Phone[protected],[protected], to book the all new kuv 100 6 seater the petrol version red colour. As per their rules and regulations i had deposited an amount of rs.10000/- (Rupees ten thousand) as a booking amount on 25th march 2016. Slip no:-for the same is :-3928. When i inquired about the delivery of the vehicle they told me that it will take about a month. But till this date there is no sign of processing also. They are just pushing the date further, like i called up on 14th of april 2016, they told me to inquire on 4th of may 2016, again when i called up on 4th of may 2016 again they came up with an excuse that call us after 10 days. Sir is this the way to behave with the customer. And one more thing others who have booked lately i. E. After my date of booking they have got the vehicle. Now i am in a very mess, because my loan has been sanctioned a month ago & now the bank personnel are calling up and asking about the usage again and again. And if within 5-7 days i don't turned up with a positive solution, they will abandon my loan. Sir it is a humble request to check with the dealer what’s going on and get me my booked vehicle within 5 days. And if i will not receive any positive response in this regard than i have to cancel the booking and go ahead with some other dealer for an another vehicle.
