Myself Gagan Dhillon bought a new Mahindra Scorpio 6 plus from P.P Automotive Sonepat, Haryana (branch of P.P Automotive Karnal, Haryana).

I bought 6 plus with Bluetooth feature (on recommendation of sales staff) on 30/09/14. From the very starting my vehicle started to have problems which are as follows:
1. Engine warning light and oil warning light
2. Central locking remotes stopped working
3. gear shift issues (which workshop told me was because its new)
4. Faulty charging slots
Car wasn't running the way it should.

I spoke to P.P Automotive vice president (based in karnal) and he assured me that after service all these issue will be resolved. I was not happy with all these issue with a brand new car.

I took my car for first service on 22/11/14.
None of the issues were resolved and on top of that my Bluetooth stopped functioning and the workshop gave me in written that it is deactivated. Manager of workshop told me it will not function again. I was very disappointed as I need this feature to talk over my phone while I drive or I cant talk.

Meanwhile my car driver seat power window stopped working (it was only fixed after a battle after 1 year after changing the part inside) so basically I drove my car without that power window operational for a year)

I heard promises after promises from P.P Automotive vice-president and manager and nothing was resolved. I kept on struggling with issue in my car like engine heating, no Bluetooth, powerwindows, charging slots, poor pick up, gear shift issues, balancing issues, overheating, low mileage etc. Car paint is getting discoloured and yellowish as well. Issue are endless. I am sick and tired.

Now even after 5 services from P.P automotive sonepat Haryana I am suffering.

The workshop doesn't even have proper lights for staff to work, had no laptop with software till my 2nd and 3rd service for new scorpios and it had to be borrowed from karnal workshop. The car was never ready on time committed for service. And I had to waste my valuable hours for that. I had lot of conversation with PP Automotive VP Deepak kapoor who in one meeting at sonepat workshop told me that it was my mistake that I bought a car in initial phase and would have waited for 3-4 months before its trial in the market. New cars sometimes have manufacturing defects which are rectified when more cars are produced in later phase.

I had taken my car to workshop few times wasting my days but nothing happended just fake promises.

I feel cheated and lost my trust in Mahindra. I was proud of our Indian brand but I am shattered and my money spend on this car is lost.

    I am a New Customer of Mahindra, I preowned a car of FORD. I am still using the same car and a happy owner of the same. I recently booked my second dream car Mahindra XV500 on 17/09/2015. After a long wait and a vigorous follow up with your dealer, The car was delivered on 26/10/2015. At the time of delivery I found power window switches are not working properly. Immediately reported the same to dealer. Response for the same from dealer was “we haven’t completed the PDA Check yet”. I was requested to leave the vehicle with your dealer for two days to complete PDA check and rectify the problem’s. And I got it back on 03/11/2015. To my worst surprise I could see none of the problem’s got rectified. TO MY UNDERSTANDING THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALERSHIP AND RETURNED BACK AFTER WATER WASH.
    The worst happened on 04/11/2015 when it started raining heavily. WATER STARTED LEAKING THROUGH THE ROOF ANTENNA AND ACCUMULATED IN INTERIOR ROOF LAMP. TO MY UNDERSTANDING DUE TO THIS LEAK WHOLE INTERIOR ROOF MIGHT GOT DAMAGED.
    I FEEL CHEATED BY MAHINDRA ON DELIVERING A COMPLEATELY FAULTY PRODUCT. IT IS REALLY PAINDUL TO DIGEST AFTER INVESTING MORETHAN 13 LAKHS ON YOUR PRODUCT. BECAUSE OF THESE ISSUES THE VEHICLE IS NOT YET PERMANENTLY REGISTERATED. I KINDLY REQUEST YOU TO TAKE BACK THE VEHICLE AND REFUND ME THE MONEY.

