Sub : Warranty period- Money collected for service- against the norms-To refund the sum of Rs.90, 601/- in a period of Two weeks.

I had purchased your company product Mahindra Verito Diesel New Car on 19.06.2012. Now the car Reg.No.TN72AM3483. At the time of purchase I paid the amount Rs.7, 71, 805/- (Seven Lakhs Seventy One Thousand Eight Hundred and Five) including additional amount paid for the purpose of extended warranty. Extended warranty certificate valid from 23.06.2014 to 23.06.2016. Valid Kilo meters for upto One Lakh.

In mean time 12.09.2015 the car Gear Box was strucked on the way of Madurai. At the time the car's total running Kilometer is 50238 only. Immediately I topped my car to your authorized service center Susee Automobiles (P) Ltd., H4, SIDCO Industrial Estate, Madurai-8. Even though I am eligible for extended warranty, your authorized service dealer had not accepted the above warranty and charged me the sum of Rs.90, 601/- (Ninety Thousand Six Hundred and One) [RO Bill No.RBR[protected]; RO No.[protected]. This is against the Warranty Norms.

Hence I suffered a lot for the above incident, If this amount not settled to me at once, I will be put in irrepairable loss of money and hardship. So, please consider the same at once and take necessary action as soon as possible (with in the period of Two weeks)

    Before you go ahead and read my mail, let me tell you that I am very very unhappy with my car and services provided by workshop people in Delhi. I am totally annoyed and frustrated right now that how come just in 3 years a car like XUV’s life can come to an end. I have faced big time problems in my business, personal life & family because of my vehicle. I have ayurved medicine business in Delhi, Punjab and Dehradoon and I purchased the vehicle considering safety, security, luxury and my frequent out of Delhi visits. I had always been proud owner and did lot of word of mouth advertisement for XUV but everyone those are associated with me have come to know the reality and recently they have turned down their opinions too, about Mahindra.

    I was a proud owner of Mahindra XUV 500 W8, September 2012, DL 12CA 2954. However the feeling of being owner of a great vehicle has diminished. During last 2 to 3 months I have faced issues with vehicle which I could never expect. The car is breakdown 4 times and every time I am advised the same reason “engine immobilize”. When I asked the reason, I have been advised that some electrical fault, some electrical fuse didn’t worked and an error in computer showed something related to engine and we have sorted out that error code. Means – No clarity of what is the fault, where is the fault and no action is being taken to rectify is completely. Because of this ignorance of workshop I have faced very tough & challenging time. High time inability of technicians – I must say. Before you believe me – Please read the complete email.

    1st time my car broke down when I came out of morning walk from park and tried to start but it didn’t. That time I faced big time challenge coz I didn’t know whats the exact issue. Assuming that its been 3 years and it might be battery issue, first I tried to make it jump start from other vehicle but it didn’t. Then i collected few people to push and start but no use. I made a call to workshop and Wazirpur workshop guys arranged a crain and from Golemarket in Delhi, my car was towed to wazirpur. I was charged 2000 rs for crain services. Before crain came and towed, 4 hours had already been spoiled. Anyways, car went to workshop and Mohammad Akhtar called up to advise that there was some computer coding error coming up, we have resolved it. I enquired about the reason and wat if it will again persist ? He answered saying “No” it will never persist again. Mr. Mohammad Akhtar said that since its time of close working hours i cannot deliver your vehicle doorstep, you have to come half way to pick it up. Showing courtesy to others life I agreed and went to pick up vehicle. Most annoying thing which happened there was when Akhtar handed over me my vehicle and I again started it, It didn’t start. I was shocked because he had charged me 2200 rs bill also. I was filled with anger coz I paid 2200 rs for nothing and before that 2000 rs crain charges to means 4200 rs for nothing. Mr. Akhtar advised me that Sir you have get your battery changed, it is old now (Why he advised me to change the battery, coz I disclosed my feeling to him earlier as this may be battery issue).He advised, technical problem is resolved but it’s a battery issue. Next day I went and purchased original Amaron battery from Connaught Place with bill and get it fixed. Car has started up and running, I also realized by now that it was battery issue. But then if it was a battery issue why the hell workshop charged me 2200 rs. This was the first incident where the actual root cause of problem could have been identified and resolved but completely ignored by wazirpur workshop.

