I had a very bad experience with Sireesh Auto marathahalli branch, I had given by XUV 500 for service and they took me for ride and did not provide any proper service, what ever issues highlighted by self was not looked into, the service manager by name Chethan and his boss Gowtham are so rude and they not ready to listen to customer requirement. Even after keeping the car for service for more than 3 days they couldn't deliver the vehicle on time. now my car stopped starting and when i requested them to please check they are telling me to get the car to showroom, when i cannot start the car how will i get the car to showroom?

When i told them i am going to complaint they are saying go complaint to any one, this is not expected from Sireesh Auto . I am going to write in all the social media on this issue, when we cannot start the car how the hell can some one get the car to the service station, he says his electrician is on leave for one week and he doesnot have drivers to pick my car, i told him because of battery low car is not starting and a jump start can be done by his team, but they are not ready to listen. I suggest Sireesh Auto should stop providing car service or they should employ a good service executives.

    Hello sir

    my self asit kumar upadhyay, from kolkata.
    I was purchase 2 years ago from maya auto mobile barrakpore a 3 wheeler alfa bs6 model. But the condition of this model is verry bad, its take lost of services and work every month and the service provider that is service centre, right now my vehicle are sufferring some proble and they say the repairing part now available there from last 20 days they daily refuse the parts not received so i requist u to please solve my problem by issueing this problem to the service centre that is maya automobile service centre in dankuni hooghly.

      My Vehicle-OD02BU-7166 has been picked up as agreed according to RSA. Now my vehicle N in garage at M/s Utkal Automobiles Ltd, Pahala Bhubaneswar. They told that Clutch plate, Pressure plate and Fly wheel have been damaged. But I have purchased thevehicle on last week of October 2021. It is In warranty period. But show roomgive me an estimate of Rs 34000/- Including parts and labor charges. Sincemy warranty exist and runs not more than 14000km is it advisable to collectthis type of fee from customer??

          I received my new car (Bolero neo N10 Deep Automobiles) on 27th of Apr 23. I have give for first service after 1000km ride on 26th May'23. There weren't any issue while handing over the car for service.
          However they kept the vehicle for 4 days after first service. Today 30 May'23 I have start the car but the "Fuel pipe" is leakage and car is not start.

          The customer service is not helping us to resolve the issue as well as the showroom managers are not responding and show very rude behaviour. Now they are asking us to come back on 30th May 23 because they have some service camp and they can not concentrate on our vehicle particularly.

          Worst experience ever with Mahindra. Kindly help us to resolve this for long term or else replace the car. Ph. [protected]

            This complain is Reference to my previous purchase of Mahindra XUV400 EV* Like company claims that the car(XUV400 EV) gives the great range of 456 km/charge, However your car failed to give the same range and failed in 230 kilometers, and the same was reported to the agency situated at Hajipur Named CHANDAMAMA MOTERS* in front of police line dighi Hajipur Vaishali Bihar* however instead of solving my problem stating that my vehicle won't give range of more 290-300 kilometers the persons keep on trying to conveince me the same i asked the person if your car gives only this much range why did you tell it will give 456km/ charge . If I had known about it before, I wouldn't buy it. and Just want to let you know that few days ago we went to rajgir which is around 106 kilometers from my place hajipur when we went it all went well but while coming back the battery was only 9% and the car was running the speed of only 40km/ hour on highway we barely made it the patna mahindra agency where we met Mr Rakesh Kumar (Sales Consultant EV) he was humble and great person with the perfect smile on his face.he told me it should give maximum range of 370 -380 km/ charge and as i said my car is only gave 230 km in single charge means there is problem in my and need to addressed not to be overlooked saying that there no problem at all*. by the way my dashboard shows 308 kilometers in single charge.

              Since the last 6 months, I have been facing the same repetitive malfunction. The vehicle unexpectedly shuts down while in operation, accompanied by the display indicating "Check Engine System." This recurring problem has not only caused inconvenience but also raised concerns about the safety and reliability of the vehicle.

              I have visited the authorized service center on five occasions in an attempt to rectify this issue. Each visit lasted a minimum of seven days, and during these visits, the service technicians assured me that the problem had been resolved. Unfortunately, the issue resurfaced every time shortly after I received the vehicle back from the service center. The efforts made during these visits have been insufficient to address the root cause of the problem.