        I purchased Mahindra Thar CRDe 4*4 Ac on[protected]. on[protected] some defect occurred can car became clutch-less while driving.the car was immobile . it was towed by the company to service station. i was informed their is some problem in shaft and with in 4 days we will get the car back. the main purpose of me buying that was Royal rajasthan rally 2016 which was suppose to be held on 7th january for which i have spent Rs 70 thousand as rally fees. and Rs 30000 in hotel booking. i got no refund of this money.Is mahindra ready to pay back my hard earn 1lac rs? (i have all valid proof). Now this issue has become secondary. it has been 13 days and worst part is that still shaft has not been ordered and my car is still standing inside service station.despite of several phone call and visit their is no response from showroom. i am surprised that the reputed company Mahindra has such bad hospitality and taking so much time for their most in use model.i am worried that if anything goes wrong in future how will they provide me service . it had hardly been driven 1700 kms. i am disappointed by their sales service. it was my biggest mistake to buy Mahindra vehicle. i will not recommend anybody to buy any mahindra vehicle. phn no [protected]

          My name is Rusha. I have recently purchased the Mahindra thar on the 26th September 2015!
          The car has had a run of 5600 kms only.
          Very recently I drove it to manali and on driving downhill suddenly the car refused to pick up speed. Even when I kept on hitting the accelerator, there was no response from the thar. At the time I assumed the negative 11 degrees outside was the reason for the malfunction, until tonight.
          I was driving back from work alone and the car stopped picking up speed in the middle of the road. I was forced to park the car at the side of the street and had to figure out the Mahindra 24/7 customer care. The call kept me on hold for about 20 mins before I spoke to a representative. He took my location and a call back came nearly 30 more mins later. By this time I was stranded alone on the road side at almost midnight since I had left work around 10:30. Meanwhile my friends had arrived and were taking to the tow truck person Okhla concept Mahindra offered to send. Shocking part was they were demanding 1500 rupees for the towing charges.
          When I called the customer care again to demand why the charges were applicable, they promised a call back which never came.
          I had to manage my own transport home while my car was pulled by another car belonging to us itself.
          How can a company sell defect cars and then demand pay for road side assistance ?
          Twice now I have escaped accidental circumstances.
          This is pathetic assistance and production from such a renounced brand.
          Very disappointed to have faced such a trust on an Indian brand. None of my other vehicles or their services have ever provided such inadequate help.

            Tuv300 doesn't move on acceleration

            I purchased a Tuv 300 on 24.12.15. I have hardly driven the vehicle since it ceases to perform while driving. The vehicle doesnt moves as it has a dead RPM and the vehicle doesnt move forward and reverse too.. Our complaint was attended and they too found the mistake.Since we are not able to use the vehicle as we had traffic issues, five times the car was responsible for blocking traffic and in one case we missed a collission.I have exchanged...

            I, shadab Khan R/o 15/1 balbir road, dalanwala, dehradun bought Mahindra Xuv 5oo W8 on 23.03.2015. After 3 months of purchase there is a continous issue regarding infotainment display. I took my car to service centre and they told me that Silver Box of car is not working. I have replaced it bt after one month issue is still dere. Infotainment display is not working properly. i took it back to service Centre and they changed it again bt after 15 days again it stopped working. Now on 25 th of December i took my car again and they changed the panel of Infotainment Keys bt on 29th of Dec again it stopped. Now i have got irritated from this repeating issues of infotainment. I cant go to service centre again and again. i want this problem to be solved permanently. The people of service centre had tried to solve it by results are still negative.kindly resolve this issue otherwise i have to sell this car. i have purchased the car for my comfort but not for headache,