    2nd Incident Occurred right after 1 month and same technical issue. I had to rush for Dehradoon for one of my very important business meeting and car was not starting. I was filled with anger with this big mean machine. This time I was more aware, so called up crain immediately and decided not to send it to wazirpur workshop and send it to Shree Durga Automobiles, Rama Road, Moti Nagar, Delhi, workshop instead. Crain services charged me 1500 rs to drop my car at workshop. There Mr. Rohit kept my car for a day and charged me 1700 rs for resolving a computer error code in engine. They also denied to deliver my vehicle at my doorstep saying they are having lack of drivers. I went upto workshop to pick my car. Later I went to know that they always give same excuse that they are having lack of drivers, I don’t the reason why ?

    3rd Incident took place right after 20 days when I was driving near Shankar Road, New Delhi and stopped on a redlight, turned off my car ignition to save fuel and same drama starts again. I had to called up crain services immediately, was charged again 1500 rs to drop my car to Shree Durga. This time I specifically request Mr. Rohit to completely check the root cause of this problem and do not send the car until the issue is completely resolved. He kept car for almost 3 days. This time also when I asked to deliver it to my doorstep, they denied giving the same excuse (drivers not available) but since I was in fever, I repeatedly convince them on behalf of my weak health ad they delivered the car.

    4th incident took place within 20 days of 3rd incident when I came out of one meeting and wanted to rush for another one on Sunday at janakpuri. As I came in parking to start the car, drama continued. Can you imagine my feelings now ? I pushed the car with the help of parking guys assuming it will start but of no use. Then called up crain, they again charged 1500 rs to drop it to Shree Durga. Such an immense time wastage, business loss, mental instability, anger and negativity in life is occurring just only coz of workshop team inability to recitify the issue. Yesterday, 9th Feb 2016, Mr. Vinay who is taking care of my car in absence of Rohit called me inform that your vehicle may take 2 to 3 more days to resolve this issue and we have changed one wiring which is going to cost you 2200 rs as of now, if any other changes will be there, the cost will rise.

    Do you guys know what impact these incidents have made in my life in last few months ? They are as :
    1. My trust over such a premium luxury car is demolished.
    2. My trust over Mahindra’s reputation has gone down, drastically.
    3. Negative energy has flown into my life.
    4. Monetarily business losses – sitting at home whenever car is breakdown & at workshop.
    5. Huge Time loss
    6. My own reputation loss – commitment failure in my business.
    7. Physical exertion – Whenever problem occurs I have to push pull car to manage with traffic conditions.
    8. Mental exertion
    9. Money loss – Have spent 6500 only on crain services, Charged approx 4000 rs by workshops. More than 10, 000 rs already lost and that too for nothing.
    10. Mahindra’s XUV has lost trust of my family too as a great car.

    Tell me who will be responsible for all these losses. I am a positive person but you cannot checked someone’s patience to such an extent. I have never complaint on 1s or 2nd or 3dt incident, I am complaining when my patience has actually broke down. It’s a bloddy 4th time incident. I was keeping patience and trusting everyone’s ability associated with this matter but this is high time, literally high time. I need immediate resolution of my car, an immediate action, right away.

    Hope to have a quickest action from Mahindra’s team.

      I have purchased TUV 300 from OS Motors Jodhpur.

      It have run around 11000 kms and a sound in Accelrator is noticed, which was shown to company engineers.They assured me to replace part and I was called on 30 Jan vide a sms.On reporting vehicle in time I was informed that they have not yet received parts.

      Inspite of my variour request till date they have not done any satisfactory repair.

          I buy Xuv 500 W4 from harbir automobile Chandigarh on 4 Feb 2016. I just travel to Delhi for some work, Meter Milage is 950 km, out of sudden from today morning a weird noise coming out of engine while acceleration within 1to2 rpm.               Dear Sir,
              We are M/s. Kamat Gas Service, Bicholim Goa, we are dealers for HP GAS for last 35 years & have been using Mahindra vehicles for our delivery purpose all this while. Today we have 6 mahindra tempos as delivery vehicles.

              We were very happy with functioning of Mahindra vehicles, until we purchased Mahindra Load king Pride, from your then authorized dealer M/s P. G. Virgincar & co. on 27/06/2011 bearing Registration no : GA04 T 2962.

              As you see this vehicle is just about 4 & half years old, but we have wasted really huge amount of money & enormous amount of time due to repeated breakdown & multiple problems such as wiring, sensors, brakes etc.of this vehicle. This Vehicle has been taken to Mahindra authorized service center for more than 17 times, your team has visited for on road service for more than 13 times, our local mechanic has attended it for about 22 times in its life span of about 4 & half years . Hope you understand the severe headache this vehicle has caused to us. We are frustrated... frustrated... frustrated !!