                  Facing issue with REGEN and Diesel particulate filter (DPF) always and continuously wasting time at service center to pay attention moreover Exhaust after treatment not working properly with ECR 8.
                  These issues are identified as manufacturing defects, so the service center always servicing this Thar more than in road.
                  I am requesting you to accept this and replace this vehicle.

                    My New Mahindra Thar 2020 always facing issue with diesel particulate filter (DPF) and ECR 8 with REGEN.
                    continuously observing and wasting valuable time at service center to resolve the issue. Truly identified as manufacturing defect, and paying more attention to resolve this issue.

                        I got my car Bolero Neo serviced on 17.05.2023 at Mahindra Company Bhilwara. This was the second free service for my car. When I bought the car, the rubber strip on the front mirror of my car was damaged. During the first service at Mahindra Bhilwara, I had also complained to the service manager but the service manager said that he will fix the windshield while getting the second service done.At the time of second service, when I told the problem of windshield to the service employee Abhishek ji present there, he spoke rudely to me and told me not to fix the windshield. I had also lodged a complaint at the time of first service but the complaint has not been resolved. And I belong to District Tonk. Bhilwara is 110 kms from here. With some confidence, I had gone this far for the service but I have not been given proper car service. If in this way you will not give good service to the customers then how will the customers trust Mahindra.
                        You are requested to please fix the windshield of my car.

                              I was visit at your Bijnor Triupati dealership in 09/05/23 with my Scorpio n. UP23AK5557 at 9.10 am with appointment, my appointment time is 9.30am but till 10.35am noone can't be doing any job related to service. Than i was Tak to adviger about this. He told me that our mechanics is not over here he was gone for his training. Than why dealership give me appointment and facing these type of inconvenience. Also explain why I m using your service after see these type of behaviour.

                                I have purchased Scorpio N Z8L MT 4WD on dated 11/05/2023 at 4:15 pm next day onwards there problem occured in ky car i was on way to my home on dated 12/05/23 and turn my car engine off for buying something but then it not started. The push butten shows red and in odometer there an error showing Hill Hold control error and battery and Engine symbol. Then it started automaticly after1.5 hours and then i drive upto 100kms without problem, then again next day same problem occured with same symbols and engine not start, Today also same problem with no push button taking self and same symbols showing. its about two days to purchase the vehicle which cost me around 28 lacs but i am feeling very harrased for such problem in that high end car. I have purchased it from Concept Mahindera, Gurgaon.

I got a mahihdra bolero pickup vehicle in Sri lakshmi motors salem, last year. a lot of times, my vehicle service attend this dealer. "no response, worst service performance, mileage problem not attend, complaint vehicle delivered, spareparts price is very very high in the other showroom price" this service center. A lot of times I will complaint in this help line port no more response. Please take action immediately

                                    Sri lakshmi Motors service

                                    1. service worst
                                    2. mileage problem not recover in this service center
                                    3. spare parts price 300% very very high in the other show room market price
                                    3. My vehicle delivered complaint this showroom. then no complaint attend this service center. so, my vehicle expanse rs.50000 loss. this service center is not complaint attend but service charge is very high.

                                      I booked a Mahindra Thar in 09/10/2020 in Angel Auto wheels, Kandivili, MUMBAI, but due to long waiting period I purchased other vehicle (Toyota Fortuner) in urgency.
                                      Requested for my refund, but I came to know that Angel Auto wheels closed.
                                      and refund will be get from their Vasai branch. Since now I am visiting Vasai branch regularly as they promise a date and keep on changing it still now I did not get my refund amount

                                        I booked my vehicle on december 1st 2022. And today is 9 may 2023. The showroom sales executive said that my vehicle will be delivered to me by jan mid week. So i booked it. Later then they refused to deliver my vehicle stating production delay. Then they said I'll get my vehicle by end of March for sure. I waited again. On march end i tried to call the sales executive, he refused my call and messages too. Then i took a number from internet and complained regarding the staff's response with me. Then they gave me that showroom's manager number. Then i tried contacting him. He was in contact for the entire month(april). Then from april end and now he also refuses to my calls and messages. Its been 6 months since i booked my vehicle. So please do the help. And put pressure on them to deliver my vehicle. Or atleast to speak truth while booking and after. Thanking you