              This mail is regarding my Scorpio Registration no. AS 01 AY 2973 which is being kept at Poddar Mahindra, Guwahati over 4 months. I fail to understand what kind of product do you manufacture. The chasis broke down in between the travel in the middle of the road while the vehicle was on move. We made several compliants to your registered offices but there was no proper feedback from your end. Since We bought your Third class vehchle, We have pay for that. The car was went to Poddar services, Guwahati. They took over two months to get the approval for the chasis. Then the order was being placed. Then After a month, they came up that the chasis that they have ordered was wrong. So, We requested them to provide an alternate vehichle to us And they provided Bolero instead of Scorpio, We compensated with that as well. But the bolero that they provided was not working. It never started. Because there was a problem of Battery and dynamo. I believe it should be figured out with the service centre whether it was intentional to do such thing. After making several complaints to the service centre people., They decided to change the battery of the car which also did not work and the car wasn’t starting at all. I personally made request to give a perfect vehichle because We had an urgent meeting in Itanagar on 5th January, 2016 but I believe no body else can have an important work then your body shop people. And was being ignored. Till date I have not received the Vehicle and the Alternate Vehicle was not in moving condition. I told several times that I ll face a business loss if I could not attend this meeting. But still ignorant. I believe you treat your customer like dogs and harass them to indefinite extent.                       Hi, This is Mr, Farhan Ghole resident of Vashi sec/9A Navi Mumbai, bought new car of Mahindra TUV300 T8 AMT from Global Galleria Panvel. My car number is MH43 AT 6486. I am disappointed with this car as it broke down within a month, as the gear box of this car got broke down. I filed a complaint to customer care and car was toed to G3 motors workshop Nerul Navi mumbai. They have replaced the AMT kit and clutch of my car. Now, car is returned to me but I am not 100% satisfied with the car. Even now AMT is not working properly. Performance of the car is unacceptable as it was way different when I bought it new. Below are the details of the issues facing by me: 1) Pickup. 2) Gear slip. Now I feel it was my wrong decision to buy this car.                         I purchased a TUV 300 from Prime Automobiles, Faridabad on 2nd of November 2015. within two weeks the right fender showed up with black patches. On close examination it was found that the Fender and full bumper was re painted. Same was shown to the dealer which they also confirmed but had no satisfactory answer for the reason. Only thing they said was that we will change them. within first month only the Dash Board cracked open from the place of Airbag which is a design fault as they checked it with vehicles at showroom. They took the photographs also but till date no satisfactory response has come except that we will change it. Why are customers being cheated this way i could not understand.

                          I got the accidental repair at mahindra workshop situated at snowview automobile pinjore nalagarh road baddi tehsil baddi distt solan. I got the insurance of vehicle from snow view authorised insurance agency. Neither they show me bill of repair and nor the supplied the information regarding the amount passed by insurance company.. Following short comings found in vehicle. 1. Tail lights not replaced they fitted the broken tale lights. 2. Paint work not done properly dicky and bumpers and quarter pannel not painted properly. 3.Motor of head lights not working. 4. Vehicle tool gutty pana not found. 5. Assembly of windows and ceiling rubbers of windows not fitted properly. 6. Assembly of dicky not fitted properly there is huge gap between rear bumper .