              Now again it is breakdown & hence we were asked by your servicing center to get it towed to your authorized service center at Muktar Automobiles Pvt. Ltd, Goa., at Verna, Goa. They have given a Estimate of about Rupees one Lac for repairs of this vehicle. This is ridiculous.

              I wish to inform you that this vehicle is Manufactured in Dec 2010, but was sold to me in the month of june 2011 ie., after 7-8 months .My apprehension is it was a defective piece & hence it was not selling but it was pushed to us.

              They also say that we made the vehicle run with some Air intake pipe broken. But in this case engine indicator light should have sent the signal or alarm so that driver can know it, which was not done. How a layman can know that they should not operate the vehicle as some internal part is broken??

              Request you to kindly intervene in the above matter & give justice to your loyal consumer.

                am from kerela name is join void desember moth am book your solo d2 from ktc( aluva ) but they cheate me am booking for 8 seater but they deliverd 7seater and am retun back that vehicle to ktc so many iisues am affected from their side 1, so, sales manager, team leader, sales head they are not taking calls 2, refund is not done by proper so many thing main factor is seat problem for this issu am not taking mahindria vehicle and future am forced my friends and nears not taking mahindra vehicle becaude of this type of delears

                  It's been a great and wonderful to be associated with one of the respected brands of India "Mahindra Group"

                  We had a very high expectation on the quality in all aspects be it services or anything else.

                  The current matter is pending at your for more than six months that had bought a Bolero SLE 7 month back from ADITYA MOTORS Bhubaneswar at the time of buying there was a scheme of Taxi refund as per your i will get back.and I've also not been informed, whether any further details or documents would be required to clear the refund/incentive amount, which was promised at the time of booking.

                  Now i m following by mail(Gm & Sales head) from last 3 months there is no responds from the dealer.they simple cheating and saying the issue is pending from Mahindra side.

                  Would be grateful to u, i[censored] can attend on this in resolving the issue by giving the refund amount as assured at the time of booking of a vehicle. The issue is being pending for more than 7 months.

                    On their mentioned website xuv500 w6 latest is equipped with GPS. Refer websites compare cars and attached snapshot. I booked it yesterday and today MAHALAXMI MOTORS Bareilly says no GPS is available in w6. While mahindra people on their customers relationship number also assured the same. I hereby cancel my booking and will legalise this matter ASAP.

                      I have a Mahindra car logan no. DL3CAS2220. Before 3 months I lost my car keys. I called in customer care. Then somebody called me from Sri Durga( Delhi) and promise to solve the problem. Many promisses failed. At the last I droped my car to Sri Durga Automobile, Rama Road, delhi. Today I called them and ask for the car. The revert was very rude, they said to me that I go to BHASIN MOTORS, LAJPAT NAGAR, DELHI and get the duplicate bill of my car. They also demanding some ID proof of me. I feel that I am in a big problem. I am afraid. please help me.

                        aage yeh hai ki gaadi purchase karne ke 10 se 12 din baad gaadi achanak chalte huye 2 am ko bandh ho gayi thi jise showroom bale toe karke le gaye the . gaadi theek hone ke baad jabalpur m.p jaate distt sagar m.p me garam hokar bandh ho gayi jise sagar mahindra showroom par dikhbaya gaya tab showroom dwara bataya gaya ki yehcompany ka technical fault hai . iske hamne guna m.p showroom gaadi servicing ke liye le gaye . service karane ke baad jese hi humne gaadi 5 to 10 km chalayi to gaddi achanak bandh ho gayi phir showroom se log lekar gaye iske baad 25.01.2016 ko bandh ho gayi tabse gaadi showroom par hi hai

                        aage yeh hai ki hamne jabse gaadi purchase ki hai tabe 4-5 baar bandh ho chuki hai aur hamari gaadi taxi paermit par hai jo ki hamne finance karai hai lekin gaadi achanak kahi bhi bandh ho jaati hai isliye hum gaadi ko kahi par bhi nahi le ja rahe hai avam gaadi ki emi bhi suru ho chuki jisse hum kafi asubhidha ka samna karna pad raha hai.

