida Dealer named Koncept Mahindra.I cancelled my booking and opted for Maruti company instead of this mahindra KUV.Dealers are also very iresponsive.

Last week the said vehicle got sudden break down even after service . Contacted meet agency they responded after 24 hours. Now they saying that some part of vehicle is to be replaced and not be covered under warranty and till date said vehicle has not been repaired. Pic of vehicle is below. Its requested suitable action may be taken against such defaulter vehicle agency who are misusing the name of mahindra company .

                        I have buy Mahindra XUV 500 W6 on 12th April 2016 from Ashok Mahindra, Tezpur, Assam. At the time of handover my car they have told me that this is the latest model. But search in Google and got the details that the model has been changed and some new features are available in the new model XUV 500 W6 model like electronic foldable mirror, screen touch large display.. etc. But they have said the model will be launch later on. But one of my friend buy the same model on 22th April from Mahindra, Guwahati. but he got the new model and the new features are available in that model.
                        Sir, Ashok Mahindra cheated with me and they sold old model XUV 500 W6 to me and told me that this is the new model. But now I came to know that I got the old model XUV 500 W6.
                        Till now I have not apply for registration of my car at DTO office. My car is already run 700 Km. After I came to know that my car model was old, Then I call Ashok Mahindra, and they told me that they will pay 10, 000/- to me as compensation for the car as they give me the old model car. But for only 10, 000 why I will suffer? The car cost is almost 14 L. The GM of Ashok Mahindra did not receive my call. Many time I have tried to call him. But he did not pick up my phone call. Now I need the new model car. I am going to return my car immediately to Ashok Mahindra, Tezpur, Assam. And have to receive the new model Mahindra XUV 500 W6 with all new features.

                          With regards i want to state that i booked KUV100 from Shuhul Automobiles Jammu on 22nd march 2016 and was advised that the delivery will be within 15 to 20 days. Since then I perusing for the delivery of the vehicle but the staff members of your company are very rude and behave like inhuman. When approached the GM of Shuhul automobiles Mr. Munish, he treated us like his slaves and i have also recorded the whole episode of GM and me. We are regular customers of your organization as we have also bought one Scorpio from Shuhul Automobiles. But this time i Don't know why your staff is so arrogant and behave like inhuman. Now i will wait for 5 days to if you interfere in the whole matter, other wise i will buy some new car from some other dealer.

                            Hi Sir

                            Its been around 6 to 8 months, i have been taking my Mahindra Geneo to the service center for one starting problem. first, some six to eight months back, i took my vehicle to the prime automobiles in faridabad for the starting problem, they told me so many things and did the service and cleanup and so many things and gave me the bill of around Rs. 15000.00. Within next 15 days same starting problem came again, i took the vehicle again and this time again they did some servicing and gave me a fresh bill and this thing had happened 3 to 4 times in prime automobiles and everytime i had to pay them money but the same problem persisited again and again. so i thought of changing the service center. i than contacted sterling motors in faridabad and told them the problem in the vehicle. they again change the filter and all and gave me the bill of Rs. 2400. with in a week, same problem started again, i gave them the car and this time they changed some fuel assembly and i had to give them Rs. 6000. for that. after one week again problem continued, i met one of senior person there in sterling motors and now its been over 3 days, my vehicle is still at the service center and now again they are telling me that there may be an expense of 45000 for some FIB PUMP. I am actually too tired of these service complaints and expenses over and over again. and if this pump is the real problem than it was in the guarantee with just one month back and now they have told me this new thing as the real problem after 6 to 8 months and its not in guarantee. what should i do, i really dont know. please help and advice. my Vehicle no. is HR38 T 6044. And its there is sterling motors in faridabad right now. my mobile no. is [protected].

                              I booked for the above vehicle at eram motors, angadipuram, malappuram, kerala on 8/2/16. At the time of booking i was told that the car would be delivered to me in one month. Till today they did not give me the vehicle. Even though i am pressing regularly, they can't even say when they will deliver the vehicle.
                              I gave them rs.10, 000/- for booking and rs.One lakh loan amount towards the balance vehicle amount. My loan repayment has already been started, but still the vehicle is not made available.

                                I have bought mahindra bolero auto 1 year back and facing a major problem with auto and also with staff in kakinada..this is d worst branch..i have also filed a complaint in police station for their irresponsibility..they have to give me 50, 000 rupees for an exchange offer..they have taken my old auto and sold it..but they r not giving money and playing games with us..they r not servicing the auto well and their are no sufficient spare parts also...iam a cocacola dealer and iam maintaining 4 vehicles..i sold my 2 old vehicles and bought 1 mahindra auto and again thought to buy another mahindra auto..but bcoz of this major problem i have decided not to buy mahindra auto..iam maintaining 2 cocacola depots in pithapuram and recently in thimmapuram..i want another 2 autos for thimmapuram depot and i thought to buy mahindra autos ..but now i cant buy bcoz of their rude behaviour..police also warned them so many times but no use with them...

                                I have purchased mahindra kuv100 on 2 of march.. and am not satisfied with the service given here..i have been asking for fog lamps and roof rail for past ten days in mahindra show room bellary but these guys are just ignoring and making some false promised that it will come in one or two days.. please look after it

                                  I have been facing problem with the car from the date I have purchased it.
                                  And the date is 22nd, Oct, 2015..
                                  I have given too many complaints to the customer care service (shri durga auto service &mahindra too)till now and there is no response from them.
                                  This is my first car from mahindra and my experience with u people is too poor & too bad..

                                      Shiva auto Sahibabad an authorized dealer of Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd and they have policy to loot you. With my 02 Free Servicing they charged me approx 9000 rupees and when enquire they mentioned read the owner manual book.

                                      Even Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd is not in condition to respond.. Dear friends I am advising you to not consider Shiva auto Sahibabad for any servicing or other sales.

                                        Sorry to inform u guys u showed what you are lacking behind for. u have the best techniques the best prices but u know what u have the worst after sales service i submitted my car 20 days earlier for service nd claim process still i am not aware about my vehice ... The responsible person dont attend the calls nd i am still unaware about my vehice nd not only i there are many more like me ... I heard standing there every 8th person out of 10 take promise just to not to buy mahindra again due to bad after sales service ... Nd same with me