                            My husband is a loyal Mahindra Customer as he owns and drives a Scorpio purchased from Koncept Mahindra three years ago. Upon his insistence, I purchased a blue color TUV 300 T8 manual ( Engine No: SMF6L22770, Chassis No: MA1NA2SMXF6L39554) from you on the 25th December 2015. I took the car from the showroom around 5pm-515pm IST.All acesories in the car were purchased from Koncept showroom and installed before delivering the car. On Saturday, 26th Dec, I was again at Koncept showroom at Sector 2, Noida getting the temporary Number plate affixed to the car and alo installed the reverse camera installed from the koncept showroom. I was at the Koncept showroom from around 330pm -6pm IST. On Sunday, 27th Dec, Javed from Mahindra came to us for the demo of the vehicle around 12 noon. In the demo, we discovered that, the bluetooth connectivity of the music system had some issues. If somebody called us on the mobile which was connected to the music system thru the bluetooth, we could clearly hear the voice of the person calling us but he could not hear my voice. Javed suggested to go to the Koncept showroom as this was a problem with the microphone installed within the car and would be rectified in 15 mins. We reached Koncept Showroom around 1pm after talking to you on the phone. The car was ushered into the workshop promptly thereafter and we were tol that the issue would be resolved within 30 mins as it was a minor issue. The issue wasnt fixed until 530pm IST upon which we werer told that koncept would be holding the car.My husban spoke to the technicin working on the isue and he was tld that the Microphone, Microphone wiring, and the music system were replaced to fix the isue but none of the options implemented actually fixed tthe isue. On the 28th Dec, I again visited the showroom and workshop around 1pm and found that my car 's dashboard and steering wheel were fully dismounted and work was going on. I was told that technicians from Mahindra would be visiting to rectify the issue. The technicians from Mahindra came around 2pm and we were tol that the isue got isolated only around 6pm. The issue was with the antennae wire. My questions and suspicions are: 1) How is antennae wire responsible for bluetooth conectivity issue that I was facing?This is strange as My FM Radio connectivity was working fine. 2) If it was a minor issue, why did it take 2 days for koncept mahindra to isolate and fix? I suspect it is a major manufacturing issue connected with wiring system of the car. This is risky and as I mentioned yesterday and on the phone on the 27th Dec, this might be dangerous to for the passenger of the car in the future. Also I purchased a new car, and am given a defective car whose dashboard and steering were fully dismounted infront of my eyes. I am told that, the dashboard and steering wheel has been refixed but ones any component is dismounted, I doubt if it can be assembled back to its original state as was done in the Mahindra factory where the car was manufactured. Therefore I am expecting more teething issues coming up in the future. My Customer experience has also gone for a huge toss as I am unable to enjoy my new car at all. I would therefore request you to replace my current car with a brand new TUV 300 T8 manual without any defects.This will enable me to drive my car without any apprehensions at the back of my mind and we will continue to remain loyal mahindra customers.

                              I hv purchased this machine 2 years back . after some 2000 hrs of working its boom broke down that is costing 1.5 lakh . the company is so irresponsible to hear the complaint of mine. The boom was also make from low quality iron and welders hv refused to do its welding . The company is a cheat and i want complete replacement of product .

                                I have purchased the veichle on 2 nd of december and taken it on highway on 9 th of dec i have faced brekdwn the pipe of turbo comes out car stated givin black smoke and taken it to nearst mahindra point at sonipat and have t wait one day because they dont have i smart to check my vechile and get my car repaired came bck t delhi and i examine tht the voice of the car is changed and taken the car to shri durga automobiles but the issue is same when they handover the car to me again whn i did complaint they picked up my car and deliverd the same day bt the issue of voice is same pls help me out and resolve this issue ..my car registration nmber is DL10CG5859 PURCHASED FROM DURGA AUTOMOBILES RAMA ROAD nd contact is [protected]

                                  I have had dreadful days with my car XUV 500 since the day I bought the car. On the very first day, the car did not start due to some remote lock issues. Next there was brake pad issues when I was coming from Ooty and the brake functioning reduced drastically. Next when I was travelling from Dharmasthala the steering wheel got cut all of a sudden. Next when I was traveling from Hospet the clutch stopped functioning all of a sudden on the highway. Other than this I had mallfunctioning of AC, power windows, led lights and suspension. This is one of the worst vehicle and unfit to be on road. After the final incident of the clutch malfunctioning I renewed my warranty and road side assistance. I made the payment by way of cheque to Mr Keerthi, Service manager at Sireesh Auto, Marathalli, Bangalore. But it's been almost 6 months and I have not received the warranty card and the road side assistance payment slip. Now the service manager is not picking my calls. So someone from Mahindra take up the responsibility and at least give the extended warranty card. Don't play with the customers.

                                  I have got the extended warranty and roadside assistance copy.

                                  But the car engine is making crackling sound after the car came from the service station. The car is not at all reliable. You are playing with the safety of the customers

                                  xylo car center locking problem since 20 days. but company did not solve my problem last 20 days. i am calling [protected] constantly speak. but no response.

                                    Iam having Mahindra XUV 500. Iam facing problem from the Day i purchase it. M fedup with the services they are providing. Dehradun service centre really sucks. They don't even have parts to replace. From more then 4 month car stereo panel not working. In this service centre there is a lack if labour. No technician no one to make job card.