                        hum jab rishab motors guna mp par jab hum showroom owner se complaint ke baare baat karna chate hai to showroom employee unse milne nahi dete aur bolte hai ki owner har kisi se nahi milte avam hamne showroom manager se bhi kai baar baat kar chuke hai jinke naam hai ms rekha sharma avam yogendra sharma hai ye log kehte hai ki hum log aapke liye jyada kuch nahi kar sakte aap chahe to upbhokta fouram me ja sakte hai

                        aage agar hamari samasya ka nidan nahi hoga to hum upbhokta foroum me kesh dayar kar denge jiske liye company jimedar hogi

                          I complaint lots of time in your toll free no. but all time i got no responce just a yes from call that we solve your problem but they unable to do . so plz contact me on [protected], otherwise ill take leagle action about this i lost so much work because of these some ABS or tyre burn issue in my car, your showroom facility is unable to solve this. plz help or solve this problem i had lots of mahindra vehicles and you are not helping.

                            I am Ankit Saxena from Faridabad Haryana.

                            I bought XUV 500 W10 on 30 Oct 2015 from Prime Mahindra Faridabad and just completed 3800 KM. From the very starting my vehicle started to have problem and I visited the service center every after 15 days, Below listed are the points which I want highlight:

                            1) Door side foot lamp fall down from frame.
                            2) Reverse camera use to hang every time (Attached is video).
                            3) Touch panel use to hang and start working automatically.
                            4) Gear knocking- Resolved now by service center.
                            5) Driver side window knocking- Resolved now by service center.
                            6) Door knocking from every door - Resolved now by service center.
                            7) Internal voice from trunk door- Resolved now by service center.

                            This is not my first car, am driving a Honda Civic also and drove the same near about 1 lac KM but never face these kind of concern. It's just few 100 km's and scared now.I can't spare out the time every after 15 days and visit Service center for these kind of concerns, I feel like I bought a second hand vehicle and not satisfied with assurance of a new car. Just in 3 months I visited service center for more than 5 times and still facing issues everyday. I know if I will go to service center they will resolve the remaining issues but my question is WHY?

                            I have invested 17 lac on Mahindra with a trust that I must be buying a vehicle for long term and am not sure now that how I will keep this vehicle for a long.

                            I need a revert on this as I can't keep my self engage to keep a eye on my car apart from my work life.

                              Dear All
                              i bought a mahindra scorpio near abour a year ago. From the beginning i have been having problem with the steering alignment and wheel balancing which the authorised Mahindra workshops have failed to correct despite visiting them 10-12 times. Now its getting annoying please help me out. I have evidence of my visits to Mahindra authorised workshops and if the company trained authorised workshops can't solve the vehicle problem then where i have to go.
                              My problem needs to be sorted out otherwise with so much problem and the inability of Mahindra service network to correct the issue i will be forced to approach consumer court.

                                Hi.i an the owner of dairy farm.i have ur jeeto.i have send my vehicle for servicing at infinity in chunabhatti the responce i got is very bad.i have call them to ask about my vehicle is servicing is done or not the person call rohan misbhave with me he talk very cheap language this is very shamefull that company like mahindra appoints this type of person.

                                    Hi i'm chetan rajput from ahmedabad
                                    recently bought a xuv 500 w10 model from sheetal motors ahmedabad in this diwali and just completed 5000 k.m. on 18/01/2016 and after first service my xuv get started problem of gear box. in middle of riding gear not shifted properly and get stuck and complained about it in dealership they got inspection of vehicle and told me to left xuv for two days for work get done they will open gear box and clutch for work.
                                    my question is this a brand new xuv get this type of problem in 5000 km than what will happen at 10000 km or 20000 km what will done they open the entire engine or whole main frame for inspection
                                    before delivery the company not properly check the vehicle is working good or not ???

                                    I come to know from Mahindra that lock nut for gear getting loose which leads to unbalance the gear teeth and entire gear box will damaged. Because of so many complaints they recall the vehicles and fixing it by applying lock tight solution in lock nut.

                                      I, Achal Yadav, Indore, [protected], purchased a Mahindra Logan car No. MP09-CC-3009, it ran for not even 10000 km and there was some problem in engine, I contacted the local service center Patwa Automibles they said that problem is in engine and gave an estimate of approx. 18000/- took advance 10000/- but even after 5 months the car was not completely OK they called me 2-3 times but some or other problem remained, afterwards the service center called me and said the estimate has risen to 45000/-, but they couldn't gave me any justified reason for such increase. I felt cheated as neither the parts of car are available in local market and nor any mechanic takes care of this model.
                                      I had no option but to accept the service center's estimate I gave the consent but now after 2 months also the car is not complete and the estimate is risen to 52000/- .
                                      I even offered the vendor to exchange the car but the service people said that it is a fail model and there our no takes for this...please recommend me what to do...
